I had a very unpleasant experience because of the man sitting at the ticket office. Firstly, the conditions are deliberately designed so that you cannot take your belongings with you and cannot take photographs, because it is a great opportunity to take 15 euros from you. Secondly, there was a very strong wind at the time and I was afraid of flying because of it, to which the man at the ticket office said, "It's my fault" and refused to return the money, even half of it. Okay, even with this money, but communicating so rudely with customers is simply unacceptable.

Fue una experiencia inolvidable, pasamos un tiempo genial subiendo al parasailing y luego hicimos un sofa el cual no podiamos parar de reir, nos hicieron unas fotos y nos videos super chulos que siempre quedaran para el recuerdo. No dudamos en volver!! Muchas gracias!!

Amazing for kids. Staff is amazing

Me and my partner wanted to try parasailing for the first time, there were two people before us that got to go up and it lasted about 20-30 minutes which we watched. They took them all the way around the island and across so we had the idea that was what we were doing. It was our turn and we were joined by 2 other people which wasn’t mentioned at all, would’ve been nice if it was just us two but it wasn’t really too big of a deal. We ended up going up for about 2 minutes in a straight line just in front of where we got on and that was it. Nothing was mentioned about details we just saw a couple going up before us and thought we’d be doing the exact same thing. Really disappointed especially being for £100, waste of money.

Bad experience. The man at the cashier was very professional and polite, but the staff on the boat (the driver and his colleague) were extremely rude . Totally unacceptable behavior.

Wir haben gestern das „Ufo“ ausprobiert. Die ersten Sekunden waren noch lustig, doch bereits beim ersten stärkeren Aufprall hat sich mein Vater einen Muskelriss zugezogen. Trotz mehrfacher „Stopp“-Rufe reagierten die Bootsfahrer nicht, sodass er schließlich mit dem Krankenwagen ins Krankenhaus gebracht werden musste. Auch wir Jüngeren (22 und 24 Jahre) haben nach der kurzen Fahrt bereits Rücken- und Nackenschmerzen. Das Ganze war viel zu extrem und unserer Meinung nach sehr gefährlich. Für Kinder ist diese Aktivität absolut ungeeignet.

I would give less starts if I could! We’ve done this experience as a couple to mark our 6th wedding anniversary and they’ve ruined it! We’ve been asked when got on the boat if we want photos, and we mentioned that we would like to have the go just ourselves! Of course they didn’t give a shit and they’ve put us with another 2 people….but that’s not all, they’ve put them in front of us and expected us to still buy the photos/ videos! These footage images were done with a regular phone and they will charge you extra €15. Then, the staff it is very badly trained and extremely rude! Two persons didn’t know how to swim and they’ve chased them by yelling at them and rush them and force them to jump of the boat ladder to get down sooner! Another poor lady has been sick in the boat after flying and they’ve sweared a lot and looked at her in a horrible way! Didn’t even asked if they could’ve helped, and got her out of the boat asap! Also, for this amount of money (€50/person+€5 online fee), they even refused to stand while talking with you, and once we got back and handed the life vests they’ve told us that we must hang it to dry, not them! It is such a shame that companies like these are allowed to behave like this in 2025! Shame on you! You’ve left us a very bitter taste, and will leave from this island with a memory that supposed to mark our 6 years together, completely ruined!

Ich habe für zwei Personen Parasailing gebucht. Pech nur, dass wir den Flug mit einem anderen Pärchen gleichzeitig machen mussten. Ich durfte den fremden Mann vor mir mit meinen Beinen umklammern. Meine Tochter hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf den Rücken der Frau. Ich habe explizit Fotos gewünscht. Das man uns am Ende tatsächlich noch für 15eur welche vom Abflug angeboten hat, auf denen man uns an den Umrissen erahnen hätte können empfand ich schon als Frechheit. Wäre aber ein schönes Video für diese Rezension gewesen. Für 100eur für zwei Personen war es die schlechteste Erinnerung an den Mallorca Urlaub.

