Highly, highly recommend this place. Had two weeks of a half-day adult tennis course here - it was fantastic. 1) The most important thing - tennis coach Areg was really the best. Highly qualified himself, with a selection of really effective exercises and drills that really help nail the technique, plus a super tailored approach to every student really picking out from their game what kind of training would be beneficial. 2) Loved the fitness sessions before the tennis itself - again, tailored to prepare the body to be at its best specifically for tennis 3) The sports centre where they are based is great - convenient location in Castelldefels, also easily accessible from Barcelona, and the centre itself is nice with good facilities 4) Everyone on the team is just really friendly and approachable, too

I can highly recommend the Elite Tennis Academy in Castelldefels. I started as a beginner with little experience in racket sports but got hooked to tennis very fast. Thanks to the professional and friendly coaches who give individual advices and support. With many variations of different exercises they improve your techniques as well as your mindset for self confidence. I'll definitely come back!

He improved noticeably in key aspects of his game, and made some progress on the mental side too. We spent two weeks in Elite academy this Easter, had a half day adult session and a full day children session every day, it was amazing! Loved the coaching, Enrique, Silvina and Alec is definitely a dream team, very focused, always looking for ways to explain in a different way to make sure the player really understands what needs to be done and why; at the same time really enjoyed playing tennis and not just going through theory and technique! Will be coming back! Cant wait to plan the next trip!

I joined one week adult program there, it was amazing and totally beyond expectation. The way they coach is very unique, a combination of technique, mental, and emotion feeling, which helps me a lot with my serve. The location is also great, near the Barcelona airport, and the facilities are great. Highly recommended!

One week at Elite Tennis Academy in October 2024. It was fantastic: a tailored approach which I have never seen before. I learnt a lot and I am still working on it once I got back home. I plan to go back soon for further training next year.

Fantastic program and great facilities! A friend and I just completed the one-week intensive program while on vacation in Barcelona. Absolutely loved the tennis club (Andres Gimeno) and the program designed by Enrique and Silvina. Learned some new and really interesting techniques that I look forward to putting into practice. Enjoyed four hours on the court each day, plus one hour of targeted mobility and strength exercises in the gym. Really well designed program. Highly recommend!

My wife and I did a week-long course -- unfortunately truncated by floods -- and both found it a rewarding experience. Silvina was a great host and the tennis was intense, with lots of insightful coaching. The location was great as well. Will definitely consider returning.

Since 2022 I have been coming to Élite Tennis Academy for the adult program. I sought an academy who could help me overcoming my perfectionism which prevented me to fully enjoy the game of tennis and to become a better player. Silvina and Enrique provided me with the necessary (mental) tools and exercises to improve my game and perspective. The content is very easy to remember and apply when I have returned home. This year I went with a friend whom I play doubles with. We wanted to learn more about doubles strategies to become more attuned to each other and move like a well-oiled machine. Silvina and Enrique were very flexible and adjusted the training sessions according to our wishes. During the week we experienced some rain, which prevented us from playing tennis for some parts of the week. Nevertheless, Enrique and Silvina tried their best to arrange other time slots and courts so that we were still able to do all training sessions. I would definitely recommend Élite Tennis Academy because Silvina and Enrique are devoted to make each person a better player. In addition, they provide a variety of exercises related to multiple aspects of tennis you want to improve, namely: consistency, footwork, technique, strategy, mentality, problem-solving etc.

We are delighted to attend Elite Tennis Academy. Having recently moved from London, my twin daughters (aged 12) train on the Junior Annual Program. We cannot recommend this Academy more highly if you are looking for a unique and enriching experience. The team at Elite are professional, knowledgeable and go the extra mile. The standard and quality of teaching is exceptional and my daughters are so motivated to train with Enrique and Silvina. Already we can see how they are developing into well rounded, skilled and passionate tennis players. You will not be disappointed if you choose Elite Tennis Academy, it will be a memorable and positive experience.

J'ai réservé un stage d'une semaine et 7 heures de cours privés. Résultats à cause de la pluie terrains impraticables et les 7 leçons individuelles n'étaient même pas être sûr d'être honorées. Pour ceux que ça intéresse j'ai les preuves par mails. Donc sachez qu'il n'y a aucun cours couverts et l'organisation laisse à désirée. J'ai sacrifié des vacances et fait 1200km pour rien.

