I don’t even know where to begin with this holiday. The main words I can use to describe this holiday is Benidorm holiday.

Me and my boyfriend just returned the other day from an 11 night stay and to start the trip off we were told we had to pay €62 for tourist tax which no where anywhere was that mentioned at all! So because of this, me and my boyfriend were €62 short for the rest of the trip. I wouldn’t have minded if we were told before hand to be prepared.

||||We then got to our room 108, and the utter disappointment we both felt. The room was a tiny box with a small double bed in it where the tv isn’t even facing the bed but a wall? Also, the balcony view was onto the roof of the outdoor dining area and overlooking the entertainment where there’s always lots of loud, drunk people at night. I’ve never felt the need to change my room at a hotel until that day, and so we did. Luckily the man at the desk instantly knew what room I was talking about and gave me a new key for a room which was so much nicer. So thank you to that man.

||||The main issue with this hotel/area that we stayed in was the clientele. This hotel has a lot of rude people staying here. I understand that the hotel doesn’t to my knowledge have any control over this, but I feel it’s important to let others like me and my boyfriend know that these people are not very welcoming. If you don’t like being around 90% British people on holiday, this hotel isn’t for you. ||||We both felt quite intimidated by a lot of the other guests and because of this me and my boyfriend didn’t ever want to drink down by the bar and instead went to our rooms which isn’t really what you go on holiday for.

 We tried telling the receptionists but they said there was nothing they could do which I understand.||||A few nights before they arrived another family were there, in which the Dad got drunk and beat his son up, and also got verbally aggressive towards the receptionist. Which left a bad taste in our mouths from the first night.

||||The staff seem nice on the surface but I feel like you can tell they don’t really enjoy their jobs. A lot of the waitresses in the dining area seem nice but I noticed they did a lot of gossiping and staring. The barmen act like their lives are really hard, as I accidentally spilled a drink and he looked at me like he wanted to kill me. Then near on pushed us out the way when he got the mop. He didn’t even offer to get me another drink, and even though I apologised profusely, he made me feel really embarrassed. I understand working in dining is hard but it’s no effort to be polite. The only staff I feel are actually genuine and work hard are the cleaners for the rooms, always smiling and saying hello.

||||The waterpark next door seems okay to start with but the male lifeguards working there are pervy, looking places they shouldn’t be looking. The pools don’t really have any deep parts which is a bit disappointing. The slides are cool though. We didn’t realise until the last day of our holiday that the pool bar serves hotdogs and fries, etc, as a part of the all inclusive which we didn’t know because the big signs have prices all over them and no one told us that all inclusive could have most things free because there was a tiny little menu with tiny writing that told us this.

||||The food in the dining area is very samey. Not much variety. There’s only pizza on certain nights which I found weird because it’s an easy meal to make. And when they did have it, there were people queuing up like hawks, understandably. There’s a lot of flies that go on the food which is gross. Not much for gluten free food, and if you have an allergy/dietary restrictions there aren’t many labels that tell you what’s got what in it. If it does, they’re not often in the right place. The all inclusive cocktails and drinks in general are watered down, so start drinking early if you even want a little buzz, because I was only tipsy after 4 rum and cokes.

||||I could go on even more but in all honesty, I can’t be bothered. All in all, this holiday felt like a chore to be on, rather than somewhere to relax. The only place we were able to relax was in our rooms. We couldn’t wait to go home. It honestly didn’t feel like a holiday at all.

We have been to Menorca many times and cala'n forcat but first time to this hotel, chose Delfines because it's a family hotel. There were 10 of us ages 7 to 73. It was a good choice so much for kids to do definitely recommend as a family hotel. |The food is OK, always something for everyone. The drinks are OK, have certainly had worse in an AI. Everywhere is very clean, staff very helpful. We had a room in main hotel overlooking the road and inland but could also see the sea, good for seeing the sunrise. |The hotel is central so good for having a walk round. If you like the beach best one is at Cala'n Blanes. A walk to Cala'n Brut on a nice sunny day is well worth it, no beach just rocks where the brave jump or dive in, or maybe just a swim it's a beautiful place. I don't think we'll come back as a couple but certainly recommend it for a family holiday.

We enjoyed a short (4 night) break here recently and I honestly struggled to find fault with anything. We stayed in an apartment - clean and tidy, no complaints, good size with a lovely pool view. Pool - again clean and I felt a good selection for our 10 year old with the different pools. Water park - excellent considering it’s included in the price of the holiday! Our daughter loved it here. Food - generally very good. A good selection across the three meal sittings - I can see perhaps some fussy eaters would struggle but we thoroughly enjoyed what we had. Bar - good. Sometimes felt having one bar person on wasn’t the best idea but the singular bar person soon worked through the queue. Perhaps a better selection of all inclusive cocktails would have also been nice. Overall - a lovely holiday. Very nice staff, a very clean hotel.

The hotel is situated close to the small town, handy supermarkets and nicknack shops. The hotel is clean and well kept. The cleaners do a great job. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant. On our first full day we asked for toppers for the beds as they were quite hard. This was expedited quickly but when I went to put on my pyjamas that night they were missing. We reported this to reception and they said they should return if they were taken with the bedding when they put the toppers on. Not sure why they would change the sheets we had only slept in the bed one night. My pyjamas are sadly still missing as I write this after returning home. The pools were delightful but absolutely freezing. Don't know if they warmed up as myself and my companion were ill for most of the week so didn't even lay by the pools. WARNING to other travellers. We had booked a tour in the Monday morning but, on Sunday afternoon decided my companion was to poorly to attend. I got ill on the Monday. Our rep had left at 1pm so we contacted TUI via the app. We were offered a postponement but told CS that the trip was only running on Monday. Advised that as we had not given 24 hrs notice we would not receive a refund and to speak to our rep. We did this the following day and she postponed the trip to Friday. On our list this was not shown. On the Wednesday (2 days before our trip) we were now both poorly so went to see the rep to again cancel as we could not attend due to ill health. We were told that as the trip had been previously postponed, we could not cancel and would lose our €110. I am taking this up with TUI but apparently this is the norm, even though on the TUI app the cancellation policy states 100% full refund if 24hrs notice given. This is all it says, no conditions, no it's buts or maybes. No references to postponed trips. Just that! So be warned! Apart from this and confining ourselves to quarters for the best part, we had a relaxing week sans pyjamas.

A nice hotel. Spotlessly clean with modern rooms. Staff were pleasant with the exception of some of the bar staff who were grumpy and surly.|We went slightly out of season so no problem getting a sunbed.

Room has a decent sized fridge and a large safety deposit box which you have to pay extra for.|Very pleasant staff all through the hotel.|If staying Half Board, you have the option of upgrading to All Inclusive drinks only package for €10pp per night, so if you have 6 days left, you pay €60 pp at the time of getting it, you cannot pay one day at a time..|The hotel is 4* and has plenty variety of good food, unfortunately with it being an AI option,some of the clientele are barely 2* but you experience that everywhere that AI is an option.|Three nice pool of which one is children only, they do suffer from early morning (or late at night) sunbeds towel claimer but these are the 2* people mentioned above. Not everyone does it. Plenty of sunbeds but these people MUST have the same sunbeds every day! The staff should remove all towels on sunbeds before the pool area is actually open, it would take a couple of minutes to do that.||Overall, a great hotel and we would stay here again.

This was our second holiday at this very hotel. We had originally been very impressed by the quality and abundance of food, well atleast that is what the weighing scales proved upon our return. The apartment was clean, fully air-conditioned and our room maid was fantastic day on day. There is a choice of 3 pools that have sun loungers scattered around them throughout the day. If you wish to get your favourite position and a brolly, you had best best set off at 0630hrs to have a fighting chance of desired position, as all the other entitled holiday makers grab brollies, block footpaths and have a disregard for others. I would have given 5 stars overall; however I was getting bored of Chav's carrying handfuls of 🍺 cups into the pool for the consumption by other other Chav's please drink responsibly out of the pool. The waterpark, which is a 4 minute walk from the hotel is still luscious green grass and lifeguards that are forefilling their safety role keeping people safe all over the site. With our los delphine wrist band we enjoyed food and drinks as part of our package, served by Jose and his team Clean appealing and 3 days spent in the water there and on the slides.

Spent a week here recently with family and 2 little ones. Hotel room.and apartment were very clean and regularly serviced, we had a room overlooking the pool, which meant it was rather noisy in the evening but it was fine.|The rest of our party had an apartment, which was originally on 1st floor but with 2 little ones and a double buggy not easy to access and a room change was offered without a problem.|We found all of the staff to be very helpful and friendly and the animation team worked sooo hard day and night. We especially lived the daily stretching classes - thank you Mar!|Only downside was that all inclusive didn't include everything, the ice cream was pretty gross and most cocktails were not included, which isn't really ALL inclusive. Also, you had to pay for bottled water!|Food was nice and plentiful, not always piping hot but a really good selection.|Overall, I would recommend this hotel!

This visit Our party consisted of 4 adults ,2 children aged 2 and 6 and a special needs adult .|The hotel in general is always clean and was regularly cleaned ,room service was regular and rooms we were in were clean ,bathroom was great and the shower was perfect ,the air con kept us cool in the hot nights ,everything worked well , this time we went for apartments which were excellent |I found the bed very comfortable and slept well .|The best part of the hotel were the staff ,exceptionally friendly and helpful, very understanding when it came to our autistic adult who can be challenging ,it's worth mentioning there were a few special needs adults and children there and they were shown kindness and friendliness by all the staff ,even the maintenance staff said "Hola" |The Animation (Entertainment) staff are an absalute credit to Globales ,Carena ,Mar and the new lad were outstanding with the Mini disco ,kids dances and meeting Globby ,our 2 Yr old and 6yr old looked forward to it every night and joined in religiously enjoying every moment . |After the children entertainment there was bingo and competitions ,sometimes to win champagne, there was also shows/acts ,some amazing African gymnasts with a jaw dropping act , good singers basically something for everyone. |We went all inclusive which was a very good decision, the food I would say was very good ,plenyfull and over the 2wks we stayed a very good spread ,everything you could possibly think off even sushi one night .|The water park which is opposite the hotel was great fun ,4 slides according to how daring you feel like and kids slides and pools ,also drinks ,chips etc in the all inclusive .|Plenty of sun beds and room at the water park and the hotel pools .|I saw the pools cleaned every morning so there always clean like the rest of the hotel excellent.|We spent alot of time in the pools daily ,watch out for the elephant in the kids pool........😁|We got taxis into Ciutadella as it was easier than the bus for us ,lovley town with lots to see ,and cafes best being round the fish market, best time to visit being evening/night |There are some bars and places around the hotel should you want to go out but we felt the hotel had pretty much everything we wanted .|Staff in the restaurant were outstanding nice to see the same staff we saw 2 years ago very very friendly |Bottom line is we will definately go on holiday again to this location,a very sad day when we left a very good holiday destination for family's|The only downside was having to come home , such a nice place it was like leaving family looking forward to the next visit there

We stayed here for a week AI, great service from all the team at this hotel. Food was great all through the week. TUI staff very helpful and friendly, location is great especially for families, our apartment was also good overall. Entertainment in the evening as you’d expect a couple of great acts. Having the water park attached to the hotel also a great attraction to stay here.

Currently here, second time here. This hotel is awesome, the pool is great, same as the staff. Obviously the drink is watered down but that’s normal with all inclusive. The main downfall that ruins this place is the absolute rubbish of entertainment acts that are on every night, they are too short and boring. I don’t mean the hotel staff entertainers, they are ace, especially Karina and Mar. As it was my birthday, they upgraded us to an apartment which was a nice surprise. The food is great, such a variety of meals to have. Although they should cater more for vegans. I did ask the restaurant manager, who said they weren’t allowed too. Can’t wait to return next year, would be even greater if you had a vegan menu as well.

Visted the water park a good day out, can go for less if visiting 3pm til 6pm

Lovely all inclusive experience. Staff are lovely, food is varied and always something you’ll find you like. Apartments are nice and entertainment music doesnt reach bedrooms if you want an early night. Only slightly downside is the lack of sandy beach nearby, but wasn’t an issue for us as a young couple as we could swim in the coves. Would recommend the excursions to see the island. Would come back again!

