Great hotel,very clean and great friendly staff especially the reception staff Gloria and Oscar

We booked last minute for a week, all inclusive in October 2025. |Great hotel, rooms spotlessly clean, great shower, comfy bed and pillow.|Staff were fantastic, despite it being last week of season they were friendly, efficient and worked extremely hard. I hope they are appreciated by hotel management as they are a fantastic asset to the hotel!|Restaurant food was great, good variety (though at times could have been hotter)|Only a 10 minute walk into St Eulalia which is a lovely area. |My only complaint would be that the pool area (loungers, tables etc) could do with a good clean, things were very grubby. Hopefully this area is on the list for an upgrade!|All in all, great value for money and I would recommend as a good 3 star (not 4 as advertised).|Would stay again as it was just so chilled and relaxed - thank you!

Just got home from a lovely two week stay at the Sirenis Hotel Club Siesta.|I can’t praise the staff enough. The staff in the dining room always helpful and friendly as was the bar staff. Gloria and Christina on the reception welcomed us and gave us lots of useful information. Good selection of food available lunch time from the outside bar area and the dining room. Very much enjoyed the entertainment in the evenings something to suit everyone. We are looking to return again next year.

This was our first time in Ibiza so we were so lucky we chose to stay at this lovely hotel. The staff are the ones who deserve the most credit for our enjoyable stay. Every one of them was brilliant. |The bedrooms are large and very clean. The beds extremely comfortable. The only criticism is that there could have been more drawers for storage. |The food was excellent. lots of choice at every mealtime. The dining room was very nicely set out. |We think that this hotel would be ideal as an adults only hotel rather than a family one. There is not a lot for children to do.|The hotel is a short walk to Santa Eulalia which is a beautiful place. |Thank you for making our first stay in Ibiza so enjoyable.

Slightly mislead by the platinum rating from TUI, but still a pleasant holiday. Good food, lovely staff and nice surroundings. We don't go away to watch TV, (good job because the signal was awful) but during wet days, it would have been nice to watch it.

Absolutely a fine hotel with a very nice staff. Food is good, although sometimes preparation was under par. E.g. on one night cod was dry and rubbery. Staff in dining area was always very helpful and quick. Especially Celeste was always willing to fulfill the wish for creating a special kind of breakfast.|Staff at reception went out of their way to give us tips and advice, such as bus times etc. |The pool was not heated, that was somewhat disappointing (and cold).

Second stay here mainly due to the price at just over £500 each,we usually like to try somewhere new each holiday.Good value for money for all inclusive.Yes this is such a friendly hotel,you feel safe and well looked after.The food is good quality and mostly varied at each meal time.I personally liked the different special salads each day.Always pizza,chips and spaghetti bolognese plus a fish & meat on the grill.I dont really feel on the whole its a 4star platinum as feel things could do with some improvements.Sunbeds look ok until you sit on them,sag in the middle and the tables next to them need a good clean.Drinks are very poor quality,the wine especially was undrinkable,but cava was ok and the beer.Soft drinks and water on tap by the pool bar to save queuing.The pool snack bar opens 12-5 and all freshly cooked to order,burgers,hotdogs,chips and sandwiches.Small Book swap/library very useful.|Taxi to airport 35€.

Very good hotel, most of the staff very pleasant and work very hard to keep guests happy. A quiet location to stay which suited us. A short 10-15 minute work to the town center. A couple of niggly things like the safe an no information in the rooms about the hotel , restaurant and bar time's. Although all this , is on a automatic information screen beside the reception area but was not aware whilst checking in. Same regarding the safe. Overall a great experience.

Pulling up we were a little put off as there’s no flashy lights of huge signage, it may look like a generic hotel on any island in the Balearic but the feeling is much much more. Friendly doesn’t cover it! Each and every staff member was brilliant, special mention to Irene,Carlos, Antonio and Grego at the bar/pool bar, smiley faces day or night The rooms are clean and tidy if a little tired but overall it was a pleasant stay with many a night huddled from the storm in the cosy bar! The food is varied and there is something for everyone, every night. Easy walking distance to Santa Eulària. Siesta its self lives up to its Spanish namesake, sleepy and relaxed. The pool is freezing and the pool area could go with an upgrade. But still, a fab week in the white isle!

Another great holiday, 5th stay in last 4 years. All staff are sooo helpful and work sooo hard. |Celeste in restaurant was amazing, catering to our every need. Explaining dishes and what complemented each one. Loved our omelette, poached eggs and pancakes in morning especially. Thank you Celeste, restaurant staff headed by Andy (Louis, Anthony sorry didn't get the ladies name) were very efficient and assisted as required. |Reception (Gloria, Christina, Joachin & Joachin) were knowledgeable and also answered any questions. |Bar staff - Grego, Anihoa, Irene, Naiana, Aziz and Carlos put so much effort in looking after every guest. |Antonio thank you for your fresh made to order lunches at the snack bar and service at night in entertainment room.|4 out 5 stars due to - no cleaning of pool area. Floor, bins, beds or tables not cleaned all holiday (14 days). Spoke to the hotel manager Matutes (I think) and he said that they have someone in between 6pm-8pm (but he only had time to straighten all the beds). But he did say this will definitely improve.|We will see next year. Thanks to the staff.

Stayed here with my partner for a restful break. This was exactly what we got and we found it perfect for our needs. From our arrival the staff were friendly and attentive. Gloria in reception is fantastic. Nothing is too much for her. The food is great and couldn't fault our room. The area of Eulalia has a boho/chic vibe which we loved. It's the staff that make this hotel what it is. They have done an amazing job with their recruitment. I have stayed in many countries over the years and I can honestly say that I have never been to a more friendlier hotel than this. This then overlaps onto the guests. Meaning no sunbed wars, etc. Good times all round. The only minor negative I have is that the sunbeds around the pool are quite dated and in need of replacing in the near future. But this didn't impact on our enjoyment at all. The number of returning holiday makers says it all really. Thanks to all the staff and we may see you again soon...

The staff are the heartbeat of the hotel. In the Restaurant Andi and the team of Luis, Jessica, Anthoni, Mardi, Dani and Celeste are brilliant. Its a pleasure to be served by them all. Mention too to the Head chef and his team for the superb food. In the bar Carlos, Gregor, Aziz, and Antonio, Ainhoa, Irena and Naiara they are also a pleasure to be served by. On reception Gloria, Christina, Richard and Joachim are all professional and polite. Also a mention to Billy who cleaned our room and did a great job. All the chambermaids work very hard too. I hope the management hold them all in high esteem. Just to be constructive, quite a bit of maintenance is required in the close season. We will be back in May.

A nice hotel situated near the marine strip/beach with just a brisk 15 minute walk away, in a lovely local area. Modern rooms that have recently been refurbished and modified. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception, in the kitchen & restaurant and maintenance staff dotting around the hotel. A particular mention to one of the waiters, Luis. Me and my partner noticed he was waiting on us breakfast, lunch and dinner every single time, every single day during our weeks stay; always with such lovely manners, doing several jobs at once, always busy with a smile on his face, more than willing to be of any help and very polite and hardworking. All the staff were amazing😊

Lovely place, food was great, plenty of choice. Staff were lovely. But definitely not a 4 star like tui say it is.

Zeker geen 4 sterren waard, eten in restaurant was vaak lauw , toetjes bevroren, lang wachten tot je wat te drinken kreeg. Kamer leek schoon, maar als je grondiger ging kijken overal stofnesten in de hoekjes en onder het bed. Geen overkapping en parasol wilden ze niet neerzetten. Een rottrap op met je koffer, helpen deden ze niet. Personeel bij zwembad wel erg aardig en werkten keihard met maar 2 man personeel.|Geen parkeerplek voor de gehuurde auto, je moest zelf maar kijken waar je hem neer kon zetten in de straat. Auto van personeel stond tegen de gehuurde auto aan geparkeerd. Daar werd heel laconiek over gedaan. |Nooit meer daar terug

How this can be rated a 4star I don’t know and TUI Platinum they are having a laugh. Apparently the 4 star rating is just a tick box exercise WiFi Gym sun loungers the rep informs us. Not a chance is this 4 Stars. If you normally go 4 star please please don’t waste your money as this is just a 3 star and that’s pushing it.

