Myself Partner & little girl went to this hotel 3 years ago at the beginning of October we had a great time so decided go back this year. This time we went October Half term. |check in was abit of a nightmare as people were checking out at the same time. |we booked a swim up thinking we had booked the sunset bar side like we had before. (sunflower house deluxe) when we got to the room we realised we were on the other side hibiscus house, we spoke to the manager who did let us move the next day, we paid abit more & they did make us wait ages move rooms even though we could see most were empty. So anyone booking a swim up the sunflower side is better as you have sun on them most of the day.|The other side is very shaded and people can look over from the main swimming pool, also the steps go down into the room which can we dangerous. our side one all one level.||the first few days were great, the entertainment team were amazing. As the week went on though they closed 2 snack bars by the pool, the self service drinks for pop and coffee by the pools closed. the day before we come home they shut the sunset bar. we knew the hotel was closing the day we were leaving but we didn't expect things at the hotel to close. We just felt like we weren't welcome.||food wasn't great, we also felt like they were just using up food they had left. we were only offered a drink once while we were there at tea time. the kids food part look disgusting. they also started to run out of drinks towards the end of the week. ||pools were clean, the waterpark was great but they were freezing. ||the rooms weren't cleaned very well, think they just did a quick mop and that was it. we had loads of mosquitoes in the room, even when we kept the door closed. we would move clothes and they would fly out. it just felt like the staff couldn't be bothered, not sure if it's because the hotel was closing. ||I don't think we will be going back anytime soon, if we did we definitely wouldn't go the last week in October. totally difference experience this time which is a shame. ||location is good, we walked into san antonio one day took about an hour, and it's about a 20 minute walk into san antonio bay, there wasn't much open which we expected.

Really disappointed with this place. The pics online don't reflect the reality. The room was too small for a family of 4. There was mould and damp on many surfaces. Bedding old, grey rather than white and ripped covers. The food was extremely below sub standard, cold 90% of the time and hardly no variety. I understand they were coming to the end of season but if you've already paid for that week ,then there should be adequate supplies. Cannot fault the entertainment team, absolute grafters from morning til night, also the bar staff work extremely hard. I definitely wouldn't go back unless a total refurb and better quality food was offered.

It’s honestly very hard to find any fault with this hotel — everything looked perfect! The place was spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. There was entertainment for children all day long, which made it a great choice for families, but at the same time, the quiet area with the infinity pool offered a lovely retreat for adults too.||The only small disappointment was that reception didn’t inform us we could use the thematic restaurants as part of our stay, so we sadly missed out on that experience. Other than that, everything was absolutely fantastic — we’d definitely love to return!

We went here in August with a large group of 10 of us. The service on arrival wasn’t great and communication about our room being ready was poor and stressful to say the least, especially after a long flight. The facilities and entertainment for the kids was fantastic but not a place for adults to relax! Sun beds squeezed together and reserved very early, lots of noise around the main pool area. The cocktails were not good at all. I enjoyed the food, there was enough variety and the service was good in the restaurant. Unfortunately it was very busy and noisy so meal times weren’t in any way relaxing!|If it is a holiday for the kids purely this is a good place to go too. Having said that the location is gorgeous, near the beach too and there are areas of the hotel you can get away from the noise. Our room was sufficient despite the air con not working well at all. We had a fab view!

This is a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star that TUI advertises it at. |Rooms are okay, a bit tired. One of our rooms smelt like damp which got worse as the week went on and made our clothes smell. |I also heard someone else at reception complaining that their mattress was mouldy! |Balcony door was so stiff it was almost impossible to open. |Towel rail fell off the wall and onto my foot, reported to reception and they just sent a handyman out to fix it. No accident form or anything. |Cleaner was awful, stole money from our room - which was reported to reception and nothing was done. She would make the beds everyday and take all the towels including the pool towels (which we had paid deposits for) and never replace them. So every evening having to go to reception to ask for towels and then having to wait for housekeeping to be able to have a shower! She took the key cards out of our rooms and when I confronted her, she had them in her pocket?! Floors were left soaking wet, one of my daughters fell over on entering the room. |You have to put a cash deposit down for everything - towels, iron, table tennis! |No amenities other than soap in rooms. |No phone in the rooms for reception, so every-time you have an issue you have to go there and the queues are always long. ||Entertainment in the evenings was very samey samey and quite boring - 4 piece entertainment team singing songs that were vaguely recognisable most evenings. Never just a “normal” disco for the kids to get up and dance, other than the once a week silent disco. |Same entertainment at the poolside too everyday. ||Food was okay - again a lot of the same things at the buffet everyday. They do themed nights but it’s mostly veal and pork even on those nights. Puddings were boring, frozen cream gateau style cakes - and yes they were sometimes still frozen! No variety!|Breakfast was probably the best, lots to choose from and fresh egg station. |American diner was good, big portions and better pudding options.|The Italian was poor, no lasagne, no Parmesan to go on any pasta dish and only Tiramisu or ice cream for pudding.|The spaghetti bolognaise was very basic. ||Water park was good although you can’t get any drinks on your AI in that part. ||No hotel shop, but lots of vending machines and a couple of shops just up the road. ||I personally wouldn’t come back, I don’t think it was worth what I paid and wasn’t what I expected. I would of rated a 3/5 but the issues with the cleaner everyday pushed it down to a 2/5

Lovely hotel loads to do for younger kids |Main problem is the food at lunch and the evening . Very repetitive ! veal or fish . Fresh food put straight into old food so the food at the bottom is always cold and greasy

Really happy with our experience at sea view country club, we came as a couple but hoping to return with children in 2years time. Hotel is lovely and clean, plenty of pool and entertainment for children, quiet pool which is the infinity area. Beautiful views all round, beach a stone throw away and bus stop opposite the hotel which runs to sanantonio. Food is lovely, not just your typical burger and chips and plenty of gluten free options availble and can also be ordered. Definitely will return, thanks for a wonderful week

Will leave an overall review separate to this, however here currently and I have to give credit to HV staff. In particular to Tiffany kids club manager who is a walking breathing angel. We have travelled as a family of 9 my son is severely autistic and non verbal. Tiffany and her team have gone above and beyond every single day to ensure he's happy but also that we are OK too. They have included him in everything and been a constant source of reassurance throughout our stay. My other children have equally had a wonderful time and special mention must be made for Erin, Cheeky Charlie, Claudia, Alfie and Fran who we have had many conversations and handovers with all wonderful humans and I can't personally express how thankful we are for the kindness they've shown us. From an observational perspective Matty and Bobby from the ents team are absolute machines and i don't know where they get the energy. Every single one of you are fab humans and i can't thank you enough we will be back at some point and knowing where certain team members are next year will definitely sway my decision as to where we go xx Rebecca, Daz, Callumn, Anthony, Darren, Hallé, Frankie, Nell and Mack xx

I recently stayed at the Holiday Village hotel at Ibiza along with my wife, 3 children aged 10, 2 and 10 months. We booked through Tui and it was so quick and easy getting through the airport on to the coach transfer and then a short trip to the hotel. We got an early flight and so we go to the hotel around 11am which we were happy about until we found out our room (along with everyone on the coach) was not ready until 16:00. We then had to route around our cases to find swim wear and towels so that we can enjoy the first day. We were met with a glass of cava in reception whilst waiting to check in which was a nice touch, and the hotel staff were friendly. |As it was late in the day, we found that the main pool area was rammed and so we walked up to the infinity pool area which had seats and a bar, we found out that here the cocktails had to be purchased and not part of all inclusive, so do watch out for that. I was happy when I found out it was Estrella on tap for the all inc. |We finally got into our rooms and were satisfied with the room, we had a bath in ours which was ideal for the young children, sleeping arrangements were fine and the balcony overlooked the beach which gave lovely sunsets.|We quickly booked our 2 restaurant bookings allowed... I suggest downloading the app straight away and booking these as you do not want to miss out from a night away from the buffet. |So basically... The buffet restaurant|The buffet restaurant is fine, it is a bit hot and miss with getting good food or even a complete meal as we found a lot of food ran out and you had to wait for it to get replenished, meanwhile the rest of your food on the plate got cold. Its all about timings and luck, but having been to all inclusive in Mexico I know how to work the buffet.||Sunset grill restaurant - A La Carte|We enjoyed this meal, i had a sirloin steak which was cooked well, and the wife had Salmon which was also cooked well. ||Cinecitta - Italian A La Carte |This meal was ok, i was expecting more taste but it was edible. My homemade pasta dishes are better, and i would not expect that when going to an Italian restaurant. ||Breakfast is good, but the bacon goes quick and the sausages... well im just not sure if you can call it a sausage. I recommend the omelette's, tomatoes and the fresh bread and butter.||The pool|Be ready for towel wars as the sunbeds get claimed at like 7am. The pool is freezing cold, but once you get used to it, it is enjoyable and well tailored for the small ones and has large deep areas which is great for diving / jumping in. Lots of entertainment going on in the daytime which keeps a good vibe going, plenty of bars and snacks going around. ||The football pitches|The eldest loved this and made friends whilst playing. Be warned, we all got grazes on the legs and knees from sliding or falling on it.. its a harsh surface but fun. ||The air walk climb|This was great and my eldest really enjoyed doing this. ||The Sports bar|Fantastic... Every football match available, busy and fun. ||So the conclusion, lots of good things that would make you want to come back. |Estrella|Ice creams|Good pools (but cold)|Waterpark - Although all the slides hurt |sunset grill||cons - |Over crowding, around the pool and in the restaurants|Evening entertainment - All for the kids, nothing for the adults|Quality of the cocktails included in the wristband

Recently returned home to Scotland after a two week (family of four) stay at the HV Ibiza Seaview. Hotel was great with excellent quality food (plenty choice with something for everyone including the poolside paella which we loved), good entertainment throughout the day including pool parties, bingo and silent disco at night, favourites for us. Bonus was the waterpark on site and the lovely beach next door. Sunset views from the infinity pool bar were amazing. Special shout out to the HV Reps, football academy coaches Fran and Fred, all the restaurant (Jose at the welcome desk) and bar staff (including our favourite Mayte Aurelio Jesus - always very friendly and welcoming). Isobel and Carole on the paella outside did a great job too. ||Downside was that the rooms probably need a bit of modernising and freshening up as do the toilets in the hotel and pool areas. The restaurant can get very busy at dinner times.||Overall we really enjoyed and would recommend for families with kids with the positives outweighing any downsides.

We had an amazing holiday here and overall happy we chose hotel village Ibiza. Our room was dated with wear and tear but given it's the end of season and had flooding the week before- I can understand it. What it lacks there it makes us for in entertainment. There was so much choice for my 5 and 7 year old it was hard to choose! From kids clubs, multiple pools, water park, paddle boarding, canoeing, shows and parties- and the beach on its doorstep too! |We loved all the food and drink, there was so much variety and lots of different places to eat that it didn't feel repetitive at all. Unfortunately there was lots of queues in the main restaurant and pool bar which was stressful at times. I would recommend sitting on the balcony of the main restaurant as that's far less hectic. The al a cartes were incredible. We were lucky enough to go when they did their Halloween day and it was spectacular, especially in the main restaurant with the themed food, decorations, costumes and flash mob! A memory I will cherish.

Outside Bar staff Sophia, Astrid and Juan and Alexandro always greeted us with a smile if they saw us, and lovely service. Astrid thank you for making my drink to perfection every time with the most infectious smile. This is 10/10 service. Juan made me my pina colada just how I liked it every time, and he definitely had the most scariest Halloween costume, if there was a competition he should win. Paella was the best I've had thank you Corala and Isabelle. Kids clubs was fantastic, my 5 year old twins and 10 year old boy was always occupied with something to do. They want to thank Erin. My 5 year old said her favourite part of the holiday was her swimming lesson with coach Siri. She was so excited to be in the 'deep'. She felt safe and secure. Big thanks to coach Fredrik and coach Fran. Football academy really is great, I was wondering how it works with such a big age range. But it worked for my 10 year old, keeps them active and teaches them skills and values of the game. And also a great way to start the day. Entertainment was good something for all ages. Well done Adriano for keeping the snow going at all times. Not an easy job. Silent disco was our favourite. Our 4 children aged 5-13 had the best time. Location fantastic, less than 30 mins from the airport. Beach 3 min walk from hotel. Beach is beautiful, quite small but didn't feel packed. The sand is quite course. But still nice. Rooms are outdated, shower was luke warm trickles. Dust in some areas, but housekeeping did make sure our room was tidied. I think Sea view rooms should state where they are, yes I had a sea view, but also a view of the swimming pool and bar and the most busiest part of the hotel. We're not bothered by noise I quite like the hustle and bustle. And I would stay in those rooms again. The beds are so comfortable, I fell asleep instantly. I actually quite liked being able to see the entertainment from the balcony.l. But also meant that we had late nights every single night. Massage from Paola was fantastic thank you... She said she needed a massage after massaging me, so just shows she is really pationate about what she does. Food was absolutely delicious, my favourite was the meat, seasoned to perfection every day. I didn't get bored, and my children are very fussy, and have food aversions... Nobody went hungry once. The only negatives thing I have to says is; Please think about having designated smoking Areas (not no smoking Areas), and rest of the areas should be no smoking. You wouldn't bring a child to a smoking area, and u wouldn't go to a smoking area if you don't smoke, but Given we know how harmful second hand smoke is. On one occasion we were sitting eating lunch and this lady, comes over, sat down right in front of my 5 yr old son and sparked up and her smoke was blowing in his face . He started coughing instantly. So we all had to move. The queuing for food is ridiculous. It really put me off, 5 mins queueing to get one item, sit down the foods cold. The system isn't great. They often run out of desert, and then bring a completely different one out. This increases waste because people take more than they can eat.There's one ice-cream station with 10 people in front of me waiting. On a side note the kids buffet was Handy and didn't have queues.

I definitely recommend this hotel if you're coming with family or kids. Everything about this hotel is amazing, from the rooms to the views. They have a very wide variety of amazing food every breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pools are fantastic and always clean.

The main bar made our experience! Aurelio, Jesús, Mayte, Arseni were absolutely brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble, always incredibly friendly, could not recommend enough based on this alone!!

Food awful. Overcrowded even in October, long queues to get food and barely any food left in buffet. Rooms dirty and flooded during heavy rain. No towels available on many occasions. Like, at all. They had been used to clean up the floodwater. Entertainment the same most nights, it was basically the holiday reps doing karaoke no actual music or shows. Positives- A lovely girl was there to help with the babies on a playmat, she was very nice. The young man with glasses who was at the entrance to restaurant each day was always a happy welcoming. Some staff very friendly, others miserable and fed up which is understandable considering how overcrowded the hotel was. Nice beach beside hotel, this is where we swam rather than the pool.

Mi pareja y yo hemos pasado unos día maravillos en el hotel. A pesar por el mal tiempo los camareros de bares y restaurantes supieron llevarlo todo bajo control para que no faltase de nada.Gracias a jose Miguel y a todo el equipo del bar salon por todo!!!

La experiencia en este restaurante fue excelente. La comida estaba riquísima y muy bien presentada, pero lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue la atención de Pili, Eli y Dário. Son amables, atentos y siempre con una sonrisa, haciendo que cada visita sea un placer. Se nota que les gusta su trabajo y que se preocupan por los clientes. ¡Gracias por una experiencia tan agradable! Sin duda, volveré pronto.

Groot complex prima kamers goed eten. Vooral Engelse gasten die wel vrij luidrustig zijn, heel vriendelijk personeel. Het rookverbod op sommige plaatsen wordt niet gehandhaafd

Wij waren met ons gezin van 10 personen voor 7 dagen ivm ons 50-jarig huwelijk. Het is duidelijk een familiehotel. Het is een Engelse keten wat wel duidelijk is als je er bent. Alles is gericht op de Engelse. Op zicht zou dat niet erg zijn maar het Engelse publiek wat daar zit is wel erg luidruchtig en egoïstisch. Kinderen die de hele dag schreeuwen (het begint al op de gang vroeg in de morgen) Op de ligbedden bij het zwembad liggen om 06.00 uur al op de bedden. Er wordt heel veel aan entertainment gedaan en dat gaat de hele dag door met enorm veel lawaai tot 22.00 uur in de avond. Voor de rest is het allemaal prima zoals het eten en de service. Het personeel is super aardig en doet er alles aan om het iedereen naar de zin te maken. Als je van drukte houdt dan is het allemaal prima. Het eiland Ibiza is erg groen en de strandjes zijn prachtig.

Hotel was always clean, staff entertainment was great for the kids. Also made everyone feel welcome. Staff in the bars and restaurants were very nice. Not to far from the old town €32 in a taxi or you can get 2 buses.