Stayed in an apartment with broken slippy floor reported yet never fixed . The food is awful and the hotel is boring nothing to do in the area either if your coming with children over five it's very boring . Same old boring night entertainment. The water park is okay for an hour. The beach isn't a proper beach I would avoid this area and hotel not worth the money at all all guests were agreeing it's more a two star

2nd visit for us. Andrea checked us in promptly and was very helpful in sorting our room with a balcony. No fuss at making this happen. Then before entering our apartment we were greeted warmly by Rosmery one your cleaning team. She remembered us from last year. Management should be delighted with the quality of staff who all work exceptionally hard. Food is excellent offering a wide variety of choices, catering for all tastes. Drink dispensers can be at times temperamental but you soon get the hang of them. Restaurant staff are polite and attented to any arising issue. Always plenty of loungers available around the pool, so need to reserve one. However we put 2 towels down before going into lunch and on returning someone left the clip but had taken the towel. The animacon team work extremely hard keeping everyone entertained throughout the day. Evening entertainment is varied and enjoyable. If you are All inclusive then you have free access to the water park. Pilar who checks you in is lovely. Some food is available but the soft drinks are a great disappointment, very watery. Looking forward to returning next year with family.

We have just stayed at the hotel this year it was amazing hotel the staff r amazing especially the entertainment staff the food was great and the water park that is next-door is amazing my kids 10 and 14 loved it the food at the water park was all inclusive as well and was really nice I would really recommend this hotel to anyone

Nice clean rooms with free air-conditioning. Friendly staff and good food. Great for families, especially with the free access to the water park opposite the hotel.

Beds weren't great kept moving apart as was 2 single beds n little one fell through the middle of the beds balcony wasn't big enough for more than 2 people n couldn't sit at the table with door open service was great entertainment brilliant non stop from 10.30 to 10.30 pm location wasn't to bad 5 minutes walk from everything around the hotel

Super rodinný hotel, hodinu jízdy autobusem z letiště, v docházkové vzdálenosti od dvou pláží, kde je malinká písčitá pláž a jinak vstup ze skalnatých útesů, někde po žebříku, jinde volně, doporučuji boty do vody. S malými dětmi nevhodné, nebezpečné a neschůdný terén pro kočárky. Jídlo All inclusive skvělé, tematické dny (italská, mexická, asijská kuchyně apod.), úžasný výběr všeho, nic nechybělo a spoustu možností i pro vegetariány. Personál naprosto v pohodě. Čisto a uklizeno, jak na pokojích, tak v celém areálu. 90% hostů anglické rodiny s dětmi, jen pro info. Denní a večerní zábava, nehledejte zde klid a ticho, komu by to vadilo, musí hledat jinde. Před hotelem super aquapark, který jsme měli V All inclusive zdarma, tobogány i skluzavky pro malé i velké. V blízkosti krásné historické město, stojí za to vidět a samozřejmě objet co nejvíc pláží na ostrově, které jsou překrásné. Menorcu i Los Delfines doporučuji.

Ogólnie nie można narzekać, obsługa bardzo miła, jedzenie smaczne ale pod Brytyjczyków ewidentnie. Pokoje proszą się o remont.

Hotel bardzo przyjazny dla rodzin z dziećmi. Obok hotelu aquapark w cenie (dostępny nie tylko dla gości hotelowych). Na terenie hotelu dwa baseny i mini aquapark dla dzieci. Na każdym z basenów znajduje się ratownik. Wyżywienie w hotelu bardzo różnorodne, codziennie coś innego, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Animacje, ekipa animatorów bardzo fajna ale nie nachalna. Wieczorne pokazy na bardzo przyzwoitym poziomie, szczególnie mini koncerciki, czujesz się jak w sali koncertowej. Położenie hotelu sprzyja pieszym wycieczkom po los delfines. Obok hotelu przystanek autobusowy, sklepiki i restauracje. Polecamy jak najbardziej

Sam hotel jest ok, pokoje niezbyt duże. Przy rodzinie 3 osobowej i 3 walizkach problem z umieszczeniem tych walizek. Jedzenie w miarę ok, duży wybór aczkolwiek napoje zalatują wodą chlorowaną. Mała restauracja główna co powodowało na oczekiwanie w kolejce na stolik. Personel zawsze uśmiechnięty. Plusem fajny aquapark dla dzieci oraz to ze jest blisko sklep i przystanek autobusowy którym można podjechać do Ciutadelli. Niedaleko ok 450 m od hotelu wypożyczalnia fajnych rowerków. Ogólnie hotel położony w spokojnej części.

Hotel wg mnie na 4. Są pokoje w hotelu oraz domki szeregowe dla rodzin 4os. W domkach płaci się wyższą opłatę klimatyczną niż w pokojach hotelowych. Service room nie powala. Duża ilość piasku w pokojach mimo wizyty Pań sprzątaczek. Jedzenie oceniam na 4, śniadania te same przez 8 dni. Obiady różniły się minimalnie. Drinki i piwo słabe (w porównaniu z (niby tymi samymi) w sklepie. Możliwość kupienia drinków czy lodów lub innych napojów mrożonych wg cennika na terenie hotelu. Ogólna atmosfera oraz pracownicy w hotelu bardzo przyjazna. Animacje wg mojej oceny na 3. Aqua park z fajnymi zjeżdżalniami oraz basenem z jakuzzy (mogą tam wchodzić osoby z poza hotelu a młodzież nie jest nastawiona optymistycznie na turystów). Basen na terenie hotelu czynny 10-19 ale nikt nie zwracał szczególnej uwagi jeśli ktoś był wcześniej lub dłużej. Dla dzieci fajny wody plac zabaw w brodziku. Do "plaży" 800m. Plaża maleńka a wokół skały i piękne widoki. Okolica to domki, dwa sklepy, blisko przystanek do centrum oraz kilka knajpek.

Great hotel less than an hour from the airport, food and services are top notch and very close to the sights nearby

Hotel bardzo przyjazny dla rodzin z dziećmi. Jest to kompleks obejmujący szereg niskich budynków z pokojami rodzinnymi i trzypiętrowy budynek główny z pokojami dwuosobowymi. Każdy pokój ma malutki balkon ze stolikiem i krzesłami. W pokojach rodzinnych jest taras. Centralna część obiektu to 3 bardzo czyste i ładne baseny ze slodką wodą, wokół których rozlokowane są leżaki. W środkowym basenie wieża ze zjeżdżalniami dla młodszych dzieci. Przy basenach 2 bary. Jadalnia jest przestronna. Serwowane dania bardzo smaczne, różnorodne i elegancko podane. Kucharz to mistrz gotowania. Każdego dnia serwował coś nowego. Kolorowe desery i różnorodne owoce zachęcały do ich spróbowania. Śniadania typowo brytyjskie. Nad naszym wypoczynkiem czuwała bardzo miła I pomocna obsługa. Codziennie ciekawe animacje dla dzieci i dorosłych prowadzone przez przemiłych animatorów. Wieczorem koncerty i pokazy artystyczne. W cenie pobytu mieliśmy aquapark położony obok hotelu. W pobliżu zejścia do malowniczych, skalistych zatoczek z malutkimi plażami. Jesteśmy zachwyceni Minorka i bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Na pewno wrócimy do Globales Los Delfines .

I must say this has been one of the best family holidays we have been on, everything was brilliant from the room, pools, food! The team of staff are so welcoming and polite, I do want to give a big shout out to the animation team as they were brilliant and the highlight of our holiday from all the games quizzes for both children and adults, a special mention to karina who really made a massive impact on us as a family she was FANTASTIC! Would highly recommend anyone visiting menorca to stay here, Thankyou for the best week and creating memories for my family and myself love Suzi, Raf, Riley and Mariah xxx

Bardzo polecam hotel! Świetnie położony, blisko centrum miasteczka i przystanku, z którego łatwo i szybko można dojechać do Ciutadelli. Ładne, czyste pokoje, my dostaliśmy apartament na parterze z widokiem na basen - bliziutko do basenu i baru przy basenie. Pyszne, różnorodne jedzenie, bardzo duży wybór, kolacje tematyczne, wszystko dobrze doprawione i bardzo smaczne. Cały dzień animacje, wieczorem mini disco i pokazy - animatorzy bardzo mili, zachęcali do wspólnej zabawy. Miła obsługa recepcji, łatwo można się porozumieć w języku angielskim. Jedyny minus to napoje - niesmaczne, śmierdziały chlorem, drinki też średnio smaczne i mały wybór w all inclisive. Brakuje darmowej pinacolady, my za nią płaciliśmy, bo bardzo lubimy - około 6 euro.

Rooms were very good cleaned daily so no complaints there. We booked AI board basis, the food was not the best we ate out most times. Also no snack bar on site for those who snack between meal sittings, you have to walk to the water park over the road for any burgers, hotdogs or other snacks. The drink selection at the pool bar is ok. We have stayed here three times before as its location us great for us very close to all the coves in the area. Just would not go there on an AI basis again, unless its a last min deal.

Stayed at this complex for a week with the family, staff can't do enough for you, every one so friendly the kids Loved the pools, very clean complex , plenty of choices available on the menu, breakfast, lunch and supper and the food was good 👍 entertainment good, the water park was great, plenty of lifeguards on duty from 10:00hrs to 18:00hrs daily, not far from local bars all within walking distance. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again, the Sun 🌞 was amazing hot every day 😁

LOVED this hotel! Staff were very friendly and worked so hard. It was spotless and the cleaners cleaned so well daily. The pools were clean and well maintained and the same with the hotel throughout. We stayed in the apartments which was fantastic as we were right by the pool. Food was lovely with lots of choice to cater for everyone. There were busier times than others but to be expected. Only thing I would say is the plates were hit and miss - some were still a little dirty. All inclusive drinks menu was pretty decent I would say. The hotel is located in a good area, a short walk from plenty of shops and restaurants. 10 minutes in a taxi to Ciutadella, 10 minute walks down to the rocks and coves where you can jump into the water or have a nice scenic walk. Waterpark that was included with the hotel was across the road and was brilliant for the kids and adults. You can pay for late check out if there is availability which helped us massively as we had a late flight home. We had a fabulous time here and made some lovely memories. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families.

Really lovely little hotel, all the coves are 15 minutes walk, and it's very scenic round here. Staff are lovely, food is high quality, but the menu can feel a little repetitive (we were all inclusive so we took advantage of that). Kids weren't bothered by the food, they enjoyed all meals. So, no complaints here.

Lovely holiday for myself and my son. Food variety was good everyday. Pool area and kids club was definitely able to keep him busy. Stayed in the main hotel, rooms could do with a little refresh but spotlessly clean!

Great hotel. Three Great pools. Good selection of foods in the dining room. Everything was nice and clean and tidy. Next door to water park which entry, food and drink is included if you are all inclusive and near to shops, restaurants and pubs.

Rezession für Urlaub (Stand 2024). Wir hatten einen wunderbaren All-Inclusive Urlaub in diesem Hotel. Preis-Leistung war absolut top. Mit 100€ pro Nacht in der Nachsaison Ende September. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, fleißig und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war nicht überragend, aber solide. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Wer nicht zu pingelig ist, was das Zimmer angeht, wird in dem Hotel sehr zufrieden sein. Das Essen wechselte täglich! Frühstück ist groß, mit viel Auswahl. Eierspeisen (auch frisch gekochte Omelettes), Müslis, Obstspeisen und Brot, sowie Aufstriche. Es gab auch schon warme Speisen, wie Baked Beans, etc. Mittags war das Essen weniger beeindruckend, aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Immer warm, immer frisch, gute Auswahl. Wenn etwas aus war, wurde zügig nachgelegt. Abends allerdings sticht das Essen heraus! Jeden Abend gibt es wechselndes Themenessen. Asiatisch, Mexikanisch, Mediteran, Deutsch, etc. Es gibt auch frische Pizza mit verschiedenen Ölen und Belag! (Als Thema, also nicht jeden Abend). All Inclusive Getränke sind in Ordnung, die freien alkoholischen Getränke nichts besonderes, aber wie gesagt in Ordnung. Die Lage ist top, es gibt 4 schöne Strände in 15 Minuten Laufweg, dabei auch ein schöner Abschnitt, an dem man herrlich Klippenspringen kann! Der wichtigste Punkt ist wohl, dass in dem All-Inclusive-Paket der nahegelegene Wasserpark mit inkludiert ist! 4-5 Rutschen, dazu ein Kinderbereich mit noch mehr Rutschen und ein größerer Pool, in dem man auch schwimmen kann. Sehr schöne, saubere Anlage. Dazu ein Imbiss-Stand, bei dem für All-Inclusive auch Burger (Rind/Huhn), Pommes, Frische Zwiebelringe, oder Hot-Dog, sowie Mini-Eisbecher und dieselben nicht alkoholischen Getränke angeboten werden. Frisch, lecker, zügig. Der Eintritt 25€ sowie diese Speisen ist im All-Inklusive-Paket des Hotels dabei! Man darf keine überragenden Luxus-Leistungen erwarten, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat uns einfach umgehauen! In die Stadt kommt man ganz leicht mit dem Bus. Das Einmal-Ticket hat zwischen 2,60-3,40€ gekostet. Die Busse waren pünktlich, sauber und zuverlässig. Viele Tourismusbuden gibt es nicht, dafür eine Menge Restaurants, die wir allerdings nie besucht haben, weil das Essen im Hotel einfach immer mega war. Läden für Strandbedarf hat es an jeder Ecke, aber viele Mitbringsel und offene Abendmärkte hatte es (in der Nachsaison zumindest) nicht. Ich kann jedem diesen Urlaub empfehlen, der gutes, wechselndes Essen mag, eine wunderschöne Insel auf eigenem Fuß erkunden möchte (viel laufen!) und das Meiste aus seinem Geld machen möchte, mit einem aktiveren Urlaub (Nicht Sport-Urlaub! Dazu kann ich nichts sagen.) Solange der Preis so bleibt, jeder Zeit wieder! Danke Globales und Danke an das gesamte Team. Der Urlaub war einfach top!