Wat een fantastisch hotel. Zeer schoon, heel vriendelijke medewerkers. Maar het eten is helemaal ongekend, zo veel keus en van top kwaliteit. Helaas wel handdoekje leggen bij zwembad, maar daar kan hotel niets aan doen. Kortom een parel!

Nice quiet hotel with great food and staff. Safe short walk to the marina.

Wow, where to start. We went through a package holiday with TUI who I would also avoid at all costs. The food at the hotel is almost inedible which makes having a good selection at the buffet a complete waste. Whether you dine at the buffet, snack bar or a la carte restaurant, you will be disappointed. The rooms were okay, although the first room we got shown had a broken back door lock and wasn’t particularly clean. The hallways also remind you of something out of a horror movie. Very outdated in general. The staff at the front desk are moody and not very helpful. We were also harassed by some horrendous guests which showcases the hotels usual clientele. All-in-all a complete disaster of a week and I would recommend all to avoid who think they’re getting a 4-star experience. It is 2, possible 3 star at best.

Aardig personeel ze staan dag en nacht voor je klaar vragen regelmatig hoe het gaat of je nog plezier hebt geven je tips over de omgeving ook qua verkeer geven ze je tips 1 week lang hier geweest alles met de bus gedaan hele mooie dingen en plekken gezien. Eten is uitstekend . Het was een geweldige fijne ervaring.

Absolutely lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, the staff are all so helpful, and everyone of them works their socks off, and always with a smile. Food was great, and lots of choice, you won’t be disappointed, lovely walks and beach nearby, me and my boyfriend had a lovely relaxing stay., I would say, the pool area / sunbeds fills up quickly, and the hotel could do with providing more sunbeds. Quiet location of Ibiza ( I was i worried it maybe a little loud / busy etc ) but it’s the perfect chilled break. You won’t be sorry

Goed, schoon, compleet en gezellig hotel.|Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, goed en gevarieerd eten. Ook de lokatie is prima. Niet heel druk en toch redelijk dichtbij de boulevard. We hebben het erg leuk gehad!

Amazing experience, especially Andi who was the restaurant manager, he was extremely polite and make sure we had a wonderful time 😊

Great hotel with amazing staff, a walk town is down hill. Food is good more suitable to adults as not much for children to do

We stayed at Sirenis Siesta for eleven days. The room had a bit of maintance overdue comparing to the four stars that this hotel has. The food was really good especially the cakes. All the employees are very friendly. And a big thanks to the animationteam Marco and Stephan who made us laugh everyday and organized lots of activitys during the day!

Its ok. Some great food. Lovely staff. Terrible coffee. Unusable gym.

Prima resort. Alleen het grill restaurant is geen aanrader. Wij hadden gekozen voor vlees, dit was echt pikzwart en totaal verbrand. We hebben het niet opgegeten. Het eten in het buffetrestaurant was goed. Uitgebreid ontbijt , lunch en diner. Veel variatie, goed op temperatuur en veel dingen ter plaatse bereid.

17-5-2024 sorry for the late revew but here it is me and my partner was looking some sun peace and quite and we found it and more the staf was very friendly from the reception to the room service they was all easy going and allways ready to help loved talking to them all and having a nice chat what a place did not feel out of place or not welcome i would love to come back we was in the junior suite AC was amazing the vew was stunning and the lay out of the room was beautiful the food and drinks i dont even know where to start allways food and drink cant go hungry inside you had a food cort and outside you had a snak shack burger pizza you name it the bar staff was allways happy to chat but allways busy we did not take many pics as we was living in the moment but the pics we did take do not do the lovely hotel any honnore of its true nature oh yes and the ducks liked the pool as much as i did (warning its deeper than it looks) found out how deep its was the hard way

This hotel isn't quite 4 stars in my opinion, but it's a high 3* (3.5 if I could). It's good, but not amazing. The best part of the hotel which feels 5* is the staff, they are super friendly and helpful, they made our stay feel special and I'm thankful for them. The air-conditioning didn't keep the room very cool and apparently this was because it isn't activated properly till later in the season. An extra fan would have been nice. The TV had limited options and it regularly crashed. The shower water didn't have great pressure at times. The swimming pool is a lot smaller and colder than I expected. The plates/bowes were often dirty which was off-putting.

Just had a week stay 14th to 21st Oct we had a brilliant stay ,rooms lovley food ,very good and plenty for everyone ,snack bar was very good too ,service by everyone was excellent a big well done their all work very hard 👏👏👏the only down side was the lack of entertainment during the day it says should have been water polo,darts,table tennis, water aerobics at certain times of the day but nothing at all also run out of ice creams I know it's nearly end of season but should still offer everything it states Other than that it was a brilliant stay and will be returning

Hotel is prima om het eiland te verkennen. Het eten wordt geserveerd in een zeer ongezellige eetzaal. Maar je gaat natuurlijk niet in het hotel eten er zijn zoveel leuke restaurants op Ibiza. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Hoofdzakelijk veel Engelse die de hele dag in het hotel verblijven. Om de hoek zit het leuke strandje Playa Canina met een klein strandtentje. Ook is het hotel op loopafstand van Santa Eulalia. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. De dame van Tui is in de ochtend aanwezig en heeft veel leuke tips.

Great hotel had a week here all inc super value

Well, I will say this.... The hotel is good and the food is good too. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The staff work hard to ensure your stay here is remembered for the right reasons. The walk to the beach is around 10 minutes then the harbour can be seen when you enter the beach. Near the harbour is the restaurant B and B where Kevin and Perry stayed at in the film Kevin and Perry in Ibiza. Enjoy this hotel and enjoy the area too.

In augustus 2024 hebben wij verbleven in Hotel Sirenis Club Siesta. Op het eerste oog lijkt het hotel wat gedateerd. Ook is de sfeer in het restaurant niet geweldig. Het eten is daarentegen van uitstekende kwaliteit en de mensen zijn ontzettend vriendelijk. Ook het zwembad is goed en je kunt de hele middag lekker bij de snackbar eten, waar ook vriendelijke mensen staan.||De kamers zijn prima, stijlvol ingericht en prima balkon. Hoewel we redelijk hebben geslapen, zijn de bedden sterk verouderd en lijkt het net of je op een doorgezakte lattenbodem ligt. Badkamer is schoon en de douche is prima. ||Het hotel ligt dicht bij Santa Eulalia, wat een leuke badplaats is voor een drankje, winkelen en een hapje uit eten. Ook het strand is hier prima. Verder hebben wij een auto gehuurd om onder meer Ibiza-stad, een hippiemarkt, eiland Formentera en enkele dorpjes te kunnen bezoeken. Allemaal aanraders.||Namens ons gezin willen we een aantal medewerkers in het bijzonder bedanken voor een zeer fijne vakantie: Grego, Andy, Emanuele, Victor, Marcos, Cristians, Carlos and everyone we forgot. ||A special special thanks to the great singer who was here on tuesday, who sang some great rock songs nearby the pool. We don’t know his name but he called himself “the big fat geezer.” Hope you’re doing alright! ;)

Samen met het gezin hebben wij een fantastische vakantie bij Club Siesta gehad. Het hotel zelf is wat verouderd, maar de kamers, het eten en de mensen zijn geweldig. Op loopafstand van Santa Eulalia, wat ontzettend leuk is. Wij hebben zelf een auto gehuurd om optimaal te genieten van het weekje weg.||Aanrader wanneer je op zoek bent naar een prima hotel met gastvrije medewerkers en uitzonderlijk goed eten voor een 4-sterren hotel. ||Special thanks to Andy, Marcos, Emanuele, Victor, Grego & Cristians.

Clean, comfortable, with a casual but up market feel. 10 minute walk to the beach that has a great promenade & feel.

