La verdad es que la experiencia ha sido fantástica, el hotel es muy bonito, cerca de la zona céntrica, muy cómoda y segura. Además el personal es muy amable, pepa y shelley han sido geniales ❤️

Absolutely loved staying here. The hotel rooms are nice and considering it's right next to O'beach it's very quiet and don't really hear the venue's music unless you are seated by the pool. Which seeing as we went to mainly go for o'beach didn't bother us.|.|I will be booking again for next year if the price is right when I book as it can fluctuate quite a bit.

Stylish hotel with amazing staff, from the kind receptionists who translated to the taxi driver when I was sick, to the funny waiter with the top not hair style, this hotel was fabulous perfectly situated for everybody clean and extremely stylish, the breakfast are outstanding and the food around the pool top quality and extremely well priced, please do not skip this breakfast you will regret it, we will be back definitely 10/10 we are so lucky to have found this gem 🥳

Just back from a 4-night stay and we had a great time!|From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were super friendly and got us checked in quickly and without any fuss.|Our room was really spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The view from the balcony wasn’t anything special, but since it was a last-minute booking and no upgrades were available, we weren’t too fussed. If you’re after a better view, I’d definitely recommend booking early.|The pool area was great — big, with loads of sunbeds so we never had to worry about finding a spot. The pool and bar staff during the day were brilliant! So helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble, and they had such a great attitude — really made us feel welcome.|Overall, we had a lovely break and would definitely go back.

Another lovely return stay at this hotel. Rooms are great, food and drink is too. The staff are just the nicest and can’t do enough for you. The guests were really nice as well, met some really lovely people and it’s generally really nice and friendly across the board because it’s so chill, lots of different ages and groups. Was nice to see Carlos still there from last year along with Kevin, Jose, Edita & Ramon. Once again will be back next year.

**Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay and even received a **free upgrade to a junior suite** along with a **promotional discount on breakfast** – a great way to start the trip! **Location:** Perfectly located right next to **Ocean Beach Club** (O Beach) and within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Just a short 10-minute walk to **San Antonio Old Town** – ideal for both relaxation and nightlife. **Staff:** The **staff were absolutely amazing** – warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Special thanks to the **lovely ladies at reception** and the **restaurant team** for their excellent service. Truly couldn’t speak more highly of their customer care – it made a big difference to our stay. **Food:** The **breakfast was delicious** – definitely worth including in your booking. A great variety and quality. **Facilities:** The **pool area** is nice, but do note that you’ll hear music from Ocean Beach Club nearby – not necessarily a downside if you're into that vibe. They offer a **50% discount on entry** to the club, but **only if you arrive early**. However, I found out that if you book directly through the **THB Hotels website**, you get **free entry** – which didn’t feel entirely fair for other guests.

One of the worst experience of my life. My company made 2 reservation for me and my co-worker, separate 2 rooms. When we arrive to the hotel the receptionist told us that they give us un upgraded to a suite, 1 room with 2 separate bedrooms. Unfortunately when we arrive to the room there was only one bathroom in one of the two rooms. So we explain that was a problem for us and that we pay more than 370€ for two room and they wanted to give us only one room for the same price. The receptionist explains that there were all booked and after many phone calls she finally gives us two different independent rooms. When I enter in mine I found that was with bugs, very big running in the room. So, again I went to the reception and they moved me to another THB… all this after a very long day of work, at 23:00. I want anyway to thank the poor reception in that situation that was really nice, professional and she help me out with everything, and the security guy that have tried to catch the bugs. For the rest I’m really disappointed with the situation, they tried to scam us after paying for to rooms to put us in only one without trying to explain before the real situation and propose a discount or something and not to hide and tell us that was a FREE UPGRADE to a suite.

Classy Hotel. Service impeccable. Employees perfect. Reception very accomodating and friendly. Rooms immaculate. Food amazing. Lovely quiet hotel with plenty of sunbeds and not crowded. Great location next door to Ocean Beach so can have a listen to some of their music in the afternoon. Cant recommend this hotel enough. Will be returning to this hotel for sure

Siamo stati 7 notti in questo hotel ad Ibiza e ci siamo trovati a dir poco bene. Direttamente sul mare e con un parcheggio (pubblico gratuito) molto vicino dove la sera si trova sempre posto e di giorno, aspettando qualche minuto, si riesce a parcheggiare tranquillamente. Oltre ad essere un hotel veramente bello anche il personale che ci lavora è molto attento e gentile. Vogliamo ringraziare in particolare Ramon che è stato il nostro punto di riferimento, sempre pronto ad aiutarci e consigliarci e Carlos, nella sala colazioni, che è sempre venuto incontro alle nostre richieste! Ottima la qualità del cibo. La piscina veniva pulita ogni mattina. Super consigliato!!!

