Nos hubiese encantado haber sabido durante su estancia algunos inconvenientes que menciona, como el funcionamiento del aire acondicionado, ya que no hemos tenido la oportunidad de saber en que zona exactamente detectaron un mal funcionamiento de la climatización, igualmente, nuestro personal de servicio técnico revisará el sistema de climatización por si hubiese algún problema sin detectar. Por otro lado, sentimos su insatisfacción con respecto a la calidad-precio del hotel, ya que siempre nos esforzamos en dar el mejor valor a nuestros clientes que estudian los precios de conformidad con los hoteles de la misma categoría en nuestra zona. Respecto a la organización y variedad del restaurante buffet, nuestro personal de cocina repone constantemente las bandejas hasta el momento en que se cierra el restaurante, para que todos los clientes puedan disfrutar de todos los platos sin que les condicione su hora de entrada, al igual que con la variedad de nuestros menús, nuestros chefs se esfuerzan día a día en ofrecerles la mejor variedad gastronómica y poder satisfacerles, sentimos no haber conseguido este objetivo con usted. Dear Andrew, Although we are quite surprised and dismayed by the content of your review regarding your holiday at our Mar Hotels Playa de Muro Suites , please rest assured that your comments have been taken onboard and revised by the entire Management team, however we would like to take this opportunity to clarify certain aspects of your review as a simple matter of exactness of the information reported. We are very sorry to hear about the mosquitoes. There are mosquitoes all over the island, and we do everything we can at the hotel to minimise any inconvenience to our guests, while also respecting the environment in which we are located. There is a nature reserve next to the hotel, and certain products cannot be used because they are harmful to the area. Regarding the problem with the dripping showers, we would have loved to have known about this problem during your stay and our technical services department would have immediately gone to fix the problem. We are always at the customer's disposal and we are very sorry that this problem was not reported in time so that you would not have had this inconvenience during your holiday. On the other hand, we would like to apologise for what you mentioned about the swimming pool. We have reported it as soon as possible to the maintenance manager so that he can check this facility and immediately fix any breaks or imperfections that may exist. We also regret that our buffet couldn´t meet your expectations, mainly because the quality and the diversity of our culinary offer counts to our strengths. We take your comments regarding our cuisine very seriously, because we wish that our gastronomy remains a very special treat for our guests. Finally, we regret to hear about your disappointment with our entertainment offering. Wir hätten gerne all diese Informationen während Ihres Aufenthalts gewusst, sicherlich hätten wir das Problem lösen können und Ihnen zu einem besseren Aufenthalt verhelfen können. López, En primer lugar, me gustaría darle las gracias por dedicar su tiempo en compartir las impresiones sobre su reciente llegada en nuestro Mar Hotels Playa de Muro Suites, es sólo a través de opiniones como la suya que somos capaces de mantener y mejorar el servicio que ofrecemos a nuestros clientes. Efectivamente nuestro horario para el servicio de cena en el restaurante buffet es de 18:30 - 21:00, intentamos por todos los medios poner unos horarios que puedan satisfacer a la mayoría de nuestros clientes, ya que somos conscientes de que a todos no es posible, pero en su caso no hemos podido conseguirlo por lo que lo sentimos profundamente. Para aquellos clientes que llegan más tarde de esa hora, ofrecemos un servicio de cenas frías como cortesía que dejamos en la habitación para que así, sea a la hora que sea que lleguen puedan comer algo, en este caso ustedes no pudieron acceder al restaurante como bien dice por la hora de cierre y también porque al realizar el check in hicieron un cambio de régimen de media pensión a solo desayuno, y para efectuar este cambio es cierto que nos llevó unos minutos para actualizarlo en nuestro sistema, si estos momentos fueron los causantes de que ustedes no pudiesen entrar al restaurante buffet a tiempo les pedimos disculpas, pero al realizar esa petición desde el hotel dimos por hecho que no querían hacer uso de ese servicio, le vuelvo a pedir disculpas por