I just thought it was wonderful. A real relaxed and chilled vibe. Food and drink very nice and plentiful. The staff were so helpful and friendly, such a rarity! The area is gorgeous with loads of bars and restaurants and the local beach not crowded and unspoilt. Lots of good things to say about Sirenis Hotel Club Siesta!

Beautifull hotel, nice garden, but the receptionist sucks. Doesnt even take the time to call a taxi.

Wow what a hotel. From checking in to checking out the holiday was delightful. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant to the bar to the snack bar even the maintaince guys were great . Hardworking helpful and so polite . The cleaners too . I need to name the guys because I feel they need mentioning to say thanku so much . Restaurant .Emanuelle victor Juana Andy Marlos Cristians thanku so much . Didn't get names of all the women and men cooking the food and the chief who made our omelets but would like to thank them too .Bar Carlos Luis Grego Aithoa and Christina . You kept us topped up with drinks and food and so friendly . Last but not least the front desk Claudine Oscar Gloria Richard Joaquin you were there when we needed advice directions.one evening my friend needed rice at 1am in the morning to put her phone in . It went in the sea and it was sorted . 3 days later it was working again . I cannot miss out Elaine the Tui rep She was great and full of ideas on trips and were too visit .Last of all Marcia the entertainment person . Lovely lady She had a very hard job on her own trying to sort out entertainment out.The entertainment was good of an evening but it was inside . Singers Spanish dancers etc Not hotels fault due to being in a residential area have to keep music down . The pool lovely and can always get a bed which is great . The rooms lovely spacious clean One of the best rooms I have stayed in abroad . The cleaners kept on top of rooms but u need to pur ur sign on ur door handle if want room cleaned . Last but not least the food . For all inclusive the food nice . The breakfast best of all . Hopefully I have not missed anything out . I would like to thank you all for my friend and myselfs lovely stay at your hotel.Sorry also meant to say . Short stroll to beach and shops . A great Spar across the road too .

All staff are brilliant entertainer a bit overpowering pool clenliness lets the hotel down good food always plenty to suit all tastes not realy child friendly a good entertainer which involves children would benefit this hotel

Lugar tranquilo para las vacaciones

Just returning from a lovely holiday with a group of friends. Although rooms are smaller than we are used too, they are well maintained and very clean, as is the rest of the hotel. Pool area has enough beds so getting a bed was not a problem. Staff very friend and helpful names that come to mind is Christina and Claudine. Didn’t do any organised trips but walked into the centre of Santa Eulalia and also down to Siesta beach which was very quiet. Local Spar just across the road and pharmacy just a 3 minute walk. Got a bus into Ibiza old town which was easy, well worth a visit and used the onsite Restaurant on our last night - food very nice and made a change from the buffet although all food from the buffet or round the pool was fine.

Comfortable room. Very clean. Lovely pool area. Staff work very hard. The balcony is private with a good view. They totally understand my husband's gluten intolerance needs. Signing into the wifi is unnecessarily cumbersome. Needs sorting. The entertainment needs investment. We felt sorry for the lady doing it all on her own.

We have returned to this hotel many times, and quite honestly, it is a fantastic place to stay, firstly, it’s location is a 20 minute walk to Santa Eulalia where the main shops, bars and restaurants are located. It’s a beautiful stroll either along the beach or footpath. Starting with the staff; at reception Claudine, Gloria, Richard, Joaquin. Then in the bar, Carlos, Antonio, Azziz, Grego, Luis, Christina, Anyioa, then in the kitchen Andy and Karen. I even need to mention Hector the caretaker who was so determined to fix our tv when the internet was playing up! Javier the manager is very present and hands on. All the staff are very attentive, caring, professional and VERY kind and attentive. Little things, like Antonio always having my husband’s ice pop ready in the morning before having to ask for it just before setting off for our walk. The food is fresh, and there is always a wide choice, and something for everyone. The rooms are spotlessly clean. There is entertainment in the evening, Flamingo singers, magicians, bingo and quiz nights. This is the perfect getaway if you have worked hard for your money all year. This is a hidden gem.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our week in this comfortable, peaceful hotel. The staff in reception, dining room and bar are outstandingly helpful and attentive. The food choice is excellent for a hotel of this size with lots of healthy options. The 15 minute stroll across the footbridge to the town is beautiful, as is the promenade and town centre itself where there are many good quality restaurants. Useful improvements to the rooms would be somewhere convenient to store your cases and a larger bedside shelf. The bar decor is very bare and there are some small pokey rooms behind it which nobody uses so they could be improved. However, these structural issues may not be easy to change. The pool and area around it are small. If you can accept those limitations and the location not being in the town (we like a walk), this is an excellent choice of hotel for families and those seeking to escape town noise.

All inclusive hotel in Siesta on the edge of Santa Eulalia town. Rooms are clean, could be more storage. Hotel is very clean. Staff are lovely, very pleasant, helpful & hard working.The food overall was generally good could be more choice as there was 3 different styles of pork ,chicken or fish every other night. Grego was fantastic would make me any drink I asked for, Cristina was always smiling and asking us our drinks order every 10-15 minutes, Andy in the restaurant was making sure all guest were happy and tables constantly cleaned The entertainment bar men are fantastic and always smiling and laughing. The only down fall is how far away bars and clubs are and that the walk back from them is a steep hill overall nice first holiday for a couple looking to relax.

Hier doet men z'n uiterste best om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Fijne kamer, goed restaurant en topservice! Een echte aanrader!

Very friendly staff. Rooms are really clean. The hotel entertainment should advertised better as sometimes you never know what is on.

The pros: Reception staff and location is great - thats about it. Shout out to both girls at reception, the tui rep and Andy and Gergo. Rooms are as described. The cons: 1. Food is cold all the time 2. Hardly any vegetarian options - found meat in my vegetarian dish... 3. Christina seems to have bad reviews all around as well as carlos the bar guy, no idea why they still works here - very rude (and I'm not sure if Christina racist or not) but she just refuses to serve us. 4. Pool is really cold 5. Double beds have a gap in them (two singles). I rarely rate hotels this bad - but im afraid TIU will have a lot of explaining to do upon my return. I will be seeking some compensation.

Stayed for a week with friends What a lovley hotel food was good The rooms we're very clean and the maid came in every day and gave us clean towels All the team of staff no matter where you went in the hotel were brilliant the reception team went out of there way for you we wanted candles for a cake and the lady on the desk bought them for us The staff were like one big family The location was good not to far to walk into town infact I believe it was a nice walk However I had bad knees and had to get a taxi which wasn't a problem The food in the hotel was very good they had a good choice each day The entertainment was very good, they had flamingo dancers one night, bingo,music quiz and singers We all had a brilliant time Thank you very much Hotel club sirenis

All inclusive hotel in Siesta on the edge of Santa Eulalia town. Rooms a little on the small side & storage could be better. Hotel was very clean. Staff are lovely, very pleasant, helpful & hard working. The food overall was generally good but not great. The main downside of the hotel is the all-inclusive drinks, very poor. Many guests were paying extra for branded drinks. Overall a good hotel & worth a visit.

If this place was listed as a three-star hotel, then I would be leaving a five-star review. The staff are all incredibly friendly (which is handy, mind you, as the room comes with zero information about the hotel, amenities, activities, or meal  times, so anything that you want to know, you have to ask). The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. However, this place is a good five years past its four-star "platinum" rating, with its cheap white plastic loungers and chairs, a relatively small pool (despite the deceptive TUI photos), and signs of disrepair all around. Meals were very hit and miss, and often difficult to make a meal out of the random selection provided. And although we were all-inclusive, we ended up eating out for a good half of our stay.  Thankfully, we booked this place at a bargain price, whereas many other guests here at the same time had paid Double our price at over £1,100 per person. If we had paid that price, we would be feeling very differently about this holiday.