Pour notre voyage de noce , nous avons trouvé cet hôtel par hasard car le rapport qualité/prix etait top sur Lastminute . quand nous sommes arrivés, nous avons été surpris par la propreté, la qualité de service.. nous ne pouvions pas rêver mieux pour le prix et nous avons passé une très belle semaine. Le personnel est toujours souriant ce qui est très agréable.

Lo mejor del hotel sin dudas es Angela, la chica de la recepción, una persona súper amable y que está dispuesta a ayudar siempre. Tuvimos un problema con otro tema y ella nos ayudó a pesar de la hora tarde de la madrugada. Luego vinimos a quedarnos a este hotel debido a su gran atención, una persona excelente y súper cálida, gracias❤️

The hotel is well-located (by the sea) and at the end of the promenade, which is quieter than being in the center for the noise etc. This is nice. It is quite new so it is well maintained, the rooms are ok but quite "simple". I had a big terrace facing the street. The staff at the front desk and restaurant is nice.

Great hotel, very central and right in Ocean beach, you can see ocean beach from the pool area and listen to the music. Half price entry to OB when stay at this hotel and discount on ypur first drink. 30 minutes walk to cafe mambo, which is also ideal. The food is delicious, I would highly recommend and the staff are very accommodating and approachable. Great hotel, I would absolutely recommend.

Long weekend spent here, my mates stag doo. Rooms are great, always kept very clean and tidy, short stroll to the beach and the staff are extremely friendly. I will definitely be visiting again

Desde el primer momento, el personal de recepción nos atendió con una amabilidad y profesionalidad de 10, haciéndonos sentir bienvenidas desde el minuto uno.|La habitación era cómoda, limpia y perfecta para disfrutar de una escapada. Pero lo mejor, sin duda, fue el día que pasamos en la piscina: ambiente espectacular, vistas increíbles y una energía que te invita a relajarte y disfrutar al máximo.|La comida nos sorprendió gratamente tanto por la calidad como por la variedad. Gran hotel y muy comodo, servicio de 10 y habitaciones modernas, comodas y amplias. La comida es excelente y el servicio mejor, sin duda para volver a repetir. Además estar cerca del O Beach es perfecto y que escuchas la musica sin ser molesto. Espero repetir pronto!!

Perfecto, es uno de los mejores hoteles de la zona, trato amable con todo el personal y bien atendido, vistas espectaculares, y buena comida. Repetiré seguramente en el mismo hotel, bien situado al lado de la playa y el ocio que hay a los al rededores da para bastante entretenimiento, aparte que tiene un gimnasio nuevo y bien situado.

Stayed here recently. Ideal location a stones throw from the beach and a small walk into town. Staff are lovely. Main reception and surrounding areas really clean and tidy. |Lovely shower and plenty of hot water. |Only a few things we thought could do with improvement. Rooms weren’t cleaned that well unfortunately. I cut my foot on a shard of glass on arrival, plug socket was hanging loose, TV pushed against it to keep the socket on the wall. That TV didn’t work for obvious reasons lol, and once you had used the coffee sachets, they weren’t replaced for the following day. Had to ask for milk in the restaurant when they opened. No milk provided in the room although there is a fridge. |Had to plug the kettle in by the floor in the sitting room as no plug on the desk. Air con was a bit confusing, turns out you had to go in the fuse box and click it on. Once we figured that out and re set it, it worked. |We did book a twin room but got given a double bed, not a massive deal, but one of us slept on the leather sofa with a small blanket we found on a shelf. |The pool, unfortunately seagulls loved using it as a bath and toilet. Can’t be helped I guess, but you have to dodge the poo around the edge of the water and the feathers etc in the pool. |We would stay again as it is a lovely hotel. Just some bits we thought that might need improvement. The staff and location give it a 10 out of 10 for us.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Ibiza and had a positive experience. The room was quite spacious, featuring both a bedroom and a living area that could comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. I particularly enjoyed the two terraces, which offered stunning views of the seaside and the open-air day club. The room was well-equipped with two TVs, a safe, fridge, hairdryer, and an ironing board available upon request. However, the room did show signs of wear and tear and is in need of updating, particularly the shower room, which could benefit from improvements. I also found the cleaning, especially in the shower, to be subpar, which led me to deduct one star from my overall rating. On a more positive note, I opted for the half-board option, and the food in the restaurant was absolutely immaculate. Everything I tried was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The staff at both the reception and the restaurant were friendly and extremely helpful, with the restaurant team being particularly attentive and welcoming. The hotel atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, even with the day club next door. Music played from the club between 1pm and 11pm, but this didn’t bother me at all—in fact, I quite enjoyed it. Overall, a lovely stay!