Where do I start…. I am a 13 year old boy who spent one week of training at the academy in October 2024. In a nutshell this has been an unforgettable experience for me. The time spent at the academy has showed me how dedicated these people are. Also, I have felt so proud to be able to play side by side with top 500 players and to be coached by incredible people. I came to this academy to get a sense of what it felt to incorporate playing tennis into my everyday life. I was also willing to improve my game, especially my serve and positioning which were not good enough. Thankfully Sylvina and Christian came to my rescue and their constant motivation, determination and creative coaching ideas helped a lot. Something I take from this week of coaching is how the coaches not only focus on improving the players that regularly play at the academy but absolutely everyone. This is something you rarely see in other clubs, who just focus on their best players forgetting those that need further attention.

My experience with Silvina and Jorge was outstanding. I really enjoyed the lessons and the company. I felt like I improved my game and got some valuable insights to the game. I would highly recommend the experience.

The Elite Academy provides a fantastic program for improvement at all levels. I was given a great deal of individual training, both on court and off working with my specific goals. The work we did was extremely valuable for match play; my national ranking improved significantly after the academy.

I booked one week camp at Elite tennis academy , I highly recommend this program if you want to build better understanding about the game / techniques. The coaches are very supportive and very experienced and provide tailor approach to each player. I also enjoyed the fitness specific for tennis. The coach was very helpful and share alot of advices for improving mobility and injury preventation. Highly recommend it.

Me and my wife booked a Full-Time Week at the Elite Tennis academy in September. We received a very individual training by our coaches Silvi and Joaqui, also one hour of fitness-training by the fitness intstructor, everything adapted to the tennis sports. Compared to other bigger academies the coaches took more care of our personal issues, this was really good. By the way, the location is super nice, the weather was good, so we will be back some time.

My sons (aged 16 and 14) did 2 weeks of their summer camp. It was a wonderful experience. From the initial stages of researching the academy, through the booking process and our time there, Silvina made sure the experience was seamless and answered all questions. We loved the fact that the academy was small as it ensured that all the kids got the attention they required. My boys play at very different levels and they were able to accommodate both. Enrique and the coaching staff do a great job at assessing the kids from the beginning and ensure the kids work on all areas of their game in a way that’s both productive and enjoyable. I highly recommend this academy and we will definitely be coming back.

My daughter is 15 yr old ,played 6 years tennis.we had a great time at Elite tennis academy. The group lessons are well planned with drills, strategies, fitness and mental exercises. Low Coach player ratio 1:2-3. Coach Enrique gave her 4 private lessons which we saw immediate noticeable improvement for her backhand, serves and strategies on the clay courts.

My daughter Pauline aged 13 trained last week with Enrique Guldberg. The setting is great in Barcelona, the clay was magnificent. But the highlight was Enrique for sure. He gave Pauline very good technical advices, and has a very good way to teach. I could feel his passion for tennis, and his technical corrections were very precise. He was very patient and made sure that Pauline understood and accomplished everything. It was a great experience, and we hope that we will come back soon.

Elite tennis academy is a great tennis academy. I attended an adult program for a week and found it an extremely educational week. The nice thing is that it is a small tennis academy located on a beautiful, well-maintained tennis park and therefore has a family atmosphere. At the same time, the training courses are very professional and of a high level. Enrique, Silvina and Joaquin are skilled trainers who are approachable and friendly. I had lessons from Joaquin all week and a little from Silvina. I think Joaquin is a very dedicated trainer who has managed to improve my game after just one week. Thanks for that! I can only recommend this school if you want to improve your level of playing. I'll be back again next year!

We were thoroughly impressed with Elite Tennis Academy. During my 14-year-old son's week there, we witnessed personalized coaching and a supportive atmosphere that surpassed our expectations. The overall experience has truly exceeded all expectations!

I spent a month at Elite Tennis and had a phenomenal experience. Enrique, Silvina, and Joakin are incredible coaches/individuals who genuinely care about your improvement and work to create a program specifically tailored to you. During the month, a large emphasis was placed on improving my weaknesses, developing a solid mental framework, and focusing on stroke fundamentals. Within a month, I noticed a vast improvement in my tennis and I also made some incredible friends along the way. I look forward to returning to Elite in the near future!

My son has been at this academy in various ocassions, from a young boy to a 16 year old in our recent visit. He has always enjoyed his time there and has grown not only in tennis techniques but also in his social interactions and self confidence. Enrique and Silvina as well as Joaquin are not only great coaches but also provide a sense of family. The whole club is always welcoming.