Dieses Hotel sehr OK das ist ja sauberste Hotel von Ibiza es sollte eigentlich fünf Sterne sein aber ja tschüss

Best place we’ve stayed by far!!! Will deffo return! Short walk to the beach and shops/ restaurants I wouldn’t say it’s down hill like it says it’s a very small hill deffo 5* place! The staff are absolutely amazing and so friendly I also would say it’s LGBTQ friendly

Great hotel. We went all inclusive and the meal options were plentiful, and there were far more hits than misses. Drinks were equally satisfying. The pool was cold, but a reasonable size. Location wise it is just a 5 minute stroll from a secluded beach with crystal clear waters or a more touristy lifeguard protected beach is a 20 minute stroll away. Town is a further 5 minutes as is the local Catholic church on the hill. Bear in mind all roads back to the hotel lead up. Handily there is also a Spar shop located across the road (don't forget about local siestas though). Above all the staff made the holiday for us and we're a credit to the hotel. From reception to entertainments, bar staff restaurant and cleaners....all were fantastic.

Nice hotel, but not what we'd expect from a 4 star. Rooms are clean but basic. Beds comfortable. Pool is small and freezing cold at this time of the year. Food was the greatest disappointment, with a very basic offering. Nice to see Ibiza, but wouldn't rush back

Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Heel vriendelijk en hardwerkend personeel, erg behulpzaam. Kamers zijn leuk opgeknapt, bedden zijn goed, bad en douche prima. Locatie is rustig, op loopafstand van boulevard maar ver weg van het echte feestgedeelte van Ibiza. Buffetten zijn geweldig, iedere dag weer een verrassing!

Wij waren in september 2023 hier, Wij vinden de personeel heel aardig en erg vriendelijk, Elexandra en Charly en Marcos en alle andere hebben hun best gedaan. Kamer was schoon en netjes. Eten was heerlijk en elke dag anders. Was maar een zwembad, en beetje te klein.

It's our 4 visit here but not been since covid,great to see the high standards of service expected has not dropped, the manager must be very proud to have such dedicated staff,who make this hotel Special! The evening meal outside is superb, excellent chef,and made memorable by Aziz his attention to detail and impeccable service are to be commended. Cannot recommend this hotel higher, can't fault it in anyway!But it's the amazing staff who set this hotel above others!

Hemos estado con un day pass. 20€ por persona,acceso a la piscina en régimen de todo incluido. Bebidas, cócteles,comida,bufé,snack....todo! Ha estado genial,las bebidas buenas y la comida muy rica y variada. La piscina con un ambiente muy tranquilo. Por ese dinero en Ibiza no te tomas ni dos cervezas!! Relación calidad precio 1000\100!! Nosotros a parte hemos cogido una cama balinesa por 15€ y nos han regalado encima,una sangría de cava. Esto está genial!!

Nette kamers, lekker eten (veel keuze). Lekkere cocktails! Hele vriendelijke medewerkers, maken graag een praatje met je. Er is elke avond entertainment. Je kunt er heerlijk relaxen bij het zwembad. We hebben zelf een auto gehuurd om de rest van het eiland te bekijken, dit kun je gemakkelijk via de receptie regelen! Strand is vlakbij, kwartiertje lopen. Een fijne week gehad ☀️🇪🇸

So it’s our last day here a group of 6 of us in our 50s from wales ,room modern but small food lovely ,staff made our stay amazing don’t really want too mention names as every single one here from reception too the cleaners chefs waiters bar staff the entertainer can’t fault them all been lush as we say in wales ,so if you don’t want too venture out lovely pool loads of beds not a lot of entertainment around the pool what we normally enjoy but some music snack bar 12-5 lovely food ,spa opposite for your brands proper coke crisps etc,15 minute walk too the beach if you don’t mind hills ,ok walking down abit hard walking up if hot like it has been this week,lovely restaurants cafes there ,would we stay here again ,we would say yes for the staff and food but not enough entertainment although in our 50s we like too party ,if you like chilled and relax we would say this is your place ,

The hotel is not bad, the staff are friendly, the facilities are OK, the food is decent, we booked a last minute week in the sun, and it did what we needed. A 20 min walk into santa eulalia provides more of a lively place. Overall no real issues. A nice week in the sun.

Cogimos day pass mi novio y yo y la verdad es que uno de los mejores planes para pasar el domingo. Servicio majísimo , variedad en comida y ambiente de la piscina agradable. Muy a gusto! Isaac de cocina y Pepe de recepción muy buena gente. Gracias por todo :-)

It should not be a TUI platinum hotel but the staff all are are very friendly and work very hard especially Carlos. Enjoyed getting made a fresh omelette each morning and participating in the entertainment throughout the day. Enjoyed the walk into Santa Eulalia each evening where there is a range of fabulous bars and restaurants.

Great hotel and great staff would recommend to everyone 👍🏽

Nice quiet location only a short distance from the town & beach. The walking distance is about 15 minutes and the taxi is about €8. We went for the all inclusive, which I probably wouldn't do again. The lunch and dinner wasn't great, there was mostly the same dishes every day. I'm not sure why but every plate or bowel we picked up was dripping wet. The snack bar wasn't great either, we ate there once but we waited over 40minutes for our food. The burger wasn't great and the chips were undercooked. We never got to book the outdoor restaurant since it was fully booked up the last 3 nights which was a bit disappointing as we were sick of the food at the buffet. The entertainment wasn't great at all. We went to the music quiz one of the nights and didn't return for any of the others but we could hear it when sitting beside the pool. The rooms were nice and clean, great shower and comfy beds with a nice view. We did have an issue on the last night where when we returned to our room, there was a huge puddle on the ground with water dripping from the lights. We went to the reception where the receptionist wasn't exactly very helpful. I went back down and he offered to change our room for the night but I was given a bucket and towels to place down myself. The restaurant staff were friendly as was Pepe at reception, he is a great man and the hotel is lucky to have him.

We had a amazing 6 days holiday, the location was pretty decent as well as the renovated rooms. The service from the reception was fantastic. We enjoyed being served by the amazing crew, especially Cristina was fantastically, she always had a big smile and served with joy and hospitality. Lois from behind the bar, did a great job too, he was quick and very friendly!

Outside The resort is small - pictures online are deceiving One medium pool and a small kids pool Not enough sun loungers/parasols for guests Parasols are not large enough for the sun loungers Paid €15 for a cabana and was told it comes with sangria which I didn’t get The cabana did not have weighted curtains just thin sheets that blow everywhere and was ripped Gym has very old equipment There are lounging areas overlooking the pool/outside that could be useful but just empty space Inside Reception staff are lovely Richard Pepe and Claudine WIFI is quite good Rooms are spacious but dated Horrible brown doors that slam Well cleaned everyday Could not control the AC TV had British channels but would play up at times i.e not turn on, freeze, would have to unplug it multiple times No USB ports in rooms Room 10 had ants/winged ants infestation would see 13-20 ants/winged ants on the toilet floor each day asked multiple times for the window which doesn’t open to be sealed. They sent the housekeeper with fly/any spray and when asked again was told the handy man would seal the window he came and fixed the toilet door instead :/ Shower was good had an option for over head or normal adjusting head but the hose was not attached and was leaking from the bottom so not much pressure They left a nice soap bar on the last night of the trip Anemeties It is a short walk to the beach around 10 mins and 15 mins to some shops which have nice bars and restaurants open in the evening You can get a 40min bus (but felt a lot quicker) into elvissa for McDonald’s, Zara and other stores/eateries Food The food is very basic and of a low standard It is made for the British palate - very bland food The meat lasagne and meat cannoli had mushed mince inside as if it’s made for elderly people in a care home The snack bar food is awful I didn’t know burgers (chicken or beef) could be so bad No authenticity to the Spanish tradition and culture The Brazilian restaurant onsite is nice but again food is a little unseasoned and lacked flavour General This is a British dominant hotel hence the bland tasting food Not very engaging for other ethnicities The outdoor area seems like a British pub in the evening Some of the bristish guests would stare as if certain ethnicities should not attend this resort A few of the guests however were lovely and would smile make small convo I over heard a very loud gentleman say to staff “I will see you next year. I’ll be back next year” I for one won’t be back. Sorry

Goed hotel, vriendelijk personeel. Ontvangst bij receptie erg aardig. Vooral Pepe. Grote schone kamer. Eten is genoeg keuze. Heerlijk eten bij het alla carte restaurant van het hotel. Goede koks Rafael en Aziz. Hotel iets van het centrum maar mooie wandeling van 10 minuten naar de boulevard langs het strand. Met de boot of bus kan je overal naartoe. Echt aanrader.