I stayed for a week at the hotel and I really enjoyed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We even got to meet a Brazilian guy called Kelvin which was a great person and it was easy to communicate with him because we also speak Portuguese. Thank you guys🥰

No quisiera destacar a ninguna persona en concreto, la verdad todas y todos han sido, armables,simpáticos,cercanos,correctos, siempre con una sonrisa. Lo dicho , unaaravilla el equipo No puedo resistirme a escribirlo, ya se que dije no destacaría a nadie, pero....la cocina....merece una excepción Producto de calidad, elaboraciones estupendas y una presentación en plato,digna de un sol Soy del gremio y se de lo que hablo. Las habitaciones son amplias , están muy limpias , las vistas son preciosas con vistas al mar . Y muchas gracias a los chicos del restaurante kelvin , Nerea , Zuga.

Hello, I'm hoping this email reaches some form of management because you really need to know about my stay this week during 16/07/24 - 19/07/24. First of all I want to say what amazing staff you have all over the board! I arrived late as I missed my flight earlier on in the day and the member of staff you had at reception at the hotel instantly made me feel at ease after a stressful day. I was welcomed with smiles and laughter and automatically made me feel welcomed. I was promptly given a key to my room and that was it. A beautiful check in process! I was amazed by the size and cleanliness of the room I had been given (309) what a lovely room it was! The cleaners in the morning also so welcoming they all said good morning in Spanish with smiles on thier faces. I just instantly felt so at home it was just a lovely feeling. Sometimes you can go to places and people who work at there can just see it as a job but you can tell the staff at ocean beach Ibiza are well trained and they see it as more than a job. They are generally happy to be there which I love to see! Even at breakfast you are tended to quickly the food comes out to perfection and how you like it. It's just simply amazing! What a hotel! It's Litterally the full package and I can not wait to return. The staff at the ocean beach club also are amazing! You're greeted with smiles straight away and security are so helpful. I can not commend security enough! So please send my thanks to them also. They helped to usher out unwanted females in our section which was amazing. So professional thier happy and again they do thier job so good. I just wanted to reach out and tell you how proud you should be of the staff you have from the club to the hotel. Just for that experience alone I will return and become a regular. Thank you so much for an amazing stay at the hotel and the fun days at the club. I hope you all have amassing life's! -Klimaanlage hat nach Kanalisation gestunken. Wir mussten 12 Uhr Nachts das Zimmer wechseln. - Hellhörige Zimmer. Man hört alles aus der Lobbi und die Zimmernachbarn sowieso, hatten große Probleme weil nebenan immer Party gemacht wurde. (Im Zimmer) Frühstück sehr kleine Portionen, kein Buffet, schlechte Bedienung. - haben kein Geld zurückbekommen obwohl wir das Hotel frühzeitig verlassen haben.

Underbart hotel med precis allt man kan önska sig på semestern. Nära stranden, nära stan, maten är gudomlig, personalen är helt underbar, modernt och coolt byggt.

Pros:- It's and adult only hotel, thus it better suits for solo travelers and couples- Friendly ladies at the reception- Some barmen are friendly and polite- Clean rooms in general - Balconies in the room- A pool with many spare sunbeds- A decent Wi-Fi connection- Close to the embankment - Free entrance to the nearby O Beach Club before 3 pmCons:- Super tiny gym located in common area- Some barmen are chummy (fraternizing) with customers. They require training in manners indeed- The breakfast a la carte was so-so. I tried several options, both the taste and the quality were mediocre- I had to request cleaning 3 (!) times on my 4th day of stay. There was no cleaning in my room before- The wooden keycard was deactivated several times, so had to visit the reception for replacement- Some groups of youngsters behaved like animals. On the other hand, it's Ibiza..

Fantastiskt!! Super trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Absoluta höjdpunkten är maten som är magisk! Vi skulle hyra motocykel och då kan vi göra det genom hotellet och blir skjutsade till uthyrningstället. Inga konstigheter och inga extra avgifter. Hotellet ligger vägg i vägg med en av två bästa nattklubbarna där man kommer in gratis innan 15:00. Annars kostar det 80 euro. Poolparty delux med show av djs dansare och mycket mer. Rena designhotellet! Åk hit! Hotellet ligger inte långt från en av de finaste stränderna jag varit på Cala Tarida.