ello. Sobre las actividades de ocio que ofrece el hotel, nuestro departamento de animación elabora un programa en el que puedan participar adultos y niños de todas las nacionalidades, siento mucho que se hayan llevado esa impresión desde el primer día, nos encantaría que nos diera una oportunidad de participar en alguna actividad con nuestros animadores y así poder saber su opinión. Efectivamente, los servicios que tiene incluidos en el Day Pass son el uso de piscinas y del todo incluido de 10:00 a 18:00, durante este tiempo puede disfrutar de bebidas (tanto alcohólicas como no alcohólicas) snacks calientes y fríos, y el almuerzo en el restaurante buffet de 13:00 a 15:00. Nuestro servicio de snacks calientes es de 12:00 a 15:00, y el resto de horas puede disfrutar de otros tentempies como sanwichs elaborados y empaquetados en la cocina del hotel, frutas, dulces y helados. Sentimos mucho no haber cumplido con sus expectativas respecto al servicio de comidas ofrecido en el hotel, nuestros chefs se esfuerzan diariamente para ofrecerles la mejor variedad gastronómica, les reportaremos su comentario para que estén informados sobre su experiencia y lo tengan en cuenta para seguir mejorando y trabajando en este aspecto tan esencial. Tomamos también nota de lo que nos comenta sobre el exceso de agua en las zonas externas a la piscina, informaremos a nuestro personal de mantenimiento para que esté aún más pendiente de estas instalaciones y no vuelva a ocurrir este incidente. We are very sorry for the incident you have had regarding the noise coming from the bar, the closing time is 22:00h so as not to disturb any guest, it may be that some customers stay longer in the hall but our reception staff is always aware that the atmosphere is quiet so that no inconvenience arises. Last Thursday there were several mud storms and unfortunately most of the hotels in Mallorca suffered the consequences, for reasons of hygiene and safety the pool had to be closed until it was in optimal conditions of use, we reopened it on Friday afternoon. This problem was experienced by all the hotels in the area as nowadays no establishment or person can control these climatological situations, we do everything in our power to solve the problems as soon as possible. In the different bars has tables and chairs for use, in the pool area where the hammocks aren't offered drinks, since you have the bars at your disposal to order drinks and our staff will be happy to serve you and help you in everything you need. Our service of change of towels is from 10:00 to 18:00 at reception, during these hours the receptionists can change the towels without problem, there is a schedule because the towels, regardless of the total number there, must be washed and prepared for new customers or changes. Our beach hotel is about 300 meters walk, personally I'm at your disposal to express me as it's being your stay at the hotel and be able to help you and listen to it, we are always open to receive new ideas or suggestions from our clients. During today you can find me at the hotel, on Friday I would have loved to talk to you since I was also at the hotel. Sorry again for the inconvenience, all hotel staff and I are at your disposal. Tanto el personal del hotel como las hamacas balinesas de las habitaciones Junior Suite Swimm Up os estaremos esperando para volver a ofreceros un gran descanso. Buenos días Noemí, Muchas gracias por haber dedicado parte de tu tiempo en compartir tu experiencia en Mar Hotels Playa de Muro Suites con la comunidad de Google. Sentimos mucho saber que el hotel no ha cumplido con sus expectativas. Durante algunos fines de semana de este mes de agosto hemos tenido una gran ocupación en el hotel, lo que ha dificultado que algunos de nuestros huéspedes no hayan podido relajarse en alguna de nuestras hamacas. En comparación con temporadas anteriores, hemos tenido que disminuir el número de hamacas en la zona de la piscina para respetar el distanciamiento social debido al Covid19. La zona de la piscina no abre hasta las 10h. de la mañana, estaremos muy pendientes de que nadie acceda a esta zona antes de esta hora. Lo que si que vamos a seguir haciendo, para evitar que se reserven hamacas durante horas sin que nadie pueda hacer uso de ellas, es retirar las toallas que estén encima de estas hamacas imposibilitando su uso por parte de otros huéspedes que desean descansar y tumbarse en una de ellas. En su caso, al haber estado sin utilizar las hamacas durante más de una hora, el socorrista