Fui a cenar ayer al restaurante Americano con mi familia y me encantó. Las hamburguesas estaban buenísimas y la tarta de queso increíble. Además, el servicio por parte de los camareros Facundo, Carol y Gina fue excepcional. Muy atentos y profesionales. ¡Muchas gracias!

Wij verbleven onlangs in Sirenis Seaview Country Club en het hotel heeft over het algemeen aan onze verwachtingen voldaan. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding zit goed. Wat ik vooral handig vond, is dat Ibiza op slechts 2 uur vliegen ligt en het hotel maar 30 minuten rijden is van de luchthaven — ideaal met kinderen.||Het eten was lekker, met voldoende keuze en variatie. Het personeel is vriendelijk en er is een ruim aanbod aan activiteiten, wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakt. De kamer waar we verbleven was ruim, maar duidelijk aan vernieuwing toe. Ook de hygiëne kan nog beter.||We huurden een auto om de omgeving te verkennen. Het was onze eerste keer op Ibiza en eerlijk gezegd had ik het mooier en luxueuzer verwacht. Toch hebben we een fijne tijd gehad.||Een groot minpunt vond ik de temperatuur van de zwembaden. Zowel het hotelzwembad, het peuterbad als het aquapark waren te koud — ik zou ze niet omschrijven als verwarmd.||Ons terras keek uit op de avondshows, waardoor vroeg en rustig slapen moeilijk was. Voor sommige gasten zal dit een pluspunt zijn, voor ons eerder niet.||De kinderanimatie ’s avonds was heel leuk: de medewerkers zijn lief voor de kinderen en delen leuke gadgets uit zodat elk kind tijdens het verblijf wel iets krijgt.||Conclusie: we hebben een aangenaam verblijf gehad en waren over het algemeen tevreden. Er zijn zeker enkele verbeterpunten, en we zouden zelf niet meer terugkeren, maar we geven het hotel een 7,5/10.

El Infinity Bar es un lugar ideal para relajarse y disfrutar de la musica Chill. La piscina tiene unas vistas espectaculares, especialmente al atardecer, y el ambiente es muy cuidado. El servicio es super atento y rápido, los cócteles están muy bien preparados .|Me atendió Belen y Facu ...muy simpaticos !!!

Hotel is very child friendly with round the clock entertainment and kids clubs. Food was spectacular - not the basic all inclusive chips/burgers - it changed every night with something for everyone. Rooms are standard Spanish style but fairly modern. Family room includes a kitchenette which was useful. If you have small kids though, entertainment goes on until 10-11pm and is very loud, so make sure you don't have a pool view room

Family oriented hotel. Very busy but enough to keep little ones occupied and lots of services on site. The waterpark was a great addition and steps away from the hotel. Food was good. Dedicated kids buffet away from the main one (whoever thought it was a good idea to put sweets and sugary desserts there, within easy reach of them, clearly doesn't have kids). A la carte options were a nice change too. There's a grill , Italian, American. Drinks are okay to good. Estrella on tap. The main local versions of spirits you'd expect. The cocktails are machine mixed and are 70% sugar id guess. Way too sweet! The mojito was the nicest although still too much. Good location with parking out the front. Few minutes drive to a number of places. Lovely beach next door with excellent sunsets. Walkable within 2 minutes of the hotel and has a number of bars and restaurants there. Lots of pool choices. Kids mini pool. The main family pools which have music playing. The chilled sunset infinity pools were my choice though. Great views, chilled music and a beer, perfect!

Genoten! Sunset grill a la carte is een aanbeveling, heel goed eten en aardig personeel. Heerlijke Prosecco schenken ze!

Až moc děti na jeden hotel, na to že byl konec září tak to bylo příliš a pak hlavně v jídelně, kde šla hodně vidět ta výchova (nevýchova???) ale ta to hotel nemůže.

Pokoj je opravdu nic moc, je zde velká vlhkost u sousedů plíseň, výhled z pokoje nebudu komentovat viz foto 😅

This hotel is one of the best what i saw. Think what i apriciate most was cleaning. Cleaning is the number one here.

Hôtel parfait pour un séjour en famille avec enfants. Tout y est pour occuper vos petit. Pendant votre séjour. Malheureusement pas pour nous qui étions en couple et recherchions un peu plus de calme. Il serait bien de revoir le volume sonore lors des animations et spectacles du soir qui est vraiment forte, voir inaudible parfois. Impossible de trouver le sommeil malgré les portes et fenêtres fermés jusqu’à 23h. |Par contre les spectacles sont differents chaques soirs avec une réelle volonté de la direction de satisfaire au mieux les vacanciers. |Dans l’ensemble un très bon club vacances, idéalement situé pour une super séjour avec les enfants .|Merci Jesus pour votre volonté évidente de faire au mieux pour vos vacanciers, et vous y arriverez !|Un merci tout particulier à Mayté du bar intérieur pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse exceptionnelle avec son super sourire du matin au soir pour notre grand plaisir merci Mayté.|Merci Jesus, ainsi que tous le personnel, visible ou en coulisse pour ce beau séjour.

It was such a nice experience and the room was so clean, but when i was going to thank the housekeeping, the name in the paper who made the room was Gemma, and the housekeeper all the time it was a men...

Luogo scelto esclusivamente perché i miei figli amano gli scivoli d'acqua. La posizione non è assolutamente centrale nella vita dell'isola e praticamente non esiste una spiaggia, almeno come la intendo io. La struttura però è bella e ben organizzata. Le piscine sono belle e le attività buone. La pulizia in camera deve migliorare e il cibo non è qualitativamente adatto alle mie esigenze.

Heel tof hotel met uitzonderlijk gevarieerd en lekker buffet. Kamers zijn een beetje verouderd maar niets storend (appartement). De locatie is afgelegen en er is niet zo veel te zien in de buurt, wel is er een supermarkt bijna recht over het hotel als het nodig is. Zeker een aanrader dit hotel, zelfs de appartementen met all-in formule.

Sólo estuve en el parque acuático. Está bien pero le falta un pequeño bar-restaurante para tomar algo.

We hebben 11 dagen doorgebracht in Seaview Country op Ibiza en het was een heerlijke ervaring. Het hotel heeft ons erg positief verrast, zowel qua faciliteiten als service. Pluspunten Het eten is zonder twijfel een hoogtepunt van het verblijf. Ook voor mijn partner, die een glutenallergie heeft, was er een ruime en veilige keuze. Zelfs in de thema-restaurants werden glutenvrije opties zonder problemen geserveerd. Het personeel denkt actief mee en zorgt ervoor dat je zorgeloos en met plezier van de maaltijden kunt genieten. Daarnaast is het hele team erg vriendelijk, van de receptie tot het barpersoneel en alle medewerkers daar tussenin. Zwembaden Het hotel heeft twee zwembaden. Het eerste zwembad wordt vooral gebruikt door gezinnen met kinderen en kan daardoor behoorlijk druk zijn. Daarnaast is er een schitterende infinity pool, waar wij vaak heerlijk hebben ontspannen. Wat ons betreft zou het een mooie toevoeging zijn om dit zwembad adults only te maken, aangezien er verder nog weinig faciliteiten zijn die specifiek op volwassenen gericht zijn. Daarnaast beschikt het hotel over een waterpark, waar wij zelf niet zijn geweest. Een klein aandachtspuntje is dat de animatie ’s avonds soms wat hoorbaar kan zijn wanneer je appartement dichtbij het zwembad ligt. Dit is echter niet storend en stopt altijd keurig rond 23:00 uur. De animatie is duidelijk sterk gericht op Engelse gasten, wat je vooral ’s avonds goed merkt. Kamer en accommodatie Onze kamer was prima en vooral erg ruim. We verbleven in een appartement, maar merkten wel dat er geen basisvoorzieningen zoals pannen en bestek aanwezig waren. Dat vinden wij een klein minpuntje, want bij een appartement verwacht je dat wel. Daar tegenover stond een groot terras/balkon met prachtige uitzichten, waar we meerdere avonden hebben genoten van indrukwekkende zonsondergangen. Strand Het strand ligt op slechts twee minuten lopen van het hotel en is werkelijk heerlijk. Je kunt er ligbedden huren voor €25 per dag of kiezen voor een luxer strandbed voor €30. Daarnaast is het mogelijk om een parasol te huren voor €10. Fijn is ook dat er geen minimum bestedingsbedrag geldt, wat op veel andere stranden wel het geval is. Omgeving en vervoer Ik ben al veel op Ibiza geweest, maar dit hotel springt er echt uit door de goede faciliteiten en service. Wel is het zo dat er in de directe omgeving niet veel te doen is. Om het mooie eiland goed te kunnen ontdekken, is het daarom aan te raden om een auto te huren of gebruik te maken van taxi’s. Eindindruk Seaview Country is een hotel waar we met veel plezier hebben verbleven. De combinatie van goed eten met veel aandacht voor dieetwensen, het prachtige uitzicht en de geweldige ligging aan zee maken het tot een aanrader. Met enkele aanpassingen, zoals een adults only zwembad en wat basisvoorzieningen in de appartementen, zou het verblijf nog beter zijn. Al met al hebben we het heerlijk gehad op het mooie Ibiza en genoten van een ontspannen verblijf in Seaview Country.

Vooral georiënteerd op Engelse mensen. Eten is veel het zelfde. Ontbijt is vooral engels ontbijt. Teveel stoelen aan het zwembad. Bij aankomst stond er een glas cola boven aan onze trap. Stond er bij het uitchecken nog altijd.

Hotel Sirenis Seaview Country Club nás zaujal hlavně skvělým jídlem – nabídka byla pestrá, chutná a opravdu na vysoké úrovni. Pokoj byl sice starší, ale odpovídal popisu a po stránce čistoty i vybavení splnil očekávání. Trochu nepříjemné byly občasné dlouhé fronty u baru u bazénu, což kazilo jinak pohodovou atmosféru odpočinku. Na druhou stranu, naše pětiletá dcera si dovolenou maximálně užila – dětské aktivity a prostředí pro nejmenší jsou v hotelu skvěle řešené a pro rodiny je to velké plus. Jak už psali i jiní hosté, je dobré počítat s tím, že hotel je zaměřen hlavně na anglickou klientelu, která tvoří většinu návštěvníků. To je znát v programu i v celkové atmosféře. Celkově jsme ale byli spokojeni – díky výbornému jídlu, rodinnému zázemí a příjemné atmosféře je to hotel, který bychom doporučili především rodinám s dětmi, kterým nebude vadit orientace na anglický trh.

We just came back from a week here as a family of 4 adults and two children. I would advice to ignore the bad reviews. If you're looking for all out luxury this is not your place, but if you want an all round fun family holiday it's brilliant. We stayed in sunflower house, Which I'd assume was an older block so not pristine but the rooms were clean enough and the views amazing. This is our second holiday village experience and I can't wait to trying another. There's always so many options of things for the kids to do! Food was great. Again not luxury but plenty of choice. The beach in Port des Torrent is a brilliant perk. Other than that there's not a lot in the area but that didn't bother us as there are so many activities at the hotel. The waterpark was also great for both our 2 and 10 year old.

Lo tiene todo para disfrutar en familia sin necesidad de salir del hotel !la zona Infinity tiene una piscina muy bonita, nuestro rincón favorito ! El personal del bar Infinity no pudo ser más simpáticos y agradables y siempre con una sonrisa ! Gracias a Dayana, Sanna ,José M,Eva,Inma, Belen ,Lucia Maria , Alec ! No puedo decir lo mismo de la señora Victoria de recepción, estuvo muy borde y muy mala educada y muy malas contestaciones! Para cada pregunta parecía que nos perdonaba la vida ! Un poco más de tacto a la hora de tratar al cliente no le vendría mal !

Very safe, beach close by. Great atmosphere at the beach. Lovely food , nice variety available. ! Child friendly and lots of choices of activities. Maid service good. The gym needs an upgrade.(machines are dated and some not working). Some staff are very helpful others rude on occasion! Rooms tight but balcony views are beautiful. In walking distance to local shops and beach. Some of the children activities are overbooked and so a there are often a lot of children completing the session.(such as the football academy, it appears a little unsafe at times) cheerful football coaches who genuinely tried there best to accommodate everyone. Good pool activities and music.

**ANTS IN BED & ROOM** Several Pros and Several (BIG) Cons to this property. Pros- Lots of activities for kids (Water Slides, Football Court, Rope Course, Ping Pong, etc.), nice beach adjacent to property too, Cons- LOTS. Food Was (just) OK. No restaurant open after 9:30p (we learned the hard way after a late check in). Lot's of "for pay" snacks/ice cream/drinks on the property. NO access to 3 restaurants unless you book 7+ days. Old dates rooms. Biggest negative- room was infested with Ants. Literally the minute we walked into our room, Ants were all around, including the bed/sheets. Nasty! We asked to be moved that night, and the next morning and both times we were denied. Quite odd the condition of the room, especially since this was their grand suite ($$$ more than the standard room), I'd hate to see what their standard rooms look like. Only bigger issue than the room, was the lack of service from the hotel staff during and after to help with any time of resolution. First and last time staying at a Sirenis Property. Book with caution

De kamers waren niet proper, schimmel vuil en vochtig. Ze hebben dit met man en macht proberen op te lossen maar dit krijg je simpelweg niet opgelost met enkele poetsen. Het hotel is ook extreem druk,90% Britten die zacht uitgedrukt enorm aanwezig zijn. Als handdoek leggen een sport zou zijn zouden er hier wereld kampioenen zitten. ‘s morgens om 7u opstaan en je bent te laat voor de beste plaatsen. Er zijn gelukkig wel bedjes genoeg maar ze zijn wel allemaal eens aan vernieuwing toe. Het buffet is enorm uitgebreid met vers en lekker eten, hier kunnen we echt niets slechts over zeggen. De dranken aan de bar vloeien zeer vlot en alles kan gecombineerd worden, ook hier geen opmerkingen. Kort samengevat Als je fan bent van een all in vakantie met veel animatie, drukte en de hotel kamer helemaal bijzaak is dan kan je het hier best naar je zin hebben. Ben je op zoek naar rust en goede slaapgelegenheid zou ik dit niet boeken

We stayed here for a week all inclusive. Food. The buffet has a wide array of really nice food. Slightly disappointed in the lack of prawns/ other shellfish that has always been a staple for me in Spain, and not a single bit of gazpacho. The a la carte BBQ restaurant was out of this world. Service on another level, food was amazing. Drinks. Slightly annoying that there is a premium for the premium drinks, not like your turkey all inclusive. That said, what they had was great, and perfect that the soft drinks were help yourself so the kids could just get when they wanted. Strange that the sangria was mixed with lemonade and Fanta, but we found our own recipe as the week went on. Pools. Amazing. Ridiculously deep for diving. Perfectly shallow for the little ones. Had no complaints here Activities. Evening entertainment was great, although could have done with more people serving behind the bar. The cocktail bar (which was not free) had more staff for the 30 people there than the free bar by the entertainment with a lot more. The climbing thing was brilliant. Loved water polo. Rooms. Had no problem. We upgraded to a sea view and the view was amazing, was both pool and sea. My only one gripe is that no one told us about the holiday village app at check in and so we had to find out ourselves. Seems there isn't much joined up thinking between different areas The local beach is lovely. Sandy, nice sea, couple of nice restaurants and bars if you want to venture out. Speaking of going out. If you want to head out in the evening, forget taxis. They are beyond useless. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel that goes to san Antonio, and you can go further afield from there. All in all, we had a brilliant holiday. Been back 2 weeks and desperate to still be there. Will definitely return.

Absolutely brilliant hotel and staff. Very clean and the pool was amazing, always activities on and loads for the children to do. An amazing beach is right next to the hotel and you can also enjoy the sunset bar in the evening. 30 mins car drive from the airport.

Prachtig resort, geweldige ligging. We waren hier nu voor de 3de keer. Speciale dank naar Senna, Maria, Sophia, Alec, Juan, Fabio en Ndiaga, de blije barmedewerkers. Iedere dag fantastische bediening.

La semana pasada hicimos un Day Pass en este Hotel Mi hija, mi marido y yo. A la hora de la comida pensábamos que íbamos a tener algún tipo de inconveniente, ya que mi marido es intolerante a algunos alimentos pero Barbara, la maitre del comedor nos atendió estupendamente! Seguramente volveremos!