Easyjet ci annulla un volo e ci manda in questo hotel …unico neo tanto fuori Ibiza ma l’hotel e’a dir poco meraviglioso!! Camere pulite spaziose e ben arredate con un bel terrazzo personale tutto gentilissimo e disponibile in particolar modo la signora Pepa in reception che ci ha rincuorati e si è resa subito gentile carina e disponibile!!! Cibo tutto ottimo dalla colazione alla cena piscina,piccola palestra e tutto ciò che serve per passare dei giorni piacevoli!!! Noi siamo rimasti ancora un giorno a nostre spese non essendoci voli disponibili!! A fianco c’è un posto strepitoso O BEACH dove fanno un pool party degno da film americano da restare senza parole con entrata gratuita per chi soggiorna in hotel!!! Che dire??? Ritornerò sicuramente

Ottimo Hotel!! Ho trascorso 12 giorni piacevolissimi!! Ottimo cibo, pulizia, gentilezza e cortesia del personale.|Piscina con lettini e ombrelloni sempre in ordine. L’Hotel si trova in un punto strategico e comodo per arrivare nel centro a piedi. A fianco si trova “O Beach Ibiza “ una delle discoteche più in voga dell’ isola, gli ospiti dell’Hotel hanno l’ingresso incluso nella fascia pomeridiana. Ho avuto un piccolo incidente e il receptionist ( di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome) mi ha aiutato a risolvere il problema. Grazie! Insomma super contento e sicuramente ritornerò!!! Grazie a Kelvin, Carlos, Antonio, Anna, Pepa, Nevea per la loro professionalità, gentilezza e simpatia.👋 Ah dimenticavo! bravissima anche la chef. 👍😋😋

Tolles Hotel, super Lage in San Antonio. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Ocean Beach Club hat uns nicht gestört, wir mögen Musik und um 23.00 Uhr sind die Partys zu Ende. Das Hotelpersonal ist supernett. Das Essen unglaublich lecker und es wird alles frisch zubereitet. Vom Hotel aus ist alles gut zu erreichen, die Promenade, der Hafen, der Busbahnhof und unzählig viele Bars und Beach Locations. Für uns war es vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations! The rooms were big, we had twin beds and then a sofa bed around the corner so for 2 friends sharing it was really spacious. 2 big balconies with great views. The whole hotel was really clean everywhere and the staff were really friendly. The pool area is a great place to chill out with nice drinks and food, plus you can hear the music from O Beach Club and see the aerial entertainment going on which is really fun. Its a really easy walk along the bay into San Antonio, great location. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Ibiza! Thank you so much :)

Well, it was definitely an experience. Great atmosphere, great music, staff were friendly. It's definitely a place to tick off your bucket list. Just be prepared to have a bank loan. Drinks are so expensive.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and good food. Don't let the fact that is next to OBEACH scare you. The music is not loud, and stops in time. For us it even was more of an advantage.

This is our 4th time staying at THB Ocean Beach in San Antonio and we plan to continue staying here every time we come to Ibiza. We have stayed at other accommodation in San Antonio, however I have to admit that THB is the best in terms of location, cleanliness, customer service. Thank you THB Ocean Beach for making our stay memorable again and look forward to booking again next year!!

Poor service was only given 4 bottles of water for 4 people over 4 days no toilet rolls and towels no complimentary tea and coffee in your room except the worst day no view of the ocean beach bar club blocked by overgrown trees ants nest in your room stench of raw sewage every morning through ac sometimes reception was manned and other times was left waiting a long time to be served the keys kept breaking and having to be replaced what an inconvenience acess to beach club is only accessible to hotel patrons before 2 pm closes at 10 pm and your restricted to 1 side of the club amd its not all its cracked up to be overated felt like same tunes being played on repeat pr reps were amazing good laughs and a great entertainment however I wouldn't recommend ocean beach hotel theres other hotels nearer and better with a nicer view and for a cheaper price mr Lineker you should be ashamed

I can not find any fault with this hotel. The staff are excellent, the food amazing, so much choice. I was lucky enough to have a room over looking the sea, and what a fantastic view. Loved the sunset bar (although you won't see a sun set from there)

I don’t know where to start with this review, 5* service from start to finish, we arrived after a absolute nightmare of an arrival at a different hotel, upon arrival the manager (ramos) was waiting for us outside to welcome us in, checked us straight in and the room was immaculate, cleaners were around throughout all the days which we noticed, towels and beds were made daily. Very nice hotel and the best customer service I’ve ever had. Big shoutout to Carlos and the two young girls who served us each day for our 5 day stay you were amazing! Nothing was ever a problem, service was done with a smile. Just the best staff ever! No complaints for this hotel at all. We were half board and the food was amazing big portions and lots of taste, thank you to the wonderful chef! All in all a great hotel and perfect location. Ocean beach club is next door and nice to hear at the poolside and free entry if you do want to go, I’d recommend going in.