Our daughter came to the academy for the first time in 2021 at the age of 12. After some apprehensions (language barrier and new environment), our daughter very quickly felt comfortable and integrated into the group. The quality of the training and the kindness of the coaches convinced us that it was an ideal place to continue to improve her tennis game and her English level and to acquire self-confidence. As parents, we appreciated the fact that each player is placed at the center of all attention and that personalized work adapted to each player is carried out. Since then, our daughter regularly returns to train at the academy. This year, she came to prepare for the summer season for 2 months, which enabled her to achieve excellent results in Tennis Europe and to win her first matches in ITF Junior tournaments. We have full confidence in Enrique and other coaches of the academy. We therefore highly recommend the academy to all parents who are looking for a good training center for their children.

Freddy, I'm 19 years old and I've been at Élite Tennis Academy since I was 14. Throughout all these years, not only have I improved enormously my level as a player, but I have also learned and continue to learn about myself. I've learned to take responsibility and stop making excuses, which helps me compete better and will help me for the rest of my life. I recommend this academy to all players looking for serious and consistent work. Elite tennis Academy doesn’t offer fantasies, instead of that they give you tools that will help you to learn to work towards your goals.

When I arrived at this academy in April 2022, it felt very strange that there were almost no basket drills. At first, it was difficult for me to adjust, but then I realized that all the exercises were designed not only to improve my shots but, more importantly, to improve my consistency, my self-confidence and my decision-making. I believe that the most valuable aspect of this training system is that it has helped me focus on solutions rather than problems.

I just finished a 1-week adult program and I am already planning to come again! Enrique, Silvina, Joakin and Sergy are amazing coaches and they customize the training experience for each player. They implement methods and approach which I have not seen other academies do and it really brought a big difference in my game! I feel better both tactically and physically. I socialized a lot with the juniors that were here for a longer period and they have been coming here from all over the world, repeatedly with an aim to go pro. They rate this academy very highly and it has helped them grow both mentally and game-wise. Highly recommended for anyone that wants to take their game to the next level!

I had fantastic experience doing two weeks of half-day adult program. I am an intermediate recreational player and I wanted to improve my backhand and my overall consistency. The coaching by Enrique and Silvina was superb. They explained core concepts in simple terms, and adapted the pace of coaching to my capabilities, patiently working with me. The unique part of their coaching was not only what they explained, but also how. They made me do various drills that seemed funny at first, but they helped me internalize the fundamentals of the mechanics of movements in my body/muscle part of my brain. My body was getting it without me trying to rationalize it. I've never had such coaching before, it was transformational for me. My technique and my consistency improved a lot during my time here. The other part of training here was fitness led by Sergi. It followed the tennis sessions and included strength training and lots of mobility/stretching routines. Sergi's instruction was easy to follow and he was always helpful. About facilities: this complex has a beautiful outdoor fitness area with turf and proper racks with pull-up bars. There's also cafe offering all kinds of drinks and food, with a terrace overlooking tennis courts. This place is a tennis paradise!

My group of six made trek to take adult lesson in Barcelona. I choose Elite Academy after reviewing website of their philosophy of understanding mind and body work. We are playing to best of our ability and worked on the fundamentals of the sport. I made huge improvements just the week training and continue to play to my ability at home. I really wished I had another week with the trainers Enrique, Silvina and Joaquin to continue with training. Review: Elite Tennis Academy summer 2023 (adult/intermediate level) In summary, I highly recommend Elite across age categories. Had a lot of fun and importantly my game improved notably. Highly experienced team: Enrique, Joaquin, Silvana and Sergi are experienced and dedicated. Enrique as academy director has a unique approach to teaching. Great team to spend time with. Smaller/flexible academy: Following research, I decided to go for a smaller academy that is able to focus on the individual - the sessions were very specific to my needs. Fun and results: I spend 3 weeks at the academy to reboot my game and I am very happy with my improvement, in particular consistency and match strategies. Special shout out to Joaquin for all the fun & games. Location and facilities: The academy is at the Tennis Club Andrés Gimeno, a well managed club with high quality clay courts as you would expect. One of the few academies that also offers beach proximity!

My child has been training here for three weeks and his technique has improved a lot, we are very happy.

Fantastic academy, great venue with nice clay courts. My kids had a lovely time here. In particular there were some great members of of the Elite team who had a unique approach to tennis. Silvina is a mentor at heart and Joaquin can bring out a players personality. The club has a lovely small cafe with good coffee & cakes. See you again soon.

