Russell, thank you for visiting us and for leaving us a review - it is greatly appreciated. We're happy the quality and choice of equipment was to your liking. Although, we do have some new hammer strength machines on the way. Just to note it's 15 euros for a day pass, per person, but this does give unlimited access for the day and not just one entry. So if you're a cardio in the morning and weights in the evening kind of person, we have you covered. We also offer various other short term passes, which may be more cost effective. Correct about the lockers not being lockable, but that's because we are an access controlled gym with full cctv, in a very safe town. The local Guardia and Policía also train at the gym daily, we assure you and anyone reading that all belongings are safe and secure. We haven't had single instance of theft in the gym, but if you don't feel comfortable guests can keep their belongings with them. We hope to welcome you beck in the future. Thank you 💪🏼

Thanks so much Susie, it was a pleasure having you at Força. Thank you for your review and noting the easy access with our own application and access control. We did this specifically for people to drop in and train when convienent for them, whilst also minimising administration costs and allowing us to reinvest in what matters at the gym - machines and equipment. Martina, muchas gracias por tu reseña y tus comentarios positivos sobre el gimnasio y especialmente el ambiente, esto es algo que consideramos muy importante para un gimnasio. Hemos tomado en cuenta sus comentarios y coincidimos en que algunas personas no respetan el espacio. Recalcamos constantemente la importancia de devolver el equipo a su ubicación original. Afortunadamente, solo unos pocos, de muchos, tienen la culpa. De hecho, muy pronto tendremos un equipo de hiperextensión con carga de placas, ya lo hemos pedido, pero, sinceramente, el desarrollador de glúteos y isquiotibiales es una máquina muy superior y, con espacio limitado, tiene más sentido tener una máquina que pueda usarse para múltiples ejercicios. Aunque el gimnasio se limpia a diario, se ve polvo. Lamentablemente, como bien has señalado, esto se debe a que todo está negro. Te aseguramos que no es por falta de limpieza. Por suerte, esto no afectará tu entrenamiento; al fin y al cabo, somos un gimnasio de fuerza y ​​acondicionamiento, no un club de salud. Con 7 nuevas máquinas que llegarán pronto, esperamos darle la bienvenida nuevamente a Força en el futuro.

Thank you for your review. The gym is staffed from 9am to 2pm weekdays. Music is very personal, especially when training, so the majority of members choose to wear headphones with their own choice of music.

Whilst we appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, you've never been registered in our systems and we are unable to find you on any social media, using the name you've used here. Regardless, please see our response below: We and, literally, hundreds of members consider the price excellent value for money. As you will be aware there are two other gyms available locally, our price sits directly in the middle of them. However, we are open longer hours, more days (7 days a week) and have no holidays. Not only that, we also offer a different variety of equipment, as we are a different kind of gym. They may have more cardio machines and offer classes, but we are OK with that as that's not the type of gym we aim to be. So we are offer excellent value for money, considering you can train every day of the month, it's costing residents less than 2 euros a day to train - about the price of a coffee, or two. The showers cannot have a glass panel, as they need to meet the requirements of wheelchair access, so this will not and cannot be changed. There is only one bathroom/shower per gender and it will remain that way. Floor space in Sóller is limited and installing additional bathrooms would take up valuable training space. Our preference would have been to have no showers and for people to shower at home, but again this is a requirement of the local town hall. As a strength and conditioning gym, our focus is on high intensity cardio and strength equipment. It's also some of the highest quality equipment available globally, not just locally. Whilst we do only have one treadmill and one stair climber, you failed to mention the two rowing machines, two air assault bikes and the ski-erg. We have a very good choice of high intensity cardio equipment. Our only future investment may be a curved treadmill. The gym is staffed 9am to 2pm weekdays and are available to advise on machines, or you can schedule a time to go through the machines, at your convenience, as many others have done. Access control is in place and will remain as is. The door will always be unlocked via the app, which gives ease of access to all members regardless of time, or day, and enables us to offer 365 days a year access. Even when staff are in the gym the door must be unlocked by the app, as this is what checks you in to the gym. The hip thrust machine is renowned as one of the best available, fully adjustable by height and length, so I'm not sure what you're referring to here. Our dumbells range from 2.5kg all the way to 50kg, in 2.5kg increments, soon to be 70kg. The widest range of dumbells available on the island. As for adding dumbells to the selector machine stands, my advice is never to do this in any gym - dumbells are not designed to be added to stacks and will damage equipment. All our stacks go up to 125kg and are used by a broad range of professional atheletes, who don't need to add additional weight. However, if you do need to add weight there is a pin extender located with the cable attachments where you can add the 2.5kg, or higher, plates to any stack. Our recommendation to you would be to use a more commercial, public, gym, with lighter weights, focused on general fitness and not strength.
