I’ve been going to Neo Fit Gym Calpe for several years now, and it’s honestly one of the best local gyms around. It’s packed with excellent cardio equipment, free weights, and resistance machines — all in great working order. The layout is really well thought out, so even when it’s busy you never feel cramped. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and on hand to help or offer advice. Great value for money too — you get top-class facilities at a very fair price. Highly recommend!

Great gym! I had a week-pass during my vacation in Calpe and thus could stay on track with my training routine. The gym has good equipment for you need for weight, cardio, and functional training. I loved the very friendly welcoming attitude of the gym staff and nice training spirit of the gym members!

On holiday from Berlin, I worked out here with my wife. Lovely staff welcomed us and the Gym had all the things we needed. I am a free weights guy, my wife a machiner. Our gym in Berlin has neither AC or fans, so coming to a gym with very strong fans was awesome. The machines are not the latest, but were in better working order than our gym back in Berlin, which for all its polish often has out of commission signs on machines. Not a sign to be seen at Neo Fit. My wife is also big on starting her workout with a protein/caffeine shake which they had on premises and made up for her. Highly recommended. We will return on our return.

Quiero empezar diciendo que esto es una crítica constructiva que espero tenga en cuenta el gimnasio. Empezaremos por lo negativo: -Hay muchas maquinas que necesitan mantenimiento, por ejmplo: los rodillos de las maquinas de pierna necesitan cambio de almohadilla al igual que otras como el Scott en el apoyo para el brazo como sus agarres. -Hace mucho calor, cierto es que tienen muchos ventiladores y no venden tener aire acondicionado pero yo creo que es algo a mejorar por ejemplo recolocando algunos como los de la terraza donde las maquinas de pierna que apuntan a la calle. -Vendrian bien unas mancuernas entre las de 40 y 50. -Las vestuarios son muy mejorables en general y se les debería prestar más atención ya que la gente descuidada llena de agua el suelo. Y ahora lo positivo: -Las maquinas aunque sean antiguas son buenas, de hecho a mí gusto las gervasport es de lo mejor que hay para pierna, tienen un par de hammer y etenon (estas últimas más nuevas), tienen zona de funcional/CrossFit y saco de boxeo,todos los agarres necesarios y accesorios. -Calidad/precio no hay otro igual en la zona,uno cercano cuesta el doble en ciertas tarifas.(Si mejorasen lo escrito anteriormente, sería el mejor en todo). -Las limpieza en la sala es total gracias a los monitores, en otros gimnasios de playa hay arena. -Tienen tienda de nutrición.

Fantastic gym .. i visit every summer to find new equipment and good variety of machine's. Great Environment, friendly super helpful staff and a really good atmosphere. Couldnt recommend Neo Fit enough.

como gym 5/10, como sauna le doy un 9/10 y no le doy el 10 porque la sauna como tal no existe, pero solo el hecho de entrar ahí ya te pone a sudar y a marearte como si se acabase el mundo, encima no te dejan tener tu botella de agua en la máquina y te hacen colocarla en una mesa junto a todas las botellas de los demás y luego encuentra a Wally jajaja pero la de poner aire para que no te mueras en la primera serie esa les da igual 👏🏻👍

Para ir un par de semanas en vacaciones esta bien, un poco agobiante por que hay poco espacio esta todo muy comprimido ,falta aire acondicionado, q no se soluciona con ventiladores, el personal es atento .

Que vale la semana o por dia, para los que estamos de pasada por vacaciones?

Fantastic gym in the heart of Calpe! Very reasonable visitor memberships available, good variety of machines and equipment and friendly staff and atmosphere. Yes there is no air conditioning but surprisingly cool and well ventilated in the summer heat with lots of fans. Will definitely return!

I joined NEO gym for my two week holiday in Calpe this summer. Firstly, at €35 for two weeks, this was amazing value. I'm not a member of a gym in Ireland as I have my own home workouts and equipment so this was a bit daunting for me. However, I cannot recommend enough. Staff were so helpful and accommodating. Class vibe in the gym and great music. The one thing I was most worried about was working out in the heat. I could not get over how cool and airy it was in there. Multiple fans inside and to be honest, I felt cooler working out than I did sitting for a coffee across the road. 10/10 recommend ✅

La mayoría de máquinas están bien y el local por dentro está bastante limpio, el problema viene cuando algunas máquinas al sentarte ves que el asiento se hunde y no se puede ajustar bien. Al margen de eso hay variedad de máquinas pero se hace difícil entrenar por el calor que hace y la humedad que hay. Sinceramente, si hubiera aire acondicionado hubiera puesto 5 estrellas pero después de sudar como un cerdo después de hacer 1 serie me quedo en 2

De los peores gimnasios que he visto en mi vida , faltan máquinas , no hay aire acondicionado, te puede dar algo ahí mientras haces ejercicio, masificación , en fin me he quedado sin palabras , si pudiese le daba 0 estrellas sin dudarlo.