Sochtends om 9.30 kwamen we aan in het hotel en we mochten gelijk ontbijten. Onze kamer was al klaar dus we hoefden niet te wachten. We hadden met 3 personen een grote kamer. De kamer was schoon en netjes. De Bedden waren ook goed. Het eten was goed. Vooral al a carte restaurant was zeer goed. Met kok Rafaël en Aziz. Je mag1x gebruik maken van al a carte restaurant. Tijdens het eten wordt het drinken geserveerd dus je eten wordt niet koud. Het personeel is allemaal heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Als je dagje weggaat kan je een lunchpakketje meekrijgen en als je sochtends vroeg terugvliegt kan je ook nog eerst ontbijten. De ligging is net iets uit het centrum maar het is een mooie wandeling van ong 3000 stappen. Echt top hotel met zeer goede service.

Staff are lovely however, the hotel is a bit dated and needs a revamp. Not much entertainment at the hotel either but its a 15 minute walk to the beach and lots of eatery. If your from the ethnic minority be prepared to be stared at, some where nice although some where amazed or in disgust that black people could possibly be in Spain!! which was the let down. I won't be coming here again.

Not my cup of tea zal ik maar zeggen. ||Restaurant elke dag hetzelfde of gewoon op! Mayonaise en kip nuggets bijvoorbeeld op en dat werd pas weer over 4 dagen geleverd. Bizar! |Eten vaak lauw of gewoon koud. Natte borden elke dag. ||De wifi en verbinding in het algemeen slecht en/of niet bereikbaar. ||Gerenoveerde kamers met gaten nog in het plafond en geen badkamer deur. Alleen een glazen deur met inkijk bescherming. Zeer summier. Niet fijn met pubers.||Entertainment bijna niet gezien. Flamenco show werd na 1 uur gecanceld omdat ze geen muziek aangesloten kregen. |Muziekboxen stuk, dus zeer luidruchtig geschreeuw met een dartgame waar iedereen in het kleine zwembad moest springen. Handig met een jonger kind. ||Kortom groot deel van personeel doet zijn best. Het hotel ligt prima maar is denk ik niet geschikt voor de Nederlandse markt.

Great little gem of a hotel! Can’t fault the friendly staff, especially Charlie (aka Carlos!) and Rafa, plus the two entertainment guys! Thank you! Also the chefs…👌🏼 foot was delicious!!! So much variety each day but also great to have consistent food, as my kids loved their breakfast pancakes, watermelon and their chips! 🤣 Rooms were spotless, clean, modern, well air conditioned. The only big bear about rooms was I could hear all the doors slamming 😬 not sure that can be helped by any hotel really, but my door was stiff to close so had to bang it shut 😬 Bars and drinks were varied and staff were very tentative. Loved the pool entertainment we had such a laugh, but again the only improvement that would make this hotel even better, and would make me return, is if they had some sort of children’s entertainment, even once or twice a week. A mini disco or something, then cater for the adults the rest of the nights. It’s a very family orientated hotel it’s a shame nothing to brighten the kids up….. expect Charlie and staff at the buffet with their antics 🤣😂🤣😂 Still, a disco once in while or at least Inflatables allowed in the pool, or a kids activity during the day once or twice would make me come back. Great for adults though and luckily my kids made some friends and they had an amazing time!

Good hotel .not platinum though. Nice location little walk into to resort. Nice and clean . Bar and lounge non descript. Entertainment area more like a hall. The staff lovely work really hard and do many roles.

We are staying at the Sirenis at the time of writing on a family holiday. We arrived on their opening day (May 1st this year) and I really can't recommend it enough, although there are a few caveats; Location: 15 walk (downhill) to the center of Eularia and the Marina. A slight incline on the way back up close to the hotel, but nothing too strenuous. There is a bar and a Spar right across the road from the hotel for items which you may need (the hotel doesn't provide small bottles of water for example). Our room has a sea view and gets the sun in the morning. Facilities: The hotel offers 2 outdoor (unheated) pools. The first is a small half metre deep kids pool and the second is an "adult" pool, though our 7yr old loved being in both, when we were brave enough to get in. There are a lot of sun loungers laid out around the pool area, some shade for those of us who prefer it given by trees and with canopies and space for around 80 people right next to the bar and poolside food area. The hotel provides entertainment during the day (archery for example) but most people just enjoy the chilled atmosphere. There are 2 pool tables and an indoor bar area and chill out area. Towels can be hired from the hotel if you need them. Food: Quite simply, the best range of food we've ever had at a hotel. The food really is very good. Staff: All round everyone is super friendly at the hotel and can't offer up help fast enough if they see that you need something or are looking for something. Drinks: Typical all inclusive drinks (it will take a few more than usual to get tipsy) but a good selection nonetheless. The only thing that has been a very slight negative is that there weren't a lot of kids at the hotel, the guests being mostly in their 40 and above (myself and wife are both in our 40's). Although my son loved the pools, there aren't any slides or anything to keep typical kids busy but that hasn't been much of a problem as we travelled with family. It should be mentioned that the average age of people staying here looks to be approx 50-70yrs old. All in all the hotel is excellent, very well maintained and the staff and food are amazing. Santa Eularia is also very nice with a nice chilled atmosphere and I think we would definitely return to this area.

WE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL IN SEPTEMBER THE HOTEL WAS SPOTLESS AND FOOD WAS LOVELY AND THE STAFF COULDN'T DO ENOUGH FOR YOU. I WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK HERE. THE POSITION OF THE HOTEL IS GREAT AND ITS A LOVELY TEN MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH AND SEA FRONT WITH LOTS OF BARS AND RESTAURANTS.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, plenty of choice in the restaurant. Went for a lovely meal in the A La Carte restaurant it was delicious. Not forgetting Alfonso in the restaurant ( very brown) keep it up your doing great. Definitely return to this hotel. Thanks everyone

Ook wij hadden de kamer boven de bar, en idd lawaai tot 's nachts en aan de voorkant vrachtwagens, bussen en wat al niet meer vanwege doorgaande weg.||Armoedige badkamer met douche in ligbad waarvan de douchekop niet vast te maken was en het geheel gedateerd.||De "kantine" was geheel ingericht op de hoeveelheid Engelse gasten met vieze tafelkleden en borden die zeiknat rechtstreeks vanuit de vaatwasser bij het buffet werden neergezet, 2 koffie automaten die allebei niet functioneerde.||Diverse sap automaten met een of ander verschrikkelijk zoet en niet te definieren goedje wat voor jus d orange moest doorgaan.||En ten slotte mag iedere gast 1 x tijdens het verblijf eten in het "speciale" restaurant buiten alwaar men stukken vlees van spiezen op bord krijgt die het niet gek zouden doen onder je schoenen.||Kortom, wij zouden niemand dit hotel aanraden, mits je alles voor lief neemt en graag in een Engels kampement verblijft.

Just returned from a brilliant week at the Sirenis. Great location, great hotel with fantastic food. Although not marketed as an Adult Only Hotel there were very few children just very young babies or teenagers. Easy walk to the beaches and marina where there are loads of restaurants and bars. All the staff at the hotel were fantastic and work really hard All Inclusive very good, Millie great trying to get people to participate in various activities!! Entertainment was good would highly recommend and would certainly visit again thanks all for a great week.

Lovely hotel just a short walk from the promenade. Good sized rooms cleaned daily, food was ok and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Great holiday. Just as good as the other times we've been here (2) Food excellent. Staff and service excellent. A little extra storage space in bedrooms would be nice, but a very minor issue. One thing to be aware of: Smoking outside restaurants and hotels is now banned in the Balearics. We could smoke on our balconies and in a designated place at the front of the hotel. We couldn't smoke around the pool at all. Perhaps other people were already aware of this, and I'm just daft! Just a little annoying that our Travel Agent didn't inform us when we booked. Wouldn't prevent me coming back though.