La situación es magnífica, casi en el centro de la bahía, junto al O Beach Club –referente mundial discotequero, cuyas sesiones comienzan a las 13 h. y finalizan a las 23 h., y en el que se puede disfrutar de un ambiente bastante selecto, con buenos espectáculos-, y a dos kilómetros andando del Café del Mar o del Mambo.|Dispone de una buena zona para tomar el sol, con hamacas viejas pero cómodas, y dos piscinas. Buenas toallas, que facilitan gratamente, sin fianzas ni pegas.|También dispone de gym.|La atención es magnífica por parte de todo el personal. Siguiendo mi norma personal, no destacaré a nadie en particular para no hacer ningún feo a los demás, pero sí es cierto que en el departamento de recepción lo bordan. Todo mi ánimo y felicitación para que prosigan en esa línea.|El desayuno supone una muy grata sorpresa, ya que no es bufete, sino a la carta, servido en mesa. Hay distintas variedades –inglés, español, americano, campeón, nórdico, etc.- de buena calidad en sus productos, y con la particularidad de que se puede repetir. Cafés de cafetera –no de máquinas- bien hechos, algo de repostería, fruta, … Falla que el zumo de naranja no es natural, pero no está mal el que facilitan. Salvo los naturales, de los mejores que he tomado. Y un aspecto a destacar para los poco madrugadores: sirven desayunos hasta las 12 del mediodía.|Habitaciones: como en cualquier hotel depende mucho su situación, tamaño, etc. En general están bien, muchas de ellas con buenas vistas a la bahía, las suites disponen de dos televisores, uno en la habitación y otra en el salón, hay caja fuerte gratuita con capacidad para ordenador de 15”, baño de medidas generosas con plato ducha muy cómodo y que no resbala, lencería acorde a la categoría del hotel, colchones muy cómodos y por parte del personal siempre dispuestos a atender cualquier necesidad del cliente. Y ¡oh! grata sorpresa: a pesar de lo que en un primer momento se pueda pensar, ni un ruido por las noches, ni una voz más alta que otra. Descanso total.|Limpieza: todo el hotel está muy limpio, si bien es cierto que en lo que respecta al servicio de habitaciones se detecta un cierto descontrol quizás debido a usos de la clientela del hotel –quizás trasnochadora y poco madrugadora- o por falta de personal. Es posible encontrar a las tres, a las cuatro de la tarde, … la habitación sin hacer. Es el único “pero” que le he encontrado al hotel, y que claro, cuando se aproxima la hora de salida del personal de habitaciones, las cinco de la tarde, y quedan varias por hacer, las susodichas se hacen como se hacen. |¿Recomendable? Totalmente. |

Parking facile derrière l'hôtel , hôtel calme même si on entend les bruits la nuit. Nourriture exceptionnelle spécialement les desserts et les petits déjeuners a la carte.

Hotel in ottima posizione per stare centrali ma non troppo, ovvero zona di movida a 10 minuti a piedi ma perfetto anche per riposare. È sul mare con discesa non privata, ma è la traversa successiva, parcheggio gratuito ed offre skills a 360*. Pulizia dei luoghi ottima sulle camere un pó meno ma solo sui dettagli, personale e servizio da 10 super gentili e capaci di consigliare qualsiasi cosa, esempio in 15 minuti mi hanno fatto arrivare l’auto a noleggio. Piscine perfette cosi come la colazione. IMPORTANTE ha una discoteca all’aperto al suo interno quindi il pomeriggio non dormi ma non lo nascondono quindi è scelta propria. Note negative: la palestra non è palestra quindi x i fissati come me, è un piccolo ripiego ! E purtroppo il letto non è comodissimo . Ma se posso ci ritorno

Siamo stati in questo bellissimo hotel una settimana a settembre. Inizio con il dire che l'hotel è pulito,colazione a la carta soprattutto x il salato mentre le briosc e altro erano già esposte.noi avevano optato x la mezza pensione e la cena era molto buona.il personale molto gentile e parlano anche italiano. L'albergo dista 1chilometro e mezzo circa dal centro passeggiando sul lungo mare molto piacevole. Vicino c'è anche un parcheggio per le macchine. Che dire tutto perfetto grazie a tutti voi dello staff.