Decent ride on the UFO but very short

We had the best time parasailing with Funny Beach! The whole team was so accommodating and understanding when my son changed his mind at the last minute – they let him stay on the boat without any fuss and made sure he was still included in the fun. They played great music to get everyone in the mood, were patient with us all, and took the most wonderful photos that we’ll treasure forever. They really went above and beyond and made our holiday so special – highly recommend! 🌞🪂✨

Went on this thing called a UFO and my Mrs ended up in A and E shortly after after splitting her head open these reckless clowns have a total disregard for anyones safety my kids were also on board and had grazes all over them this ride is a dangerous and it wont be long until someone gets seriously injured

No lo recomendamos, unos vuelos más cortos que otros, las fotos no valen para nada la pena, pagas 15€ por la foto y ponen a personas delante tuyo de los cuales ni sales en la foto y encima no te quieren dar una solución

Pagamos 20€ por las fotos y nos hacen 3 fotos abajo y cuando subimos nos ponen a dos personas que no lo habían pagado y les hacen las fotos a ellas , sin sentido y la vuelta más corta de lo que dicen

Totally dangerous and irresponsible. We did the UFO. Before going on we asked what age and they said from 8 years old. My 14 year old son went on it and was screaming in terror. And he’s the kind of kid who goes on the most extreme rollercoasters again and again. The more extreme the better! But this was purely dangerous and irresponsible. The boat was going way too fast and throwing the UFO around as much as possible without thinking about what was suitable for a 45kg boy. It was terrifying, he was being thrown around like a rag doll holding on for dear life. I’ve never been so scared for him in his life! I was surprised I didn’t have whiplash from the experience. He actually had nightmares from it! On top of this no safety briefing, no instructions. No checking beforehand or telling you what to do if you’re finding it too much.

My family went parasailing recently and we purchased the photo package when we booked however the pictures were terrible. Instead of the 3 of them going up together, there was 6 people on the parasail at once (that was everyone on the boat) and despite the photographer saying that they had a photo package there is not 1 picture where u can see my children or OH. You don't see any pictures until later.

A beautiful experience but disappointing because of the staff! You ruined my couple experience by doing the parachute jump with a third person! Before we flew, there were parachutes with 2 people on top but they were too lazy to do two lifts with us and the lady who was alone! Shame! Very bad from the company! And the price is very high 50 euros per person for 5 minutes instead of 10 as it said in the ad! You should make our vacation beautiful not make us nervous and disappointed! It was our first time but because of you we were left with a bitter taste! Maybe you are doing the job you are paid for in the future! Don't add other people between couples! I am very angry! Ask before paying the money! Nobody informed us! We were put in front of the situation when we were already on the boat! 👎👎👎👎👎👎

I have to agree with Marek Cze (previous review) ...We asked about flying in pairs, but was given the same excuse ("depends in the weather") ....... But my sons still wanted to go, so we let them. ....My sons were on the boat wating for about 20 minutes till some other people, joined them ......Then when they flew (for about 5 minutes), they went up with another couple ... Then another pair went up alone. so it is clearly not totally weather related. I cant comment on the experience on the boat itself as I wasn't there. .... But the man and woman on the beach were useless! ... They seemed completely uninterested. ... I understand this activity should sell itself. but these two people didn't seem bothered at all, and the answers to our questions were one word answers with no conversation .... It felt like we were interrupting their conversation, white they were sat be behind the kiosk! To the owner ...Get somebody with enthusiasm and selling ability to deal with the public ... You lost 2 people from our group, and I'm guessing hundreds more over the season .... We went to AlcudiaJets the next day, this couldn't have been more different, friendly and engaging. and ended up getting 2 extra people from our group, that hadn't even thought about jetskiing.

They pack people as fast as possible in groups of 5. They explain that they do it because of the weather conditions. They don't care that you are on vacation as a couple. Currently the wind is 12 km/h in the west direction, no gusts. No respect for the fact that the client is on vacation. To get it as fast as possible, ask if you will be flying as a couple before the flight. Demand it. Otherwise the service is hopeless - 50e is too much.

Der Flug war gerade mal 7 Minuten! Wir wurden dann auf dem Meer von einem total verdreckten Schlauchboot übernommen auf dem man nur auf dem Boden zwischen Schlappen sitzen konnte und an Land gebracht. Alles hat den Spaß stark beeinträchtigt. Auf unsere Beschwerde kam nur der Kommentar: Boote sind nun mal nicht sauber. Schade für die Zeit!