Excellent hotel , rooms spotless , chef Isaac and team doing a wonderful job with the food , plenty of choice for the most fussiest of persons . The gym a little on the small side with no air con ( phew). Bar staff always polite and helpful constantly on the go . Less than a ten minute walk to the marina and beach , great to visit in the evening a very lovely vibe going on . Will be visiting again . Jo and Simon

Stayed here from the 22nd through to the 29August . Lovely hotel,good location. All staff absolutely amazing, really can't do enough to assist you. ( I personally would like to see some type of maybe glass box within the reception are for visitors to leave tips, and could be shared with all staff at the end of the holiday season ) as apose to only certain staff being passed tips. Food very good, and lots of choice, will definitely be returning & would highly recommend. Beautiful sunrises just a very short walk away.

Here now and having a fabulous holiday! Hotel is spotless, all the staff have been nothing but polite and friendly and have gone out of their way to help where needed. They’ve been amazing catering for multiple food allergies. Their a la carte restaurant is absolutely worth a visit; you can only go once on your stay….just arrive hungry as you’re given everything on their set menu! Room has everything you need. Air con has worked brilliantly and kept a really even cool temp. Housekeeping have been brilliant and always returned to a spotless room every day. Pool is lovely! Highly recommend the massage (payable at booking), snack bar doesn’t offer anything for multiple allergies but I ate in the hotel anyway at lunch times from their buffet so easily accommodated my needs. Very, very child friendly hotel and would absolutely suit my son despite his multiple complex special needs. Hotel geared up for those wheelchair dependant too. Bus stop right outside the hotel is a bonus for exploring the island. Santa Eulalia main area is a short 10 min walk away; lots of shops, restaurants, bars. For water sports head to the marina where you can also catch the ferry to explore Ibiza further! To sum up a week away staying here? I’m gutted to be going home tomorrow!

We had a great holiday here. The service was excellent and they worked hard to cater for one of our party who had dietary requirements due to a medical condition. They were attentive and always polite and helpful. Everyone from cleaners, waiting staff, reception to bar staff were always happy and made a great effort to ensure we had what we needed. It's the second time we've stayed at this hotel and we loved it just as much as the first. The beach, bars, restaurants and shops are only a short walk away. Views from the rooms are great in most cases. The only thing that stopped rooms getting a 5 was the aircon took quite a while to cool the room and some fixtures and fittings looked a little tired or required repair.

#FreeJoanne!!! Dirty rooms for a 4 star hotel. Absolutely horrendous, you save up all year to go on holiday here and end up getting a room with hairs and dirty floors everywhere. When you ask if you can move room the staff say "no becuase then the other guests will complain"

A lovely lady named Joanne recieved the worst experience!!! She saved to go to a lovely hotel and when she gets there it's so dirty with dust and wires and it looked nothing like the pictures! The staff refused to allow them to change rooms as apparently if they let them move the next guest would too complain about that room. Disgusting, this is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Would not recommend!

I cannot believe this place! Firstly this lovely lady called Joanne was refused a better room after it was filthy 🤢. One of the receptionist keeps a cockroach as a pet and a mouse brought me my lunch. I couldn’t believe it when my room wasn’t available because the hotels manager needed a nap in me bed!! WOULD NOT RECCOMEND

dirty room, lots of dust, hotel refused to let us move rooms telling us they cant because the next person to come into that room will also complain as an excuse.

Great hotel & friendly staff, no tea/coffee in rooms, so remember to put some in your suitcase! They so have a kettle and fridge. 😁 rooms are basic and air con not great but clean, tidy, and comfortable. Swimming pool is superb, I'm very fussy what pools I get in, having worked in the industry and water treatment. The water remained clean & clear even though it was busy! Lots of activities to do or just relax by the pool with a book. Beach's are just down the road and loved the hill view from the balcony.

Food was good, rooms clean, and amazing staff. Special thanks to Michael for keeping every day engaging leading the daily events.

The room was very nice we stopped in 239 over looking the pool had a really nice view the room the room was cleaned every day the food was good plenty to choose from. The out side restaurant you can visit once a week was excellent definitely recommended if you like bbq's. The pool bar was ok for a small snak. All the staff work very hard trying there best to sort everyone's problems out as quick as possible nothing was to much trouble!! SO BIG SHOUT OUT TO THEM ALL 😉 The only criticism iv got is I don't think it's a 4* platinum hotel more like a 3* but that's down to tui not the hotel all in all I had a very nice stay.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are modern and the staff really go above and beyond, especially the restaurant staff (shoutout to Alfonso). There were plenty of vegetarian options at every meal so I never went hungry. The evening entertainment building was separate from the main bar which meant there was never much of an audience, would be better if this was put on in the main building. Sunbeds could do with being updated as they were quite uncomfortable and sagging in the middle and also more parasols. Overall a really lovely stay!

The staff in this hotel create a lovely atmosphere as its so friendly and welcoming . We loved the food and I'm a VERY fussy eater but enjoyed everything I ate . The hotel is spotless . Reception staff helpfull with anything you need to know . Thank you to Alfonso in the restaurant , he's great fun 😀.

Arrived home 2 days ago. From the first moment the staff were fantastic, Pepe and Maria on the desk to Alfonso in the Restaurant, Number 1, they could not be more helpful and genuinely nice. The food was excellent with a very large variety, fruits, cold meats, cheese, hots foods, salad bar, bread bar, deserts and even pizza and chips if that's your thing. The room was modern, clean with air conditioning. The TV was UK tv catering for us the UK guest, the hotel was clean and everyone very helpful. The pool was nice, good size and clean, enough loungers and while some other guests were towel warriors getting up early I never felt the need and always got a spot. I hired a car and I always had a spot at the front however it is first come first served but there were spaces on the street as well. Negatives? Not really, has a misunderstanding with a bar man but he came over apologise which he didn't have to really. I don't normally go to the same place a second time but with this hotel it was excellent and represented great value for money. Its the staff that really made this place what it is. 100% recommend.

Loving it! Fab value, food varied and delicious, great staff, quality drinks on AI package. Pool area clean with lots of sunbeds, fresh water pool with separate kiddies pool. Nothing too much bother for the staff, so helpful and friendly. Comfy and clean room with maid every day to change towels, make up room etc. No complaints at all, good value for money AI package with TUI.

Hotel lovely, all staff friendly and hard working. Food great. Pool excellent. Bus stop right outside €1.5 in to town taxi about €7.

Very friendly staff and food was excellent

The staff are very friendly, you will hear lots of words like champion, very brown tea coffee whisky when you have breakfast or lunch. The food was very good despite what some others have said, obviously those people like to dine out at Gordon Ramsay's (who's food is overrated). The rooms are spotless. A fee niggles was that the TV kept crashing due to the WiFi going down, but this wasn't a huge issue as don't watch TV on holiday. The entertainment was a bit hit and miss, when things were advertised at 9.30 a couple of nights this didn't happen. I am also sure that Yorkshire air landed the week we stayed as we had lots of northerners looking for mushy pea colada which was a bit annoying.

Un hotel muy familiar

Place was spotless. Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly except one waiter at the snack bar who was a bit on the grumpy side twice with my partner. We're not big on hotel entertainment when we go on holiday and didn't go to all the acts but the reviews from other guests were very positive in general. There was enough choice of food for us in the buffet restaurant over the three sittings and generally was tasty enough. There was only one night when I thought that the selections I made were a bit overcooked. The hotel was a bit further away from the main bars and restaurants along the beach front than I would normally be used to and there was a bit of a hill to negotiate (good on the way down but not so much on the way back up). Not a major problem as we were all inclusive but it did put us off from venturing off to the main drag. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go again.

3rd or 4th visit here. Small friendly hotel. Town centre area is downhill not so good coming back if you're not so good on your feet.