Lo recomiendo 100%!!!! Inmejorable! El trato del personal un 10 en todo! Desde que entramos por la puerta el primer día, Espe nos ayudó con la búsqueda del coche de alquiler, dudas que teníamos ( y no pocas) los demás, que no recuerdo el nombre toooodos super amables y dispuestos a ayudar en lo que necesitaramos. Los desayunos son espectaculares y había igualmente una chica morena muy amable y simpática. La habitación supee amplia, la cama comodísima, las vistas a la bahía super bonitas. Es que estamos encantados!! MUCHAS GRACIAS A TODO EL PERSONAL POR HACEE NUESTRA ESTANCIA EN IBIZA TAN FÁCIL!!!

Abbiamo alloggiato qui ad aprile e siamo stati molto bene: struttura moderna e ben arredata, camere spaziose pulitissime e curate nei dettagli, area piscina comoda con lettini sempre a disposizione. Parcheggio adiacente alla struttura e posizione strategica vicino al centro.

Mega nette Leute, sind von anderen thb Hotel (Ibiza Stadt) gekommen, da wir gerne zur Poolparty wollten (gratis Eintritt für thb Gäste) , leider hatte uns niemand gesagt dass man sich ein Tag vorher dafür melden muss damit man auf die Gästeliste kommt. Somit standen wir da und wussten nicht ob wir reinkommen, was natürlich ziemlich schade gewesen wäre, da wir ja auch von Ibiza Stadt kamen mit dem Bus. Die Mitarbeiter haben uns weitergeholfen und den Chef geholt, dieser gab uns dann Bändchen zum reinkommen und erklärte uns nochmal wie wir es beim nächsten mal machen sollen. Somit hatten wir ne tolle Party und gute Laune. Danke nochmal an die super netten Mitarbeiter und die Ausnahme vom Chef. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Immer wieder gerne.

Just back from a 5 night half board stay! First time in ibiza and it was amazing hotel has a nice chilled vibe food and drinks are excellent and staff very friendly rooms clean and spacious what else could you ask for ! Location also perfect 🥰

Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Hotel THB Ocean Beach, da unser Flug ausgefallen war. Wir hatten ein wunderbares Zimmer - die Suite und hatten ein sehr leckeres Abendessen und hervorragendes Frühstück à la carte. Ein Büffet gab es zumindest während unseres kurzen Aufenthalts nicht. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich den Service, dass ein vergessenes Armband uns ohne weitere Kosten nach Deutschland geschickt wurde.

Estuve alojado en este hotel con mi pareja el pasado fin de semana y hemos estado impresionantemente bien. El trato de todo el personal de recepción siempre muy atentos e impecables, pedimos otra almohada para dormir y no nos pusieron ninguna pega. En la piscina se respiraba un ambiente tranquilo y agradable, perfecto para tomar el sol y relajarse que es lo que necesitábamos. El último día fuimos la club de al lado pero al final preferimos quedarnos en la piscina del hotel por comodidad. En general muy bien, muy recomendable calidad precio para una escapada ahora en pleno Octubre. Volveremos!

Iberia nos canceló el vuelo a última hora de la noche en mitad de Agosto, con todos los hoteles casi llenos y nos alojaron en este hotel. Desde el primer momento que llegamos, un trato exquisito de todo el personal. Los servicios del hotel geniales y la comida buenísima. Está muy bien localizado. Destacar el buen hacer y el trato del director Pedro, que nos hizo sentir como en casa. Sin duda estas cosas te marcan y cuando te tratan así de bien te guardas este hotel como referencia en Ibiza para alojarte en un futuro y recomendarlo. Gracias!

Bella struttura, posizione ottima e servita bene...personale cordiale, preparato e gentile, colazione fantastica ma ...l'unica pecca è la pulizia, purtroppo. Abbiamo trovato il pavimento della stanza sporco sin dal primo giorno (briciole ovunque) e gli asciugamani non proprio lindi (macchie e/o capelli) né hanno provveduto a cambiarli il giorno dopo. Inoltre pulivano la stanza nel tardo pomeriggio per cui è capitato che alle 17 non avevano ancora provveduto al riassetto.