In summertime a bit crowded. Machines are rather old but functional. The place is small but has its Charme and somehow everyone fits in. Staff is also very friendly. Also they have several memberships also for 1, 2 or multiple weeks that assures you to find something that fits for you. Only thing that was a bit disappointing was the opening hours on Sundays which are rather short. All in all nice gym to go and the prices are really fair. Also super close to the beach!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Lui as a personal trainer! At 78 years old and having two knee replacements, I didn't think I'd be able to enjoy working out again. But Lui has changed everything for me! From our very first session, he made me feel comfortable and motivated. He has crafted a training program specifically to improve my strength and support my knees, and I can really feel the difference. Each workout targets different muscle groups, and he keeps it fun and engaging, which makes all the hard work enjoyable. I’m now on my twelfth session, and my mobility has improved so much—I can do things I thought were behind me for good! Besides the workouts, Lui has also provided great advice on nutrition and supplements that help me feel my best. Honestly, my only regret is that I didn’t start this journey sooner. I feel stronger and more energetic every day. Thank you, Lui, for your encouragement and for helping me rediscover my strength!

Lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el trato del personal: cercano, profesional y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Quiero destacar especialmente a Alessio, uno de los entrenadores personales del centro. Es una persona increíblemente profesional, muy bien preparado y, además, tiene una actitud súper simpática que te pone de buen humor desde que entras por la puerta. Sabe cómo adaptar cada entrenamiento a tus necesidades y objetivos, te motiva sin agobiarte, y se nota que disfruta ayudando a los demás a superarse. Gutes Fitnessstudio, viele Geräte sind zwar alt aber erfüllen ihren Zweck. Freie Gewichte ausreichend vorhanden aber der Platz ist etwas beengt vor allem zu den Stoßzeiten. Cardiogeräte sind gut und in der Regel auch frei.

Gut besucht,mit etwas Flexibilität kann man gut Trainieren.

This is a nice little gym in the middle of Calpe. It has all of the equipment you might want to do cardio as well as weight. The girl at the counter was very friendly and nice. I was able to buy a pass for a week for €25. They also sell energy drinks, water, and other items.The equipment is in pretty good shape and they’re also very emphatic about using towels and keeping things clean, which I appreciate. I would highly recommend this gym if you’re in town for vacation and wanna keep up with your workouts.

Buen gimnasio para los meses de verano que es cuando veraneo, si que renovaria todas las maquinas por nuevas y meteria algo de climatizacion, pero el ambiente muy bueno y los monitores y la gente todos muy agradables, repetire seguro.

Un lugar cómodo para entrenar y sacar lo mejor de ti, es un gimnasio con lo necesario para poder ejercitar cada grupo muscular, además con un gran equipo de trabajo.

I trained at Neo Fit Gym during my stay in Calpe for around a month. It had everything I was looking for and I liked that there was no A/C (just a lot of fans, so even during hot days it wasn't too hot). Also there were no fancy installations and whatnot, just really what you need to get your workout done properly. Early in the morning is the best, less people, cooler temperatures and an abundance of parking around the gym. I would have come even earlier, had it open before 7 am. During high season in the afternoon it's a different story (especially parking can be a bit tricky).

A great gym with all the equipment that you need for a good and hard workout. The weights are old school and make it even better to train. The best is that the gym has a lots of fans and that is keeping me away from injuries and keeping my body warm at all time. I have been training for 20 years and been all around the world in different gym and I give this gym 5/5 . Not only because of the equipment but also that the staff is keeping the gym very clean. They always go around and cleaning in the gym witch is very unusual, but I notices from the first day I was there. The staff that is working there are friendly and welcoming. All kind of different people is there, from beginners to advanced. The only gym that is open on Sundays in Calpe when the other gyms are closed. A great gym with all the equipment you need to smash out a good session. Staff are very friendly and always on hand to help if needed. Location is brilliant, just a couple minute walk to the beach, great if you want a dip in the sea to cool down after a session.