This is defo a three star for me. The staff were fantastic 😍 will not fault them at all. Two bars for the amount of people and only one open day, one at night. We didn't see much entertainment apart from kids stuff. Inside when there was some form of entertainment, the space was too small to accommodate many people at all. Dining area I thought was pretty small and cramped as some tables were close to beams and buffet. People walking very close between tables to get to their own. Not a very great selection of all inclusive drinks to be honest. Four cocktails and one lager. Rooms were nice but adequate. Two bed family room, one bigger room and the second was quite small and very close to the door. When we arrived, the bathroom window was hanging off. They did fix that. I did mention about the banister outside was literally off and loose. As I leant on it to view the area and slide. I think a guy came to fix this, I can't quite remember. The shower did have hairs in when we arrived so I had to clean that a bit. Three air conditionings in living area, bedroom one and two. And only the living area one worked. Nice walking spots to find beaches . .

Właśnie wróciliśmy z hotelu Los Delfines jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu, hotel czysty , miła obsługa, jedzenie pyszne duży wybór, okolica piękna,super wycieczki z Nikolą .

i came here with family for a 4 night all inclusive break. the staff are very welcoming, they’re very accommodating for children and like to get the adult involved as much as they can. the buffets over breakfast, lunch and dinner are relatively good, there’s a mix and match of things to choose from to meet everyone’s tastes, and a lot of fresh food being cooked as you go. there’s plenty of space for families to sit together on sunbeds without that mad rush to grab one with your towel at early hours. the all inclusive resort has plenty of restaurants and pubs to go to that are family friendly, if you fancy getting out, with kids games and karaoke for anyone. the rooms are clean with the housekeeper allocated to one floor so always there if you need to ask for anything the only thing was the showers have a tendency to not stay hot, so be prepared for a lukewarm warm / cold to hot shower. it’s a really lovely place with a good vibe all round :))

De retour de Varadero, Cuba après un séjour de 9 jours due au annulation Sunwing, a l’hôtel Los Delphines, ce fut un séjour formidable! Tout le staff de l’hôtel en étais formidable, femme de chambre, resto, animations ect.. Je me suis pas ennuyée la bas que du plaisirs. |Le resto a la carte no:1 après y avoir manger 3 fois!|Le buffet rien à dire, la soupes était tellement bonne , les jus était vraiment du jus et non du jus qui goûtait l’eau.. ||Les cafés espagnol le matin croyez moi que à tout les matins ont en avait s’en manquer de crème de Rhum.. loll Le vin à chaques repas midi ou souper,Liqueur Fanta, cola, sprite .. jamais manquer de rien ! J’ai et nous avons passer un séjour formidable. C’est assuré que à la fin Mars début Avril nos y serons une dizaines à y retourner. Pour notre part à nous tous merveilleuse endroit. La plage de toutes beauté, les chaises à volonté et maintenant on y retrouve des chaises assises et couchante sur la plage très confortable! Bien hâtes d’y retourner. Des très beaux moments passer à cette hôtel.

When originally booking this resort we were somewhat sceptical after reading mixed reviews but decided to try the place for ourselves - to our absolute delight we are extremely glad we did. Genuinely could not fault this place whatsoever! We are still currently here until Wednesday next week and are already looking at booking again for next year. Hygiene and cleanliness: We are staying in a ground floor apartment and it is extremely well kept and cleaned every day, we even left some pots in the sink to clean when we returned from being round the pool and was very surprised and also grateful that these had even been washed. The rest of the resort (including the waterpark) is also spotless and very well maintained. Hardly any flies around the dining area, including the outside seating area and the snack bar at the water park. (You can't stop all of them but can see that the staff are quick the clear food left on tables and that has been dropped around the buffet to try and reduce this as much as possible) Food: Really cannot fault the food. From breakfast to lunch to dinner and the snacks in between. I myself am quite a picky eater but I have certainly not struggled to find something to eat. There has been plenty of choice for all (including children). Also, the choice that there has been is also kept well on top off. As soon as something is running low, staff are coming out to bring out fresh and re-fill. Different vegetarian option, meat options and everything has been delicious and flavourful. Drinks: We are all inclusive and the only thing I could slightly fault is the choice of cocktails and the fact you have to pay for the more popular ones I.e. pina colada, passionfruit martini etc. However, the cocktails that are available are very strong and taste lovely. My partner is a big San miguel fan and him having an unlimited supply of it, has definitely made him a happy man. A shout out to the girl on the pool bar, she is absolutely lovely and remembers your drinks order very well. Entertainment: The resort has ongoing activities throughout the day and the staff doing them make it very clear what's happening and when and are very energetic and friendly. The nighttime Entertainment is great, mini disco for the kids which is absolutely fantastic followed by bingo and other shows then after that. Staff: Couldn't fault a single staff member so far, each one has been friendly, helpful and welcoming. Such a lovely, hard working team! Waterpark: A 2 minute walk round the corner and is absolutely brilliant! Again staff working there are fabulous and there's a range of slides for all ages! Not a single fault to mention about it! Location: The resort is in a great location, close by to 2 reasonably priced supermarkets. Also walking distance to different bars and restaurants. Less than a 20 minute walk to either Cala en Forcat or Cala en Brut (breath taking views definitely worth the walk) Overall, I cannot comprehend the bad reviews on this place as I have not found a single fault so far and will absolutely be returning next year with my family!

Razem z mężem byliśmy w tym hotelu dwukrotnie. Za każdym razem spotkaliśmy się z wysokiej jakością obsługi. Hotel bardzo ładny, schludny i czysty. Pokoje wybieramy zawsze w tym samym ekonomicznym standardzie (spędzamy tam mało czasu więc nie widzimy sęsu dopłacać), ale mimo to są dość przestronne wyposażone w czajnik, kawę, herbatę. Łazienka czysta, dość spora i wygodna. Balkon fakt faktem nie za duży, ale 2 osoby z kawą na spokojnie usiądą. Co do jedzenia wydaje mi się, że to bardzo subiektywne dla każdego nie mniej jednak wprowadzona była pewna różnorodność. W trakcie posiłku można smiało można było obserwować kucharza w akcji szykującego ma świeżo podawane potrawy. Codziennie od godziny około 10 zaczynają się animacje dla gości które kończą się w okolicy 22/23. Okolica hotelu raczej spokojna, cichutka i dla amatorów rajdów po sklepach i knajpkach może być nieco nudno. Nie zmienia to faktu że wszędzie jest bardzo czysto. Podsumowując hotel warty odwiedzenia.

Avoid at all costs! This is hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I stepped into the room, it was clear that no care had been taken with cleanliness or maintenance. The rooms are dreadful, with an unbearable stench coming from the bathroom drains that made it hard to stay inside for long periods. As for the food, it’s severely lacking. The variety is extremely limited, and by the time you get to the buffet, many of the dishes are either completely gone or cold. It’s beyond frustrating to expect a proper meal and get the leftovers instead. However, the most upsetting part of the entire experience was the staff, especially in the restaurant. One staff member, Jafe, actually yelled at me in front of a full room of diners. His rude and unprofessional behavior was shocking and completely ruined what was already a terrible stay. The lack of respect and customer service at this hotel is absolutely appalling. I honestly cannot stress enough how much you should avoid this place. It’s not worth your time, money, or patience. Look elsewhere, as this hotel is nothing short of a disaster.

We had a wonderful holiday in a wonderful hotel. It was very clean and well maintained and comfortable. The food was exceptional, great choice, delicious and different every day. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it. A big shout out to the yoga teacher!! We loved doing the stretchs every morning.

Wszystko super, bardzo dobre jedzenie w opcji All. Jedyny minus czystość na stołówce, która nieco psuła moją ogólną ocenę. Talerze nie domyte i to bardzo często. Stoliki po posiłku kelner/kelnerka sprząta jedną ścierką. Zero płynu czyszczącego, zero preparatu fo dezynfekcji brrr.Powinni to dopracować, bo jedzenie bardzo smaczne, ale jak masz zjeść na lepiącym się stoliku to psuje ogólne wrażenie.

Nos encantó el hotel. Buen servicio y buena comida. El apartamento genial. Repetiría sin duda. Es un hotel ideal para familias tienen un buen parque acuático. Los camareros y recepcionistas siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Lo recomiendo sin duda

Great hotel! Came for 10 nights as a 13 year old with 4 adults and 1 other kid, i loved the waterpark and spent quite a lot of time there. Me and the other kid that came especially enjoyed the kamikaze and the food was good quality. However it maybe could’ve had at least one more big slide and a lazy river but this is coming off going to a hotel with a perfect waterpark last year so I cannot really complain much. food was also great with good variety and I especially loved the Mexican themed night, flies are really annoying though if you’re sitting outside. The activities and the hotel pools were great too although the darts was rigged. This hotel also made me like football more with its pitch, I played most nights with my friend who came with me and other kids playing and actually played pretty well despite not playing for a team at home. The worst thing about this hotel though and what held it back from getting 5 stars is the rooms. First of all it felt too similar to a caravan(on the bottom floor,idk about other floors) secondly the air con was way too loud despite which setting it’s on and wasn’t cool enough and it was the worst I’ve ever slept on an abroad holiday. Overall this hotel was very good and we had many great memories here. I am writing this the day I’ve returned and I’m missing it already.

We have just returned from a 10 night stay. 6 adults and 3 children. What an amazing time we have had. The pool area is great and you can always get a sunbed, whatever time of day. The food is amazing. Freshly prepared, great selection and lots to choose from rather than just mundane nuggets, pizza, etc. Our kids loved trying everything!! The use of the waterpark and being able to get food and drinks as part of the All Inclusive was a great addition!! The entertainment staff worked so hard and were brilliant with all the kids. The hotel also has a TUI kids club. The hotel is in walking distance from cala blaines beach and also cala en brut. We all had a go at jumping from the cliffs!! We had 3 rooms in the main building and my only very small complaint lies here. The air conditioning wasn't the best and I was often still quite warm the second the patio door opened and it turned off. The rooms and balcony are also on the smaller side and there were no drawers at all which limited storage space. The apartments, I believe are bigger so might be better if you want more space. Overall, up there with one of our best family holidays! Would definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel and pool. The use of the water park is great. The food (staying all inclusive) is nice with a good variety and theme nights.