Unsere Banana Boat Fahrt war echt super, würden wir jederzeit wieder dort machen. Buchung Online unkompliziert und die Mitarbeiter waren alle gut drauf und freundlich. 👍😄

Staff are very rude. If you don't want to be in customer service don't work in customer service! At no point does it say on advertisement that you have to swim out to the boat. We had already paid in full and then informed them that one of us couldn't swim. They just shrugged their shoulders. The guys on the boat clearly seen that one of us was struggling to get out to boat but no assistance offered. Then we seen they picked a person up from the bridge. We then asked can we be dropped off at the bridge to which they replied NO. But yet they could do it for someone else. The experience not worth the money and then to see a tear in the rope that is used for parasailing when your mid air is no fun. Over all a terrible experience

Great online service and communication. The day we had booked had to be rescheduled due to wind but it was all very straight forward and easy to switch to another day.

"Funny beach" n'a de "funny" que le nom. Mon commentaire concerne le parachute ascensionnel. Alors que le personnel soit antipathique, ce n'est certes pas très agréable mais passons. Ce qui m'a scandalisé c'est qu'il soit à la limite du mépris et de l'irrespect, et je vise le plus jeune des deux accompagnateurs à bord du bateau. Tout d'abord nous n'avons eu aucune explication sur le déroulement de l'activité, nous avons été traité comme du bétail du début à la fin. J'imagine que comme pour beaucoup il s'agissait d'une première expérience, donc la mise en place de la sangle, la position a adopter, le décollage et l'atterrissage ne sont pas innés et encore moins facile lorsque l'ont ne bénéficie d'aucune forme d'explication si ce n'est des bougonnements, voir des cris. Le respect de ce jeune homme est probablement au fond de la mer, tout comme son mégot de cigarette qu'il y a jeté. Je ne parlerais pas de la durée de l'activité qui doit avoisiner les 5 minutes ni des photos atrocement nulles prise par un téléphone et envoyées via whatsapp qui coûtent 15 euros. Pour résumer, ces gens n'aiment ni leur travail, ni les touristes et visiblement pas plus leur environnement. À fuir.

Durée de seulement 5 minutes au lieu de 10 minutes ce qui est déjà peu ... avec trois autres personnes sachant que nous étions déjà 2 En étant derrière nous ne voyons strictement rien avec mon mari, donc cela ne vaut absolument pas les 50€ par personnes . Ce qui est un avis commun à toute les personnes. qui étaient à bord avec nous . Personnels qui n'essaient même pas de communiquer avec les passagers et très hautains. Très décevant je recommande absolument pas et cela est bien dommage

Hallo,.....wir sind heute voller Vorfreude hin. Der Mann an der Buchung meinte "come back in 1 Hour". Gut....kein Problem, wenn gebucht, dann ist es nunmal gebucht. Pünktlich eine Stunde danach waren wir wieder da..... Aussage: "come back in 1 Hour....the boat will be back in 1 Hour" Wenn Ihr diesen Satz hört: gebt Euer Geld woanders aus. Sehr ärgerlich...mein Sohn und ich waren echt enttäuscht

We would like to give 5 stars for the experience but the unfriendly employees (MURO BEACH) unfortunately made our experience less great. Just one guy (the driver of the boat, don’t know his name) was very friendly to our children. The other guy in the boat was irritated because we didn’t speak Spanish. And the older guy at the beach was even worse. Not friendly at all!

My family got wonderful timein Majorca...especially one of local attractions as parasailing on Alcudja Beach..all staff give as worm welcome from begging ..all safety measure goes smooth ,life jackets perfectly fits.....after few minutes we can reach the boat whitch gonna take us in to the sky sounds amazing....safety first and fitting belt and strap for parashut (I was surprised they can take 5 of by one time...Great!) After quick photo shoot session almost like IKARUS we started slowly drifting on wind...and this dephbreading beautiful view .... we wish to fly like this forever...but everything good move fast..enyway very exciting unforgettable and memorable experience, i strongly recommend for everyone any age....one guy said "...I want to say ad least I fly, now I can die..."

