Carlos was unreal! We had the most perfect day. Takeoff Ibiza is a family owned business and I could not recommend supporting them more. The beaches and caves we saw on our half day tour were so beautiful. If you take the morning cruise, don’t miss taking a cab back to the beach to sunbath the afternoon away! Thank you Carlos! I booked a 45-minute eFoil session with instruction. Scheduling online with TAKEOFF IBIZA was very easy and straightforward. The instructor explained the eFoil clearly, and I was able to get on the water quickly. After a short time, I was encouraged to stand up on the board — not so easy at first! But after some practice, I finally managed to start flying. The instructor was very friendly and even gave me a few extra minutes so I could keep practicing. By the end, I felt really comfortable and could truly enjoy the experience. Overall, a very positive session that I can highly recommend to anyone who wants to try eFoiling. As a bonus, the instructor took some very nice pictures and videos at the end of the session, which kindly were shared with me and will serve me well as a great memory.

Carlos and his team at Take OFF are amazing! We have used them for at least 10 boat trips around ibiza, and every time they manage to find a new amazing experience for us, in the most stunning locations in Ibiza. Experiences include Riding seabobs, hydrofoils, Paddle boarding, cliff jumping, snorkelling, cave swimming. One time we were lucky enough to sea-bob with dolphins! Even in the height of the summer they manage to find us quiet beautiful spots away from the busyness. Carlos and his team are extremely knowledgeable about ibiza, so kind and helpful and make every trip fun and memorable

We had a great experience with Carlos and the team on Saturday. Easy to speak with via WhatsApp and not a silly deposit or cash only which some of the other vendors we spoke with wanted. A good selection of boats available and water toys. If we come to Ibiza again will definitely look to book with Carlos and the team.

If I could give Take Off Ibiza 6 stars I would. The Cave and beach tour experience was the highlight of our holiday. The sea was the clearest water I’ve ever seen and the beaches were incredible. Our tour guide was wonderful, super friendly and very knowledgable. It was an experience we will never forget. Will definitely book with them again and highly recommend!

Excellent trip on the boat to the caves and beaches around Ibiza, well worth going, as you see hidden gems you cannot access by foot. Some of the bays we went to had the most crystal blue waters I had ever seen , it felt like we were in the Caribbean. I will defo be planning another excursion when I come back next year.

Had a wonderful experience on the classic boat visiting the coast line and beaches with plenty of options to try out some of the toys. Snorkeling in cristal clear waters away from all the crowds, and enjoying the perfect sunset is definitely something not to be missed!

We did the sunset cruise with Takeoff Ibiza and it was absolutely beautiful. The boat felt modern, clean, and really well kept. The captain was so hospitable. He let us choose our own music, offered free drinks, and gave us the chance to get off and enjoy the sea toys. Nothing was too much trouble, and it all made for a relaxed, fun experience. This is the third time we’ve used Takeoff Ibiza, and every time has been fantastic. The views at sunset were stunning, and the whole trip felt really special. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Ibiza!

Great sunset tour! Take your swimshorts with you, it’s beautiful!

We booked a 3-hour sunset trip with Take Off for €1300 and were back at the dock by 9:30 PM. Without dragging the return, we would’ve arrived 45 minutes early. We had barely an hour in the water before being rushed out for the sunset, and that was it. When we asked why, we were told, “It’s always two hours,” which is not what we were promised. Captain Marcus was unhelpful, disengaged, and rude. He ignored us, blamed us for being late (we weren’t), and complained about his long workday. After we raised concerns, he reluctantly took us elsewhere but gave no explanation and snapped, “You can swim here.” Carlos, who we spoke to earlier, was also unprofessional and dismissive when we tried to give feedback. We were planning another trip, but after this? Never again. Horrible service. Zero professionalism. Not worth the money.

We booked a sunset boat trip with Take Off for the second time, including luxury water toys, scheduled from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. We paid €1300 for 10 people, but we were already back at the dock by 9:30 PM — and only because the return was deliberately slow to fill the time. Without that, we would’ve arrived 45 minutes early. We were in the water with the kids for barely an hour before being told to get out for the sunset, and that was basically it. When we pointed out that we booked and paid for 3 hours, we were told bluntly, “It’s always 2 hours.” That’s completely different from what was confirmed during booking. The captain, Marcus, didn’t help the situation. Instead of assisting with the kids or engaging with us, he spent his time talking to people on another boat. When we asked why we were pulled out of the water so quickly, he claimed we were late — even though we arrived at 6:45 PM for a 7:00 PM departure. After we expressed our concerns, he reluctantly took us to another remote location without any explanation. When we asked what we were supposed to do there, he said, “You can swim here,” in a very unfriendly tone. He then complained that he had been working since 9:00 AM — as if that justified the poor attitude and service. We had also spoken to Carlos earlier, who called to inform us about a small delay. Since our booking was at 7:00 PM and we were planning to arrive by 6:30, we didn’t think that was relevant. Unfortunately, when we later raised our concerns with him, he was not letting me speak or helpful at all. We were actually planning to book another trip for next week, but after this experience — never again. Extremely disappointing. For this kind of price, you expect good service, hospitality, and professionalism. Sadly, we received none of that.

Carlos and the team are very friendly and helpful. We booked a 90-minute session of Efoiling. They will be my first call when I come back for another trip.

Couldn’t recommend them more. Our cruise boat was delayed 2 hours but they were very flexible and were still able to get us out. Communication was great and helpful with our scheduling issues. Our captain Roberto was great and very nice to the kids.