Super leuk hotel! Ruime kamer, we zaten in het Hibiscus gebouw met kamer op zeezicht, richting de baai. Prachtig. Grote kamer ook. Hotel is netjes, wc’s bij de receptie mogen wel wat schoner. Verder netjes. Leuk waterpark. Wordt wel handdoekje gelegd. Staat dat het niet is toegestaan voor 8.00 maar het wordt wel gedaan al vanaf 6.30-7.00. Om 8.05 komt dan de controlepost langs, dat slaat dus nergens op maar goed. Er is nog wel plek rond 8.30 maar de ‘beste’ zijn dan al vergeven. Eten is lekker en goed. Inderdaad veel op Engelse gericht maar daar hebben wij geen last van gehad. Geen vervelende mensen. Onze kids kunnen het Engels al wel goed volgen. Er werd op sommige dagen verse paella gemaakt aan het zwembad. Die is trouwens fantastisch lekker. Op 2 plekken eten te halen bij het zwembad, bij beide bars. Bij de infinity hebben we niet gezeten, daar zouden de drankjes niet Allin zijn hoorden we. Entertainment was best goed. Van Holiday Village. Ligging is afgelegen maar prachtig. We hadden een auto gehuurd via Motoluis in eerste instantie. Later ook nog via Turbo, 20 min lopen van het hotel. In dezelfde straat. Ook goed geregeld. Leuke dingen gedaan en met een huurauto kom je overal. Er stoppen taxi’s en een bus voor de deur maar daar hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt. Supermarktje tegenover. Ook handig. De a la carts geen gebruik van gemaakt, onze kids lusten niks dus de buffets zijn ideaal voor ons 😇 We zouden zeker nog eens terug komen! Zwembad is diep, kids mogen duiken en met banden in het water, er wordt weinig gefloten maar de badjuffen en meesters zitten er wel. Alleen je hebt gewoon lekker de vrijheid. Heel fijn. Heel tevreden dus!

Fuimos a pasar el día con mi mujer, mi hijo de 2 años y una pareja de amigos con sus dos hijas. La experiencia para los niños no estuvo mal: se lo pasaron bien jugando y el entorno parecía prometedor. Pero todo se vino abajo en cuanto llegó la hora de la comida. El buffet fue una auténtica decepción. Sinceramente, de los peores que he probado en mi vida. La comida era una basura, sin matices. Los espaguetis pasados, como si llevaran horas en la bandeja; la carne seca y recalentada; las opciones para niños igual de malas, y ni siquiera la ensalada sabía fresca. No puedo destacar ni un solo plato que estuviese mínimamente bien. Con lo que cuesta comer allí, lo mínimo que uno espera es una comida decente. No estamos hablando de un buffet barato de paso, sino de un sitio que se vende como una experiencia familiar de calidad. Pues bien, calidad cero. Les recomiendo encarecidamente que empiecen a tomarse en serio la parte gastronómica, porque da auténtica vergüenza servir esa comida y cobrar lo que cobran. No volveremos.

Met het gezin 1.5 week verbleven bij Sirenis Country Club op Ibiza. We hebben genoten! Groot hotel maar niet over bevolkt, nergens rijen en voldoende bedjes bij het zwembad. Wel handdoek op tijd neerleggen voor de beste plekjes. Allereerst complimenten voor al het personeel; receptie, horeca, koks, schoonmakers, animatie, toezichthouders etc allemaal zeer vriendelijk en professioneel! Het eten is veel, vers en gevarieerd. Echt genieten en 3x per dag. Overdag voldoende te pakken, met als extra verse bbq, paella, fruit of zoetigheid bij het zwembad. Altijd friet, hamburgers en een saladebar. Overal drinken en ijs te nemen en keuze ruim voldoende.Zwembaden en glijbanen geweldig! Echt genoeg te doen voor de kinderen met animatie. Enige noot van kritiek is het aantal stukke urinoirs (5 van de 7), de wifi is buiten het hoofdgebouw beperkt/matig, kunstgras voetbalveld aan vervanging toe en het avondprogramma voor volwassenen, dat is echt niveau camping-entertainment. Dan kun je beter het eiland gaan verkennen, bijvoorbeeld naar Ibiza Stad of San Antonio. Taxi is ongeveer een euro per minuut, dus Ibiza Stad 30 min zo'n 30 euro. De bus doet er een uur over. San Antonio 15 min, 15 euro. Maar bus is 20 min en is 1.85 pp. Dichtbij heb je hele mooie blauwe strandjes, aanrader! Al met al hebben we genoten van een heerlijke vakantie.

Hôtel propre et nettoyé de manière régulière. -Le personnel est sympathique et très professionnel.L’emplacement bénéficie d’une vue incroyable. En revanche , le lieu est organisé pour un une clientèle anglaise, notamment les repas, les animations et le club pour enfants.

He estado en el bar snack, donde me han atendido muy bien y amablemente, sobre todo Alec y en el Infinity, con personal muy simpático, buenos cócteles, vistas al mar y muy buen servicio, los cuales eran Fran, José Miguel, Lucía y Dayana entre otros. También estuve en el parque acuático, donde habían toboganes muy chulos y por último, en el restaurante Burger, donde te atienden muy bien, que en mi caso fueron Facundo y Gina y la comida está muy buena. En general, ha sido una muy buena experiencia y sin duda volvería.

Families beware of this hotel! If you are going to book as a family of 4 the rooms are in a layout of 1 ‘double’ bed which is formed of two single beds. The kids are then left with a sofa and a super small sized low height bed. Super uncomfortable for the kids and seems unfair if your child is aged 15 ish and they are paying adult prices via TUI and they are given a sofa. Seems unfair and will be complaining to TUI.

It’s a nice hotel, great for kids with so many activities on every day. The selection of pools is great. We had a swim up room which was ideal with a young baby as we had all our baby stuff just in reach. The hotel is a little tired and could do with a renovation of some sorts. It would improve it dramatically. The location isn’t the best as there’s not too much nearby, port des torrent has about 3 restaurants and San Antonio bay is the other direction. We did enjoy our stay and the food selection is large. It’s a classic all inclusive buffet though with lots of carbs and minimal protein. The staff are lovely and always attentive and friendly. I would definitely be back but probably when our child is a bit older as he was a bit young to enjoy it all fully.

Il devrait mettre dans la description qu’ont doit s’attendre à une chambre ULTRA humide. Que même les draps son humide que la robinetterie est dégoûtante l’eau peine à sortir tellement il y a du calcaire. Que le chrome des robinets sont écaillé ou rouiller. Gros gros bémol sur les chambres l’odeur de l’humidité empêche de dormir le premier jour après on s’y habitue au fil des jours. Pour les repas ça va ca passe tout les soirs un thème différents. Nous avons eu durant notre séjour 1-2 jours où l’eau propose était infecte nous avons signaler à plusieurs reprise que l’eau avait le goût du chlore on nous a dis merci de le signaler après rien. Donc le café le thé et l’eau imbuvable. Perso, nous sommes aller au magasin bon loin prendre un paquet d’eau peur que nos enfants tombe malade. En gros je ne reviendrais plus jamais dans cet hôtel

Goed hotel met ruime kamers. Eten is van goede kwaliteit en voor ieder wat wils. Personeel is over het algemeen erg vriendelijk. Maar Celeste bij de foodtruck bar is een toppertje. Het strand om de hoek is prachtig. Maar wordt al snel druk, dus ga op tijd. Het zwembad is leuk, maar veel mensen leggen al vroeg een handdoekje neer. Hierdoor is het al snel vol. Smiddags komen er wel weer plekken vrij. Het parkeren voor de deur is ons niet gelukt, maar in de omgeving is genoeg plek. Soms moet je 10 min lopen. Hotel is wat mij betreft een aanrader.

Flight from Ibiza due 2030 so we were advised to wait at gate from 1930. We waited over an hour. The gate then opened and we spent about another in a hot gangway until boarding the plane just after 2100 hrs. In all the years we've been with Thomsons/TUI I don't think we've ever left on time. Overall this hotel is for kids and our grandchildren had a great time. Certainly wouldn't recommend it for those without children or grandchildren.

Helaas komen we volledig overprikkeld thuis van deze 'vakantie'... Het is een enorm groot en vooral druk hotel. Wij hebben flink betaald voor een 2-kamer appartement met sea view om vervolgens geplaatst te worden in een kamer schuin tegenover het podium met keiharde muziek iedere avond van 18:30u-23:00u en daarna nog herrie van de appartementen naast ons. Achter het podium is het zwembad en daarachter was inderdaad dan eindelijk de zee.... dit mag geen sea view genoemd worden, maar podium view. We hebben dit direct laten weten bij Holiday Village die er namens Tui zijn. Ze gaven aan dat meerdere gezinnen klaagden, maar dat het harde geluid nou eenmaal 'bij het concept' hoort. Geef mensen de optie als ze van entertainment houden of ze aan de kant met lawaai willen zitten en plaats die in deze appartementen. Wij hebben een jong kind die iedere avond met strak ingeduwde oordoppen in slaap moest vallen door een keiharde bass muziek. Schandalig! Meerdere keren geklaagd. Maar helaas dit is het concept en het hotel zat vol dus switchen van kamers kon ook niet was het antwoord. Als je zelf moe was na een lange dag was je verplicht om pas laat naar bed te gaan, want voor die tijd kan je absoluut niet slapen door de enorme herrie van muziek en mensen. ||Je hebt een keukentje in het appartement waarbij je niks krijgt. 1 armoedige fles water in de koelkast. Geen flesjes drinken of eten, niets. Geen schoonmaakkitje. De vaat werd 3 dagen lang niet gedaan.. na klagen eindelijk schone glazen en kommen gekregen. Drinken moet je allemaal zelf halen bij de taps beneden met plastic bekertjes. Veel mensen kwamen met hele Stanley cups zodat ze niet hoefden te blijven lopen. Schone handdoeken op de kamer werden meerdere malen vergeten. ||Kom hier niet als je ook maar enigzins gezond wilt leven. Als je vooral houd van veel softdrinks en gefrituurd en te vet eten zit je goed. In het buffet restaurant is enkel het ontbijt prima. Het eten is niet gevarieerd, smaakt vaak naar chloor, is vaak lauw en heeft veel vet. De gym is absoluut niet zoals op de foto's. Het is een donker hok waar de spiegels aan elkaar hangen met duc tape en letterlijk alle apparaten geroest, vies en hebben displays die niet (volledig) werken. ||Als je kinderen geen Engels spreken is de entertainment zeer beperkt. ||Het is niet all inclusive. Er hangen allerlei borden met fancy Starbucks koffies en allerlei ijsjes die je allemaal nog extra moet betalen. Bij de infinity pool moet je de drank ook betalen als je niet bij de entertainment wilt zitten. ||Glijbanen / aqua park is heel leuk voor de kinderen. Er zijn geen ligbedden, alleen stoelen. Badmeesters zitten niet op 1 lijn. Bij de piraten glijbanen is het juist leuk om als volwassene met je kinderen samen te kunnen glijden, maar een aantal badmeesters komen je met een fluitje achterna gerend als je dit al 1x doet. Anderen zitten te chillen en vinden het prima als volwassenen meedoen. ||Zwembad-bordjes overal dat handdoeken voor 8 uur worden weggehaald. Dit gebeurd helemaal nooit waardoor om 8 uur alle voorste 2 rijen al bezet zijn. De borg voor je badhanddoeken kan alleen contant betaald worden. ||Parkeerplaatsen zijn beperkt. Als je geluk hebt is er een plekje in de straat. ||Als je gaat uitchecken is er niemand die vraagt of alles naar wens was. Kennelijk niet belangrijk... ||Als je een vakantie wilt met continue heel veel muziek, lawaai, drukte en vet eten is dit de vakantie die je moet boeken.. ander zou ik zeggen kies iets anders. Dit is géén 4 sterren. Maar net 3.

It’s more like a 3 star resort. Mostly staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms air conditioning is really old and doesn’t help in this heat at all. We were provided a fan but had no other option. Smelly toilet as no ventilation. View around the resort is very nice.

Está claro que en este hotel no quieren que vengamos españoles, no hay nada orientado a españoles. Los monitores directamente no hablan español, las actividades para niños todo en ingles y los espectáculos nocturnos igual. Lo mejor, el personal del restaurante, cafeterías, limpieza y mantenimiento, todos super amables y muy profesionales. El parque acuático muy divertido. Pero no creo que volvamos por la orientación del negocio sólo para ingleses.

Great family resort. The pools are great but the sun loungers are gone early and people just leave towels on them for the day despite not using them. The buffet food isn't bad and there's a different theme each evening. We got a room with a pool view and the views were spectacular. The entertainment was a bit repetitive each evening. The infinity pool area is a great spot to chill and watch the sunset

Ik heb in een lange tijd niet meer zo een heerlijke entrecote gegeten! Hier kom je niets te kort, wat een top service! Bij aankomst kregen wij een heerlijk welkoms drankje, die ten aller tijde bijgevuld werden. Wij zijn ontzettend goed geserveerd door Dario, Brahim, Mecredez, Marina en Eli. Hartelijk dank voor dit heerlijke diner! Tot de volgende keer.

Stayed here for a wedding . The staff were very rude and unhelpful the resort is very crammed although a large sitr feels like everything is stuffed together blindly . Very overpriced the rooms were small and a little claustrophobic feeling with absoluteley no privacy from the balcony/terrace . Food is below average we chose to ate off site at the sight of some of the meals served on the buffet . Although my friends wedding went as planned again the food was not as high end as you would expect considering the costs paid , the service at the meal was the staffs best performance but overall the whole experience was a little dissappointing and didnt rrally deliver the standard for the prices they are charging

Heel druk hotel met enorm veel kinderen en lawaai, zowel aan de kamers als het zwembad als het restaurants. Wel heel proper, goeie kamers, redelijk harde bedden wel, lekker eten, niet heel gevarieerd. Thema restaurants op tijd te boeken.

Hotel typowo dla Anglików, inni turyści czują sie tu źle. wszystko pod Anglików:animacje( oprócz wystepu akrobatow) bardzo słabe, np: słaby zespół śpiewa piosenki vengaboys i spice girls! po 22:30 nic sie nie dzieje, jest niby klub taneczny ale bez ludzi, muzyke puszcza barmanka z yt z reklamami! śniadania monotonne. Zachowanie Anglików jest fatalne, plują do basenu, wylewają resztki drinków, śmiecą, robią straszny bałagan w restauracji! Bardzo dużo dzieci, płaczą, krzyczą, rodzice nie reagują. Powinna być wyznaczona strefa np powyżej 12 lat. Fatalne drinki z automatów np. Mohito nie nadaje sie do picia! Europejskie alkohole dodatkowo płatne. Brudne kieliszki do prosseco zawsze. Brak wyjścia z hotelu w kierunku plaży którą jest otoczony, plaża publiczna piaskowa średnia. Plusy: duży pokój, miła obsługa i bardzo dobre obiady i kolacje.

Hotel is zeer mooi gelegen, mooi uitzicht maar daarmee is het spijtig genoeg gezegd. Hotel is verouderd en all in is niet all in. Kamer niet proper, slecht werkende douche, doorgezakte bedden. Bij aankomst 1 fles water op de kamer en dat was het dan voor 10 dagen. Water kon uit de tap genomen worden maar dit rook naar chloor. Andere frisdranken ook uit tap maar die vielen nog mee. Cocktails niet all in maar tot daar aan toe. Wat ik echt schandalig vond was dat als je op terras wou zitten waar je een mooi zicht had ( en enige terras waar het wat rustiger was) het plots vanaf 19 uur een PAY bar geworden was. Dus betalen en geen klein beetje. Enige mogelijkheid om te zitten en all in te drinken was bij de Britse massa animatie (die zeker wel hun best deden maar echt kindgericht). Het eten was ook niet wat wij van een 4 sterrenhotel gewoon zijn. Zeker het vlees was slecht. Om nog iets positief te zeggen personeel was vriendelijk en airco op kamer deed wat hij moest doen. Zonder auto zit je hier redelijk vast, behoudens 3,5 km wandeling naar Sant Antoni maar is in deze hitte niet ideaal, bus teruggenomen en dat is dan aanrader. In san Antonio niet veel te zien behoudens wat bars en discotheken. Bijna geen winkeltjes … Kortom hotel eerder campinggevoel, geen ibiza vibe en voor ons een tot nooit meer.

Had a fantastic holiday here. Came home on July 9th 2025. Food was OK and always found something I liked. We were in room 3305 and the lady who did our cleaning was a little gem. Always helpful, polite and tried to interact despite the language barrier. Thank goodness for Google translate. Kept our room lovely and clean. The water taxi into San Antonio was a great way to travel. Overall we had a really lovely holiday, but I have to say it was flipping hot.

Vi hade rum med poolutsikt.|Bra all inclusive men inte den bästa vi har varit på. Möjlighet att byta middagrestaurang två ggr (finns tre andra) utöver huvudrestaurangen och om man stannar minst 7 dgr. Bra att det finns två separata poolområden ett med huvudfokus på familjer med yngre barn samt ett litet lugnare som ligger i utkanten av området där det är mindre folk och där barn också får vara. Den poolen heter Infinity och där badar man mer utsikt över havet några meter bort. Vattenlandet är anpassat för både yngre och äldre barn. Rummet var dammigt på golv och i garderob men i övrigt fräscht rum och som var utrustad med både pentry och en kyl.|Städning varje dag. Trevlig personal på anläggningen. Bra med underhållning varje kväll.|Nära till stranden om man vill bada i havet.|Nära till mindre butiker och 1 km bort finns ett centrum med både shopping och uteliv.|Vi var även inne i Ibiza en kväll för att se på nattlivet och uppleva pulsen.|Var inte överraskad om du råkar passera ett frieri under kvällen.