Pros Great location. The hotel is in a really nice location. Walking out the hotel you have the waterpark, supermarkets and a lots of bars and restaurants. There are play areas for kids etc. it is small but nice. Popular places like Jimmy hills is good fun with entertainment and food The beach is really lovely a very cute hidden gem between some rocks. We didn't snorkel but we were told by others it's definitely a must. Cala Blanes has a beach with a restaurant on it and couple of places to get drinks however no showers The mini disco for the kids is great fun and all the children seem to enjoy it. It's on late at 8pm but only for 45 minutes. There is a football area for kids. It's small but does the job A small playroom inside the hotel with pool table and kids air hockey. Lots of activities in the first pool but if you don't sit near it you'll need to listen out otherwise you have no clue. Sometimes they walk around and ask you to join. It's a small area to sunbathe, It's quiet at times but when the games and activities on its loud. It's also where the entertainment is. Lots of sunbed places at the hotel. People do get up early to get “their spots” but there are plenty of stacked up beds. The main pool is a walk in pool so it's easy for little ones and good for them to play there. However it's very slippery with yellow algae which isnt cleaned daily. Pools are salt water with chlorine Take goggles and eye drops very stingy! Generally the staff are nice, helpful and entertainment staff are lovely and fun If you have any dietary requirements they will cater for this and show you around as to what is suited. The splashpark in the hotel is a bonus and big kids can play too. There is a small slide that is very slow for little ones. The Waterpark across the road has better food for lunch and snacks however not all food is all inclusive. You can have a hamburger but if you want a cheese burger you have to pay. Which is a bit odd. The slides are great and an area for little ones which is brilliant. You can pay for a late check out or they give you a room for half an hour to shower upon leaving. Cons It's not a 4*. Beds not changed daily, cleaning not done daily. It's every other day. A 4* star states this would be done daily. Also I notice they make the beds but don't change the sheets. Showers are very slippery kids keep falling over No bath in apartments but in the hotel rooms there are baths. Again very slippery though. There is no room service or table service or Al a carte restaurant which again a 4* star hotel should have. It's also not fully all inclusive. Some cocktails and other drinks you have to pay for and branded spirts you have to pay for, Ice cream (other than the small tubs) you pay for too. Towels are €10 each deposit and €1 each for new clean ones! The food is very hit and miss. We were very disappointed by the tapas night, 4 traditional tapas only and not a lot to choose from. Lack of seafood. Breakfast isn't good, same stuff everyday. Watery scrambled eggs, under cooked fried eggs, boiled eggs for 9 minutes. No poached eggs. Cereal selection not a lot and not very noticeable Lunch is ok, it's a different main meal each day so some days it's better. Pizza and burgers are good. Dinner, The grilled meats and fish are nice and there is a lot to choose from but it's all very much the same. Not great for picky eaters. However you can have plain pasta and the children's food there is a selection but your standard chips and chicken or some kind of fish fingers Definitely not food we were mad about. We went out for dinner a few times because of this. All food is one place! No other restaurants. Evening entertainment is ok. Acts like the magician and the acrobats were really good but we went out most nights as it was boring and the kids didn't really join in. A lot of kids do though so depends on your own children. We had a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment there isn't space for a lot of clothes. An open wardrobe that's it

Wrażenia mieszane… obsługa recepcji bardzo mila i uczynna, trzy baseny w tym mały Aqua park dla dzieci to zdecydowany plus (choć już o 8 rano wszystkie leżaki nakryte ręcznikami - wiocha). Codzienne animacje dość hałaśliwe i mało urozmaicone. Najgorsza ocena za pokój: mieliśmy apartament. Sypialnia ok, W łazience nieprzyjemny zapach, a w części dziennej łóżko dla trzeciej osoby które się rozjeżdżało. Cały pokój jakby z poprzedniej epoki. Jedzenie w sumie urozmaicone ale o specjałach trudno mówić. Bar w formule all inclusive działa dobrze ale jakość alkoholi średnia. Duży plus za przylegly aquapark: niewielki ale jest wszystko czego trzeba i snack menu w ramach hotelowej oferty all inclusive. Wejście dla gości hotelowych w cenie to duży plus bo cena 20 euro dla gości z zewnątrz to chyba sporo jak na ilość atrakcji.

Stayed for a week in the apartments and the rooms themselves were clean and tidy. Broken bedside lamps and ceiling lights were falling to bits. We are a family of 6 with 2 push chairs and there is no lift or ramp access to the upper levels without dragging everything up slippy wet steps. Also on one occasion a pack of cigarettes and euros went missing off the side. The food aswell wasn't what we imagined it all tasted a bit off and I know it can't be helped but the flies where swarming. The seating in the food hall was like something from a camp site. The chairs were wobbly and tables were the same. On the upside there was plenty of local shops and restaurants near by. Gigis chippy and the anchor are especially good. There is a beach nearby but not accessibly with prams or push chairs. The pools are big with loads of room but noticed green algae around the outside. Overall we would visit again but would only go half board next time.

Lovely clean rooms with tea coffee making facilities. Small balconies just about fit two chairs and a tiny table. For us as smokers this is a no no around the pool ( smoking area in a corner next to the restaurant?) Food is nice with plenty of choice. Twice the water pressure went off on our 7 nights but that's not there fault and was only off for half hour max. Great use of the water park and free snacks available if you're all inclusive at the hotel. Plenty of sunbeds so no need to make a run at 4am to get one lol 😂 all in all nice hotel nice food great location.

We visited this hotel in Menorca during early July. Our group consisted of three couples and a total of five children (the youngest 6 years and the oldest 11 years in age). We booked 2 apartments and a twin room. The booking was made 2 weeks in advance via TUI (package deal). The temperature in Menorca during our 4 nights stay averaged about 30°C. Nice. Globales Los Defines (GLD) is formally rated as 4* and I think this is fair. The entrance lobby is modest and functional - not the biggest I have seen. Check-in was smooth and relatively brisk.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are clean but basic. They want €70 for a safe for 12 nights. pool and hotel kept clean, food was not that good, The good stuff went straight away and wasn’t topped up quickly enough. Eggs weren’t cooked freshly or often enough. We ate out most nights which is not what you want all inclusive.

Pokoje katastrofa. Po zgłoszeniu że smierdzi przyszedł techniczny nalał plyn do wanny po czym nic się nie zmienilo. Pokój dla 3 osób ma metraż 2x2. Gorzej niż w składziku na pościel. Meble w lobby lepiące od brudu. Okolica też słaba. Jedzenie monotonne, wiecznie kolejki na stołówce, strasznie głośno od rzucania sztućcami do wiader. Ogólnie nie polecam, mijajcie ten hotel szerokim łukiem. Jedynie aquapark na plus ale dostępny dla całej okolicy. W wersji all drinki za opłatą. KATASTROFA JEDNYM SŁOWEM!

1st day: Two single beds when we requested a double bed. Reception staff said they would get the cleaners to change sheets to an Italian bedding (bigger sheets i believe) but this still hasnt been done 4 days into my holiday 2nd day: Chased down the restaurant by 2 staff about paying for a tiny glass of apple juice because i didnt know drinks are not included in half board. (Even though they should be) Food was cold with a poor choice of options for UK visitors. You can only make half a english breakfast (sausages, egg, beans) and no cereal options at all. Mainly bread related items. 3rd day: The card machine didnt work at the pool bar so I had to carry my unpaid drinks to the main bar at the opposite end of the outdoor area and then pay again. Also the air conditioning above the bathroom door was leaking water then later in the evening it fell off the wall and loads of water came out and had to call staff to fix. While trying to get an engineer to repair it they were more concerned about me settling a €7 bill then my water logged apartment. 4th day: best of the experience so far but spoiled again by receiving a call to my hotel room being chased down by the midaged woman with glasses at reception to settle my bill for 1 pepsi and 1 san miguel because we are leaving in 12 hours time 😂. Jeeze i would of paid it on exit, no need for the impatience and hassling your guests over minor issues! 5th day: Minor issue but no dishes have not been washed during my stay (the cleaners emptied the bin daily but left a stack of dishes right above the bin over the entire holiday when Reception said it was cleaners responsibility when i asked for washing up liquid. Reception staff saw my above review and confronted me in person, a little awkward at first but very willing to improve my holiday experience and wanted me to leave satisfied. Thanks to the two gentlemen and the lady that works the day time shift regularly I have changed my opinion as they were very accommodating when i explained my issues. If i find their nsmes i will update my review. But i appreciate that support from staff working from evening July 11th until early 6AM hours on the 12th.

Returned only this morning from a 10 night stay with my husband and 2 children. We absolutely loved it. My children had the best time. The hotel staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The Animation team were amazing, so friendly and always made sure we were having a good time. They remembered our children's names and built a lovely relationship with them over the 10 days. Shout out to Violetta and Carina who made our children's holiday extra special. The entertainment was very good. Something different every night both adult and child friendly. The hotel was lovely and clean. Lots of choice for food and always topped up straight away once something had run out. The beach was lovely and only a 10/15 mins walk. We would definitely recommend and may even return again in the near future!

Od lat podróżuje dwa razy w roku, nigdy moja bogata wyobraźnia nie uwierzyła by, że można stworzyć tak maleńki pokój dla dwóch osób! Dostałam go prawdopodobnie dlatego, iż tym razem potrzebowałam pokoju dla jednej osoby. Moja łazienka była niewiele mniejsza od całego pokoju. Kiedy to zobaczyłam po przybyciu do hotelu rozpłakałam się jak dziecko. Do Rekompensaty należał na pewno widok, jaki rozpościerał się z mojego balkonu. Hotel mały, jak to napisała ktoraś z pań we wcześniejszych opiniach: luksusu tutaj Państwo nie znajdą, choć hotel jest czysty, pokoje również. Na pewno nadaje się do remontu. Choć na terenie hotelu przestrzeni jest niewiele, są tutaj trzy baseny i wiele leżaków wolnych, złożonych ,,jeden na drugi'' gotowych do użycia, w razie takowej potrzeby. Jedzenie- najsłabsze jakie kiedykolwiek widziałam/jadłam. O ile podczas kolacji jestem w stanie wybrać coś dla siebie to na śniadanie przez całe 7 dni wybierałam pieczywo, ser i pomidor, jajko sadzone. Mam sobie za złe, że wybrałam ten hotel choć oczywiście nikt mnie do tego nie zmusił i zapewne rodziny nastawione głównie na zabawę swoich pociech mogą być z tego wyboru zadowolone. Życzę wszystkim przyjemnego pobytu, mimo mojej nieprzychylnej opinii.

Filthy smelly rooms, unfortunately when we arrived we had hairs in our bed and our room smelt of sewage. We waited for almost an hour to speak to someone at reception, who told us, nothing they can do, come back tomorrow. After some debate, we were given sheets to change ourselves. Every part of the room is dirty. I would absolutely not recommend this place. Unfortunately, nothing has been done to remedy this situation after raising it.

Lots of pools and sunbathing

Hace un par de semanas estuvimos con la familia en el Hotel Los Delfines. Estuvimos maravillosamente bien atendidos por todo el personal del hotel.|El hotel es un encanto, con zonas para las niñas, piscinas y un parque acuático muy bien equipado para los clientes y simpatizantes del hotel.|Todas la zonas comunes estan super limpias y reina la tranquilidad y amabilidad de empleados y clientes.|Además, la comida era estupenda, con especialidades diferentes cada día de la semana y todo muy bien presentado.||Repetiremos seguro por lo bien que estuvimos!!

May 2024 just returned home from 14 nights at hotel los delfines. Fantastic room, air con , fridge, microwave and a small on counter hob. Pool are fantastic, very clean, lifeguard on duty pool opened at 10am I think and closed at 6pm bar right next to the pool open as long as the pool is. Food had some repetitive staples chips ect but had a different theme every evening which was great for trying new things. Fresh meat cooked in front of you( can be ques but depends on what your after). Watermark is great lots of life guards, all inclusive food available all day along with ice cream for the kiddies. Food was nice burgers,hotdogs, fries,onion rings, nuggets ect. We had an amazing time there if your all inclusive food/entry/drinks to the park is included. Staff are lovely and can't do enough for you. This was our first family holiday abroad and I'm so glad I chose this apartment. Also I have a physically and mentally disabled daughter who's 7 yrs in a disability pram I had no issues getting around or access to anywhere on site or off. My 4 yr old is autistic and ADHD definitely a flight risk so the kids club and fenced off kiddy play ground was perfect. My 19 yr old twin boys one of which is autistic loved the games room playing pool and air hockey. The kids club staff are amazing and I felt so at ease allowing my youngest in go play. The kids entertainment mini disco at 8pm -8.45pm was great both my daughters enjoyed this so much it was definitely a highlight for them. The staff are great with the kids and really get them involved. I honestly would return in a heartbeat we miss it already and have only been back home a day lol thank you so much for creating some amazing memories.

really good holiday, every thing in place and well done.

Unfortunately I don't think this hotel is four star. We went all inclusive but unfortunately had to eat out in the evening on at least three occasions from seven nights. The food in the evening was of poor quality and everything was cold or just slightly warm at best. All drinks are served in plastic cups even in the evening, of which we thought was really poor. I know there are children in the hotel (and alot of them in school time unfortunately) we went with a 8 month old baby hoping with it being school time it wouldn't be over run with children. But unfortunately it was. As I say plastic cups for all drinks in the evening is not good. We felt we needed to go out in the evening as well for drinks in proper glasses. All week we had no hand soap in our bathroom dispenser, and had to use our own soap. We didn't mention it to reception as we were hoping the maid would fill it up. But unfortunately she never did in a whole week. One day she also left our door open and on the latch after clearing, for what must of been over six hours once we returned late afternoon. Anyone could of just walked in our room at anytime. Fortunately our room was okay. But we were very disappointed of how irresponsible that was of her. Overall not the best experience we have ever had by a long shot.