no tuvo otra opción más que retirar sus toallas para que otros clientes pudieran hacer uso de ellas. Por otra parte, queremos destacar también que las habitaciones que tienen acceso a la piscina con balinesas se llama Junior Suite Swimm Up. Los clientes que reserven este tipo de habitación tienen a su disposición 1 cama balinesa y no 24 como usted ha comentado. De hecho, en todo el hotel disponemos de un total de 12 camas balinesas, cada una de ellas exclusivas cada una de las 12 habitaciones Junior Suite Swimm Up que ofrecemos en nuestro hotel. Sentimos no haber podido cumplir con sus expectativas, y que durante el fin de semana que han estado alojados no hayan podido disfrutar al 100% de la experiencia en Mar Hotels Playa de Muro Suites. Te agradecemos enormemente tus palabras sobre la calidad de la comida que ofrecemos en nuestro Restaurante y la comodidad de nuestras habitaciones. Sentimos enormemente la incidencia que tuvieron en relación a los mosquitos durante su estancia. El hotel está ubicado cerca del Parque Natural de l´Albufera y en algunas semanas del verano los mosquitos pueden llegar a ser una molestia y nos disculpamos por ello. Hemos leído sus palabras sobre nuestra jefa de sala, Angie. Nos sorprenden sus palabras porque es la primera vez en 8 años que nuestra compañera recibe este tipo de comentario. Yo respondo personalmente a todas las reseñas que hacen nuestros huéspedes y semanalmente contesto comentarios donde no hacen más que alabar el trabajo que ella realiza en nuestro hotel y la atención que ofrece a nuestros clientes. Creemos sinceramente que es la mejor jefa de sala que cualquier hotel puede llegar a tener, y estamos muy orgullosos de tenerla en nuestro equipo. Tanto ella como yo mismo, nos disculpamos en el hotel directamente con vuestro grupo por lo sucedido y lo volvemos a hacer una vez más. Sentimos que no hayamos podido superar sus expectativas, y esperamos que de todos modos, se hayan llevado un gran recuerdo de su estancia en nuestra isla. Nos entristece saber que el hotel ha cumplido con sus expectativas, y lamentamos mucho el incidente ocurrido con la limpieza de su habitación. Si nos hubiera comentado en algún momento de su estancia que tenían este problema, les hubieramos ofrecido un cambio de habitación en ese mismo instante. De todos modos, tiene toda la razón en que bajo ningún concepto podemos ofrecer una habitación que no esté impecable. La higiene y limpieza de nuestras habitaciones e instalaciones es uno de nuestros puntos más fuertes, como puede comprobar leyendo los comentarios de otros huéspedes que se han alojado en Mar Hotels Playa de Muro Suites. Lamentamos lo ocurrido en su caso y no tenga ninguna duda de que tomamos nota para que este tipo de situaciones no vuelvan a ocurrir. Respetamos completamente su opinión sobre nuestro protocolo contra el Covid19. Nos esforzamos muy duro para intentar ofrecer seguridad a nuestros huéspedes y también lamentamos que no haya sido así en su caso. Al igual que sucede con la limpieza e higiene del hotel, una inmesa mayoría de nuestros huéspedes destacan la seguridad que han sentido alojandose en nuestro hotel por lo que respeta a la situación que estamos viviendo a día de hoy con el Covid19. Desde que abrimos el hotel el pasado día 6 de julio, hemos podido mantener todas nuestras instalaciones abiertas hasta el día de hoy, debido en gran parte, al protocolo que seguimos para la contención del virus. Sentimos también que crea que nuestro establecimiento tengo un coste muy alto. Esta temporada, especialmente, ha sido la temporada con los precios más asequibles de los últimos años, empatizando con la situación que nos ha tocado vivir a todos estos últimos meses. La relación calidad-precio de nuestro hotel está muy bien valorada por nuestros huéspedes, y sentimos profundamente si cree que el hotel no ha cumplido en este sentido sus expectativas. Hemos tomado nota de cada uno de los puntos de mejora que ha detallado, y puede estar seguro de que haremos todo lo que está en nuestras manos para seguir mejorando con la intención de poder ofrecer un mejor servicios a nuestros huéspedes. Vielen Dank für Ihre Bemerkung, Herr Brede. Wir freuen uns, dass Ihnen das Hotel gefallen hat. Das Hotel ist für die ganze Familie konzipiert, aber es hat auch eigene Räume für diejenigen, die mehr Ruhe und Frieden genießen möchten. Tatsächlich verfügt es über einen nur für Erwachsene bestimmten Raumbereich mit einem exklusiven Schwimmbad, der nur von den Zimmern aus zugänglich ist.