Aparte de súper profesionales tienen una buena actitud y un compromiso con el cliente intachable. Tras una mala experiencia con otras marcas de Efoil he tenido la suerte de dar con Take Off, y aún teniendo un desafortunado desperfecto de fábrica, Take Off ha puesto todos los medios imaginables para solucionarlo en tiempo récord. Si tengo interés en cualquier aparato o experiencia que ellos comercialicen no me lo pensaré ni un segundo.

Alex, our tourguide, is a really nice and funny guy. He always looks for his guests and always has something interesting to say. It was a big pleasure!! Also the boat was very nice and had everything you needed (drinks, toys for the water, enough space to fit your stuff in). Would 100% recommend!!

Wykupiłam lekcję fliteboard z instruktorem. Zajęcia odbyły się w pięknej zatoczce, oddalonej od tłocznych plaż, świetnie się bawiłam, a instruktor David zadbał o moje bezpieczeństwo i dzięki niemu szybko załapałam jak stanąć na desce. Polecam!

Wir haben eine Lektion auf dem Jetboard gebucht.Takeoff hat die Räumlichkeiten nicht am Strand, ist aber bestens organisiert. Sehr gute Instruktion. Es war ein super Erlebnis und wir können Takeoff Ibiza jedem weiterempfehlen.

Reservamos con un bono de Aladinia el viaje en barco por las calas para ver la puesta de sol, el cual solicité hasta en 3 ocasiones que me confirmasen la reserva hasta que lo hicieron por Whatsapp. Llegamos al puerto 15 minutos antes y allí no había nadie, por lo que llamé por teléfono hasta en 5 ocasiones hasta que logré que me lo cogiesen, y me dicen que debe haber un fallo porque el barco no va a salir. Me dicen que van a intentar solucionarlo y me llaman, y vuelvo a llamar pasado 10 minutos (tuve que insistir 8 llamadas hasta que volvieron a descolgarlo) y me dicen que no consiguen hablar con la compañera ni con el capitán... que vuelven a llamarme... Tuve que volver a llamarles y me devuelve la llamada el que se presenta como "el dueño de la empresa" con una actitud muy altiva y sin querer escucharme, diciendo que está en otro evento en Mallorca. Nos hicieron perder una tarde completa en Ibiza, que nos habíamos reservado exclusivamente para eso por el viaje eran 2 horas y media...

Contratamos los servicios de Take Off desde el cole CEIP Cervantes, en Sant Antoni de Portmany, como actividad de fin de curso para niños de 6º de Primaria. La experiencia fue genial. Los niños se lo pasaron súper bien. Superó con creces las expectativas de la experiencia. Se portaron genial con nosotros. Estuvo con nosotros en todo momento un monitor (David), que a la vez que controlaba (estaba muy pendiente de los niños), amenizaba la jornada tirándoles agua a presión o paseándolos con un torpedo. Hemos pasado un día fabuloso en familia. Poder practicar surf sin olas con sus tablas eléctricas es una pasada, y si no eres de surf también tienen otras opciones como los stand up paddel o los seabobs para nadar como un delfín.

Un trato personal inmejorable y una ubicación para hacer kayak increíble. Lleno de cuevas, acantilados y aguas turquesas. Muy recomendable

This was such a great experience!!! The staff was really helpful, easy going and relaxed - it was quick and easy to organize. The directions were clear, we met right on the water so all we had to do was slip off our shoes and get in the water!! Thanks guys

Hemos alquilado dos propulsores acuáticos y está siendo una experiencia muy chula. Los propulsores son muy fáciles de usar. Tienes muchos más aparatos para alquilar. Take off es muy recomendable.

My brother and I originally had booked to go parasailing however the boat was acting up. Take off instead allowed us to go on a 2 hour tour which included water sports like paddle boarding, snorkelling etc as an alternative. They even allowed my dad to join which we hadn’t paid for. I have recieved amazing service and will definitely be using the company again

Beautiful place to visit

Myself and my partner booked the parasailing excursion and although the excursion was great it was completely let down by the service we received after. we were told by the crew that we could purchase photos/videos of our trip and that we would receive them through our email at least 48hrs later. We have never received photos/videos to the two email addresses that we provided and we're cut off on the phone twice when we called to asked where they were, we have emailed and tried to approach staff after the trip but have had no response since. I'm not sure if anyone else has had a similar issue with the company but we have essentially paid for items we have not received which seems a dicieving and dishonest considering we paid €150 for the trip in the first place, plus the package photos on top of that.

Excellent and professional service, esp if you buy the photo/video package, the quality of video was fantastic and they took loads of photos. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because the website says the flight is 15min as well as a 1.5hr tour which I was really looking forward to. We were running 20min late but our total flight and boat ride lasted just under 45min. Even if we include our late time, we still did not get the full time.

Perfect location, no problem with getting sun beds any time of day, mixed age range and not all elderly as precious comments state. Entertainment team were very good and no game/entertainment was compulsory, people can choose.

My autistic son Paul Denino had a great time with his caretaker Tracksuit Andy. They met some scamming American scumbags on the boat but luckily the owner of Takeoff Ibiza was able to kick the scum off the boat with his black belt in karate.

I took my son Paul and this summer we went there and its one of the best things that you need to experience in Ibiza. I greatly recommend this activity and the staff was very professional and friendly. :)

My gay autistic friend Paul and screaming Andy tried to Take Off but where immediately dropped in the ocean and were never seen again...later they where found by Ibiza life guards with jelly fish bites all over them. Very unprofessional.