I've been training at this gym for several years now. Coming from Los Angeles it took me a while to get used to the size of Spanish gyms. Tried them all in this area. What stands out is Neofit's constant improvements made over the years in addition to the amazing staff and group of regulars at the gym. It's an amazing location. Train hard go jump in the Mediterranean, that simple!

Fui a probar un día y me cobraron 10€, más 2€ por alquilarme una toalla. Gimnasio con material muy muy antiguo, tanto mancuernas como máquinas. Las poleas iban fatal haciendo dificil ejecutar bien los ejercicios puesto que medio se atascaban, el múltipower manchaba de óxido por donde se colocan los discos. No tiene aire acondicionado y te asas de calor aun habiendo pocas personas en la sala. No volveré.

Me acabo de apuntar a este gimnasio para un mes ya que estoy de vacaciones en Calpe. Es el único que tiene un precio razonable dentro de que no te exigen una matrícula a precio desorbitado, al contrario de lo que hace el resto de gimnasios de la zona que pretenden sacarte el dinero. Las máquinas están muy bien y me gusta que pesen. Lo que mejoraría para que fuera un gimnasio top sería poner aire acondicionado porque con la humedad te mueres. El personal es muy atento y el ambiente muy sano. Lo recomiendo mucho!!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻

I trained here for the past month while on holidays and I was more than happy. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and high quality equipment. No air con, but training in the heat was a nice change to training in Ireland. I highly recommend Neo Fit Gym.

Pretty cool gym. Very nice people. Equipment has it's years, and it's pretty difficult to read the weight of dumbbell, but after few workouts it gets pretty clear. For minus tho are the weekend hours, from 8AM to 2PM. Boxing bag is pretty bad, as well as boxing gloves, but is is there so you can always do even a bit of boxing training there. Very clean and tidy place with lots of TV's to keep you entertained. Additional points for Eminem music playing to your workout!

Esta bien para entrenar en vacaciones si lo tienes cerca a pie. Todo el material es bastante antiguo y está muy apiñado en poco espacio. Tienen clases dirigidas si estas interesado tipo entreno funcional. Hace bastante calor dentro, solo tienen ventiladores. En resumen te hace el apaño si eres de gym, pero no esperes nada espectacular. Maquinaria y hierros de toda la vida de cuando entrenaba Arnold.

Me gusta que tenga la opción de pagar por entrenar 1 día o 1 semana. Muy útil para cuando estás de vacaciones. Pero muchas de las máquinas están en mal estado. No tienen mantenimiento.

Gym is old, but tidy and everything works fine. Day pass €8, week €25. Unfortunately no lockers available on my visit.

Very good gym and nice people around. They speak good English as well. They helped me patiently with every question. Also they've showed me some of the best restaurants in the city too. Good overal experience.

I am over from the UK visiting relatives, and when I am back home gym is a must for me everyday. 5 days it had been until it was to much for me and the withdrawal symptoms started kicking in!... So I googled local gyms and found Neo Fit Gym. I arrived and I was gutted! Gutted that I hadn't found this amazing gym sooner, what a place to train! I met with one of the owners while I was there and what a pleasant helpful bloke Steve was he even gave me a spot (not that I needed it 😏😁). There are machines there I had never used or seen that gave me a pump like never before, it was insane. All the members were happy and polite, I have never walked into a strange gym and been made to feel so welcome before. I was on a time limitand could only spend a couple of hours there on this first visit otherwisei would have been there allday! This will now be my gym for when I come and visit Calpe I will be back in there whenever I'm over here. If you are looking for a nice friendly gym or looking to maybe introduce gym into your life I highly recommend Neo Fit Gym you will not be disappointed. I can't wait for my next visit.

Great gym! Really nice welcoming from the owners which is really nice for someone with gym anxiety:) and English friendly which is a bonus. And most importantly great equipment for lifting and there’s a whole section for flow work . 10/10

I went to NEO gym, absolutely fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. There wasn’t anything they didn’t know about fitness, training etc. I would highly recommend this gym if you were a beginner or advanced they would certainly offer advice and assistance in obtaining your ultimate goal.

The most motivating gym I’ve been too!! After not being to the gym for a few years I’m now hooked and go 3-4 times a week. Thank you for all your help guys!

Not a huge fan of gyms of gyms in general, but my wife said it was time. I went into Neo and was made to instantly feel welcome, the owners know their stuff but more importantly took the time to show me how to train. Will be back without a doubt!!

False advertising - the owners know how to promote their gym on social media, making it look fantastic, however reality is different. Gym is fine for a few days on holiday but not long term. No aircon. Old equipment that are on top of one another. Gym overall is dirty. Great location though and good value but would prefer to pay more for better quality.