I don't think this hotel deserves 4 stars , most likely 3 or 2 . The only good thing is a location. There's no hot water for shower only one minute then the woter becomes cold.

Very comfortable, friendly staff. Lots of entertainment. Great for kids. TUI rep available everyday. Clean and well kept. Only negative for us was the beach was a bit of a walk. Bus stop very close. Bar staff and entertainment staff were excellent. We also had free use of the waterpark next door.

Rooms are excellent and cleaned to an ok standard (hair left in the shower 🤢) but otherwise everything was nice! Food was absolutely awful… think dark grey chicken- we ended up eating out every evening because it was so bad! The restaurant was FULL of flies- all over the food etc.. all food was laced in cooking oil and lots of strange concoctions which didn’t go together to make a meal. Pool area was great, lots of sun beds and it’s kept clean and tidy. Slides are excellent at the hotel for kids and the water park was brill too but don’t eat at the water park the food was even worse! Location was ok, not the place if you enjoy a walk out at night as there’s no seafront as such- lots of holiday homes and tourist restaurants. This definitely should not be a 4*- it’s a budget 3* at best. Perfect if you don’t care what you eat and just want to sit down for a week on a sun lounger!

We stayed in an apartment which was spacious and clean which overlooked the pool. The drinks were good quality and service was very prompt. We were half board but upgraded to inclusive drinks this cost €7 per person per day. Food was good at times and we never went anywhere out side the hotel because of this. Pool was cleaned most days and was very nice. Entertainment in the evening was hit and miss. The nearest beach is 15min walk away. The beaches in this area are small and fill up quickly. There is also a small water park next to the hotel which is free for all inclusive guests.

Had a lovely holiday, perfect for kids.

This hotel provided us with a lovely holiday on our first visit to Menorca. It is really well located, surrounded by beautiful inlet Coves, some with jumping platforms, but all with snorkeling and pleasant and safe bathing. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, we stayed with half board and topped up with the 7 Euro drinks inclusive offer for the 10 days that we were there. Good entertainment lovely to see kids having the times of their lives, the food was great for us as there was always something that we could find on the menu and it was tasty. If you are people who prefer the adults only maitre d'hotel, wine on the table accomodation this may not be for you, but we had a fantastic time. We love not to be bothered by reps, having to deal with hotel issues and just go on our merry way, this hotel made that possible and for that we thank the manager and his staff. The bus stop is around the corner and if you get the 61 to the Perimetral terminus (the stop with all the other bus routes not the Le Pins Plaza Terminus) you can cheaply get to many places around the island but it dies take time. As it was then of the season (October 2023) the buses were on half service so we hired a car for three days and visited three places per day of which Cala Galdana and Fornells were our favorite stopping off points. Great family friendly hotel. Close to shops bars and restaurants. Our apartment was block c room 207 with a really nice view of the pool. good spacious rooms with good wardrobe space. Good variety of food with no complaints. Only thing was the flies were a nuisance as we were eating. Water park across the road which was great. And a snack bar in it. Great little beaches near by. Sam miguel was the only beer on tap. No problem with sunbeds as we went 15th September. Weather was ok but not great. All in all great little family holiday!

Clean, good food, On the whole good entertainment in the evening, modern rooms. Helpful reception. Alcohol as per normal in an all-inclusive. Re using drink beckers , which is great. Good value, ideal for young families, also works for other holiday makers.

Good, friendly family hotel with nice pools and the bonus of a water park across the road. Mar from the Animacion team was fantastic keeping us entertained for the week. All the staff were friendly and hard working, we had a great stay.

This hotel is def not 4 stars however it’s clean and great for families.I have decided to amend my review and give 4 stars as was great for families. There is some lovely restaurants and bars close by. The beach is not on the door step however there is a water park next door and is free to those on all inclusive holiday. There are three pools a mini little water park for the young ones in the complex. The grounds and pool were beautifully kept . Don’t let the three stars detract you it was great just we were informed it was 4stars and it def wasn’t. However we had a great time food was repetitive it was still nice and the little cakes were beautiful as was the fruit but Spain is like this, unless you eat out in the restaurants.

A lovely time enjoyed by all the family. Plenty to do and activities for the children. Staff worked really hard. Clean .

Enjoyed our week here. Accommodation clean, spacious and well equipped. Facilities good, entertainment throughout day great. Food could have been a little better, although good choices limited. if you don't like pork or can't eat it, you were limited. Better snacks would have been good. A little more evening adult entertainment would have made a good holiday great.

Cleaning standards high, hygienic hotel. Wonderful entertainment all day long, Violetta and Claudia are brilliant with games, quizzes, night shows! Hats off for the chefs- super delicious food, variety, beautiful presentation of tapas. Awesome location - walking distance to cliffs, beach, markets, bus stops. Strongly recommend! :)

The hotel overall was very clean and the staff very friendly. It's very much a family orientated hotel with a small kids on site slide water splash area. The water park for the older kids is a small walk round the corner. We stayed all-inclusive which to be honest was not the best that I've experienced. The food wasn't the best for change, It was very repetitive which got very boring. There's plenty of shops and restaurants a few minutes walk from the hotel which was very convenient. The rooms were very clean and there was a kettle, fridge and hair dryer provided. The only issue with mine and my husbands room was that it was directly on top on the club bar where lots of people smoke. As non smokers it wasn't very pleasant for us. Overall we had a nice well deserved break from our daily life. And enjoyed our small walks to the coves/ very small beaches dotted around the island near the hotel. We also ate out at a restaurant called Es Replec amazing food. We ate off the set menu 20euros for 3 course meal.

Rooms standard all needed nice inclusion of towel rack and fridge. Good service, milk allergy cooked fresh food every day for allergy. Location close to Jimmy Hill Square, good for entertainment and drinks. Didn't try food but looked stunning. Location 20 minutes walk to a cove with nice little swimming area in the sea.

The longer I stayed the more frustrating the facilities are, the cleaning services are inconsistent, I said they were daily (they were not) Ques for drinks are obnoxiously and unnecessarily long, there's often two staff yet only one serving. Food is also wildly inconsistent, sometimes being amazing and other times being undercooked and cold while also having to wait upwards of 20minutes for the food choice to be restocked/replaced. The 4★ facilities became more and more disappointing with the Wi-Fi not once being consisted and the gym just not worth it (even though it's all free) probably why its never booked The good: clean pools, room cleaned daily, decent services, free entry + free food to nearby aqua Park. Very child friendly & good staff. On some days the entertainment is good. The bad: the gym is a joke, the advertised WiFi is so frustratingly bad it wouldn't even be considered an unfunny out of season April Fools joke (unable to hold a connection at all) and who can forget the fire ant family sitting in our send floor apartment.

Not for us, the hotel is ok but not much in the way of facilities, that's my own fault for not doing enough research. Our main priority was being near to a water park so as it was included, it was a win. We only did half board as don't like being tied to an hotel but only end up using the hotel restaurant for breakfast after 2 disappointing visits for dinner. The room wasn't dirty but could have done with a deep clean as there was a lot of dust & clumps of hair in some of the corners. The pool is really good when not pack to the rim & the water park is great fun but also more chilled around the pool so we spent a lot of time there. All the local restaurants we tried were really good, shelby's is a must for brunch!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and a water park as well.

A nice resort hotel. The staff are attentive, the rooms cleaned daily and the pool area is very clean. The food is good, with reasonable variety. The dining times are long, so there's no need to rush to get a table. Breakfast is 7.30 to 1030, lunch is 1pm to 3pm. and dinner is 1830 to 2130. If you go all inclusive, you get free access to the water park that's 2 minutes walk away. You stillget your all inclusive drinks there as well. There are some all inclusive snacks available - handily highlighted "AI" on the board at the bar. The pool area - lots of sun loungers are available, so you'll be really unlucky not to get one. Some things you will need to know: 1) a set of 4 beach towels will run you a €40 refundable cash deposit. 2) Room safes are €55 for two weeks, with only €10 refundable. There is limited parking at the front of the hotel, however, there is plenty of on-street parking, just pay attention to signs regarding parking. As you face the hotel, there is a street to the right where you can park your car - we did.

Serwowane są różne mięsa oraz owoce morza, również dania wega. Polecam w tym hotelu wziąć pelne wyżywienie AL. Desery byly wyborowe. Na terenie hotelu znajdują się 3 baseny z małym akwaparkiem. Do dyspozycji gości jest duży akwapark oddalony zaledwie 200m od hotelu, na ktorym serwują proste posiłki i napoje AL. Woda w akwaparkach czysta. Nie ma problemu z dostępnością leżaków. Koło hotelu znajduje się długi wybieg z różnymi sklepikami, marketami i restauracjami. Rozrywka w hotelu na wysokim poziomie. Codzienne mini disco, oraz imprezy dla doroslych z występami na żywo np. Flamenco. Dużym minusem jest jest to iż do najpiękniejszej plaży na Minorce trzeba dostać się autobusem, ponieważ plaża oddalona jest ok. 40 km. Koło hotelu znajdują się 2 bardzo małe plaże.

Schade, dass hier niemand Deutsch spricht, obwohl es angegeben ist. Zum Strand muss man gut zu Fuß sein. Sonst ist hier alles gut.

Ogólnie urlop bardzo udany, dobre miejsce na wypoczynek z małymi dziećmi. Pod warunkiem że lubią jedynie baseny i Aquapark, w pobliżu nie ma piaszczystych plaż. Jedynie dla nastolatków klify z których można skakać. Moje dzieci głównie korzystały z Aquaparku, jedzenie nie było monotonne więc to duży plus, natomiast jak to na allinklusive trzeba się naszukac aby Sobie dogodzić. Na szczęście za zakrętem przed Aquaparkiem ratowała Nas restauracja Atlantis z darmowych parkiem zabaw z trampolinani, dmuchancami + płatne gry i elektryczne auta. Bardzo dobre owoce morza. Hotel ratują darmowe wejścia na Aquapark, który oferuje lepsze jedzenie niżeli te w hotelu w porze Lunchowej :) więc tam głownie spędzaliśmy radośnie dni. Największy minus to czystość pokoju przy przyjeździe... Gdzie przyjechaliśmy późnym wieczorem. Włosy na ścianie pod prysznicem, włosy za toaleta, lustra jak przeciągnięte szmata po umyciu całego obiektu... Następnego dnia po dokładnym sprzątaniu już było akceptowalne, natomiast hotel już swój czas świetności ma za Sobą, dużo rzeczy jest sztukowanych, niektóre gniazdka nie działają... Dołączam zdjęcia jakości pokoju za 4 osoby za ponad 3000 euro Za te pieniądze wypoczywałem już w Turcji i na Cyprze, Grecji, gdzie warunki były o niebo lepsze... tym razem chciałem dać szansę Hiszpanii ze względu na zamiłowanie do owoców morza

We absolutely loved this place. We went all inclusive for a week. The meals had a fantastic varied amount of lots of different foods and drinks at every meal. Our Apartment had everything we needed and Aircon. The whole hotel was fully equipped with something for everyone and the Staff could not be more helpful. I would definately highly recommend. The tui Staff were also a great help. Loved this place.

Advertised as a 4 star Hotel, which it is on the hotel side, however they also have apartments which I Would say are a 2-3 star, and that you also have to pay more for a one bedroom and a pullout sofa bed. When booking online ensure you select Hotel rather than apartment to avoid disappointment on arrival and an hour trying to argue to get it changed. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Pools and areas are always clean and tidy. Facilities are great with a smaller play area for kids and two big pools added bonus now with the splash park next door being included in the all inclusive option otherwise it will cost you 80 Euros a day for a family of two adults and two children. The splash park also has food served as part of the all inclusive option. There are two small beaches about 10mins walk. Pirates cove has gone downhill the last few years, the beach has become dirty and the once blue clear water has become murky. It will also cost you 10 Euros per Sun lounger to hire for the day. We only stopped an hour and left. The other beach is very hard to get to if you have small children or a buggy a steep small pathway down onto a small sandy cove. Pleanty of food options at the hotel and park for adults and kids. Our third time coming here over the years.

Definitely come back again

I came with my family for 7 days and it has been amazing and it’s all thanks to Julio and Violeta from the entertainment team they helped us whenever we needed it they told us where things were and they both got involved with the kids when the mini games were on and even the adults they were both a 10/10 on every aspect such amazing members of staff and the hotel and area is absolutely stunning theres lots to nearby even by catching a bus and going to the nearest town and there’s a kids club that’s run by Tui and they were really good with the kids they made sure everybody had fun and Leanne she was Irish and she was wonderful with the children and made sure they had fun and joined in generally couldn’t have asked for a better place to go on holiday and such amazing energy by the entertainers. All around a great place to be and great staff Everywhere.