Zeer vriendelijk, lekker eten, mooie tafel wanneer je toekomt, proper. Adrian is zeer vriendelijk en heel enthousiast. Dario en Mercedes waren ook zeer vriendelijk.

Stayed in Petunia block, top floor. Great views, but the apartment is very tired looking and needs upgrading. Also the pillows are very hard, but the bed was comfy. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The sun loungers also need upgrading. They all sag a lot in the middle. Very very very close to one another. Couldn't get a cigarette paper between them. I preferred the infinity pool because everywhere else was extremely noisy. No music or bar at the infinity pool until 12pm. Wishing it was adults only all day. The AI food was ok. It's just the standard AI. Lots of rude visitors but the staff are very hard working and try to accommodate everyone. The noise level was off the scale at times! Not many shops around the area. The beach is lovely sand but very small. Great sunsets at the infinity bar, but usually noisy there. Entertainment finished at 11pm and was really quiet for sleeping 😴 Loads to do for the kids all day.

Tout est fait pour les familles et enfants..des animations pour enfants et adultes , des distractions, du remarquable Aquaparc Games aux piscines pour petits et grands|et aux piscines à débordement avec une vue splendide sur la mer, aux restaurants variés, et à l architecture des bâtiments qui s étalent avec vue piscine et mer, on a passé d excellentes vacances du 9 juin au 23 juin pour 15 jours. Hôtel proche de San Antonio (5kms).

Hotel maravilloso para las familias en Ibiza. Buenas atenciones. El parque de atracciones es un plus porque por hospedarte en el hotel tienes acceso al Sirenis Aqua Park. La comida es muy rica y las habitaciones muy grandes. Todas las habitaciones con vistas al mar. Una pasada. El todo incluido es maravilloso.

We stayed as a family of 4. We had an amazing time. Hotel situated right beside the beach with lots of activities for all ages. Food was lovely, lots of choice and variety at meal times. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I have to especially mention Barbara the restaurant manager. She went above and beyond to ensure our child with an anaphylaxis allergy was catered for safely. She made herself available to us and guided us through the buffet identifying allergens. Our child was able to pre-order his food and it was made seperately in safe manner. So reassuring. Barbara is so kind and caring and brilliant at her job. So rare to find in an all inclusive resort. Best holiday ever!

Sirenis Seaview Country Club Is een groot hotel met heel veel Engelse gasten, de kamer welke wij hadden was prima! Goed verzorgd en hygiënisch , personeel is vriendelijk en werkt hard! Eten was prima met ruime keuze, soms niet te warm!. Nadeel is duidelijk de massa, erg druk op het park en rumoerig, veel kinderen en ‘s avonds harde muziek ivm de animatie. Dit hotel is ideaal voor gezinnen met kinderen , maar ga er niet heen als je rust wilt. wij hebben een leuke vakantie gehad, maar erg druk op het park, erg massaal. Tip: huur GEEN auto bij First car, welke ze wel hadden aanbevolen bij Sirenis Seaview Country Club, nm een in slechte staat verkerende auto gekregen, maar dat terzijde!

All inclusive. Dus de hele dag door is er eten en drinken. Lekker aan het zwembad liggen en het strandje is op loopafstand.

This review is for Crèche only!!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The ladies at Creche are nothing but angels. I have a 7 month old and never left her before so I was very nervous and safe to say I was crying on the last day because I genuinely was going to miss them. They were fab and so warming. I would follow them across the world just so they could watch my daughter again. Thank you ladies

Just got home from a fantastic family holiday here. Plenty for adults and children to do. Great location, amazing views, and plenty of choice with the food. Like to give a special mention to Isa, who was one of the waitresses here. We had a very large party travel with us, in which 3 of our group are gluten free. We were a little concerned before we flew out as to would their dietary requirements be met. Isa was absolutely great, and sorted out not only what was being served for them, but also got extra dishes made up for their requirements. So a very special thank you to her.

My children, aged 13 and 14, found this hotel online and were very excited to try it. Unfortunately, we quickly ran into issues while trying to book. The system considers a child only up to 11 years old, and at the same time, only allows 2 adults per reservation — making it impossible to book for a parent with teens (i.e. 3 adults, according to their system). I called the hotel reception for help, but after some hesitation, the receptionist simply ended my call. A second call to the booking line was more pleasant — the staff member was kind, but couldn’t help either. She gave me an email to contact, but it bounced back as non-existent. Another issue: the system showed Maestro as a payment option, but once redirected to the actual payment page, it was no longer available (see the photos), which I find at least quite confusing. On top of that, the hotel system then stated that the amount would be considered as a debt, even though a receptionist told me the reservation is only held for 30 minutes. This felt unclear and almost like a threat, especially when the payment system wasn’t functioning properly. Of course, I wrote to several email addresses to try to resolve the situation. Given that it's the summer season and that reservations are held for only 30 minutes, I would expect at least some reaction even over the weekend. Unfortunately, I have received no response so far. I write this not as a complaint, but as a sincere suggestion to improve the booking process and communication. I wanted to contact a manager or someone in a position to make real improvements, but no such contact is provided. It’s a shame we couldn’t complete our reservation, as we were truly looking forward to our stay.

Fantastic family holiday hotel. We loved everything about it . The food exceeded our expectations and the variety was good. The HV team were amazing and worked so hard every day to make sure that the kids had a great time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There is one thing that I would have liked to see like some of the other TUI family hotels have is an adult only area so parents could have an hour of downtime. The infinity pool was supposedly “ a quiet zone “ with no ball or rubber rings mmmn this wasnt the case . Fantastic holiday and will be returning

I'm a UK travel agent and recently had guests staying at this wonderful hotel. Two of the guests were coeliac and the hotel looked after them superbly, cooking meals specially for them and ensuring that they didn't have a single issue during their stay. They were given allergy cards and personally shown around the buffet every meal time by a member of staff, who pointed out the gluten free items/dishes. Communication with the reception team prior to the holiday was faultless and my customers were given a warm welcome. There is a beautiful beach at the hotel, which the family really enjoyed. Highly recommend and I will be sending more guests here in the future.

Groot hotel gelegen aan het einde van de straat nabij San Antonio. Prachtig uitzicht over de zee (speciaal de infinity pool) en strand direct aan het hotel. Zwembad is groot en er zijn genoeg barretjes en ligplekken. Je kan ook gebruik maken van het aquapark wat voor de kleine kinderen geweldig is! Verder zijn er veel activiteiten voor kinderen. Hotel is wel erg gericht op de Engelsen, bijvoorbeeld aan het ontbijt en entertainment zie je dat terug. Tegen over het hotel zit een supermarkt en busstop. Bij het strand een restaurant. Voor de rest weinig te doen in de omgeving Kamers zijn ruim maar verder niet bijzonder. Bank en bed zijn oké. Wij hadden last van mieren en ook het schoonmaken kan beter. Entertainment muziek in de avond staat erg hard, zelfs nog te horen in onze kamer die ver weg van het podium lag. Ontbijt, lunch en avondeten zijn goed. Veel variatie en een speciale kinderhoek. Wel erg massaal, lawaaierig en warm. Personeel erg vriendelijk!

Si que es verdad que a la abertura les falta mucha cosa, y que los cocineros de comedor dejan mucho que desear, supongo que la comida mejorará cuando empiece lo fuerte de la temporada. Mucho mejor la comida de la piscina, y super agradables l@s cociner@s! Las alitas de pollo brutales!😁 En definitiva sirenis no defrauda, pero la comida a día 1 de mayo dejó mucho que desear, menos mal que estaba el bar de la piscina!😁 Volveremos por supuesto, pero podrían hacer un day pass para residentes, ya que el que tienen es inasumible económicamente

Super hôtel, accès quasi direct à une petite plage. Un arrêt de bus juste devant l’hôtel très pratique pour se déplacer. Hôtel très propre et buffet varié. Gros coup de cœur pour la piscine à débordements avec vue sur mer. Le personnel est très sympathique.

Beautiful beach next door to the hotel Food is ok, we found the Italian and American diner to be better than the sunset grill . As all of our steak was chewy there , picture of the salmon from the sunset grill restaurant and spaghetti bolognese from the Italian . Staff are friendly The pool is a little run down with some tiles missing and also one of our parties rooms smelled of damp the entire time and the AC kept breaking. Our room on the other hand was fine! We had a gorgeous sea view from our room which was lovely! Water park is great but wear shoes as ground gets very hot!! Also definitely upgrade to drinks vouchers. The strawberry daiquiri and mojito are delicious 😍

We stayed last October, and Sophie(kids club) and Sergio made our holiday amazing. All the staff work incredibly hard but, these two really stuck out. We would definitely return if these two staff members were there. Loads of activities for children and famies. Grounds are well looked after. Food and drinks are plentiful, fresh and tasty.

Went on holiday here, I will say personally absolutely the best holiday I have been on. Great staff one of my favourite parts of the holiday was the infinitive pool it was excellent so was everything else. Food was excellent aswell. Would 100% recommend coming on holiday here,great experience.

Anbefaler ikke å bo på dette hotellet er man opptatt av renhold. Klaget to ganger på renhold når vi først sjekket inn. Flekker på sengetøy, flekker på toalett, dusj og bad osv. Fikk beskjed om at flere av flekkene på dusjen ikke kunne fås bort. Endte opp til slutt at jeg tok et fuktig håndkle og vasket der værste bort fra dusjen selv. Var også enkelte dager housekeeping enten ikke dukket opp eller dukket opp veldig sent selv om man ga beskjed. Lite som er inkludert i all inclusive og kvaliteten på maten varierer veldig (ble dårlig enkelte dager og enkelte dager ikke). Fasilitetene er helt greie selv om vedlikeholdet og renholdet i ganger og basseng er noe dårlig.

Sirenis seaview country club is een prima accomodatie. Voor 99 procent bezet door Engelse gasten. Het hotel is zeer geschikt voor jonge gezinnen. De kamers zijn wel zeer gehorig. Herrie op de gang, je hoort zelfs de buurman snurken. Beetje asociaal volk is het wel en het is all inclusive dus vreten en zuipen. S morgens om 10.00 uur al aan het bier en de gehele dag cocktails drinken. Het eten is prima maar soms koud of op. Het hotel mag wel cosmetich een opfrisbeurt krijgen. Zwembaden zijn prima maar niet verwarmd. In oktober is dat wel koud. Personeel werkt hard en is vriendelijk. Op wat puntjes na een prima vakantie gehad.

This is a fantastic location for a family holiday. We had everything we needed on site and it is close to the beach and shops. The staff are all fantastic and make this the amazing place that it is. Every morning the place is spotless. Easily the cleanest hotel that I have been to. The thing that let's this place down is that it looks tired and quite rundown in places. Could do with some money spent, especially the water park which looks like it had had no maintenance carried out since it opened. Some up to date photos on the website would probably be a good idea.

it was a great experience in the resort! the waterslides where a lot of fun and the infinity pool had a beautiful view. its a great place to go with friends and family.

On a passé une chouette semaine à l'hôtel la propreté la nourriture le service est impeccable en particulier le service du bar et la très gentille serveuse qui s'appelle Maïté toujours dévoué très souriante et une très bonne travailleuse il y en a aussi les environs de l'hôtel la piscine les jeux pour les enfants tout a été formidable encore merci pour tout et à la prochaine.

Great family hotel with lots of activities for the kids. Food was really good. Although sometimes the life guards push in front at the snack bar. Was even one incident where a chef had to stop one of them. The lifeguard got very aggressive and it scared the kids. Otherwise a great holiday. Spectacular views and good beach next door.

Villaggio molto grande e ben organizzato Tempo 25 gradi di giorno e 19 gradi la sera con sole e nuvole ma la tintarella si è vista Punti positivi I lettini a bordo piscina sono comodissimi Musica di intrattenimento Acquapark bellissimo sia per adulti che bambini, importantissimo, portare la muta per piscina per bambini mezze maniche, acqua della piscina freddina in Ottobre Animazione non invasiva Cibo vario per tutti palati, basta saper scegliere, certo la pasta non sarà mai come in Italia Colazione top Caffe espresso è possibile trovarlo nel bar interno, ma chiedetelo ristretto!!! Spettacoli serali Area romantica con piscina all Infinity pool se volete rilassarvi con vista del tramonto bellissimo Personale di sala spagnolo super cordiale e sorridente Punti negativi Camera datata e la pulizia non è il massimo da sostituire soffione doccia e rubinetti. TV solo in inglese e spagnolo Animatori parlano solo inglese e non si sforzano di far capire ad un bambino di nazionalità diversa in età scolare elementare le regole del gioco, neanche in spagnolo, quindi mini club scartati se i vostri figli non capiscono perfettamente l'inglese. Torneremo sicuramente, ne vale la pena!!

Two days to go, staff are friendly, entertainment crew for the kids are really good, cleaning crew do an excellent job, food is good with lots of choices, 20 years old apartments with general ware and tare. Apartment for 4 but only 2 chairs on the balcony. I would class this as a 3 star, but the staff definitely make it a 4 star.

Great value, a lot of food, nice free aquapark. Just beside lovely beach. Bus, taxi, shops all around. Great service in most of places. Minuses: kitchen with hob but nothing to cook or fry, everything like plates, cups, forks etc only two of them. No shampoo, no iron, charge for key to safety box (in all inclusive!). Terrible cleaning rooms. Dark bedroom. Old furniture,

Quartos em pessimo estado, comida pouco variada, carne de baixa qualidade, assim como o peixe. Por vezes crua, sem sal, ovos mecidos são feitos de pó com água. o tudo incluído, não é verdadeiro tudo incluído, gelados limitados, cocktails são pré- feitos em máquinas, como pina colada, mojito...nada é feito no momento, só se pagares. Funcionários pouco atentos a pequenos incidentes, como crianças que partem copos ou viram bebidas, não vêm logo limpar. Louça mal lavada, copos quentes a sair da máquina para servir bebidas frescas. Animação zero numa escala de 0/10... centralizada, sem empatia e tudo em inglês.

Na lang twijfelen en allerlei verschillende reviews te hebben gelezen, gekozen voor Sirenis Seaview Country Club voor onze vakantie in september/oktober met twee kids (3 jaar en 1 jaar). Wij hebben het fantastisch gehad, wat een heerlijk resort! Het eten is heerlijk, ook veel vers fruit en een top kinderbuffet. De zwembaden zijn mooi en alles is vooral erg schoon. Ik las veel over geluidsoverlast, maar onze kamer was super stil en we hebben nergens last van gehad (1 kamer appartement met zeezicht). Indeling en meubels zijn wel gedateerd, maar gelukkig ben je daar niet super veel. Omdat er zoveel verschillende reviews online staan, hoop ik dat ik met deze review mensen kan helpen een keuze te maken. Ben je op zoek naar een heerlijke en mooie plek om te ontspannen met kinderen? Dan is het zeker een aanrader. Enorm groot aanbod voor kinderen in alle leeftijden! Ook las ik veel dat het op engelsen gericht is, ja dat klopt maar wij hebben dat helemaal niet als vervelend ervaren. Het personeel was ook super vriendelijk. Uiteindelijk gaf voor ons het waterpark de doorslag, onze oudste heeft hier uren gespeeld zo fijn! Al is deze wel aan een update toe :)

Nice family hotel for families with small kids. Swimming pool is very noicy. Go to Infinity Pool Bar. In the restaurant it is often empty when you want something that is most popular to eat. Nice location, but can be windy.

Las piscinas muy bonitas, el parque acuatico bien. Los trabajadores del hotel muy atentos. El buffet con comida abundante de muy baja calidad. No estuvo mal calidad precio pero podrían mejorar al menos la comida y el olor en las habitaciones

Cibo ottimo e ampi spazi a disposizione ma struttura datata e pulizia camere e spazi comuni approssimativa (non accettabile per un hotel a 4 stelle). Hotel adatto alle famiglie, animazione molto varia e ben organizzata. Camere ben insonorizzate. Necessario affittare un mezzo per raggiungere anche solo il centro di San Antonio che dista circa 5 km, il trasporto pubblico c’è ma solo fino ad una certa ora e con cadenza oraria.