Amazing staff, healthy atmosphere. My kids had an incredible experience of a 4 weeks program. The owners enrique and silvina were very helpful and care about each player, they know what they’re doing. They only take a small number of players to focus on each one as much as they can. It was really hard to leave that place without tears. Special thanks to coach juaquin who helped the kids alot, loved the kids and had an amazing character. I hope to come back again soon..

We went last week to the Elite academy in Castelldefels. We did a 1-week adult course with my brother. The first thing I have to say is that you arrived here believing you know what tennis is, but at the end of the week, you leave with another philosophy of this sport... The lessons followed one another with a lot of intensity as we wished with my brother. The coaches have the strength to adapt to your needs and your level of play. Henrique, Silvina, kévin and sergi are very competent in their field. They are nice, professional and provide precise and useful advice. they know perfectly how to make you progress, both tactically and technically ! Secondly, I have never been in any other academy that makes you evolve so much the vision of your game. you become aware of your abilities and you develop personally, it serves you even beyond tennis and for the life of all days. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to improve their tennis, their game and their person, even at any age, at any level. This academy is certainly the reference of Barcelona. I applied for the first time an adult full program tennis for 1 week at the elite tennis academy. It was an incredible experience. For sure I have improved my knowledges about tennis. But I learned much more than tennis. The mental training part and the fitness was very efficient for me. I will definitely recommend this academy. Excellent academy based at a large tennis club, in a great location. My boys had a super experience, trained hard, and were made to feel very welcome. They intergrated well with the long term academy players and enjoyed the whole experience. They would like to return in future. Coaching was great and the owners of the academy took time to speak with me a few times about my kids.

My daughter took a week training program in July 2022. It was our first visit to the Academy and we really enjoyed it. The coaches’ attitude and the training facilities and technologies were of top level. The location of the Academy is another advantage. The sea is about ten minutes of walking and we spent time on the beach every evening.

Unsere Jungs (14 und15) waren eine Woche im July in der Elite Tennis Academy und waren sehr begeistert. Das Training, die Organisation und die Unterbringung in einer spanischen Familie waren eine perfekte Kombination für die Beiden. Ihr Vote war beide Daumen hoch und nächstes Jahr nochmal, dann aber bitte 2 Wochen.

I had high expectations when enrolling for the 5 day (full-day) course; I was not disappointed. Every day I learnt and perfected new shots/skills along with developing & improving my tactical, physical, technical and psychological skills, courtesy of my dedicated Coach, Silvina Jozami, who has a Master in Neuroscience & specialises in Neurotraining)....priceless! I worked on the physicality of my body to strengthen and maintain mobility; provided in the fully equipped gym under the direction of Sergie, Head of Pro Fitness - Sergie gave me exercises to manage my meniscus tear and strengthen my hamstrings and calves in order to stabilise my knee. I returned home and continued with my mobility stretches & gym workouts as well perfecting my serve, top-spin, backhand slice, drive volley and consistency within my game. I would definitely return to the Camp (without a doubt). The staff and Coaches were super friendly and very professional; they know their stuff. This was a memorable Tennis trip for me....Silvina your the best, always smiling with a fantastic sense of humour..... thank you!

For the last year and a half, Elite Tennis Academy has been my home where, not only I have developed my mental and technical skills to a whole other level, I have also grown as a person. Today I leave the academy with a tennis scholarship to study in the US and I'm taking with me many tools which will help me in my tennis and professional career. Enrique and his team are passionate about tennis. They have a different approach to teaching tennis, with a strong focus on building strong technical foundations and making the tennis player learn from sensations and emotions. The stay with them was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend his school both for young players that aspire to reach the professional circuit and for adults who want to take their tennis to a whole new different level. You will see your tennis improving faster than ever before.