A wonderful hotel which is supported by a team of very hard working and extremely friendly staff. From the dining room, kitchen, housekeeping, entertainment, bar and reception teams everyone made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. A special mention to Antonio and Javi in the he snack bar, Christina and Luis in the bar and also Pepe and Gloria on reception who could not be more helpful. We shall definitely be returning to the Hotel Club Siesta. The Manager David should be very proud of the entire team who makes the hotel a very special place to holiday.

Good staff made you feel welcome,food was not up to 4 star standard slow to replenish and sometimes cold also poor choice on some days.Stay away from the a la carte as poor service left 15 minutes without a drink after been told they did not have enough food cooked (there were only 8 people dining ) so got up and went into the restaurant followed by two of the other diners.Rooms were clean and hotel was very tidy need to up their game not suited for kids and entertainment is poor.

The thing that made our stay so enjoyable was the staff, from the cleaner Laura, to the proactive manager, the dining crew, Alfonso, Piadad, Juani, Christina & others who we can’t put names to, made this one of our most memorable holidays. Add to this the comfortable room & comfy bed, the amazing choice of food with scrumptious cakes! We had a great time & have no hesitation to recommend this lovely friendly hotel. We will definitely be back 🤩

Lovely friendly hotel. The staff are happy to help quickly with any problems. The rooms are so clean and the beds are comfortable. Yhe swimming pool is just the right size and it has plenty of sunloungers. The food is to die for and the evening entertainment is ok. I would totally come back to this hotel again. It is also not far to the beach and shops and it is short bus trip to the main Ibiza town. The town has lots of nice cafés and restaurants and the shops are good too. The hotel is to far from the airport and I'd say it is a four star but I think it should be a five. It has been do relaxing and the staff are so nice. It is must to go to for a holiday.

Pros Most of the staff (especially Luis) was amazing but they work so hard from morning to night and it began to show as they were so tired, this did sometimes reflect on the service. One member of staff to maintain a bar with over 100 rooms is not enough. Enough sun loungers Cons When we arrived and before we had even checked in we were asked for 50 euros tourist tax!!! We arrived in the early hours of the morning and there was no food or drinks available (other guests told us they were looked after so it clearly depends on who you get on shift as we had to go to a bar opposite and pay!!!). This hotel sadly does not reflect the advert written for it! All inclusive it is not this, you have to pre order and select a package deal for the mini bar!!! Drink and eat when they say, as there are time restrictions. We were 3 weeks from the end of season so they kept running out of items: ice-cream, beer, onion rings... I asked for dietary requirements and this was adhered to for ONE day! Food was always cold from the hotel counter and we had to use a microwave to heat it up. Drinks were served by staff in the restaurant ("canteen") but they were too busy so you had to keep chasing someone for a drink as unable to help yourself!!! Drinks were served in plastic or paper cups to save on washing up but many, many times mine had lipstick on. Drinks were okay but watered down and 3/4 of the glass was ice so unable to taste drink. Entertainment was one guy who worked when he wanted and not to the timescales on the notice board, he chose activities to suit him and not the crowd, he turned off 'his' music which was on loud speaker and on repeat (same old songs) when he took a break so as "for the great pool scene" there was no atmosphere (thus making this a retirement home), therefore I would not recommend this hotel for entertainment as basically you had to make your own (which isn't a problem BUT we chose a hotel which was meant to have this included day time and evening time so extremely disappointed). It rained for a couple of days and was told to play a board game, which had pieces missing and was covered in food debris. In over week I did not see any aqua aerobics, water polo or volley ball as your website and their schedule states - it was a joke. I even asked him several occasions what is available and he said nothing, no-one wants to do anything. So one day we turned up with 2 other couple and said we want to participate he "let us" have 2 goes and said times up!!! We were there a total of 10 minutes and he were not allowed to continue the game without him, he left and when and sat in the bar chatting up any single women he could find, so insulting. Evening entertainment was ridiculous, he half hearty called out bingo numbers for 5 minutes then a 20 minute quiz before closing for the evening, entertainers were not around 'it was end of season". Plus the ceiling and lights were dripping with water when we showed the staff they yes YOU need to tell someone to get fixed!!! As for the a la carte restaurant 'you were only allowed to use one visit per stay'!!! Pool side grill was one guy cooking for the whole hotel and was basically anything they had available deep fried! As for the spa - this was not mentioned or highlighted anywhere! Same as the water taxi! With all this i feel robbed as this was not worth the money we paid and having known all this would not have booked this place, It is very sad as it has so much potential. We spoke to the rep but she was clueless and went home after a couple of days so had other reps who really didn't care either.

One of the nicest hotels we've stayed at. The hotel is very clean and tidy, not too big and situated in a great location just 10 minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants not that you would need to eat out at all as the food in the hotel was superb. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help. Overall, great value for money.

Wij hadden een kamer aan de achterzijde boven de keuken. Elke nacht vanaf 04.00uur herrie met leveranciers, vuilophaaldienst, deuren en karren. |All inclusive is zonder flesje water. Bij de Spar tegenover zelf te kopen. Kraanwater is op Ibiza niet verkrijgbaar. Het platte water in de bar is alleen een rap met sterke chloorsmaak. Alleen bruiswater is zonder smaak. |De bedden zijn slap en je ligt in een geul in het midden. |Drank bij het ontbijt zoals fruitsap en koffie is allemaal gezoet. Niet zonder extra suiker te krijgen. |Personeel overal is aardig en vriendelijk. |Geen 4 sterren waard. Zeker gezien de kamers achterzijde.

Second year running at this hotel. Stayed for two weeks. Absolutely marvellous. Nothing too much trouble, friendly staff, amazing food and brilliant weather. What more could you ask for. Will definitely be booking again.

Eten en kamers zijn goed, schoon en zeer vriendelijk personeel, mooi omgeving maar het zwembad is klein en heeft beperkte voorzieningen en veel regels(niet duiken, geen drank bij het water, geen luchtbedden etc.), geen echte buitenbar, elke dag de zelfde, vaak oude muziek van Abba, Boney M, Tom Jones etc. De muziek wordt op 1 speaker bij het zwembad afgespeeld, waarom worden er niet een aantal kleine speakers geïnstalleerd rondom het zwembad, de badmeester zou dan tevens op een DJ plek kunnen zitten zodat hij/zij goed zicht heeft op de pool en er meer een “Ibiza” sfeer gecreëerd wordt want die vind ik totaal ontbreken. Sportveldje ligt direct aan het zwembad wat bij sommige mensen irritatie veroorzaakt. TV heeft geen NL-talige zenders. 80% Engelse gasten. Directe omgeving van het hotel heeft geen sfeer, geen leuke winkels en/of horeca, hiervoor moet je dus richting de boulevard lopen. Verlichting in de eetzaal en ‘s avonds op het terras is voor Nederlandse normen niet sfeervol te noemen. Kortom, we zijn op Ibiza geweest maar voor het Ibiza gevoel zul je er echt op uit moeten gaan.

Last minute holiday so wasn’t expecting too much. When we arrived the reception staff were very efficient and welcoming. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The room clean and fresh and clearly well maintained. As our first time at a Ai hotel we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of food on offer. There was enough choice for even the most fussy eaters. When you see a whole salmon on offer you know they are putting a lot of effort into it. Breakfast actually had sausages that tasted familiar and black pudding was available a couple of days. Eggs were cooked to order so if the ones on show weren’t to your liking you could have others. The pool was clean and cool enough to be refreshing without being cold enough to dread using it. Bar staff were very polite and friendly. Anna must complete a marathon most days. If you wanted water you just asked for it. A couple of things that could have been better. Would have liked a pillow choice as the bolster was a bit high and hard. Would have preferred the entertainment to be outside rather than away from the bar area. This could possibly be due to noise in a residential area. All in all a very nice spotlessly clean hotel with very friendly efficient staff.