Didn't like the repetitive food choice and stingy with all inclusive drinks and not a lot of choice but the pools and location were excellent

Stayed here June 2022 for 2 weeks. Family of 6, 4 children age 19, 13, 10 and 3. Absolutely loved it. This hotel is perfect for families. We were all inclusive which meant unlimited use of the water park across the road which included drinks and food. The staff are lovely, so helpful and always happy to see you. The food in the restaurant is gorgeous and they cater for literally everyone. From pancakes and Nutella for breakfast to a full English, to chips and nuggets, themed nights, salads, cheese nights. There's always something to do regardless of the time of day and there are lots of places around the hotel to just go for a chilled walk and take in the scenery. If you're looking for somewhere to go for drinks/ entertainment- Jimmy Hills has everything. Ball pit, characters, kids dances etc. We would definitely return here. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful experience this summer to Los Delfines. Amazing food, clean and impeccable everywhere, pools and good for my 10 yo daughter the Aqua Park access. See an example of animation activities. We will be back soon.

Love this hotel me and my family are just back on Saturday and have been 10 times now and will definetly be going back. Nice and peaceful area. Staff so professional and hard working. Rooms are on the small side but exactly what is needed for 2 adults and a child. There is also apartments for a more spacious room(or a family of more than 3). We have actually stayed in the apartments just the 3 of us but we prefer the hotel(with a pool view room). Access to the waterpark across the road for all inclusive guests is an amazing bonus, we spent hours at the waterpark everyday. Plenty of choice on food and drink in the hotel. Only slight difference I've noticed this time from my previous visits is they used to do pizza everyday now it was only on 1 day which I found slightly disappointing as I absolutely love their pizza. If you fancy going out and about there is some really nice bars with bouncy castles for the kids, plenty of souvenir shops for gifts and supermarkets to grab essentials. A trip into ciutadella is also something I would recommend, beautiful place and very short trip in a taxi. You can also get the bus but I always opt for the taxi as I'm in a wheelchair. Overall I would give this hotel 10/10, it has everything me and my family look for in a holiday and would highly recommend.

The hotel was very nice, our room was nice, and it slept up to four people. Two balances,front and back,small kitchen, microwave, fridge, kettle, two hob for self-catering. Maids came in every day cleaned and made up beds, changed towels and linen if needed, our maid was lovely and hard working lady. Four pools, kids' pool and slides, lots of sunbeds, staff was very nice and friendly, food was ok. had different theme nights, different food . There was a kid's corner for kids' food. If you have any allergies, talk to the chef or staff. Check before going. Our hotel had our travel prep,Tui prep Cecile she was amazing, it's was my husband 60th birthday, she arranged for a cake for me, the hotel didn't do that. For 35 euros. she got me a lovely birthday cake. The hotel sent over a bottle of champagne. Entrainment every night. Kids disco, Bingo,quest entertainment. Thank you. P.s. Apart from the weather, it's a lovely place,clean.

Lovely place to stay been here twice and booked for next year, food great staff friendly, entertainment great. Water park right next door and free if you go all inclusive.

Amazing holiday stayed for a week 1st-8th may 23. we have 2 under 2 & 5 children between 5-16 + 4 adults. Food was amazing plenty choice, water park was great for the younger children. the 16 year old wasn’t bothered. Definitely family place for young children and that’s what we wanted.

Very relaxing holiday, clean facility, nice staff. Food was very tasty and varied. We can only recommend the hotel.

L'hôtel était magnifique,la piscine chauffé également.|Ce qui a posé problème était la nourriture infecte,sans aucune option pour les végétarien,c'est peut-être le pire buffet d'hôtel que je n'ai jamais vu.||Mais ça ne s'arrête pas la!|Quand on arrive,on avait reservé 2 chambres (1-2 semaine à l'avance),il nous dise qu'ils ont plus de chambre donc il nous mettent un petit "appartement",on a donc du payé environ 200 à 500€ plus chères,sachant qu'on était en All-inclusive je vous laisse imaginer la note final.

The place has lots of facilities for kids, outdoor water features & nearby outside water parks, small football pitch enclosed for kiddies..its spotlessly clean too..highly recommended..

Lovely stay, last guest there due to end of season, gonna try for same week next year as so peaceful.

Great hotel, lovely food and friendly staff

Hotel muy cómodo,personal super amable. Instalaciones cuidadas y limpias. Apartamentos cómodos con mobiliario muy nuevo. Un 10. Repetiremos. El parque de agua sin colas,bastante fluido y hamacas para descansar por todo el parque.

A super hotel for relaxing, staff are excellent and really welcoming The hotel is clean and there is a great selection of food There are a few shops places to eat within walking distance but for a good beach is a car or bus job Would recommend for young children as there's a great kids pool

Tuvimos un problema con la reserva por un error nuestro,con muy buena voluntad por parte de la recepciónista y el director pudimos arreglarlo,muy agradecidos. Lo demás un buen hotel y los empleados muy atentos,esta en una muy buena situación para ver calas y muy cerca de Ciudadela.

Demasiado ruidoso, se puede pagar por servicio “todo incluido” en temporada alta se llena de americanos muy ruidosos. Hacen shows nocturnos, son muy buenos pero no deja dormir cómodamente.

Rooms where to small & not much storage space but it's kept clean daily if you want them to & the hotel is the same kept very clean. Food was very good a good selection daily. Location is a quite place which I like & they have some nice shops there. Would definitely go back just maybe ha e an apartment instead.

Hacia muchísima calor en la habitación y sólo había un pequeño ventilador que no servía de nada. Por lo demás bien pero el calor hizo que lo pasáramos realmente mal dentro del apartamento

Appena rientrata da un soggiorno di una settimana presso questa struttura. |Inizio con il dire che le camere e in generale tutta la struttura sono pulitissime. Per il cibo abbiamo adottato la formula all inclusive, che prevedeva una vasta varietà di contorni, per tutti i gusti. Ad ogni pasto c'era l'angolo di pietanze fatte al momento, sia di carne che di pesce, un po' ripetitive ma comunque di buona qualità. Sia dopo la colazione che dopo il pranzo veniva allestito l'angolo snack, quindi anche una volta rientrati da una stancante giornata di mare c'era la possibilità di poter mangiare qualcosa.|La posizione è ottimale se si vuole girare l'isola, è a pochi km dalle migliori spiagge del sud di Minorca, è vicinissimo a favolose calette, in primis cala n'brut (da non perdere nel vostro tour dell'isola) |Il personale è semplicemente FAVOLOSO, di una gentilezza unica, è sempre con il sorriso. |Colgo l'occasione per ringraziare in particolare alcuni membri dello staff : Andrea e Mercedes della reception, Valeria, Anna (una simpatia in particolare... non me ne vogliate) Noelia sempre sorridente e disponibilissima, infine Tony, dalla sala! |Grazie mille ♥️

Very disappointed with the adult entertainment. It came on too late for people to appreciate.

We are due to stay here next month. My two children have a lot of food allergies and I’m very nervous about the stay. Does the hotel cater for allergies?! Also, will there be an oven in the apartment Incase the food is not suitable for my children? Many thanks

The whole hotel was spotless rooms where really clean and fresh towels were supplied each day It was located near a few shops and bars and maybe a 10min walk to the nearest beach only real negative was the drinks we were all inclusive and the drink wasn't that good the soft drink had a chemical taste to them and cocktails didn't seem to have any alcohol in them again this wasn't a big deal as the hotel was really nice

une horreur cette hôtel Et des escrocs dès l’arrivée je réserve 2 chambres mais à mon arrivée elle ne sont plus dispo il me propose un appartement à la place mais 30% pas le choix avec 2 enfants je le prend puis la nourriture infecte , en ALL exclusive pour eux faut payer l’eau, faut payer les serviettes de bains , et la réception très désagréable bref à éviter

Le pongo 4 estrellas por la.comida el desayuno aceptable se podría mejorar en los zumos, los almuerzos aceptables pero la cena deja mucho q desear algunos días sin plancha y 1 solo trinche además si sobra ejemplo al mediodía cus cus, por la noche lo ponen en unos pocillos muy bonitos y lo vuelven a sacar, eso de un 4 estrellas no se puede aceptar

HONEST REVIEW: Me and my partner stayed here for 7 nights all inclusive. We checked in, room was ready as soon as we arrived, however the staff were quite unfriendly and told us nothing about the hotel. We were only given one key, despite needing 2 to keep the air con on throughout the day. The room was extremely hot when we got in and quite small. The beds were uncomfortable and the duvet covers are too small for the bed. Overall appearance of the room is in need of an upgrade. We had an issue with our sliding door/mirror. The door got jammed and broke, it was taken off and not replaced. One positive of this hotel is the pool area, 2 big pools with another kid pool and play area with slides, but yet again another downside is that even waking at 5:30am to get a sun bed is not early enough due to the people staying in the apartments reserving them late at night. In regards to the food, it was OK. Pretty bog standard for all inclusive, exact same selection every single day, does get quite repetitive and boring to the point you end up going out for something different. There are a lot of flies around the dining room and on the food. The entertainment at night, if I’m honest, is awful. If you have children, you may like the entertainment for a few nights, however it is literally the exact same routine every night for kids, from 8-10pm. The adult entertainment only runs for one hour and it isn’t really the best. There is a bar that you can get your all inclusive drinks from, but there is a constant queue all night and only 1 person serving, so you end up queuing for a long time. Location of the hotel is pretty good, with a nice selection of restaurants, shops and bars along the strip. Overall, this holiday was not terrible, hence the 3 star. However, there is a lot of improvements that could be made, and if you’re looking for a top quality hotel, with great entertainment every night, this isn’t the place for you. Still had a nice relaxing holiday so not too bad for the price, however I wouldn’t return here.

Łóżka powinny być wygodniejsze, materace spadają bo łóżka są łączone, poza tym fajnie, bardzo miła obsługa, plaże w tym regionie kamieniste, bardziej klify do skakania, dużo anglików w tym hotelu, poza tym czysto, jedzenie bardzo dobre, nie sugerować się wyglądem Hotelu z zewnątrz, baseny super, polecam szczególnie dla Rodzin z dziećmi.

Friendly staff nothing too much trouble. Food is nice and well cooked. Rooms are fine would like to have an apartment next time. Pools are good plus free enterance to the waterpark on our package which is fab.

Quite good and differentiated food but too much geared towards British tourists who prefer to eat fatty and heavy cuisines. Actually I can't understand that bc as I understand they came to tray local cuisines as British food they have in UK. Anyway - hotel is comfortable and staff is very friendly &helpful. A few times we had to wait for a dinner in a line as there was no free tables. Two times suring our stay there was no electricity and water for half a day. Summarising - nice & family friendly hotel with good location (close to Ciutadella - the second biggest seaport in Menorca) in a calm area but close to all attractions.

Very nice rooms with balcony nice views pools and landscape for miles . Very excellent service aswell . Shops and supermarkets not far and nice beaches not far aswell worth checking out

Já tinha ficado nesta cadeia de hoteis em Maiorca e gostei bastante.Desta vez adorei proncipalmente os meus filhos .Pois têm muita animação para crianças.Desde o campo de futebol aos escorregas nas piscinas.Os empregados no geral são fantásticos.Recomendo.

I cannot fault the service here. We're "all-inclusive" & can honestly say: * the rooms are very nice & spacious. The bathroom area is outstanding (just remember to put some material (we used a hand towel), in the bath when showering as it gets extremely slippery). * there's a lift to all floors & ramps (for limited mobility guests, like me). * the food menu is amazing, with different cultures' foods every day, as well as free drinks throughout the day & evening. *all the staff are very polite & helpful. * there's 2 adult pools & 2 kiddie pools, sunbeds & parasols (free) to use for all hotel guests (whether all-inclusive, half-board or self-catering). The hotel is right opposite an Aqua Park, which is also free to use (if you wear your hotel wrist band, which is given free when you arrive & can be renewed if/when the band falls off (just remember you have to give Reception your broken band, to get a new one). A fantastic hotel that we 'will' visit again

Just back from staying at this hotel for 1wk. It was fantastic. We stayed in an apartment. It was very spacious with a kitchenette fridge, microwave, oven, toaster ,kettle tea and coffee. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. This hotel was spotlessly clean. The food was delicious with something for everyone. It is a family hotel ..The water park was fantastic and Immaculately clean. Would definitely go again.

A wonderful hotel with exceptional staff who are friendly and helpful the swimming pools are great excellent food and great selection water park opposite which is also included with all inclusive. Local area is a bit limited with shops etc but all in all a great hotel

Great for kids, food well prepared and varied. Snacks available between sittings. The whole hotel kept to a high standard. 4 adults and 1 child all enjoyed the holiday.