Super séjour dans cet hôtel

Wir waren 9 Tage im THB Ocean Beach als Familie. Positiv: - Sauberkeit (Zimmer waren in einem Top Zustand) und die Zimmermädchen waren stets freundlich. - Pool und Liegen waren ebenso sauber und gepflegt. - Der Meerblick aus dem Zimmer ist schön. - Grosser kostenloser Parkplatz vorhanden. (direkt neben dem Hotel) Negativ: - Bei der Ankunft war eine Begrüßung durch das Personal an der Rezeption nicht erfreulich. - Unser Zimmer war erst nach einer Std. Bezugsbereit. - Frühstück sehr übersichtlich leider sehr auf englisches Publikum eingestellt.(kein Buffet) - Als Urlaub mit der Famile ist das Hotel weniger geeignet. - Nachts bzw. bis in die Morgenstunden grölende und betrunkene Hotelgäste die einem um den Schlaf bringen.(Türen schlagen) - Die TV Sender sind schlecht eingestellt , immer wieder Bildausfälle. (in der heutigen Zeit ein NoGo) - Wenn man wie wir im Dritten Stock ein Zimmer bekommt muss man viel Treppen steigen da der Aufzug oft defekt bzw. ausser Betrieb ist. - Laute Musik vom Ocean Beach Club nebenan. - manchmal Abwassergeruch im Zimmer und Flur. P.S: Vor und rund um das Hotel tumeln sich meist zwei bis drei Dealer die ständig Marihuana verticken - betrifft nicht das Hotel - ist nur eine Randbemerkung.

Good location, if you are at the pool, you can hear the music from Ocean beach club. The rooms are big. We got an upgrade because our a/c got broken. Thb Ocean beach and Ocean beach club is not the same brand. But you can get a discount, but only if you arrive early at Ocean beach club. But that discount you can get somewhere else aswell.

Bon hotel au service impeccable et a l'équipe très sympathique et professionnel. Clim qui ne fonctionnait pas mais la température et la brise marine on été clémente. Petit dej sous forme de menu et servi à table de bonne qualité même si j'aurais aimé une version " à la française" leur menu "hearty" était très bien. Bar et cocktail et service snack impeccable. Noté : très bon.

La ubicación, instalaciones y la atención del personal del hotel fué excelente. Hemos estado 4 días y en todo momento nos hemos sentido muy cómodos, las habitaciones son amplias y modernas, así como las zonas comunes. El director y el personal de recepción nos ayudaron a conocer mejor la isal con sus consejos. La última noche nos quedamos a cenar en el hotel y nos sorprendió la calidad del rte. Cuando volvamos a Ibiza, volveremos seguro al Thb Ocean Beach

Lugar inmejorable donde desconectar, el ambiente de parejas en la zona de la piscina es excelente, puedes comer y beber gran variedad de bebidas con la música de fondo, personal muy atento y comida de 10. Segundo año seguido repitiendo y en un futuro sin dudarlo.

Una estancia de 5*!! El hotel no es muy grande pero es lo que le da el encanto. La habitación muy confortable, todo muy limpio y el servicio muy bueno. El personal muy atento y muy bien ambiente. Estuvimos genial en la piscina, todo muy limpio, los cócteles muy ricos y las instalaciones geniales! Mi agradecimiento a todo el personal por hacernos pasar unos días perfectos! Volveremos sin duda!!

We paid a lot of money for a suite which was alright besides the fact that their air conditioning does not work properly, we asked the receptionist to change our room which they did after a lot of backwards and forwards, when we got to the the other room it had the same problem! We also had empty shampoo and shower gel containers that did not get changed by room service. I would say save your money and stay away from this hotel. We have now gone to wiki-woo which is cheaper and a whole lot nicer.

Room was large and spacious, we were upgraded as we had just got married and didn't like our first room. The fridge in our room did not get cold and we were accused of not paying our breakfast bill even though we payed there and then and showed the online bank statement.

j'ai passé une semaine dans cet hôtel en demi pension ||les points positif c'est l'emplacement très bien situé au cœur de San Antonio a coté de la plage (même si c'est loin d’être les plus belles )||le personnel très agréable est souriant ||la nourriture bonne et varié ||chambre propre et grande salle de bain ||l'espace piscine bar est agréable pour se détendre|| les points négatifs||les prix des boissons au bars ||la literie (un peu dure a mon gout)

Passez votre chemin ! Cet hôtel soit disant 4 étoiles, ne respectent pas du tout les standards. Le ménage est très mal fait pour ne pas fait. En effet, il y avait encore des cheveux dans la douche avec un linge par dessus essayant de cacher ce manque d’hygiène. La literie est affreusement dure et pas du tout confortable. Ils nous ont fourni une planche et un fer à repasser cassés. Par ailleurs, il n’y avait pas de pile dans le téléphone de la chambre. Les gens ne sont pas du tout professionnels et répondent tardivement aux demandes. Il y a encore tant de chose à dire! Et dire que nous avions réservée leur meilleure chambre (Suite). En résumé, nous regrettons intégralement et nous considérons important de remonter ces points afin que tout le monde soit au courant des pubs mensongères de cet hôtel sur le net. A fuir si vous ne voulez pas perdre votre argent, au meme prix vous aurez beaucoup, beaucoup mieux.