Parachute ascensionnel… accueil antipathique ( pas de bonjour ni de sourire ), aucune explication sur le déroulement de l’activité personnel pressant et brusque , temps de l’activité non respecté je déconseille fortement

Parasailing...Typowe koszenie kasy na turystach. Lot bardzo krótki. Warto zaywazyć ze lódź nie zabiera z pomostu tylko z morza i trzeba do niej dopłynąć. Uwaga na zdjecia kyore dprzedsja przed. Są robione na odwal się i pod słońce jakosc i rozdzielczosc to zart. Nawet na maila (prosząc) nie potrafią przesłać tylko skompresowana jakosc przez whatsup, kasowanie z góry za to 15 eur to kpina. Wlasnej kamerki nie wolno zabrać. Po krótkimlocie niefosyt i nawet zdjecia na pamiątkę nie ma.

Kiepskie podejście do klienta. Panowie nawet nie są zainteresowani czy klienci siedzą wygodnie i mają dobrze założoną uprząż tak, aby lot był komfortowy. Nie każdy wie jak to wygląda i jak ma się zachować. Na szczęście nie byliśmy pierwsi, więc mogliśmy podejrzeć czego nie robić i jak nie siedzieć. Chłopcy, którzy lecieli jako pierwsi niestety nie zostali poinformowani, że siedzą źle więc współczuję, bo mało komfortowe to był lot. Lot nie trwa 10 minut, a taką informację otrzymuje się płacąc za atrakcję. I nie dotyczy to tylko naszego lotu. Rzeczy prywatne trzeba zostawić w otwartej skrzyni na plaży, z której każdy mógł zabrać nasze rzeczy. Zdjęcia tragedia. Płaci się za nie przed lotem i dostaje dopiero na Whatsappa, więc nie ma możliwości zdecydowania czy Ci się podobają czy nie. Wiadomo, że warunki pogodowe mają znaczenie, ale byliśmy w piękny, słoneczny dzień, a zdjęcia wyglądają jakby były zrobione słabej jakości telefonem. Prośba o przesłanie na maila została zlekceważona, zapłacone więc mają Cię gdzieś. Atrakcja sama w sobie świetna. Ale 50 euro od osoby za takie warunki to zdecydowana przesada. Na łodzi byliśmy w 9 osób, więc musisz czekać na innych. O tym też nikt nie informuje. Jesteśmy zniesmaczeni firmą i nie polecamy.

Une étoile et encore c'est très cher payé comme le prix du parachute ascentionel qui d'ailleurs dure que 6 min au lieu de 10min. Personnel désagréable au possible même pas un simple bonjour ni un geste commercial après leur avoir dit mon mécontentement sur la durée de la session. Les photos sont a éviter car prise en dépit du bon sens tombe meme en panne de batterie en pleine session et prend son téléphone personnel pour finir.... Une honte juste un attrape touristes et ne représente vraiment pas la belle mentalité des habitants de Mallorca.

Hace 2 días fuimos al parasailing y roy es una bestia parda! Nos recomendo super bien y fue super simpático con nosotros. Tanto que, nos dieron ganas de llevarnoslo de fiesta. Volveremos.

So me and my two boys went for the parasailing. From the moment of booking until we arrived back it was a horrible experience when it came to staff at point of booking and on the boat. These guys are so rude especially the guy on the boat (not the captain) they have no manners at all. I honestly would not recommend these guys unless you want them to bully and be disrespectful to you. I asked on the boat if there was a place we could leave my 12yrs prescription glasses and the simplest answer I got from the assistant on the boat was a shrub of his shoulders. This was only one of many, not to mention being shouted at. I felt a little powerless as i was there with my 12 and 16 year old boys. I wish I was there on my own as I could have given back as good as i got. very very very unprofessional AVOID PLEASE AVOID

Workers was grumpy, can’t speak English and only yell Spanish at you like you understand them and get iterated when you don’t. Price to big for the trip, but was fun.