Great AI hotel and apartments. You generally get what you pay for. This was a cheap TUI holiday and exceed expectation. The waterpark is a bonus, clean and quiet, so spent our days there.

Great hotel and pleasant helpful staff, all inclusive not worth it though due to poor quality of local ales better going half/full board and drinking out in the local bars, but plenty for kids to do do along with the water park next door.

Can’t recommend enough this hotel. Lovely place, amazing staff, free access to the water park across the road with the all inclusive deal. Beaches just few minutes walk, and the food is amazing, varieties everyday. Entertainment for kids and adults every evening. You won’t get bored even for a second.

Hotel bardzo w porządku, obsługa też. Okolica bardzo słaba - miasteczko nie oferuje żadnych atrakcji, jedyna opcja to wynajęcie auta i ruszenie na zwiedzanie, a Minorka jest przepiękna!

Food is so bad only all inclusive I've lost weight on an all inclusive how does that make sense spent money on food outside hotel they even had a special cheese night hahaha what ever happened to steak night or any other night what a joke cardboard would have been better literally

Loved every minute if our holiday here

We went here as a last minute deal for our honeymoon. We had a room with a balcony above the smaller pool. It was a nice enough hotel, the evening entertainment was pretty good. The choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in the all inclusive were alright. Personally the location wasn't the best, it was quite an "old people" type place and the hotel itself is good for families with young children. There is 3 beaches which are kind of hidden away but the TUI reps were great at giving directions. There is an Irish bar less than 5 minutes from the hotel. Just down from that bar is a bus stop, which will take you to Sitedella, which is the nearest city (Manorca's old capital city). There's a chappel and a few shops but it's mostly bars and restaurants. The harbor is also nice but again not much to do apart from a walk around. I'd recommend doing the excursion to Mahon (Manorca's now capital city). You do a boat trip of Mahons harbor, Which I believe is the second biggest natural harbor in the world, then you get to do some gin tasting, then you spend about 1hr45 in the town, they have a market with fake designer stuff. Apparently the Zoo is pretty good and you can feed the llama's. We didn't manage to do that as you can only do certain trips on certain days so make sure you go to the meeting on your first morning. Overall nice place if you don't mind it being pretty quiet and relaxed.

Muy buen sitio, tiene hotel y apartamentos con cocina, tiene piscina infantil y esta muy cerca de todo el ocio de la zona. Justo al lado hay varios caminitos que te llevan directo a dos calas preciosas

Was a lovely place to stay apart from the rude guests that seemed to think manners didn't matter, and the life guard wouldn't allow floats in the pool unless the were arm bands so don't waste money on floats if your staying here If you want a cheap store close by visit the talyot store straight facing the talyot Hotel, its one of the cheapest places to shop, if you visit mahon do your shopping there as its so much more cheaper then anywhere we found.

Stay was great. Great facilities, clean, location was fine, excellent choices of food. Entertainment was also excellent however time of late show was starting at 22:00 or just after which was fine for me but mostly families visiting and they were ready to leave as shows were starting. The acts were sometimes loosing their audience early in the show due to late timing, all round atmosphere is then reduced. 21:15 or 21:30 would be a better time. It's shortly after kids mini disco and still within time that families are around. They would be more likely to stay right till the end of a show if their interest was gained at the earlier time.

All Inclusive food not great variety , very bossy woman who told people where to sit most evenings. Pools good but no daytime entertainment despite adverts to the contrary. Wouldn't say one of the best Globales hotelsi have been to. Wouldn't go back

L'hotel è molto pulito, le camere sono molto confortevoli, si tratta di una struttura molto ben attrezzata (ideale per le famiglie con bambini) situato in una posizione molto buona, nel raggio di 10 minuti a piedi ci sono 4 cale/spiagge molto belle ed è a 10 minuti di auto da CIUTADELLA.||Il ristorante offre una cucina internazionale molto varia e curata. ||Lo staff è molto disponibile.

Muy contentos del trato, todo muy limpio la comida buena, tienen medidas de covid pero la gente no las cumple grandes espacios de piscina para disfrutar.buena zona,cerca de alguna cala sin necesidad de coger el coche la entrada al parque acuático. Volveremos a repetir

Top 🔝. Magnifique hôtel, SUPER service et ultra propre. Appartement bien équipé, personnel discret et efficace. Piscine entretenue et maître nageur. Seul bémol : vueling avait perdu une valise qu'ils ont livré à l'hotel dans les 24H. Ils ne nous ont malheureusement pas prévenu. Du coup, impossible de se faire indemnisé. Dommage...

Hemos estado una semanita de descanso! Y la verdad la mejor elección de hotel!!! Un hotel familiar y tranquilo con unos empleados excepcionales desde las chicas de recepción los camareros las chicas de limpieza y sin dejarme en el olvido animación… realmente nos ha hecho pasar unos días con mucha diversión ,me llevo un gran recuerdo de claudia tardes de mucha risa y una niña con un gran interés por su trabajo y gran dedicación sigue así llegarás muy lejos guapísima!!sin duda volveremos al hotel o a su cadena !! Aunque la categoría de las estrellas la consiguen los hoteles por los metros de las habitaciones y los baños, entre otras cosas, os confirmo que éste hotel es de tres estrellas aunque las medidas correspondan con categoría mas alta. Nosotros contratamos una oferta con un market place a un precio de oferta y menos mal, porque pagar el precio que piden habitualmente, desde mi punto de vista, no estaría justificado. Las habitaciones estaban bastante sucias, la limpieza muy precaria, la comida super repetitiva (mucho cerdo y salchichas, asi como zumo de naranja de polvos) . Cuando entrabas en la habitación olía insoportablemente mal como a tubería. El agua caliente en los apartamentos solo duraba para una ducha....||Como punto positivo, la recepcionista Ana, una gran profesional con el objetivo claro de satisfacer al cliente, pero eso no compensa los puntos negativos. ||En resumen, la dirección del hotel debería poner un poco de foco en mejorar temas tan importantes como la limpieza y la alimentación para seguir compitiendo en un mercado cada vez mas exigente .||En líneas generales, si buscáis un hotel de una categoría de 4 estrellas este no lo es.

Hemos estado alojados en un apartamento de este hotel y nos ha encantado. El trato de todo el personal es excelente destacando la amabilidad y simpatía de los camareros y personal de animación que nos han hecho sentir genial y con ganas de volver. El buffet nos ha sorprendido ya que se agradece que no haya muchísima variedad pero que todo esté buenísimo. Aún así hay para escoger y los postres deliciosos. Las piscinas están genial y los shows de la noche muy divertidos. Un hotel muy familiar y con buena ubicación

Mi experiencia: Reservé por Medio de un portal de ofertas, tras verificar la reserva con el hotel y avisarles que era habitación doble con cama supletoria y qué la hora de llegada sería después de las 22:30, por el tema de la cena. Mi sorpresa fue que la cena fría que me habían guardado era de risa; Cuatro hojas de lechuga y poca cosa más (fatal). Al subir a la habitación me encuentro la cama supletoria por hacer. Tras avisarlo en recepción me suben las sábanas para que la hiciéramos nosotros. La cama supletoria estuvo durante el tiempo de permanencia en hotel sin hacerse, solo ponían sábana de ajuste y dejaban sobre ella las sábanas. El bufete escaso y poca variedad. La línea del bufete está puesta de tal manera que es difícil guardar distancias de seguridad. Hay un pilar justo en una de las esquinas. En la máquina de café y tostadora se hacen colas que se entremezclan con el resto de gente que circula por zona comedor. No vi en ningún momento control de aforo en comedor y las distancias entre mesas mala. Pone que tiene 4 estrellas, pero debería tener 3

El Hotel Ideal para visitar Menorca, en pareja o en Familia... UBICACIÓN PERFECTA ( DOS CALAS PRECIOSAS A 300 M ) COMIDA VARIADA Y DE CALIDAD) LIMPIEZA Y AMPLITUD DE HABITACIONES PERFECTA Y SERVICIO DEL PERSONAL, PERFECTO!! Sin lugar a dudas, si volvemos a Menorca será a este Hotel.

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cet hôtel durant une semaine fin août. ||||L'hôtel est situé à 4 km de Ciutadella, accessible en transports en commun (ligne 61) en une vingtaine de minutes. L'arrêt est à 5 minutes à pied de l'hôtel. Supermarchés, restaurants et bars à proximité. 3 criques pas loin : la plus proche, super spot pour sauts et plongeons ; à 20 min de marche, une plage de sable plus adaptée aux enfants. ||||L'hôtel est en deux parties : le bâtiment principal pour les chambres et 3 petits blocs de deux étages pour les appartements. Les parties communes sont propres et rénovées récemment. Nous avons logé dans un appartement avec deux chambres. L'appartement est fonctionnel, suffisamment spacieux pour une famille de 4 personnes. Une chambre est avec deux lits simples accolés, l'autre avec deux lits simples séparés. Chaque pièce dispose d'un climatiseur qui fonctionne plutôt bien. Une grande terrasse donne vue sur une des piscines. L'avantage des appartements du bloc C est qu'on est très tranquille. Le salon est équipé d'un canapé-lit, TV, table pour 4 et d'une cuisine. Etant en tout inclus, on n'a pas trop regardé, mais il y a un micro-onde, des plaques et le nécessaire de base pour faire à manger. Les appartements sont plutôt confortables, mais il est dommage que les finitions soient si peu soignées : plinthes de travers, peinture écaillée, rouille... Le pare-douche n'est pas étanche et on inonde la salle de bain à chaque fois. Le ménage est fait tous les jours, avec changement de serviettes. Il serait bien de nettoyer également les sols, au moins avec le balais, qui n'a pas été passé de la semaine (sauf par moi...). ||||Le service de restauration est très correct. Le buffet est extrêmement varié, matin et soir, et plusieurs repas à thème (asiatique, mexicain, tapas...). La nourriture n'est pas toujours de qualité, parfois trop salée, trop épicée ou trop cuite, mais il faudrait être vraiment difficile pour ressortir de là le ventre vide. Des efforts sont faits sur la présentation des entrées notamment. Le matin, sucré et salé sont au rendez-vous (avec notamment l'oeuf sous toutes ses déclinaisons!).||||Quatre piscines sont à disposition : une plus pour adultes où ont lieu les activités (aquagym...) ; une piscine pour enfants avec toboggans, une pataugeoire ; une très grande piscine avec entrée dans l'eau comme à la plage. Les bassins sont propres et nettoyés quotidiennement. Une quantité impressionnantes de bouées sont mises à disposition des vacanciers. Des animations sont proposées tout au long de la journée. Le kids club était fermé, mais des activités sont proposées aux enfants. Une petite aire de jeu pour les enfants est aussi disponible. ||||Le personnel est sympathique, que ce soit à la réception, au restaurant ou l'équipe d'animation et fait des efforts pour s'exprimer dans plusieurs langues (anglais, français au moins). ||||En définitive, cet hôtel ne vaut peut-être pas 4 étoiles, mais il ne mérite pas les avis catastrophiques lus avant de partir. C'est un hôtel familial où nous avons passé des vacances agréables. Je recommande cet hôtel pour séjourner avec des enfants.

El hotel la verdad es que muy bien, todo muy limpio, la habitación normal, la comida está rica, aunque estuvimos una semana y los últimos días era un poco repetida, pero por las noches cada día hay comida temática de un lugar diferente, la noche italiana, la mexicana,... Todo el personal del hotel es súper amable. Repetiríamos seguro.

Hemos estado una semana del 20 al 25/8 en la habitación 111 y todo muy bien. Empezando por la recepción a nuestra llegada poniéndose a nuestra disposición para lo que necesitábamos. Las instalaciones del hotel esta bien aunque lo utilizamos poco debido q que fuimos a visitar las màximas de calas posibles. La ubicación del hotel está perfecto para por la tarde visitar y Arnos una vuelta por Ciudadela. Hay que destacar dos trabajadoras Nuria Enrich que estuvo muy atenta en todo momento y nos aconsejo muchos sitios a visitar y también destacar a Nuria la jefa de sala por su profesionalidad y atención. Recomendáremos el hotel a los amigos que decidan visitar esa maravillosa isla, gracias por Todo

El hotel está bien. El bufet un poco flojillo, al menos las cenas. El servicio de limpieza se puede mejorar En general hemos estado a gusto

Très bel hôtel très propre, le personnel est très respectueux, gentils. Nourriture très bonne, variée. Des bus à proximité bien pratique. Restaurants à 10mn à pied. Si j'y retourne je choisirai cet hôtel sans problème.