Stay was amazing, great to relax. Rooms are good size with nice balcony. Smart TVs in the room are great especially as they have a lot of English channels. Always enough sun loungers. Great day time entertainment. Staff are so good and friendly especially Toni, toni served our drinks most days when we went down to eat and remembered us and remembered what we drank sometimes before we even sat down he was already getting our drinks ready to bring to our table he is a credit to the hotel. Pepe was amazing, we didn’t like the view in the first room and by the second day Pepe had us in a new room with one of the best views. Florence the TUI rep was really helpful telling us what there is to do in the hotel and with good knowledge of what to do around Ibiza. The beds in the room are really comfy and the room is clean. Spar shop is literally across the road for anything you forgot to bring and for PG tips. Breakfast is really nice with every option from a full English breakfast. Every night there is a different themed night for food that helps with variety of food. Good timings are set out well especially with being able to get things from the snack bar from 12-5. It’s good that you can get ice cream throughout the day from the bar. There is always a life guard at the pool throughout the duration of the the pool opening times. The cleaners do a amazing job and even if you leave your room late they will still clean it. A few pointers for the hotel: - WiFi isn’t always strong and when it drops speed the tv channels stop - tea in the room isn’t very nice - would be nicer to have double beds instead of two twin beds pushed together - gym could do with some more air con gets very hot In there - some entertainment on the daytime entertainment planner are not carried out and they seem to pick and choose what they're going to do. - not enough storage in the wardrobe, could definitely do with more coat hangers. Overall recommend this hotel to couples and older families that want to relax.

Great friendly staff and service wonderful food and something for everyone

I will start with the good points rooms are very good. Most of the staff were very friendly. The snack bar food is very nice. Now for the bad points first of all the plates and the knife and forks were disgusting not washed properly at all dirty stains on them for me personally this is very off putting as its a must to have clean plates ect i have become ill whilst being here and that wouldn't have helped. The main food you have for breakfast lunch and dinner is not great definitely not 4 star quality thats for sure. The entertainment is not very good either very outdated and also it closes very early which then makes you feel bored and just sat there outside drinking so disappointed with that. There is a special restaurant on site which you can visit once a week depending how long you stay we haven't been yet going there tonight but speaking with other guest they have said its 5 star quality amazing food so look forward to that. But to be honest overall i give this hotel 3 star definitely not 4 star quality. Oh and one last thing they dont allow inflatables in the pool which i think is ridiculous tbh ok the pool is not massive but they could just limit the amount people have in the pool example 2 inflatables at a time only that would be fine so yeah overall a bit disappointed

Lacking quality, only 3 star

The hotel doesn't have great reviews, I prefer to make my own judgement. Staff are so friendly, helpful, and polite..but for me what's made me so happy is not the trimmings, pool, or room but these points..1, recycling plastic drinking glasses!! Straws are NOT on offer!!, hand gel outside dinner hall!! Cotton napkins at dinner!! Don't pay attention to trip advisor, those ppl obviously don't appreciate quality!

Zeer gastvrij hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel.||Goede schoonmaak en All inclusief eten was niet hoogstaand maar ruim voldoende.||Ook hier vriendelijk personeel.||Het alle cart restaurant was eten veel te zout en niet ingesteld op grote groep.||Matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe waren bij een ieder doorgezakt.

Een rustig hotel, erg vriendelijk personeel. Eten is prima en afwisselend. Kamers zijn netjes ingericht en schoon. Wel erg veel Engelsen. Zeker een aanrader.

It was a good 3star stay,

Het hotel ligt net buiten het centrum van santa eulalia. Heerlijk rustig hotel waar service hoog in het vaandel staat. Kamer is groot en schoon, personeel super vriendelijk en de all-inn formule is prima. Je komt echt niets te kort en het eten is lekker.|Het zwembad is niet super groot maar er zijn ruim voldoende ligbedden aanwezig. Handoekje leggen is dus niet nodig! Wil je een weekje je batterij opladen en gewoon genieten dan is dit er een super hotel voor.

Would recommend this small hotel to anyone. Staff were fantastic always had a smile and all went the extra mile to make our holiday wonderful. Food was amazing excellent fish dishes everyday. Sushi, dim sum, Spanish night etc etc. Room spotlessly clean and modern. Entertainers tried really hard with very limited resources. Due to its location in a residential area all evening events were inside. Not good, too hot inside even with aircon. 10 min walk to town, family town no rowdy bars or clubs. Very good beach.

Second time of staying in this hotel. Just returned home from a 7 night stay. The hotel had been refurbed since our last visit and was nice clean and tidy. The toilet and shower although lovely and quite modern gave lack of privacy for my husband and step daughter who would have to acknowledge that they would be using the facilities. The aircon was good/quiet. The toilet light and fan would stay on the only way to switch it off was to flick the switch in the fuse board otherwise sleep would have been difficult. The hotel is quiet. Food is ok not a great selection and is repeated a fair bit. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Always sunbeds available. One down side for us was the evening entertainment being inside was not for us. Why have a beautiful setting, glorious weather and be made to sit inside a room to watch performers. There was no music to listen to if you did sit outside so not so great. The location is good with a couple of shops on the doorstep and only a short walk into Santa Eulalia itself which is lovely. Would defo stay again.

Lovely hotel. Nice location. The staff where polite friendly and helpful. All of them. I have stayed at many a hotel in Spain. And you always get one or two of the staff who are surly and resentful. But not at the sirenis club siesta.

Stayed during 2nd & 3rd weeks of Jun18, two couples all inclusive. Rooms 4/5. Modern and clean. Towels and room cleaned daily, beds made up daily but not changed...same pillow cases on bed start to end of hols. Slight drain smell in room 1st floor, but found this to arise each time aircon was left on. Not many hangers in wardrobe or clothes space. TV relies on WiFi which stopped intermittently. Has a small fridge, decent hairdryer and safe. No iron though. Pool & Bar 4/5. Plenty of sun beds available even up to 9:30am after which time the prime bed spots would be gone. Early towel droppers as usual, but beds can still always be found. Music around the pool area only arises when the hotel rep Luca is around. Its the same during the evening. Shame as he plays great music. Local beer on tap is Sam Miguel, cold but bland. Local spirits weak in strength. A positive is that you were not restricted on numbers of drinks ordered each time as with other hotels. Restaurant 3/5. Limited options, repetitive mornings and evenings. Used pool snack bar most lunchtimes as provided freshly cooked food to your request. Entertainment 1/5. Very poor. Would have been better outside where most guests preferred to sit. Both daily and evening entertainment needs improving. A special 'clappie clappie' to Luca who provided at least some form of guest engagement without pressurising guests into it. Santa Eulalia 5/5. A great resort with lots to offer. Clean, great prominade, plenty of bars and restaurants and shops. The Marina is lovely and also offers bars & restaurants. Lots to choose from. My brother and I visited the only Ibiza golf course and enjoyed a few drinks, the firing range and the putting green. €8 per person for the range, €2 per bucket for approx 30 balls. Fantastic view from the bar terrace, wholly recommend a visit. €13 taxi to course. Note: no open toed shoes or sleeveless shirts allowed. Staff 5/5. Pepe and Claudine at reception were very helpful and friendly throughout. All staff were great. Tui rep Lauren was vertually non-existent. Tips: for music take headphones or/and blue tooth speaker. Take a few hangers. Travel iron Church on hill worth a visit. Bus to Hippy Market is quick and cheap.

me and my husband visited Sirenis Club Hotel on May 2016. clean and quiet hotel, but its 15-20min far from the beach. who don't like to think about eating and drinking while enjoying the sunshine definitely its for you.

Amazing all round experience, loved every minute. Staff amazing and friendly, nothing too much trouble.

Fridge and 2 way shower with shampoos etc. Also a kettle with tea and coffee replenished daily. The sun beds all appeared to work and the pool area was kept clean as were all areas in the hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for a week . The staff and entertainment team are excellent so friendly and make you feel at home. The food is lovely with excellent choices to suit everyone . Love the snack bar the food was brilliant. It's a nice quite hotel with a swimming pool , gym and 2 pool tables and other games . The beach is a short walk away. The only down side was we arrived through the night and there wasn't any bottled water in the room to make a drink. All shops were shut . After asking we were given some water and milk which was really appreciated. it was a great holiday to relax and unwind .