Tennis is not just about techniques and winning matches, it’s also about being in the moment, enjoying on the court and having a strong mindset. I feel I have had a taste of all these when I trained at Elite Tennis Academy. As an adult tennis keen-bean, I flew from the other side of the globe to play two weeks at Elite. The coaches - Silvina, Enrique and Fernando - not only fixed my techniques, but also injected training with energy, fun and lots of mental preparation. I also had the opportunity to train side by side some very talented ITF juniors who try their hardest to become a pro. This has been a complete experience where I pushed myself everyday to become a better player (and made my 24hr flight worth every minute, of course). My only advice is that if you’re here to train, be ready to work because the coaches are all ready for you. Thank you Silvina, Enrique and Fernando for a fab two-week block. My 13 y/o son is a competitive tennis player in Israel. I wanted to provide him with international experience, playing on clay, training with other players, coaches and in a different atmosphere. I searched the internet and found the Elite Tennis Academy. As every parent, I asked miliones questions regarding the weekly program, coaches, players etc. My inquiries were immediately responded to by Silvina who was very kind, helpful and cooperative and also helped me in everything necessary. On the first day we arrived at the academy, we saw the facilities, we met Silvina & Enrique - director and head coach. Immediately, we had the feeling that we chose well. That feeling became a reality after 30 minutes of training. The groups are small, the coaches are on the court and provide personal attention to each player during the whole session. The training is of the highest level, intensive and professional. My son was very satisfied with the program and learnt new things which will improve his game. Silvina & Enrique are always available to consult and provide reviews and advise. They appreciate the players' efforts as well as the parent's. It is clear for us that we were lucky to find this academy and we will come back as soon as we can.

We brought our 11 years old daughter to Elite academy in February 2021 for full month and are very happy with our experience. There is a nice, relaxed atmosphere in the club, no feeling of conveyor belt or other pressure. It's important to share your targets and expectations with Enrique as he will recommend suitable amount of hours for you, whether you just want to raise your level of tennis or are dreaming about something more. We had 1 hour of fitness in the morning and 2 hours tennis in the afternoon and that suited us perfectly due to online schooling but those hours can be tailored for you or your child. We are planning to come back at some other time and try to increase the amount of hours if our daughter is coping with more hours. “not just tennis….” As a keen, 38 years young tennisplayer with little to no experience on the courts I signed up - somewhat impulsively- to a full program at Elite Tennis Academy. Upon arriving to Barcelona, i realized I was way out of my comfort zone, “ what was I thinking?” “what am I doing here? “ Those thoughts though quickly made room for joy, calm and acceptance, I felt reassured by this great duo of coaches and put trust in their way of working. We established what my goals were, we took it step by step and I am so very happy with my progress in these 3 days. Enrique and Silvina have a way about them,.... You might just learn a lot more then what you expect … Tottally recommend it! I’ll be back, for sure!

We spent a wonderful in the Elite Tennis Academy. I was a good player when I was younger :-) I made great progress during our stay in Spain and are back on a very decent level thanks to the training. And we had a lot of fun.

I did my first camp at 10 years old. A very good place for all those who love tennis and want to go to the end of themselves. Enrique and all his team are there, no gift no blame. Just a place to enjoy and share their passion for tennis. Nathan

My son was several times in Elite Academy and it was always professional and very good experience for him . Really high level of coaching, highly recommend for pro tennis players and for other tennis players as well. Enreque is a great coach and all his team as well.

When I think of elite, I think of a feeling of trust and passion. After an extensive intake we decided to let our daughter play tennis at Elite. Our daughter has had a very good and educational time at Elite. At Elite there is a lot of personal attention for every player and the program is adjusted to this on a daily basis if necessary. No false promises are made about performance and future. The power of Elite comes from the right balance between mental and physical.After many years in the tennis circuit, I can recommend everyone to go to Elite.

The Academy is really well organized and flexible when it comes to staying at a guest house, or practicing on the court. The personal attention is also very good, and all players play with each other, but are organized according to level when needed.

I’ve been to many tennis academies and Elite definitely stands out as my favourite! They approach tennis in a very modern way where the focus isn’t just technique and physical fitness. I learned so much about how my mind works and learns thanks to Academy Director Enrique Guldberg. His teachings have also helped me achieve success off court in my personal and professional life. I would recommend this academy to anybody who feels they need more than the run of the mill training! I must highlight the great family feeling the academy fosters. Everybody feels welcome :)

Elite tennis academy has taught me so many things that I’ve bin able to carry with me since I’ve bin there In 2016 the coaches made me feel so welcome they are very professional and skilled at what they do. I enjoyed every second there played with some really good ATP players they work on everything you can think about I love it there and I can’t wait to go back.

Definitely one of the best places to train! Enrique and Silvina dedication to making you a better player is really motivating. They run a great place and have everything you need. I look forward to going there every summer :)

I practice there for one year .it was very good practice and environment there .elite tennis academy played a big role to improve my performance to play international tournaments. I recommend players who want to improve there level to go to practice there.