Fantástico Hotel!!! Lo encontré de casualidad porque tuve que dejar el hotel que había reservado porque era un fiasco y este hotel me sorprendió muy gratamente. Habitaciones impecables y muy amplias. Ubicación predilecta, atención espectacular, pero sin duda alguna, el premio es para la comida. Desayuno incluido a la carta pero sin límites... DELICIOSO! Repetiría sin duda si vuelvo a Ibiza.

Our holiday was just unbelievable, loved it to bits, very good location, so clean pool area, beautiful view, lovely food. Could be better selection on spirits. I like Tea Maria, it was nothing like that in the pub, at all. But barmen was very supportive & doing a good mix of coctails on my choice. All the staff was so welcoming & helpful. Wi Fi is a really bad, its always on and off more so in roo. 206. It made my one week stay so bad since I am a business traveller. I had to switch on my roaming mobile internet. I also didn't like the BREAKFAST because it was the same menu everyday. And I was surprised thay, their breakfast is not BUFFET hmmm. Nevertheless, the evening bar staff were sooo nice and charming. The pool is neat

Cet hôtel permet de se reposer tout en étant aussi un club très prisé. Le service est efficace et discret. Rien à redire sinon qu'il faut y aller!!!

Loved my stay at Hotel THB Ocean Beach. The staff were very friendly and my room was ready when I got there 3 hours early. The breakfast was of quality and the drinks at the bar were great. Definitely would recommend staying here and getting the ocean view room.

Pour mon court séjour à Ibiza je suis tombé sur cet hôtel qui offrait ce que je recherchais : proximité centre, plages, piscine extérieure et le vrai plus cet hôtel donne accès à tarif préférentiel aux pool party qui ont lieu tous les jours dans le club collé et appartenant à l’hôtel Océan beach. |Le petit déjeuner est servi à table on a le choix entre 7 menus différents, le personnel est accueillant et disponible. Ayant été en fin saison nous avions de la place sur les transats au bord de la piscine sans problème. Clairement un très bon rapport qualité prix

This is a must when going to San Antonio. You can pay on entry or do as we do and book the hotel its beautiful. The staff are amazing. Poolside is gorgeous with free pool towels. You can also order food and the drinks are fab. Plus book through the ocean beach website it gets you free entry into ocean beach and you get a free cocktail too. Just amazing. Go you'll regret it if you don't.

Unlike its neighbouring gigantic hotels this one is relatively cosy. Breakfast is ok. We rather enjoyed our late suppers, they were definitely above average european hotel cooking. Yes, Ocean Beach Club behind the fence won't let you sleep at night on weekends.

Tried to order food this evening was told i could not as they had to many people to feed. Then when i rang back to speak to reception to ask if i could go down to the restaurant I was then told that there was no longer any food available as the cook is sick. One cook for a hotel of 63 rooms its absolutely ridiculous. More like an excuse if ever I heard one. Truly a joke and only our second day here Feel to pack up and move hotels.

Basically paying 5 star prices for a 3 star hotel, but alas this is Ibiza. Breakfast is actually the shining star, ala Carte but the staff treat it as unlimited and give you anything you want bottle of water, orange juice, a perfect hangover cure for the late nights out on the Island, and the beach club right next door is really a wild time.

Great hotel, fantastic service with very friendly staff. Pool and bar is great with a great chilled out atmosphere. Our junior suite was a great choice of rooms we would definately recommended staying here

I was really excited about this hotel due to it's location and clientele, but the lack of in-room Wi-Fi and bad pillows made me want to move. The room we had was spacious and the lighting was fun too.

Very clean and modern hotel with almost a perfect location. Great pool and has a pool club next door with discounted admission.

Good spot to let loose for a couple days

Loved this hotel. The staff are just wonderful, the rooms were amazing, clean and stocked with everything you need. The view from our balcony was just the best! The breakfast is really good in the morning! The front desk was really helpful when we had an issue with the neighboring hotel. They got us a room and they even got is an early breakfast for the day we're checking out. No complaints here. Would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat!