Small but great gym near the beach! 👌🏻 Lots of weights, classic bodybuilding machines and a crossfit/bodyweight area. Very relaxed atmosphere, everybody is welcome. Offers day-passes for € 8,- and holiday memberships. Small bar with drinks, protein shakes and supplements. Will definitely return when I am back in Calpe 🇪🇸!

Good location, sufficient material for heavy training and very good pricing for people on holidays. Only negatives are the limited hours on the weekend (though understandable since weekends are supposed to be for relaxation) and, much more importantly, no air conditioning. Due to the lack of air conditioning training during the afternoon is basically impossible, so I recommend going either in the morning or the late afternoon/evening, though be aware that it will be fairly packed with people since the surface is quite small.

Si buscas un gimnasio para entrenar todo el año o en vacaciones, no lo dudes es el mejor y más completo, unido al equipo que lo dirigen cierra el círculo completo. Ah! Me olvidaba, en una zona magnífica donde después de entrenar, puedes elegir dónde tomar un café, hacer compras de todo tipo, pues se ubica en una zona super comercial. Sin duda un lujo!!!!!!!

Gimnasio espectacular con todo tipo de barras y máquinas, unos monitores muy amables y comprometidos con su trabaja que no dudaran en ayudarte, las máquinas están un poco desgastadas pero su funcionamiento es óptimo, los precios son normales, uno de los mejores gimnasios de Calpe.

La sala es espaciosa muy bien ventilada, está dotada de varios ventanales y la puerta de entrada que siempre están abiertas. Con respecto a su acondicionamiento: mucha maquinaria para todo tipo de grupos musculares, eso sí un poco antiguas pero en forma funcionan de maravilla. Con respecto a pesos libres como barras, discos y mancuernas muy surtido. Con respecto al entrenador de las mñnas: empecé a primeros de mes y tras preguntarme el nombre ni ha vuelto a interesarse, no sabe si tengo algún problema de salud ni me ha explicado en ningún momento el funcionamiento ni las normas de sala y ya para mí y en estas circunstancias producidas por el covid lo peor es q todo el mundo incluido monitores no llevan mascarilla. Como sala de entreno con peso ideal

Soy de Valencia, veraneo todos los años en Calpe un par de semanas y siempre vengo a este gimnasio. De los mejores gimnasios que he estado, equipado con todo tipo de maquinas. Hay muy buen ambiente y los dueños a parte de ser encantadores, siempre buscan mejorar el gimnasio integrando cosas nuevas. Ojala el gimnasio al que voy en Valencia tuviese estos dueños. Nos vemos el verano que viene ;)

They have classes 5 days a week for their clients at all levels. The trainers are ripped and are down to earth people. The space is versatile and has everything that you need including protein shakes, pre workout, bars, and even a line of branded apparel. Good prices on supplements and monthly fees.

Great gym close to Playa Arenal. I have been working out here for the past 8 months because the owners and trainers take great care of the clients and the gym. They have added new equipment and keep improving the gym every month! Get into Neofit for a solid Costa Blanca Gym experience!

Buenas máquinas para entrenar, trato muy familiar y profesional. Las clases de calistenia e hiit que imparte Zoe y Steve, cuando acabas de hacerlas, te gustaría estrangularles porque te dejan sin aliento, pero cuando al tiempo ves los resultados en el espejo, vas cambiando de opinión y le vas perdonando la vida. En resumen un gimnasio muy completo y con gente amigable.

The owners Zoe and Steve are both always friendly and happy to help and give advice when needed. I went to the gym on Wednesday 05th August and they was closed that day at 2pm, I was not aware of this and I saw Steve outside the gym he kindly said he would open it for half an hour so I could work out! I honestly would recommend this gym to anybody great atmosphere and nice music best gym in Calpe by far :)

Extremely friendly and welcoming trainers/staff! They speak English as well as Spanish, so very helpful for tourists. The gym is well looked after and supplies plenty of the right machines/equipment. NeoFit also offers various group classes throughout the week where you can train with others and meet new people. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great workout experience. 💪🏼

After Plaza Fitness at Hotel Ifach was shut, I was on the hunt for another gym and found Neo Fitness, which was one of the few gyms to be open after the coronavirus lockdown. Going there was one of the best decisions I've made. The staff are very friendly and the gym has all the equipment you need for a great workout, especially when it comes to resistance training, which I love. There is a cool atmosphere inside and the music is great too! Definitely a place to check out if you're looking for a gym in Calpe.