I believe tennis education, like any education, is based on love, care and customization. Enrique, Silvia and their team look for the inner strength and magic of each individual and develop its fullest potential. They put not only their natural empathy and emotional intelligence but also their strong technical background both in tennis and in psychology at the service of players. I have trained with Enrique as a player for 6+ years. This academy is one of the best places to train. The coaches and the players make you feel like your part of a family. I have learnt so much from Enrique over the years it has not only made a better player but a better person. I recently quit playing pro tennis and went back to Enrique to learn from him as a coach and it has helped me alot seeing things from the other side. I would highly recommend this academy to anyone who want to truly learn tennis as a professional or as an amateur. I promise you that would wont be disappointed.

My girlfriend I spent three months at Elite Tennis Academy in the fall of 2019. It was an outstanding experience! We opted for the full program, which is one hour each morning with a trainer in the gym, then two hours on court, then a lunch break, followed by two hours on court in the afternoon. The owners, Silvina and Enrique are a wonderful couple to work with. They were always so nice, caring, and friendly. Really a joy to work with. The highlight of our 3 months there was a coach name Carlos. His positive attitude and years of experience really made the entire experience so worthwhile. We miss you Carlos! I've compared pricing for similar programs all over the world, and I just don't think there's any other school offering the kind of value that Elite Tennis offers. Advice for new attendees- show up in shape! You don't want to be that guy that can't cut it and has to quit after three days! (we saw a few of those). Also, it's HOT and HUMID from July through September, so be ready for it! All in all, it was a fantastic experience and we can't wait to go back next year.

October 2, 2018 -- I am a 3.5 level player and have been to Bollettieri twice (5 - 10 years ago now), and also Nadal's new academy earlier this year (2018), so I know what I'm looking for when it comes to a tennis academy. What drew me to this academy was the Neurotraining, which I haven't seen in any other tennis camp. I really wanted to fix my forehand mechanics and mental game because against a good player and after having really warmed up, I hit really well with great consistency. However, against worse players or in a match, I start pushing and look like a total beginner. I was there for 5 days and the program I signed up for included 1 hour of fitness and 2 hours of tennis in the morning, then 2 hours of tennis in the afternoon. Every morning, we started off with one hour of fitness at 8:30AM. This was quite good for the first few days when the fitness instructor showed us different stretching exercises. But then somehow, on the last day, the fitness instructor just told me to do the exercises by myself without supervision, until I finally dragged him out from behind the computer to teach me more stuff. At 10AM, there were 3 courts set up for the drills. This was nice as there were only 5 of us last week in the camp. So the student-to-teacher ratio was very low. One court was set up specifically for neurotraining and the exercises were quite fun and enlightening. Silvina, who is the neurotraining specialist is amazing. She was up front that she isn't a tennis coach per se but gave great insights as to how the brain works giving me tools to use to correct myself whenever I feel that I'm going back to my old bad habits. She was also very fun and enthusiastic, which really added to the overall experience. When I was there, it wasn't a busy time and some of the other guys didn't do afternoons and the ones that participated in the afternoon only did one hour for the first few days. Not sure if it was because of this, I found the coaches less motivated in the afternoon and always wanted to finish early. On a couple of occasions, one coach kept trying to convince me that I was tired and should not finish the full amount of allotted time just because I would look tired for a few seconds after a twenty shot rally. My definition of a good coach (yes, I have had some amazing coaches), is one that can produce results for the student by giving him tools to use to improve -- perhaps by pointing out something that the student wasn't aware of, by pointing out a new way to do things, by saying things in different ways until the student clicks all of a sudden, or by providing a new method for the student to focus on until he is able to bring about a change) , not just one that keeps repeating the same thing over and over again expecting somehow the student can change. So unfortunately, I cannot say much positive about the coaching I received. I felt like at times, I was kind of berated for not doing things correctly and the coaches weren't really "trained coaches" but perhaps just good players themselves who don't know how to coach. After 5 days at the camp last week, I can say I am for the moment playing better tennis than before. My form has improved and I have some tools, thanks to Silvina's neurotraining, to correct myself whenever I find myself falling back to old habits. So funnily enough, the best coach was the one that told us the first day she wasn't a tennis coach. I think if they have better and more enthusiastic tennis coaches, who can coordinate the rest of the coaching wrapped around the concept of neurotraining, this camp could be extremely good for people at my level.