Stiamo trascorrendo 2 settimane in questa struttura molto grande dove purtroppo molte cose sono trascurate e non valgono la spesa importate fatta.|Al nostro arrivo la camera non era adeguatamente pulita e fornita di quanto necessario;abbimo trovato una busta di caramelle aperte presumibilmente lasciata da precedenti occupanti, le lenzuola sporche, mancavano il sapone per le mani, il tappeto della doccia e lo scopino per il water. Tutto segnalato immediatamente in reception ma nulla è stato fatto. Dopo nostra seconda richiesta al personale ai piani, il giorno successivo la donna delle pulizie ci da uno scopino del water, tre micro saponette per le mani ed il tappeto della doccia. Il girono seguente ancora incredibilmente la donna delle pulizie ci toglie il tanto agoniato tappeto del bagno ed una tessera per accesso alla camera! Lo segnaliamo in reception e anche a sto giro nulla, ce lo facciamo ridare dopo altra richiesta ad altra donna delle pulizie. Anche la pulizia in determinate aree comuni è scarsa, segnale wi fi pessimo (per lavorare devo usare mia connessione smartphone), le bevande alcoliche dell'all inclusive di marca sono a pagamento con sovrapprezzo e molte suppellettili dell'arredamento sono rotte o consumate (specchi dei bagni, rubinetti, porte, etc...) note positive : personale attento e disponibile (escluso personale pulizie), cibo ben preparato e presentato, possibilità di mangiare a quasi tutte le ore grazie a buffet caldo/freddo al Palmera bar. Animazione top specialmente per i più piccoli. Possibilità di usare parco acquatico integrato nella struttura e di svolgere molte attività quali calcetto, percorso sopraelevato, etc...

Staying 4th - 16th June (currently here) room 2208. Despite raising politely the air conditioning unit has been leaking for past several days (slip hazard and unable to regulate room temperature was the main concern whilst son is poorly), and after a further requests to speak to the guest manager but no response (could not be bothered to visit the room to see for themselves) - THE CEILING FELL THROUGH!! We have a 13 week old baby and 20 month old. Exactly where we park the buggies sometimes whilst they're sleeping! Never normally complain as we are so easy going but the way they handled our initial concerns and what eventually happened is appalling. Things happen, but this one could have been avoided if they reacted when raised. Thankfully no-one was hurt but what's scary is how different this could have been. Update: 50min after I called reception asking them to get here immediately after the ceiling fell through, they sent maintenance and "MJ" the guest services manager eventually showed up. Reason for taking so long is that she came earlier but the do not disturb sign was on?! Ignoring the fact I called 6 times and was also promised twice a call direct which also didn't happen. Eventually moved rooms (which they did help with moving luggage). Nothing more than a series of sarcastic apologies from MJ. Now for the balanced part of my review (intial plan until this happened which unfortunately impacted overall rating). Pro's: - Beautiful sea views - Waterpark conveniently located next door. We also had to receive medical assistance when our son has a seizure in the hotel room and couldn't fault the nurse on duty (although reception and control were slow to react). - Plenty of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Have read a few reviews complaining about food selection but have had zero issues. Con's: - By far the biggest con and the one that has tainted our overall (and current) experience is the service in response to issues we have raised multiple times about the leaking air conditioning unit in our room. Fixes are temporary and/or ignored. Both myself and my 20 month old son have slipped as a result. Even willing to pay for an upgraded room our requests are ignored. Guest Services Manager refuses to walk to the room to see for herself. Thermostat is also broken, its either on or off and as our son has a fever (which caused the seizure) we're spending more time in the room but cannot regulate the temperature. Throw in the major slip hazard (towels down but soon soaked with water) this is a very uncomfortable environment. - Standard rooms not practical with young children. Extremely narrow and if you have two+ would avoid unless you want them to wake eachother in the night. Sliding doors do nothing to surpress even the slightest sound. - At full capacity you will struggle to find a sunbed unless you're down before 7am

We stayed here in august, it was awful and would not return again. Read previous negative comments they capture all issues with this hotel.

This place is amazing. There’s lots to do , next to a beautiful beach, entertainment team work so hard and all the staff and they are all so friendly. There’s slides, great selection of food what more could you want. Special thanks to Barbara from the restaurant for helping to accommodate me and my family. I would highly recommend and return to this hotel xx

We had a fantastic holiday here in August with our 11 year old son. It is a really busy resort but the service was great and our room with a swim up pool was wonderful. The location is really good and the sunsets spectacular. The staff are all really kind, and in particular Tansem on reception was really helpful to me so a big thank you to her. We would definitely stay again.

Väldigt god mat och jätte bra service av Dario & Brahim!!!! Trevlig och lättsam personal som ger ett leende på läpparna. Jag rekommenderar starkt laxen och kycklingen, dom va jätte goda. Man fick även en väldigt god välkomstdrink och jätte god efterrätt!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE.. to prove my point about how bad this hotel is the same reply to all negative reviews. Is the same and will be on mine.. the owner does not care.. and this hotel will not change.. After arriving to the hotel after getting off the very hot (TUI coach) we was waiting in the reception for 30mins because the staff was taking so long to check guests in after eventually getting to the desk.. our booking was not on the system. Waiting a further 2hrs with my son who is non neurotypical and struggles waiting no reason or plan as to what they was going to do.. our TUI rep.. who’s was useless and stood their (this was the first and last time a TUI had spoken to us during our stay) eventually we was given a room. And a pack lunch with sandwich with meat on that had now not only been sitting in an open bag at 27 degrees for 3hrs. And possibly a lot longer.. to the point it was sweating and wet.. we went to our room.. upon opening a door your hit with a wave of mold so strong it makes you gag the room was dirty moldy shower walls and a dirty balcony stained bedding and towels.. after we was so exhausted and just slept.. the following day I was straight to reception. Walking to the reception a new group coming to stay had arrived to check in greeted with drinks.. treated differently to our group oh and not to mention the “tax” that isn’t mention from TUI or from the hotel in the booking.. after asking for a new room the rude old man and the desk needs sacked his attitude towards us and lack of empathy was appalling.. told us we can’t change rooms as the hotel is full which it wasn’t as people where coming and going.. that evening we got back to the room to see it “cleaned” no such cleaning was done. The bed was just remade. The balcony was covered in food which had been their from day one was not cleaned for 4 days until I demanded at reception for it to be cleaned.. as my son is in awear of his own safety I asked from ground floor room.. on day two.. however the state of the room I was offered was uninhabitable.. for animals how they could even let that room be used.. I don’t know. On a positive note the bar staff was lovely all around the hotel the dinning room staff was rude and impolite.. and lazy just walking past dirty tables.. THE FOOD I wouldn’t give my dog.. raw over cooked floating in water out of the 14chefs that work in the kitchen not one could cook.. let alone take the name chefs.. uncooked beans ??? How can you not cook a tin of baked beans.. pasta over cooked pizza raw… fish with BONES in so many I couldn’t count that was children.. food selection was last nights remade into something worse.. if your hoping you can live on chips and maybe a cheeky slice of cake good look because every night and day the foods exactly the same strawberry moose and bucket of whipped cream.. not a fresh piece of fruit in sight all tinned.. The entertainment is tragic great for kids.. aged 1-6 but starting at 7 and still kids till 12 at night.. nothing for adults.. no local entertainment all TUI reps singing awfully we had to actually go to our room every night.. they do try bless them but it’s so bad people just got up and left.. if this was 2star hotel and 1/4 of the price would be great.. not for over £4000 we paid.. having to go out every day. Also the beach is good but of walk for those who are a little less able.. oh and if you do go after all of this put your towels out at 1:30am to have a chance of getting a spot.. any good reviews of this hostel that we stayed in and they must be smoking some strong stuff… Never ever again.. shut it down… oh and no compensation btw. Our family stayed at the Holiday Village Seaview Ibiza in Port des Torrent (also known as Sirensis Seaview Country Club) in August, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. We were supposed to stay for two weeks, but due to the hotel's poor conditions, we ended up cutting our trip short and leaving early. From the moment we arrived, the hotel's state was disheartening. The communal areas were outdated, and shockingly, not a single public bathroom had a functioning lock. Our room wasn’t any better. The bath had a large crack, the shower screen was broken and discolored, and the showerhead was corroded. The beds felt like something out of an institution—old and uncomfortable with thin mattresses. Upon arrival, we found broken crockery under the bed and black mold in the fridge. To make matters worse, during a thunderstorm, bits of plaster fell off the walls onto our balcony, and the TV reception completely disappeared. The pools, though mostly clean, were clearly in need of refurbishment. Our youngest child cut his feet on the tiles in the baby pool, and we had to buy plasters from a supermarket nearby. The air conditioning in our room was another issue—it broke down three times, causing water to leak onto the floor and making it dangerously slippery. Our daughter slipped twice, despite the cleaning staff doing their best to assist us with extra towels and calling maintenance. Unfortunately, the final repair left our room smelling of refrigerant, making it uninhabitable. The food was one of the worst aspects. The buffet was either undercooked or overcooked, and on one occasion, raw chicken nuggets were served in the kids' buffet. Even the themed nights were a disappointment, with recycled food from previous meals. The à la carte restaurants were slightly better, but the Sea View Grill was ruined by a rude manager named Dario, who rushed guests through their meals. To add to our distress, our son developed tonsillitis during the second week, which I believe was worsened by the dampness in our room. We tried to change rooms but were told none were available unless we paid extra for a smaller room, which was directly above ours and just as noisy due to the nightly entertainment. The hotel’s overall management was poor. When we checked out three days early, the reception made no comment, as if guests leaving early was a common occurrence. During our stay, we witnessed a guest receiving CPR by the pool, heard reports of a guest being attacked outside the hotel, and saw a written incident report about the attack left at reception for anyone to read. On top of this, another guest mentioned an ant infestation in their room. We paid over £8,000 for this all-inclusive package, expecting a relaxing family holiday. Instead, we found ourselves spending additional money on meals, doctor call-outs, and taxis just to escape the hotel for a few hours. While Ibiza itself is beautiful, and we enjoyed the Old Town, the hotel and everything associated with it was overpriced and incredibly disappointing. In summary, I would strongly advise against booking this hotel. The lack of upkeep, poor service, and questionable food safety make it a place to avoid. It’s only a matter of time before someone falls seriously ill or has a major accident due to these conditions.

A bit disappointed in this hotel to be honest. Nothing major and if we were to see these things improved we could be tempted to stay again. We have been coming to Ibiza at least once a year since forever and we have always passed this hotel and thought it would be great when we have kids. As we now have a 1 year old we booked it this year rather than the usual noisy cheap hotels and it does in fact have loads to do for kids however that is offset by several let downs. First and foremost by the house keeping. We were unlucky enough to all be struck down with a gastro bug. Which with a 1 year old you can imagine was carnage. Despite this, all but one day we got ourselves out to enjoy our holidays and expected to come back to a fresh room but found that dirty sheets kept being put back on the beds, toilet roll not replaced despite being empty, bins not emptied. In the end we took to stripping all towels, sheets and bins and putting them in the shower and bathroom in an attempt to make a point. Several times we had to go to reception to politely request that toilet roll be replaced. Now we say gastro bug as that’s what we believe it to be based on it spreading through all of us and residents to the island informing us that it has been riff in the island recently. That being said the food in the main canteen area was very under par for a Sirenis hotel, which we have stayed in before in other parts of the world and have set a very high bar. Everyday we were seeing the left overs from the previous meal time being reused for the next and got into the habit of avoiding certain food as we knew that it fresh. The hotel its self is also in serious need of some modernisation and refurbishment. Tiles are cracked and tired, along with walls. Paint jobs are rushed. Think they could also do with adding some more public toilets. Other than 2 sliding cubicles around the pool area, the hotel itself self has one public toilet area near reception meaning you have to walk to them from everywhere to use the facilities. All this being said, the hotel has a lot of good points. The staff themselves are absolutely lovely. Always smiling and helpful. In particular the outside pool car staff and Mbissan in particular was wonderful and hard working. And there really is lots for the kids to do. The pools are great and have plenty of seating. They have a go ape type rope park, water park, a football academy, crech. They have stuff going on all day to entertain the little ones. In addition to the canteen and restaurants there is also a pool side eating area that is open most of the day and constantly being replenished with different and fresh food. We found ourselves eating here everyday rather than the canteen itself. In summary there is a lot this hotel can offer a family wanting to stay in this area of Ibiza but there is definitely areas that need improvement. If these points that are letting the rest of the hotel down were looked at and improved for next year then I’m sure we would consider staying again. And we certainly haven’t been put off the sirenis brand itself as there other hotels in Mexico are amazing. We may however next time use my sisters Sirenis upgrade to see if the upgraded rooms are looked after better than the standards.

Buen lugar para ir con hijos menores. Vistas espectaculares. Demasiado orientando a cliente británico, incluidos horarios comedor y actividades de entretenimiento.

Právě jsme zde. Personál, jídlo super (kdyz pominu kus plastu v sushi, to ale bylo od externiho dodavatele). Ale příšerný nočni hluk, pokud bydlíte v okolí bazénů, kde je pódium. Nemáte na výběr, musíte vydržet vzhuru, dokud není konec. Když se bavit nechcete, máte malé dítě nebo si prostě chcete udělat pohodu a klid, máte smůlu. Přitom hotely tyto akce často dělají ve vnitřních prostorách, aby měli hosté na výběr, zda se bavit, nebo ne...bohužel se večer ocitáme na rockovém koncertu, a to hotel sráží hodně dolů.

I recommend this hotel. Very good location. Hotel is only 2 minute walk from a nice beach protected by the cove with very calm waters with good visibility and lots of fish around. Good selection of pools. I especially enjoyed the infinity pool which has a nice view of the sea and is more quiet than the main pool. Biggest upside is the waterpark with lots of slides for both kids and adults. Food was very good. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel with my family and my daughter loved the waterpark

We were served by Celeste during our stay! She is a credit to the holiday village!!! She is lovely and always has a smile.

Hotel is brilliant, Celeste the bar lady was so amazing and friendly ❤ and all the other staff are amazing aswell, pool is fantastic for the whole family with a big deep pool and a shallow pool for the kids. Cocktails are delicious 😋 water park was brilliant fun for all the family. Will definitely be back.

Had a fab holiday, pool is great, the water park is good fun with lots of great slides. The staff are great and friendly and always there to help and serve. We were in room 3307 and Hanane looked after us and our room and was really friendly. The food in the main dining area was lovely, but the addition of being able to eat out in the restaurants topped it all off, special thanks to those at the sun set restaurant where marina and eli were fab! Thanks all!

This review is specifically regarding the excellent service of Celeste who works in the Pool Truck as she was fantastic during my families stay at the Seaview hotel. I have a quirky taste in alcoholic drinks and she was very helpful at putting them together, always with a smile on her face. I will do another review regarding the hotel and my stay another time but wanted to make sure that Celeste got a shout out as she is a great credit to the hotel.

have just returned from our holiday with my grandson and husband. My husband has Parkinson’s Disease and has difficulty walking. We have Assistance at the Airport and he has a wheelchair. When we arrived and went to our room which was arranged at the Reception we found we had been given a Disabled persons room.It appeared to be for 1 disabled person with 1 drinking glass, and not much room. The maid brought a bed for our grandson from underneath the settee and we were then unable to sit on the settee. The shower curtain was too short and when we all used the shower the floor would be hazardous due to water everywhere. The shower curtain was replaced after we complained but still too short. We had to walk on our towels to avoid slipping on tiles. The curtain fell down and again reported. The next curtain was the right length. The room was the furthest away from all amenities and the immediate access was up an incline and then a walk even to the restaurant. This was so hard for my husband.I asked to change rooms but hotel was full and no rooms available . Even asked to pay extra for a swim up room, none available. We were told there was a lift but again the walk was long and of no benefit. The room was too small for us all. We had no space and our 3 cases remained on the floor. There was an electric kettle on its own which could be used if we unplugged the fridge but not sure why we would need to boil water. I complained to the Tui rep and to Reception but nothing was done. It was obvious this room had been adapted for 1 disabled person. The hotel was very busy but food was good and the Football Academy and coaches were excellent. Compared to Holiday Village last year in Majorca when we had a bedroom and another room with small kitchen it was very poor. Our complaints fell on deaf ears.

Fantastic family holiday. The location is great, with sea views all around, a beach alongside the hotel and lots of pool options. The service from the hotel staff is excellent, they are always friendly and attentive. Special mention to Celeste who was working one of the poolside bars, she was so lovely speaking with my daughter and helping her with her Spanish.