I little be disappointed, I tough would be only me and my son parasailing but they put two more people with us . They don’t aloud GoPro and is really disappointed that you have a camera for those purpose but money talk’s higher and we paid 15€ for a picture that yet we didn’t receive and never saw . . The couple who went had an exclusive photo and them they got back on the boat so we could get tied to the parasailing together . I was the roll travel on the middle of a big guy legs. Like I said , money talks loud and they really want to finish everyone quickly as possible to make more money .

Really enjoyed the experience, although paid for 2 of us and my partner didn’t end up doing it, so the men said they’d give me pictures with no extra charge as we paid 50 euros for my partner not to take part, they said to message the number they’d given me, I have done so many times and had no response.

It is really wonderful, the Team is Professional and the Activities are fantastic

No lo recomiendo. Personal muy borde, muy quemado por el turismo, y los vuelos en parasailing muy cortos y con mas personas desconocidas. Entiendo que puedan poner mas personas ya que pagamos las plazas pero no hacia viento cuando fuimos y aun asi nos juntaron con desconocidos. No merece la pena, 10 min caminando hay otro stand con mejores precios en el sofa y gente mas maja.

L'activité en elle même est vraiment génial je recommande, 50€ par personne cela reste cher ... Nous étions 4 amis et l'avons fait ensemble c'était top . Par contre sur le bateau un couple et deux amis qui ne se connaissez pas on du le faire tous ensemble pour ceux qui sont derrière c'est quand même moins sympa ils profitent pas comme il faut ... Les photos sur WhatsApp c'est ok 👍 les deux gars sur le bateau très sympa avec un peu de musique. Par contre l'accueil sur la plage vraiment moyen .

50 euros por un vuelo de 10 minutos. Calidad-precio esta desmesurado… 15 euros por unas fotos con una calidad pésima que no sirven ni de recuerdo…Añado una foto para que vean la calidad y no se gasten el dinero en ello…

No lo recomiendo. Fuimos al Parasailing tres personas y nos pusieron 5. Pagamos por las fotos y cuando nos llegaron no salíamos nosotros. NO LO RECOMIENDO. Doy una estrella porque no me deja poner menos 5.

NÃO RECOMENDO. Pior experiência da vida! Eles venderam um passeio para duas pessoas, quando estavam dentro barco, eles colocaram 5 pessoas. Sendo que, meu esposo tem 130 kilos. Recusei em fazer o passeio e eles informaram que caso eu não fosse, nenhum reembolso seria realizado e não foi!!! Não se importam com a segurança do indivíduo no passeio, nem com a segurança dos seus pertences que ficam em terra em uma caixa aberta. Não possuem educação, foram grossos e mal educados. Vendem algo que não vão cumprir.

Es ist zwar echt schön in der Luft, aber 5 Minuten in der Luft mit einer fremden Familie zusammen... Das ist kein gutes Verhältnis von Preis-Leistung. Egal ob Mallorca oder nicht, das ist kein gutes Angebot, sorry.

Géré par des petits jeunes hautains, irrespectueux et inexpérimentés. Ne respecte pas le temps initial, une arnaque c est une honte je déconseille fortement d y aller.

Just parasailed. We crashed into the boat on the way back in because the driver didn’t slow down enough. My partner injured her hand and most likely broke a knuckle. We didn’t even have a single apology from the 2 lads on the boat. When returning to the beach we asked for a refund and they out rightly refused. Absolutely shocking

Crazy ufo was the worst experience of our lives. There were 3 of us and we were literally flying in the air and receiving very strong and hard kicks, it was very painful, we were injured after it. We were shouting all the time to the driver to stop the ride, because we were being hurt and they didn’t stop it.

Eine der wenigen die im Oktober noch Bananenboot / Speedboot etc. anbieten. Die Fahrt mit dem Sofa geht 10km und ist jeden Euro wert. Es gibt keine Internetseite zum Reservieren, aber man kann einfach hinlaufen und vor Ort zahlen mit kleiner Wartezeit.

Went parasailing for the first time, experience itself was fab with no issues, however paid for photos and never received them... apparently they got deleted and was told to come back down for a refund the next day, we spent an hour and a half walking down the next day and the place was closed. When I messaged them to state I had walked down for my refund, which they had told me to do, they responded saying they were shut. Really dissapointed we have no photos of our first time parasailing and the way we were treated was shocking... really felt like I was being scammed!