Preciosa la estancia y la situación de estos apartamentos. A destacar maravillosamente a todo el personal del hotel. La Jefa de Animación Mayte y todo su equipo excelente. El Jefe de Comedores Noel y todo su equipo sin palabras. La atención y ayuda en recepción para cualquier tema que solicites estupendo. Sin duda, si volvemos a la isla repetiremos.

Unos días inolvidables en Menorca y este hotel tuvo su contribución por su excelente servicio: desde recepcionistas, camareros, animadores, limpieza y el exquisito, abundante y variado buffet. Solo una crítica constructiva: que las actividades nocturnas sean más animadas todos los días. Aunque todo de 10, vamos. Desde aquí, muchas gracias.

Perfectamente situado para desplazarse a las calas...mi hija encantada con la animación (claudia,maite yel chico)...comida variada...hotel tranquilo...note en falta que se ofrecieran mas actividades en el exterior,dado el sitio donde estan(excursiones en barco,kayak,paddle surf..)...no me gustaron nada las bebidas alcoholicas que entran en el todo incluido (ginebra,ron, vodka ...)...totalmente recomendado..

Very nice place with great pools for kids and family. The appartments are basic but well suited. Staff is very nice and pro. Location is close to small creeks/beaches and the bus stop to go to Ciutadella is 5 min away. Weather is nice and sunny so far. All IS there for a great week of vacation and leisure !

Hôtel convivial et familial, très propre et un personnel au top ! Les appartements sont bien conçus, chacun avec terrasse ou balcon. Local avec lave linge et sèche linge pour les personnes restant longtemps, très pratique. Le buffet est excellent, varié et de qualité. Tous les jours de nouveaux plats sont proposés sur différents thèmes. Supermarché à 2mn pour ceux qui veulent manger sur leur terrasse. Boutiques et restaurants dans la zone touristique animée située à 5mn à pied.

Great for family stays. Crew is really kind and amenities meet expectations. For those brave enough to take a sunny walk, beaches are quite close. Pools will refresh you at any time from 2 to 99 y.o.

Hola he llamado por teléfono para ir a ese hotel. He pedido una habitación adaptada ya que yo voy en silla de ruedas su respuesta ha sido que 1 no me pueden garantizar que cuando yo vaya tengan habitaciones disponibles aunque yo haga la reserva primero 2 que bajo ningún concepto pueden bloquearla porque si la necesita otro cliente no se puede quedar vacía. No le he dicho que la dejase vacía si no que simplemente la bloquease para garantizar mi comodidad. Y que por supuesto que la utilicen mhasta que yo tenga la reserva pero ni aun así es la primera vez que me pasa y he viajado mucho esto es increíble no he pedido una suite si no algo que por desgracia necesito

He estado allí con mi pareja por 6 noches. Hemos pasado momentos muy especiales con la atención de : Roberto (animacion), Claudia (animación), Ana (reception), Ricardo (bar) y la chica de el bar rubia de cui no me acuerdo perfectamente el nombre (se que vive en la ciudadela ) han sabido gestionar todo, y nos han hecho pasar momentos muy especiales. Por el resto, hotel muy bonito, habitaciones muy limpias, divertimento asegurado! Muchas gracias a todos

Nuestra primera vez en Menorca y fue increíble, desde la recepción con Ana que nos aconsejó en todo momento lo que visitar en la isla, el equipo de animación con Claudia y Roberto! Y el bar con Ricardo, el hotel está súper cerca de ciudadela y con una de nuestras calas favoritas Cala d’un Brut!! Los desayunos y la cena con una gran variedad, sin duda repetiremos!! Un abrazo

Actualmente estoy residiendo en este hotel.Realmente escribo esta reseña para que a nadie más le pasé esto y se sienta ESTAFADO, tal y como nos hemos sentido nosotros. Todo empezó cuando mi pareja y yo decidimos escoger este hotel para pasar nuestras vacaciones, desde la página web te lo venden como un hotel de 4 estrellas (cuando en realidad es uno de 3 estrellas justas,tal y como aparece en esta misma página de google).Cuando llegamos a la habitación el espacio era tan reducido que ni si quiera te podías mover libremente por ella, colchón rígido y camas individuales ( ya que no disponen de camas de matrimonio), el dolor de espalda que tengo es poco.En cuanto al buffet del restaurante comida escasa y suciedad que no pasa desapercibida.Por otro lado venden la publicidad de que disponen de spa cuando en realidad hace dos años que ya no lo tienen, es todo en timo.Nada acorde en cuanto a calidad precio,HUID.Y gracias por fastidiarnos las vacaciones!

Lo mejor sin duda el personal. Tuvimos complicaciones con Booking de nuevo, pero en el hotel nos dieron una buena solución. El personal de recepción fue excelente. Sin embargo, lo que mejor nos gusto del Hotel fue la animación y en particular, la animadora Claudia y Roberto. Gracias Claudia de parte de "Arlet y Roc Stars"

Cheap style rooms and cheap alcohol Decent staff but the beds was rock hard, nice pools but the food was most days the same. Don't book if you want at least a 4 star holiday

Nice pools and shows in the evenings but the rooms are not so great. We’ve had dirty towels for example, the soap dispenser to working and so on.

Having a great time... hotel management and staff are very helpful. Its just a pity I cannot say the same about the TUI rep. No welcome meetings, he does not know the complex/hotel is a 4key apartments and 4 star hotel. Other guests are asking us where is the best beach, bus stop to cuidadella etc etc, these are important questions that are normally covered in the welcome meetings. TUI rep may say no meetings due to Covid, how difficult is it to get the new arrivals into the bar area or around the stage area outside. I would stay here again....

Très décevant pour un 4 étoiles ! ||Nous avons eu des serviettes déchirées, sales, le ménage est très insuffisant surtout en cette période de pandémie, le linge de lit n'est pas net, les sols sont sales ... Bref, les 4 étoiles locales ne sont pas méritées. Impossible de profiter de la piscine les transats sont pris d'assaut par les touristes anglais à l'aube et le personnel de l'hôtel jouent le jeu.||Aucun intérêt donc et il semble que les 3 autres hôtels du même groupe sur Cala n Blanes soient ainsi.

My wife and I took a week's holiday here, quite impressed, great room after first room was small, staff on reception were very helpful,, good food, great bar staff,, hotel overlooking the beach,, we love the walk into the citaldal, beautiful place,, enjoy thanks the Geordies.

Unfortunately, Thomas Cook have gone into liquidation, so this hotel is wondering "What next". The staff are brilliant, The food, so I've heard, is excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious. The water is drinkable, with a slightly odd taste. The pool's great too! No complaints.

El personal de restaurante inmejorable!! Los animadores españoles encantadores los demás no tanto!! La limpieza de los apartamentos podría mejorarse!! La comida bastante variedad!! Y lo que no me a gustado nada esque las animaciones son totalmente para los ingleses, si eres Español y no entiendes algo en inglés no te enteras de nada!!

Schönes freundliches Hotel in einer einzigartigen Lage, für Leute die gut zu Fuß sind.

Apartamento con mobiliario nuevo, camas comodas y todo muy limpio, el único pero sería que todo está orientado a turistas de habla inglesa ( animacion, horarios de cómida y cena), sin problemas de aparcamiento en la zona y wifi gratis también en la habitación. Ubicado en zona trankila a 5 min en coche de Ciudadela. Para repetir.

Lo mejor del hotel es el personal. Son muy atentos. Nos han hecho sentirnos como en casa . Gracias

Room absolutely stank of drains/sewage, and was told that it cant be helped, that it was to do with the sea?? Food in restaurant was ok....nothing special, and not a very big choice. Cleaners were rubbish, arrived on monday and didn't get a cleaner till Wednesday. Then they only made bed and emptied waste bin. No mopping and cleaning properly, pike of dust under bed when we arrived and was still there when we left. I usually stay in RIU hotels as they are simply the best, but I didn't book this one my daughter did. Wouldn't stay here again. It's only average nothing special at all about it.

El personal de este hotel es super agradable. La comida puede resultar algo repetitiva aunque es cierto que tienen variedad (otra cosa es que no apetezcan las otras alternativas disponibles). Como única pega importante apuntaría que nuestra habitación tenia un olor raro (como a ganchitos) al volver por la tarde al hotel después de que hubieran hecho la habitación.

El hotel está genial en lineas generales. Habitaciones cómodas y espaciosas, y lo mejor, sin duda, los trabajadores. El buffet nos sorprendió gratamente.

Ideal para familias con niños y para inmersión lingüística.El 95% de los huéspedes son anglófonos y todas las animaciónes y actividades son en inglés, se anuncian por megafonía y a ratos se hace un poco pesado.. Si vas a la isla en busca de tranquilidad, a visitar playas y no te gustan los niños, no te lo recomiendo. Si lo que quieres es pasar el día en la piscina con tu bebida fresquita en la mano, comida a "tutiplen" y que a tus hijos los entretengan y se lo pasen pipa, es tu hotel ideal. Zona de juegos y varias piscinas, dos especiales para niños con poca profundidad, una con parque acuático. Bufet abundante, muy variado de buena calidad y entre comidas siguen habiendo hamburguesas, Frankfurt's y fruta disponibles, momentos "snacks". Si vais con maletas pesadas, el acceso a los apartamentos al lado de las piscinas es complicado, no hay ascensor y las escaleras son muy empinadas, y si queréis pasar el día al lado de la piscina tumbados en una hamaca tendréis que madrugar para dejar vuestra toalla Los apartamentos son correctos, hay una pequeña cocina con nevera y pocos utensilios y por poner alguna pequeña pega; la cama supletoria/ sofá, es muy corta, si la tercera persona/ hijo/a, es muy alta, le colgarán los pies. Hay parking al lado del hotel y playas, bares y comercios cerca a los que puedes llegar caminando. El personal es fantástico en todo el hotel, recepción, comedor, cocina, limpieza, son todos encantadores👏😄👍

It was excellent 2 years ago because it was clean, the staff were lovely and the cleaners clean your room everyday and the pools are excellent!

La situación del hotel en la mejor zona de la isla, piscinas perfectas, bufet correcto, personal excelente remarcando a los españoles porque los ingleses no hacían mucho por interactuar con los españoles. Actividades pasables para los niños, animación por la noche no vale nada. Muy buen trabajo de Joan en recepción amable, simpático y ama su trabajo y del resto del personal Bea, Noelia de comedor , cele y Sheila de animación y de las zonas de bar Noelia, mar, daura,Aída,etc todos genial. Nos han echo sentir muy bien. En cocina han echo todo lo posible para que mi mujer con intolerancia a la lactosa comiese lo mejor posible. Le doy un 10 en atención sobretodo los españoles que trabajan alli

We did self catering so cannot comment on the food. Room was good sized, two bedrooms on the top floor of block C. Corner balcony with good view over pool and plenty of space. Big design fault are the two air con units that blow warm air directly across the terrace at you! Believe me it's warm enough in July without having them. Rooms were basic but functional. Lacked any self catering "extras" but as the hotel is mostly because"all inclusive" it is only to be expected. I have to say beds were comfy and clean, but the rooms were not as clean as we would have expected and had only received a quick flick over before our arrival. All staff are pleasant, bar service is quick and public areas are well kept, daily! Sun loungers are locked away at night to stop the idiots who put towels on at silly o'clock. Great idea. Kids pool is fab. Hotel suits younger kids up to about pre teen I would say. After that they will be bored!! WiFi is excellent in all areas. Had a great time and restaurants nearby are good and lots have bouncy castles etc. Would recommend this hotel. 😆👍

Great family hotel

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is good and the reps here are first class. The kids club every evening kept my children amused and the shows were great entertainment. Shops are literally around a corner and there is a nearby water park with slides and pools if you want to go out and still stay cool and let the kids have fun.

Lovely hotel, very clean, friendly staff and the entertainment staff were excellent! The all inclusive buffets were great, plenty of choice with food available virtually all day. Great selection of all inclusive drinks plus cocktails. Rooms are a good size with everything you need, plus pool side towels included.. Only negative would be if you wanted to go to the sandy beach at Cala en Blanes it's a good 10-15 minute walk. The coves that are a few minutes walk from the hotel are beautiful and good if you like jumping from the rocks, the sea is crystal clear.

Booked our trip last minute via Thomas Cook. We stayed in a self catering appartement for a week. The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious with modern decor and 2 balconies. Although it was very busy there was enough space and sunbeds around the 3 pools. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a nice experience, would recommend it, specially to families with kids.

Chloe from kids teams was absolutely fantastic and unbelievably lovely.