Nous revenons tout juste d’un séjour de 13 jours à l’hôtel. ||Points positifs : la situation de l’hôtel |Les repas variés et bons |La vue mer ||Points négatifs : hôtel 100% anglais, aucunes animations et spectacles à part des quizz des bingos tous les jours la même chose ! |Chambre remplie d humidité, dommage ceci dit car celle ci est bien agencé, donc odeur hyper désagréable et gouttes d’eau tous les jours sur le miroir de la chambre.||De part la clientèle totalement anglaise manque de respect et hôtel très très bruyant. Au restaurant on se croiserait à la cantine ! ||Et pour finir, tous les jours les femmes de ménage rentraient dans nos chambres sans taper à 8h30 alors que nous sommes quand même en vacances pour avoir un certains repos avec nos enfants. Et on voyait bien que celles ci étaient agacées que nous ne laissions pas la place pour qu’elle puisse faire le ménage.

Absolutely amazing trip . I visited with my 2 children aged 8 and 11 and we all had the best time . The hotel is fabulous and the views over the sea are incredible . The food was great always enough choice for everyone and the kids especially loved the breakfast and the American diner . The waterpark is also great and is literally onsite through a little walkway . The staff are fantastic I really can’t fault the place and have already told friends who have booked to go next year. Thank you again to all the amazing staff

Siamo tornati da due giorni e già vorrei essere di nuovo lì. Una delle migliori vacanze in famiglia, posizione top con spiaggia a 100 metri acqua trasparente numerose specie di pesci e persino stelle marine. Tuffi dagli scogli consiglio scarpe da scoglio. Resort super con cibo fantastico e super vario, possibilità garantita di cenare due volte nei ristoranti tematici. Quello grill con vista sul tramonto top top. Anche quello italiano non male. Numerose piscine e la piscina a sfioro sul mare è davvero una chicca. Acqua parco con scivoli? Cosa dire? Mio figlio di 7 anni si è divertito un mondo. Non abbiamo sfruttato molto l'animazione serale e per nulla il mini club perché ci sono quasi tutti inglesi e di conseguenza gli animatori sono inglesi. Ma lo sapevamo già e ci andava bene sin dalla partenza. Abbiamo visto solo due spettacoli, uno musicale ed uno circense. Molto belli tra l'atro. Ci ritornerei sicuramente e super consigliato alle famiglie con figli e se non da fastidio parlare continuamente inglese e spagnolo. A noi non è passato per nulla!

Hotel para ir en familia, las estancias normales y el precio si lo ajustarán más sería lo justo por lo que contratas. Lo demás bastante bien y el parque de agua necesita un re pasito por que hay muchos resaltes en los empalmes de los tubos. Los socorrieras de las piscinas un 10

Had a lovely stay at seaview, The staff are amazing and very friendly, the attached water park is great fun. The location is beautiful, the nearby beach was lovely and not too packed. Our room was ok, we had a terrace room next to the pool, so not very private and the entertainment on the evening was very loud and some of the singing was a bit dodgy. So that kept my daughter awake. The kids club was good, different things for different ages. The food was ok, pretty standard stuff but plenty of it. The pool side food was great and seemed better than in the large restaurant. Overall we had a great time and are thinking of returning but maybe pay a bit more and get a better room hopefully a bit quieter maybe a swim up room.

Good: Loved the paella at the pool bar by Isabella and Jenifer. The sunset is lovely from the infinity bar. Beach and rock swimming was great with kids. All in all great stay. Improvements: Air on in bedroom could be better in sunflower block. Think other blocks better. Conclusion: The setting and the overall facilities and activities available set this hotel ahead of most if not all family hotel destinations in beautiful Ibiza.

Wow, lunch by the pool! The paella cooked by Isabella and Jennifer was amazing. Full of mussels, clams, crab, squid and prawns. An absolute must when in Ibiza.

Una completa vergüenza. Cómo mujer argentina me indigna que contraten socorristas como la chica que tienen trabajando. Durante toda mi estadía la vi en todo momento con el teléfono móvil y con lo que parece un libro que se la pasó escribiendo. Me da pena por sus compañeros que están trabajado abajo del sol y ella en ningún momento prestó atención a la piscina. Ojalá hagan algo. La comida normal. Las habitaciones muy limpias.

We went during October 2023 and they had all the Halloween decorations up. The staff were all dressed in costumes for Halloween. I love how they themed the canteen as well. Brilliant holiday. So beautiful and relaxing. The kids all enjoyed themselves too. Their Baileys iced coffee is to die for!

Hotel mohu jen doporučit, jídlo bylo výborné, tématické večeře vynikající, pití allinclusive super, profesionální a milý personál, spousta zábavy pro děti, zmrzlina točená, kopečková a u bazénu "na klacku" ;) , pláž kousek od hotelu. Žádné strašné fronty u jídel, jen byl někdy velký zájem o nějaký druh masa, který před vámi kuchaři připravují a tak jste si chvíli počkali, ale vše se rychle doplní. Super byl i nižší pult pro děti, kde měly na výběr své oblíbené jídlo a taky dětské plastové tácky. Na děti se tam hodně myslí, ale drinky pro rodiče jsou taky super. 😀 Měli jsme apartmán s výhledem na moře, velká terasa a celkově prostorný. Bazény super a spousta lehátek. Doufám, že se tam opět vrátíme. Děkujeme 🍒

Fab experience so far! Tamara, Astrid and Chelo at the main bar are brilliant!!! They just know what you'll like and nothing is too much to ask. Absolutly LOVED the paella at the snack bar, they do it a few times a week. Isabelle, Jennifer and Chelo are wonderful! They make the Paella in front of you with fresh seafood, alioli, bread and lemon and a sangria. It is amazing! Would literally eat it every day if I could, easily the best paella ive had. I'll be buying the ingredients when I get home in the hopes I can make it as good as they do!!!

Fuimos yo y dos personas más a pasar el día como Day-Pass. Y sinceramente por el precio y la calidad de comida, piscinas y etc.. no valdría mucho la pena. Vale la pena si vienes con tu familia de 3 hijos, porque si que es verdad que para familias sobre todo con niños, creo yo que es una maravilla, hay piscinas, toboganes y actividades muy chulas para los peques. Eso si para venir un día con amigos para pasar un día relajado, no es recomendable. Hay muchos niños, y hasta en la zona más VIP del hotel, que es donde la piscina “infinity”. Justo en esa piscina por la mañana me encontré como un moco raro, no sé qué era pero era bastante asqueroso de ver como eso estaba en la piscina, me sabe mal decirlo, por los niños. Si quisieran atraer a más personas deberían hacer que esa zona fuera solo para adultos. Otra cosa, el bar de la piscina infinity no viene incluido aunque seas cliente con habitación. Quieras o no ese bar es el mejor porque hay calidad. Entiendo que por venir de Day-Pass no lo incluyas, pero siendo cliente y con habitación? Me parece un poco raro por los precios que tienen. Luego la parte de toboganes muy chula la verdad, aunque debo decir que en el tobogán marrón y el tornado me pegue unas buenas ostias así que cuidado. En fin, que muy buen hotel si quieres venir con tu marido e hijos pero si quieres venir con tu pareja o con amigos no es recomendable.

I went just when the summer holidays was starting and I thought the food and service was amazing but the only things that brought the rating down is some parts of the entertainment like how when it got to night time entertainment it was all for kids and nothing that was for anyone over the age of 10 which was disappointing.

The location is incredible. Stunning views and beautiful sunsets. It's quite busy but does not feel too busy. Plenty of pool space, never had to queue very long for a drink if at all. The waterpark is quite good and fairly easy access to other towns via a nearby bus stop.

JÍdlo obrovský výběr a velice chutné:-).Výlety lodí ,kousek do Sant Antonia ,skvělá zábava a vyžití pro děti aquapark v ceně:-)moc doporučujeme .Včera jsme se vrátili 4 dospěláci+3 děti

Returned from this hotel a week ago, TUI are very good at disguising the faults of the rooms in the pictures. Our room was dirty, had blood stains on my daughter's duvet, the maids serviced the room and put a "clean" sheet with a huge yellow stain on it on the mattress and the mattress was covered in mould. The balcony door kept falling out of the runners, the mirror was way wonky with the cables for the light hanging out of the bottom, the fixtures and fittings are old and worn out along with the woodwork, major lime scale and mould in the bathroom and the shower riser was hanging off the wall but the real winner was the smell of damp/mould in the room. The staff however are amazing who work tirelessly to help you but they are hugely understaffed. There seems to be more reps than hotel staff. One night I counted 19 reps on stage and 3 bar staff! You need to get to breakfast and dinner early or there are queues out of the door down the hotel. If you give up like we did there's a lovely restaurant about a ten minute walk down the road called Esmeralda. The buffet restaurant is absolute chaos at meal times with repetitive foods, noise and mess everywhere again highlighting that there is not enough staff. The pools, water park and activities are good and my daughter was entertained for the most part. The Grill a la carte restaurant is lovely, the American diner is ok, just a nice change for the buffet. There's plenty of activities for the kids including a high ropes course which was included in the price. Be careful of all the broken tiles around the pool area. I saw three people injured/cut open toes on them. This is in no way a 4 star hotel a 2 (3 at best), it's old and tired and could do with a serious refurbishment! TUI were not much help whilst we were out there. Andreas did his best to help with our issues but had next to no luck. We were offered another room but it was in a similar state to the one we were in. Location is ok, there's an hourly bus to San Antonio but there's not a lot else around or near the hotel apart from a couple of shops.

Hemos estado 4 días , la verdad que salimos bastante descontentos con este hotel, es caro y los servicios y horario que ofrece básicamente son para el turismo de fuera, a las 18.00 las piscinas están cerradas y a las 21.00 la ultima cena , no hemos podido disfrutar de sus instalaciones por sus horarios limitados!

We had a great week in Ibiza. Situated in a very quiet area. Lots to do in the hotel. Kids clubs & activities for all ages. Rooms are an size ok for 2 adults & 2 kids but are small for 3 or 4 adults sharing. All staff were amazing. I've seen lots of negative reviews about wait times for food etc. We had no issues. There were queues at the busier times but these moved quickly. Eat at quieter times if you don't want to queue.

CLEANING STAFF WILL STEAL YOUR ITEMS! My GHD hairdryer, tongs, and straighteners all vanished, and house keeping say they never seen them. Absolutely gutted, hotel doesn’t have cameras in corridors, stair wells or lifts, so no proof or able to check staff entering or leaving

Just returned from a 10 day stay at the seaview hotel and we loved our stay. We took our one year old son and the hotel and facilities were fantastic. The staff are exceptional and the place was extremely clean. The evening entertainment was amazing for the children and got the adults involved. There is so much to do and everything is catered for. Perfect for taking young children, very safe and clean, highly recommend.

Hotel is erg gericht op Engelsen, is niet vervelend hoor. Eten is meestal Engels gericht, maar goed. Personeel vriendelijk . Alles is wel wat gedateerd en de hotelkamers erg gehorig. Hotel is kind vriendelijk. Het restaurant en bars zijn erg sober en kaal ingericht, daardoor klinkt het super hol. Maar goed, meestal zit je buiten😉 Met jonge kinderen een aanrader.

My family and I recently traveled here for a wedding. We had an incredible time with our family and friends. Our 2 year old loved the resort. The splash pool, local beach and kid friendly environment kept him happy and entertained. The resort is well equipped with plenty of helpful staff and things to do for the entire family. It was a very clean, organized, and relaxing environment. The all inclusive service was wonderful. The food was delicious. Toni is a lovely person and took great care of my sister and her family and friends. It was an enjoyable stay and we couldn't recommend it more. Thank you to Toni and all the staff at Sirenis Seaview Country Club!

Unless you have a family with children under 10 forget it. For a young family it’s perfect. Food, staff, cleanliness exceptional but there are kids EVERYWHERE. The restaurant and food presentation is first class on opening so get in early, it turns chaotic when hundreds of people pile in. Food is quickly replenished by an efficient team. Our swim up room was ok, not exceptional but good enough. The best part for us was the adjacent beach, idyllic and we swam every morning watching the sun rise in this beautiful bay. Ibiza Town is stunning and San Antonio sunset lovely, Cool Cafe, a 25 minute walk away does fabulous coffee. One tip, keep the infinity pool adult only, it would have made our holiday so much better and somewhere to get away from footballs being kicked and jumping and splashing. The kids have a huge family pool and a water park, let the adults have some peace. Overall we did have a great time

Stayed last week. The food was good nicely laid out various choices breakfast time, lunch time, and evening, rooms were clean and bedding was changed each day. Only downside was thin walls so you can hear everything but hey yer on holiday so who cares, and need more staff for checking in and out ...would definitely stay again...

What can I say?? We have not long got back from a week here, our first family holiday abroad, and I cannot wait to go back! I’m not sure why people have put about it needing to be renovated, I found it so beautiful and clean. Every single staff member was so so polite and welcoming, the atmosphere was unreal. Food was fab, agreed on occasions things ran out but they were replenished quickly. Restaurant manager was so efficient and you could see how hard he worked! My partner arranged with one of the photographers there a photoshoot and he proposed to me on the beach with the sun setting. Gigi the photographer was AMAZING! Staff went the extra mile for our children, I could write so much more, I’m so impressed with this place and I can’t wait to go back 😍

Can't fault this place whatsoever, every day was a revelation, so much to do!! Infinity bar was the best for me (writing from here currently) you wont regret a wee stay here with your family guaranteed 😍

THE GOOD - We had a great holiday in all, and would return.. loved little touches like, wine given when you arrive, the space and size means dont feel cramped. the hotel location is fabulous, the sunsets at the infinity bar are unreal along side the music which is such an ibiza vibe. The cocktails included in all inclusive are enjoyable and the beer is decent. Bars rarely had queues and I was always able to get a sunbed. Beds really comfortable slept well and most rooms have great views. Food was beautiful, loads of choice, and we loved the al la carte options having good meals at both. Decent amount of choice. Loads of room so didn't feel onto of everyone. Kids club amazing-only used once but he loved it. Beach next to hotel is absolutely beautiful and safe for kids. THE BAD- on occasion they ran out if certain items on the buffet, I never got to try the hash browns- however I feel this is more to do with the guests over piling plates. The duvets in our room after a room clean werent put back on the beds but left on the end of the bed for us to do, this caused us to notice that the duvets were ripped and had stains. ( this didn't take away from the quality of sleep) On occasion it felt short staffed and this would mean queues in to dinner halls as tables weren't cleared, Pool bar food would cleared really quickly as parents let their kids go up then selves and they would drop cake/ food all over the floor and would just walk away with another 5 pieces meaning not enough for everyone. Again more the quality of guests. Rooms - you could hear your neighbours loud and clear, babies crying, talking, moving. However the room was comfortable and clean and balcony was a nice size. No tea or coffee in the room so rake ur own if you like it. But I enjoyed my sleep. The verdict- all in all a great holiday. Made amazing by the beach, the infinity pool and the quality of drinks. It was views every where you looked. And although there was a few problems. One of our fav things was the wonderful staff especially Melissa at the infinity bar who made our experience even better by being so welcome and kind and engaged with our son. So thank you for her. I would 100% return Last note- we rented a car from turbo down the road and it was super easy and convenient-we went to the hippy Market and spent the day at another beach. Costing approx £50x

Everything was amazing. Great energy, food, entertainment and rooms. Towels changed everyday. Toni did a fantastic job. He took care of details and made sure everyone was taken care of. An amazing all inclusive deal.

Hotel on end of road with round about. Quiet area. If you have younger kids great hotel plenty to do. Meal times like being back at school. Can be very busy sometimes in main food area. Had food in there steak restaurant Good experience. Had in Italian not so good. Can get bus to main town runs every hour until 2200 hrs. Good views of sun set and sea and cove.

I came to the Island for a wedding. I stayed here with many different family members of all ages and I cannot recommend it enough! It’s all inclusive, great for wedding parties with different ages. The food, the room, the infinity pool and nearby beach was incredible. Toni organized a lot for the wedding and each special event was thoughtful, beautiful, and something you might not expect from a typical all inclusive family resort. I highly recommend for wedding parties or family holidays!

Incredible experience at Sirenis Seaview Country Club. The staff is exceptional, not to mention the attention to detail Toni and his team gave to us as we celebrated our wedding week with close friends and family. Not one detail was overlooked. Toni went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after and had an incredible time with our loved ones. Couldn't recommend this space enough. It became our home away from home.

We had an excellent stay with our 4yo daughter in early May. Main downside was the pools being very cold but I imagine that wouldn't be an issue later in the season. Buffet restaurant is average. View from the Infiniti pool is great. Water park is amazing! Rooms are a good quality. They keep the place very clean.

We just came back from a fantastic holiday at Sirenis Seaview Country Club. We're a family of 3, the little one will be 4 soon, the hotel has so many activities to keep him busy, especially the big water park onsite and the night show after dinner. Staff work very hard, and are absolutely brilliant. At Reception, we had Carmen, Victoria and Daniel to help us to sort any problems out immediately; at the buffet, we had Alejandra and Felipe and other people that I can not remember their names to look after us; we also want to thank Adrian, Mercedes, Ely, Marind, Dario and Brain at Sunset Grill to serve us with kindness and professionalism. We will be back in the future for sure!

Great hotel, room we had was tucked away and no view. Food is really good if you can get it but they run out really quickly and don’t replace as quick. Staff are awesome but be prepared to queue for everything!!!

Came here to enjoy the Costa Festival. Broadly okay - nice rooms, pleasant hotel environment and the pool and stage areas are very nice. However, there are major issues with the organisation of meal times. We arrived towards the end of the evening restaurant sitting - there was virtually no food left - the dining room was like a swarm of locusts had just passed through. No improvement the following morning - breakfast saw some queues, and reduced quality and range of food over previous visit last year. However, dinner was appalling - I estimate that the queue was at one point 50 yards long. Granted, they managed to move it into the dining hall quite quickly, but this caused an almighty scrum for food - terrible. It's a self service buffet style place - there is almost no chance that you will be able to eat with your partner or group at the same time, unless you have exactly the same meal as queue length at each station is variable. If you manage to get a portion of one part of your meal, queuing for side dishes can mean your fish or meat option is cold before you have completed your plate. I think a prison or school dining room would be a better option. Mealtimes are a very important part of any holiday - no hotel should create this level of hassle for it's guests - very poor.

This resort is an ideal place to enjoy the vibrancy of Ibiza in a relaxed and enjoyable location. The rooms are clean, well kept and spacious. The staff are extremely hardworking and attentive. The food has an abundance of choice and great quality. With stunning views of San Antonio Bay on your horizon and a glorious beach right next to the resort there really isn't anything this place is lacking. Good and inexpensive bus services to take you around the whole island and local shops and amenities are within very close walking distance. This place is ideal for families, especially those with younger children. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

The food looks good but you can't get near it for the queues. Long queue for the carvery to get a piece of meat then join another long queue for the vegetables. Result, cold food on a cold plate. Waste of time.

Wonderful place, spacious, perfect location, right on the rocks, the bay is warm to swim in the Mediterranean sea. The infinity pool is cold and refreshing, totally different to the other pools. Food is good and the specialist section, really tasty, would definitely come back again, staff friendly and helpful but be aware of the tax, you pay when you first enter the hotel, depending how long you stay, there are 2 restaurants you can book via qr code, a taxi ferry into town about 4 times throughout the day, not on sundays, the aqua park wasn't busy, football academy runs early in the morning, so not too hot, would definitely visit again, enjoy xoxo

Not for couples! Everything was ok except not enough staff working the bars so long queues and the queues for food was ridiculous, for me it was get what I could get to not what I wanted. To get for example bacon, egg and toast would take around 20 minutes or more in 3 separate queues ending in cold food. Not the staffs fault they were all very good, its a management fault. This is set up for families and children, I would advise couples who want peace and quiet not to go, we would not go again. San Antonio was about 3 miles away so walkable or there is a cheap bus outside the hotel or a water taxi (boat) The shops are expensive so if you can take what you need with you, suntan lotion ect. Its worth a visit but there is graffiti and lots of places derelict so not the nicest place.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Our rooms were very dishevlled and fairly dirty, the whole place looks very tired. We stayed by the infinity pool which was lovely but only one toilet in working order. Sadly there are no designated smoking areas which meant that people were smoking everywhere. The place was littered with cigarette butts. Perhaps introducing some smoking areas would discourage the littering. The food was OK, standard all inclusive stuff with plenty of vegetarian and some vegan dishes. There are also restaurants opposite the hotel, which we could book into as part of the package. These were really nice. The beach is a few minutes walk from the hotel and is really beautiful. There are several bars/eateries on the beach, with toilets, and we enjoyed evening trips there. While there are a few shops nearby, there isn't much else, but it's simple enough to get a bus to San Antonio which takes about 30 minutes.

The swimming pools were really really nice and probably the best thing at the resort The rooms were ok, the bathroom was nice but the beds weren't exactly comfortable and my family couldve done with two single beds for me and my sister instead of one foldable bed that comes out of the sofa. But I suppose thats what we payed for. On a plus side the balcony was nice and had a lovely view. The entertainment wasn't exactly great, it's repetitive every night and is orientated towards kids 10 and under. There isn't anything entertaining for teenagers and adults. All people do is let their kids run around while they get drunk. Id rather be in my hotel than out there ☠️It was too loud. At the very least, you could change the show every evening and have themed entertainment for each day. Also it was too British orientated. Hardly felt like I was in Spain at all tbh There are a few activities to do apart from swimming, like ping pong and the arcade. The ping pong was good but the arcade was absolutely terrible and half of the machines were broken. Even the ones that werent were still not great. The food at the buffet was really good and I liked how there was a variety of things to choose from and different themes. You can tell the staff really put in a lot of effort. Anyway, overall 7.5/10 Made some nice memories Some positives, some negatives but overall, a decent place to go on holiday

Bedden slecht, Kinderen slapen op bank en bedje onder bank. Absoluut maar 2 sterren waardt ook qua onderhoud geen 4 zoals afgebeeld . 4x Brandalarm afgegaan en personeel reageert daarop laconiek. Alleen engels vet eten, op meloen en fruit na. Bedden worden druk bezet met handdoekjes leggers . Kan maar 2x bij restaurants eten (ijs, snacks ) zijn niet all included. Frisdranken slecht , zeg je er wat van schenken ze in , nee hoor ziet er goed uit! Proef het dat zelf gast!!!! Nooit meer gaan wij hier naartoe. Enige pluspunt, locatie is erg mooi. In de buur zit een restaurant welke erg goed is.

In general nice hotel, good food for all inclusive, nice pools, with 476 rooms it is a big hotel but due to size crowd spreads well. we had a problem with the reception, got treated really bad (see last part of review) Rooms are a bit out dated or should get some maintenance done. there is a kitchen but hardly any equipment, not even a brush/soap to wash things. Rooms were cleaned daily. Pool opening hours may be enlarged now at 18hr all pools are closing while sun is still out. at central pool music is playing all day very loud that you can hardly hear each other, something to consider.. Entertainment very UK orriented, loud / noisy not really fun to watch at night. Day time activities were nice and above expectations. Food good, well provided and large varity of choice. Though some people can be stimulated to eat a bit heathier for their own lifestyle/health. A la cart option is offered but hard to book. app doesnt allow you to book only via reception and availability is poor. Most bars convert into a pay bar after certain hours which i wouldnt expect with all inclusive.. General buffet restaurant doesn't really look nice on the inside, but on the outside you can sit nicely on the terrace with nice view. Coffee is not nice machine coffee and cappucino got mixed with chocolate, not my taste, no other (paid) options for nice barista coffee available Reception staff in general nice and helpfull though, we got provided a smaller room than paid for. and got threated really rude. staff was not willing to help and only mentioning that the computer said that we had the right room. After TUI staff joined the conversation with more leverage they finally found out that hotel made a mistake. TUI was appologising for the very rude behaviour of receptionist which was really ashame and unproffesional. Not client orrientated at all or trying to be helpfull at all. after 2 days we got the appologies and option to switch rooms but as we were fully settled already and traveling with 2 small childeren we decided to take it for granted and wasted our 100 euro which could not be refunded by any means. I think we had bad luck but if reception staff is acting like this there should be something wrong... i would fire that guy right away.

Misleading advertising - no adult pool - no beach access , hotel needs refurb , no entertainment for adults , no quiet area , buffet like a canteen .Excellent beach and boat taxi to san antonio

Nice hotel, the rooms are very dated and some interior items should be replaced and modernised. The cleaning of the room should be done much better, not just dusting but descaling and deep cleaning.

Was temporarily placed here due to a birdstrike. Was full of noisy children. Not for me.

Engels Resort beslist geen 4 sterren waard. Vreetschuur met giga geluid en gillende kinderen. Tip: maak apart deel in eetzaal voor adults only en hetzelfde voor het infinity zwembad. Genoeg andere zwembaden voor kinderen.

Spent 10 days at this hotel from the 6th to the 16th of September '23. Firstly, all the staff at this hotel are amazing! Helpful and very friendly. We went all inclusive and the food was very good and varied. Our room was lovely and over looking the sea. Unfortunately as two older adults, I felt the hotel catered mainly for young families with children. Even though we went after the school summer holidays, the entertainment was for children only. I also feel that with children and young families that already had the use of a huge pool and paddling pool, it seemed they had also taken over the infinity pool too which was supposed to be a quiet area. We couldn't swim peacefully without children jumping near our heads or throwing balls etc. A shame, because a lovely hotel

We had a swim-up room some of the tiles on the outside area were in need of repair. The bathroom had a smell of damp. We didn't know we had to request cleaning should be automatic

Would not hesitate to come back we all enjoyed it.

Hotel muy grande, buenas instalaciones. Comida en buffet principal muy bien, mucha variedad, ademas hay un bar en la piscina principal en el que durante todo el dia hay un pequeño buffet con comida salada, dulce, fruta, cafes, zumos.. y que viene bien por si se pasa la hora del desayuno o te apetece algo a media tarde. Parque acuatico de 10, varios toboganes, tubos cerrados, el niño hizo muchas horas en él. Hay 3 restaurantes tematicos, nosotros fuimos al grill y estaba todo espectacular. Personal muy amable en todo el hotel. El hotel es perfecto para familias con niños pequeños, para ir en pareja quizas no sea el ideal, aunque nosotros estuvimos en una habitacion en una zona mas tranquila que para ir en pareja puede cuadrar, con piscina semiprivada compartida con otras pocas habitaciones, con nuestras propias hamacas, vistas inmejorables de la puesta de sol... de hecho las piscinas y hamacas comunitarias no las utilizamos. Cerca de nuestra habitaciom hay otro bar q es una zona mas tranquila, (infinity)con musica mas tipo Ibiza, hay menos niños y mas adultos y una piscina muy chula enfocada a la puesta de sol. Volveremos

Let me start by saying we love Ibiza and have been a number of times to different areas. We booked this hotel last minute and really wanted something which catered for our 8 year old. There are positives depending on what type of holiday you are looking for. Upon arrival we unfortunately did not get a good check in experience, where the receptionist decided to contradict herself and continue to argue that we were in the wrong even though all three of us heard the same thing. This started the holiday off on a sour note. Generally all other staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Apart from one older receptionist, the rest were not helpful at all. Points - Pools (larger louder and quieter areas) I would say we spend most of the time in the infinity pool. The staff around the pool were fabulous and very kind. The pools were lovely. - Room. Once our room was ready for occupancy, I found it to be fair with a nice balcony. The daily clean however, was hit or miss, often not leaving us with enough towels or the floors not been cleaned appropriately. - Buffet. Breakfast and lunch was fine. There was not enough selection for non pork eating or vegetarian. Very pork heavy. Would have been nice to have beef or chicken sausages. - Pool Buffet: this was much better for lunch with variety of salads, bugers, chicken, fresh paella and bbq/grill. Ice cream and ice lollies available all day for kids. Food generally: great for most but it was very much catered for the British nothing wrong with that, but i like to eat local food when away. So this meant you did not receive any of the lush Ibiza (spanish) fresh food we are used to being Ibiza before as a family. We ended up going out to eat every night. - Alternative restaurants - very difficult to book as the app was down and we were limited to booking 2 for our 5 nights there. We chose the American Diner one night and it was very good. - Water park - yes very nice and fun for a quick visit during the day - Beach- stone throw away and very nice for an evening to watch the sunset -amenities - there is a local supermarket and beach/ tourist shop 5 mins. A clothes store 15 mins walk straightbdown and town centre 20/25mins walk straight down (pharmacy, restuarnats, more shops, cafes etc) - kids club - although we didn't use it looked well organised and staff were friendly. Ibiza in general, you cannot go wrong. Things to improve: The entertainment is terrible. Very repetitive. I am sure someone local came on one night, he was very funny. Generally we are used to some spanish bachi bachi kids songs and routine and some entertainer would have been better. The holiday reps entertainers were very good at singing. But everything else was a mess. I think they may have been drunk on some occasions. - Local holiday reps. Some were OK but were not about listening to you on any experience about the hotel and hardly helpful with sharing experience outside the hotel, not sure why they were there. I wouldn't visit this hotel again. The hotel needs some love and TLC as its very dated. I would give it 3 star plus rating because of the pools but it wasn't 4 star.

Brilliant hotel, clean, modern, spacious rooms. Not particularly fancy but with everything you need and more. Staff very helpful, friendly and attentive! Food is good for buffet style food and the a la carte restaurants are really good. Lots for kids and adults to do, my 2 kids didn't get bored the entire holiday! Main pool and water park are Brilliant for the kids and the Infinity pool is amazing to relax at with stunning views! The entertainment team where fantastic and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed the stage academy. Located a short walk from the nearest town and boat taxis run frequently to San Antonio. Will definitely be returning to this resort

Hemos ido a pasar el día al Parque acuático y la verdad todo fenomenal. Hay muchas hamacas y sombrillas. En el Buffet mucha variedad. Nos impresionó las alternativas que ofrecen para celíacos, especialmente el encargado del comedor, atendió a mi hijo muy bien ofreciéndole opciones fuera del Buffet. Repetiremos!

hello, I was at Sirenis between July 3-10, 2 families, 4 adults and 3 children; although we arrived from the airport at 11 o'clock, we were accommodated immediately, all respect for the girls at the reception; the room as we expected with a central view of the sea, the beautiful view, it made all the money; as accommodation, the room was clean and large, but the bathroom had a negative note, the ventilation did not work and although I made 3 complaints, nothing was fixed; as well as very poor consumables, they did not have shower gel, shampoo, skin lotion or liquid soap in individual containers, only at the dispenser, but even there they only refilled it upon express request; related to the food, not being British like almost the whole hotel, it was not really to our liking, but the staff there, from the main restaurant but also at the a la carte restaurants, was sensational, very fast, smiling, kind; The entire complex is very clean, lots of greenery, lots of politeness and smiles everywhere; and the aquapark was incredible, as well as the staff there very attentive, polite and professional;in conclusion, a wonderful stay, with the most beautiful sunset in the world, at the infinity pool.

The reception is very nice and they have a very cool aquapark with slides. They have a very fancy restaurant with different meals at each time of day. They have different food everyday. One day it may be BBQ or the other day it can be something else. There is very cool pools, perfect for swimming in. They have pool parties and games beside the pools. And music is playing non-stop (except for night). In the evening you can go to an area where you can watch the beautiful sunset. That's all I have to say. I really recommend this hotel 👍. This was a perfect family holiday. It was our first Abroad as a family of 4 and everything was perfect from start to finish! My youngest seemed to love the pools, the food and it was amazing. My oldest also loved everything and we were all thoroughly entertained throughout the week with the PTY during the day and evening. My daughter has told me we need to come back for longer next time. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We didn't get to go to the Diner but maybe next time. The seaview takes your breath away. 100% the best sea view we have had from any holiday. We all want to come back.

Sirenis Seaview is a great choice for a family holiday, situated 100m from the a quiet sandy beach couldn’t be better. The resort offers lots to do with an Aquagames water park available without leaving the grounds. I would recommend to any family looking for a relaxing break in the sun

Swim up room Almond House. 3 Star Hotel, no way 4 star. Rooms smell of damp. 2 extra dehumidifiers put into the room but did not rid the smell. Cleaners way of ridding smell was to spray walls with some spray. Damp patches on sealing. Toilet stained and brown absolutely disgusting. Corners of bath room full of brown dirt just swept into the corners. Tiles missing and cracked around pool area. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable, just about crippled by the 7th day. All the pig troughs were filled for the mass feeding frenzy, breakfast, Lunch and Evening dinner. Absolute no pleasure. The snack bar provided burgers, chips and hot dogs, very little variety and very poor quality. Italian restaurant was ok, however the sea view grill was very poor. We chose mixed grill and the meat was awful, meat was like leather with very little taste. Mermaid at the infinity pool was a total waste of time, very poorly organised. The hotel management really need to buck up their ideas with this place and get the finer details right to make it a quality stay. We will certainly not be returning here again.

I booked my holiday last minute and I dont have big expactation from my holidays. We came with Tui and Tui get worse & worse. We had 1 hour delay from London the we had 3 hours delay from Ibiza. So if you book with Tui think 1 more time. Time to rate my holiday and hotel. We had a seaview room with terrace and room was big,clean & had a good view. We specially request for quite room cos of our 18months old daughter. Staff work really hard. They def deserve 5 star. Ofc some of them lazy and pretend they dont understand when you ask glass of wine but never give up:)) Breakfast is good,lunch is weak,dinner is good. They top up food quite often but sometimes you need to wait long. They serve chicken,turkey,pork,fish,pizza,pasta every dinner. They have a special buffet for kids! Thats big plus. They dont top up some of the deserts but you can always find fig cake! :) If you get room with pool view good luck! So much noise,cant have rest or sleep till midnight. Bars are open till 12am then you need to pay 12 to 12.45am. There are vending machines at hotel for cigarette,toys,soft drinks and snacks. Coffee machine and juice machine on 24 hours at reception. There are 2 shops to opposite the hotel. Some stuff are expensive some not. But def bring lots of toys for kids cos plastic truck €8 ! Water guns around €6, inflatable beds are quite cheap. The worst thing about hotel they accept guests from outside for daily pass and these people make everywhere busy. They need to leave 6pm but Ihave seen many of them after 6pm. Security must be more careful. They make hotel busy. Also if you are sensetive about mosquitos bring cream or spray with you. They will bite you when you sit in your balcony or terrace. There are sunbed war everyday. Sunbeds half empty but people just leave their towels from 6am in the morning. I cant believe. Its a joke. If you come after 10am you cant find sunbed probably. Ridiculous!!! Hotel management has to do something. Hotel is quite old,built in 1996 but they look after well. Cant say 5 star for 4 star definetely. Also I couldnt understand how sauna and jacuzzi is broken 10 days! It wasnt nice. Massage treatmant is more expensive than my prvt clinic which I go regularly in London. Taxi cost max €15 to Sant antonio also we took taxi from airport to hotel and paid €31. Our hotel is last stop so it will take around minumum 1.5h to arrive hotel. Then spend another 30mins for check in,its waste of time. Take a taxi come to hotel do check in before everybody and start to enjoy ur holiday. There is a kids club,small playground also kids pool and waterpark. Its a family hotel and good for kids. If you have any question,you can ask. I hope it will be helpful review for everybody. Starší ale udržovaný, čistý hotel zaměřený na rodiny s dětmi. Příjemná obsluha v celém hotelu, vždy nápomocná. Jídlo výborné, velký výběr všeho od ovoce, zeleniny, různých přiloh a několika druhů masa, ryb a mořských plodů. Taky pár veganských jídel. Ráno dokonce fresh smoothie a džusy. Hotel má navíc perfektní polohu na útesu s perfektním výhledem a západem slunce. Před hotelem taky autobusová zastávka. Hotel určitě doporučuji a doufám že navštivíme znovu.

Just wanted to give my review of this beautiful hotel. So we returned home on Monday, although my partner was ill we had a fab time. Food was tasty, good salads and fresh fruit, nice breakfasts, gets a bit samey after a few days but plenty of variety. No real grumbles about the food, little one loved the ice cream and chocolate fountain. Also snack bar near baby pool does delicious freshly cooked chips hotdogs and burgers, only discovered on last few days. Would recommend big wave a la cart, sunset grill beautiful but chicken dry. Italian looks gorgeous. Also prosecco and the vodka lime and lemonades amazing with the lime syrup. We ate out at relish which I 100% recommend it was amazing with beautiful views. The actual hotel is gorgeous, such an amazing view of the sea, infinity bar is so stunning for a bit of piece and quiet. The surroundings are so so stunning. Water Park was amazing and felt like a day out from the hotel. My child loved the pool, pool side entertainment and the evening entertainment. I cannot fault this hotel at all, I didn't think the hotel was run down at all. Beach was absolutely stunning with fish to feed, crabs in rock pools just a 2 min walk away. I highly recommend the meet the sea boat trip with Greg too this was amazing and was the highlight of my holiday, v informative and interesting whilst exciting and engaging for the children, snorkled and saw the most beautiful fish and star fish. The only fault I can say which is more of a preference is v loud at night until late, so cannot get an early night if needed when unwell or kids tired (maybe because we were in the block v close to Entertainment in geranium), but sure other blocks may be quiter. Anyone booked to come soon u will have an amazing time and kids will love it ! I would defo return to Ibiza!

Personnel condescendant et pas aimable ni souriant c’est dommage. Personne ne fait respecter les règles applicables dans l’une des piscines notamment les sauts, les jeux de balles, les bouées, on se croirait dans un parc aquatiques pour enfant. L’ascenseur qui ne fonctionne pas en étant au 3eme avec un bébé + poussette. Les repas sont moyens, les abords des piscines et de l’hôtel sont sales (verres et déchets qui traînent partout), doutes sur la propreté des verres mis à disposition et la liste est longue. Toutefois l’hôtel est bien placé, la vue sur la mer est top, petite plage attenante jolie et bien fréquentée, le personnel de ménage est très poli, gentil et souriant !

Het hotel was enorm goed. Prachtige slaapkamer met zich op zee, super wakker worden op deze manier. Onthaal was goed, personeel is heel vriendelijk en werken allemaal heel hard ! Het eten is echt heel goed. We waren echt van bijna alles tevreden. Enkel het waterpark stelde ons teleur. Ons kindje van 3 jaar mocht niet samen met de papa van de glijbaan. Dit stond online nergens vermeld dat er een minimum lengte was wat in meeste hotels niet is als de ouder meegaat want wij hadden dit hotel speciaal gekozen omdat ze graag samen van de glijbaan gaan. Kindje mocht niet op de grote glijbanen, papa niet mee van de kleine dus waterpark was voor ons echt een flop. Graag willen wij de meneer bedanken die elke avond het zwembad proper maakt om ons kindje zijn schoentje te vinden !

This was our 2nd visit to a “Holiday Village”, the first being in Majorca. The standards of this hotel are good, but I do feel Majorca’s we’re slightly better. The food choices here are your standard All Inclusive choice and quality. Not bad, but not 5*. It’s what you’d expect of an all inclusive buffet, both home and abroad. The Italian and Sunset Grill restaurants are much better, highly recommend visiting them. The location is fantastic. We had the most amazing view of the beach and the sea. A pleasure to wake up to every morning. The beach is a five minute walk and is fantastic. Sea is very calm and clean. Hotel is a short walk to a couple of shops across the road. I initially thought that the location of this hotel was the best thing, but I quickly realised it was the entertainment team. The “Purple People” (as my 6 yr old called them) were absolutely amazing. My son actually cried when he realised it was his last Kids Club session. Every single one of them worked so hard and ensured all the kids (and adults) had a great time. There are so many activities (download the Holiday Villages app to see). The stand outs by far were the evening Entertainment Team. Chloe, Erin, Matty, Oliver, Sophie and especially Trevor… The premium cocktails WERE brilliant! The Russel The Brussel t-shirt doesn’t fit! (the PTY crew) were amazing. Made the evenings so much fun, for the adults and the children) This team needs to be massively recognised by their superiors, because they are the reason I’d come back to this hotel (and would love to know if they move to another location). Overall, a very good holiday. Minor complaint with a birthday celebration mess up they was quickly resolved, but otherwise, worthy of 4 stars. Thank you!

Hemos ido ha pasar la tarde en los toboganes mi mujer, el chiquillo y yo. Nos ha decepcionado MUCHÍSIMO el trato de una de las camareras del bar al decirnos de muy malas maneras que las patatas fritas de bolsa que pidió el chiquillo no entraban en el todo incluido que habíamos pagado. Le dije que habíamos venido anteriormente hacía un ratito con el niño a pedir una bolsita de patatas y que la chica que había antes si nos las había incluido y que en la entrada nos han dicho que con la tarifa que habíamos pagado incluia snacks y bebida durante todo el horario de apertura del parque acuático. Que siendo la tarifa de 80€ por adulto y 50€ por niño la suma asciende a más de 200€ y que nos parecía excesivo que no incluyera unas patatitas de bolsa para el niño. Su respuesta fué QUE NO LE IMPORTABA SI HABIA PAGADO 80€ O 100 POR ENTRADA Y QUE ELLA LLEVABA AHÍ TRABAJANDO 7 AÑOS Y SABE PERFECTAMENTE COMO FUNCIONA. Entonces le dije que me disculpase pero que la entrada pone bien claro que incluye snacks y bebida durante todo el horario de apertura y que ahora se la enseñaba para que la viera. Que nadie nos había explicado lo contrario. Entonces me respondió de muy malas maneras mientras me dirijia fuera a buscar el móvil para mostrarle la entrada QUE ELLA NO QUIERE VER NADA Y QUE NO TENGO NADA QUE MOSTRARLE, QUE SI TENGO CUALQUIER PEGA QUE FUESEMOS A RECEPCIÓN A QUEJARNOS. Entonces eso fué exactamente lo que hicimos. Íbamos a poner una reclamación pero finalmente decidimos no ponerla después de haber hablado con l@s responsables y habernos prometido que tomarían medidas al respecto. Porfavor, esperamos que así sea. Un trato así al cliente no es de un servicio profesional como el que ofrece una empresa como la vuestra.

Location super, we found the food good and the kids entertainment was great- lots going on for little ones. Octopus and fish in the little beach we swam there every day You get two additional restaurant picks when you stay we chose the diner and the grill (sunset restaurant I think). The diner was good the grill was poor - book early, do the diner and the Italian. The water taxi comes to the jetty at the beach we enjoyed a trip in San Antonio. We stayed in a basic room which was tired but functional. The swim up rooms looked awesome no idea of what the extra cost would be. What we didn’t like Most activities required you to book through the app which was clunky and the internet at the hotel is super slow best to purchase through your provider. We found with the staff it was either all or nothing. Some were so friendly and helpful then others were just not interested. In the buffet restaurant they do table service for alcoholic drinks in short they don’t have enough staff for this. To get a wine at dinner was a challenge mainly because they were busy clearing the tables. I would suggest either more staff or let people pour there own.

Voy todos los veranos a pasar el día con el daypass y me encanta!! Siempre vuelvo, el servicio es encantador y las instalaciones cada año están mejor. Por no hablar de la gran variedad de comida que ofrece el buffet, sin duda un buen sitio para ir a pasar el día si eres de la isla.

Widać, że hotel ma swoje lata, ale jest zadbany. Pokoje w dobrym stanie. Bardzo dużo atrakcji dla dzieci w różnym wieku. Dużo basenów, świetny aquapark. Animacje i kids club mocno nastawione na gości anglojęzycznych, przez co dzieciom niemówiącym dobrze w tym języku się nudziły. Plaża obok hotelu, bez darmowych leżaków, ale piaszczysta i przyjemna. Jedzenie ok, duży wybór, jednak brakowało nam warzyw na śniadanie.

Just got back from a week long stay as a family 4 and we loved every minute of it. From check in to check out we couldn't fault a thing about this place, the staff, the food, the rooms, all perfect. We stayed in the Sunflower house in a 1 bed apartment and it was spacious and Immaculately kept. The food was good, even with 2 fussy eaters they always found something to eat. Pool could be a bit cold but you got used to it really quick. Special shout out to the kids clubs and evening entertainment, our 6 year old girl loved every second of it.

Sirenis Seaview Country Club in Ibiza biedt een over het algemeen positieve ervaring, hoewel er enkele punten zijn die verbetering behoeven. De ontvangst bij de receptie was goed, maar het zou nuttig zijn geweest als er meer uitleg was gegeven over zaken zoals het huren van een kluisje, de badlakenservice en de tijden voor het eten. De kamer zelf heeft een uitstekende indeling, maar de schoonmaak had iets beter kunnen zijn. Het feit dat er een koelkast aanwezig is die eenmalig wordt voorzien van een fles water is een leuke touch. Het ontbreken van kookgerei was voor ons geen probleem, maar het is iets om rekening mee te houden. Hoewel er kopjes, borden en glazen zijn, ontbreekt een afwasborstel en de benodigdheden om ze schoon en droog te maken na gebruik. Dit kan een verbeterpunt zijn voor het hotel. Het buffetrestaurant biedt een prima kwaliteit van eten en er is veel keuze. De temperatuur van het eten is gemiddeld, maar gezien de grootte en drukte van het restaurant is dit begrijpelijk. We genoten van het buiten zitten, omdat het daar rustiger was en we een mooi uitzicht over de baai hadden. Helaas was er te weinig personeel, waardoor tafels lang vuil bleven en er veel rommel op de grond lag. Het personeel werkte hard en was vriendelijk, maar er zou eigenlijk meer personeel moeten zijn om deze problemen aan te pakken. We hebben onze zorgen gemeld aan een verantwoordelijke manager, zodat zij op de hoogte zijn van hoe gasten hier tegenaan kijken. De animatie was volledig gericht op het Engels, maar dit stoorde ons niet. Voor kinderen is er genoeg te doen, zolang ze de Engelse taal begrijpen. Het grote zwembad is erg druk, maar aan de zeekant was het gemoedelijk en het uitzicht prachtig. Wel was de muziek op sommige plekken te luid en werd er dagelijks hetzelfde gespeeld. Hier zou iets aan gedaan moeten worden om variatie te bieden. Wat betreft de algemene staat van het hotel, merkten we op dat het hier en daar wat gedateerd was. Onderhoud en upgrades zouden geen kwaad kunnen om de algehele uitstraling te verbeteren. Helaas maakte de airconditioning (te) veel herrie, vooral 's nachts. Dit was enigszins hinderlijk. De bar aan de zeekant is vanaf 19:00uur een betaalde (cocktail)bar. Dit is iets om rekening mee te houden. Maar voor de liefhebbers, de cocktails zijn prima en het uitzicht is prachtig. Ondanks enkele verbeterpunten biedt Sirenis Seaview Country Club een positieve ervaring met een goede kamerindeling, vriendelijk personeel en een prachtig uitzicht over de baai. Het hotel zou kunnen profiteren van meer aandacht voor detail en een aantal renovaties, maar over het algemeen is het een fijne plek om te verblijven.

We've just returned from a week's holiday with 3 children and couldn't fault the hotel or staff, particularly Robert on reception who was always eager to help and was very friendly. It was tricky to get an alcoholic drink in the buffet restaurant until we realised that you can help yourself to the bottles of beer in the fridge, but the Prosecco was often empty and not replaced Would definitely stay again. Maybe just need a few more Vegan options of pudding and a bit of tile maintenance in the infinity pool.

There are lots of positives depending on what you're looking for. We are a young family so the swimming pools and slides are a massive positive. There is also loads of food options (including ice creams) and the entertainment for kids is great.. There is a bus public bus from outside of the hotel coming on the hour which is 1.65E into the local town and easy to use. Also a water taxi if you want something different. note: if you have mobility issues then water taxi isn't a good option. you need to walk over uneven surfaces to get onboard. climbing over rocks. now the things to improve: due to this being a family resort the entertainment does end quiet early and is repetitive. They will also try to sell you an over priced puppet Teddy at 15euros which they ween your child onto all week. There is an Italian and American diner restaurants opposite the hotel which you have the option to book into. The service is fast but felt rushed. The options were also limited. didn't seem much different to the buffet. You won't get any spanish culture here. its very English orientated and all staff speak good English. You can feast on chips and beer all day long. its hardly worth taking your children to ibiza if thats all you want to do. maybe the hotel could have some local entertainment, spanish signage or just keep some authenticity. The gym - I'm not sure this qualified as a gym. it's abysmal and not even safe. wires everywhere, rusty and equipment and the multi weight machine cannot even be adjusted. Staff awareness was incredibly bad. We got married (thankfully not at this hotel) and disite walking out and back into the hotel in full wedding attire not a single member of staff acknowledged it or us. you'd have at least thought a congratulations or something. We even got charged 60euros to have our makeup artist enter to ready my wife. The buffet is poorly managed and quiet dangerous. lots of children running around hot food. the tables are too close and there seemed a constant dropping and smashing of plates but that was due to parents failing to control their children or pay attention. getting a drink in the buffet is difficult unless you want a self service coffee or soft drink. the waiters and waitresses are too busy to help you. Rooms. poor. we even upgraded and just got a disabled room. the shower curtain constantly fell down, soap was never replenished, we had to pay a daily fee for the safe, there was a fridge but it was so noisy through the night we has to unplug it.

Lovely place. Pools are benefit and in picturesque spot on coast. I came for the costsadelfolk an English folk festival in the sun with real ale! Both are worth a try. Back again each year for 3 years. Still a beautiful spot.

Eine kinderclubanlage für englische kleinstkinder mit einem aquapark. Die Animation so laut, dass eine Unterhaltung ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit ist. Die aussenbar "infinity" schließt um 22.00 Uhr. Das Speisenangebot sehr vielfältig, jedoch leider meist zu kalt. Die Zimmer schön und das Personal sehr bemüht. Strand ist keiner vorhanden. Es gibt nur eine kleine über Steine erreichbare Badebucht ohne Betten und Schirme. Es gibt direkt beim hotel eine Bushaltestelle, dieser fährt jedoch nur jede Stunde. In der näheren Umgebung nur 2 kleine Supermärkte, leider keine typischen spanischen Tavernen. Alles in allem ein sehr abseits gelegener kinderclub, der größtenteils nur auf englische Gäste ausgerichtet ist.

We love this hotel. Our kids are playing the whole day..... Friendly staff! The food and drinks are quite right for an all inclusive hotel.
